1 Isu tine simba tinofanira kutakura kukundikana kwavasina simba uye tisingazvifadzi.
WE then, the strong, are obligated to bear up the infirmities of the weak, and not ourselves to please.
2 Mumwe nomumwe wedu anofanira kufadza muvakidzani wake pane zvakanaka, zvinomuvaka.
But let every one of us please his neighbour in good things as unto edification.
3 Nokuti kunyange Kristu haana kuzvifadza asi, sezvazvakanyorwa zvichinzi, “Kutuka kwaavo vakakutuka kwakawira pamusoro pangu.”
Because the Meshiha also pleased not himself; but as it is written, The reproach of thy reproachers hath fallen upon me.
4 Nokuti zvose zvakanyorwa kare zvakanyorerwa kuti zvidzidzise isu, kuitira kuti, kubudikidza nokutsungirira nokukurudzira kwamagwaro, tive netariro.
For every thing that hath before been written for our instruction was written, that by the patience and consolation of the scriptures we might have hope.
5 Mwari anopa kutsungirira nokukurudzira ngaakupei mweya wokuva nomwoyo mumwe pakati penyu pamunenge muchitevera Kristu Jesu,
But the God of patience and of consolation give to you that with impartiality you may think one of another in Jeshu Meshiha,
6 kuti mukudze Mwari naBaba waIshe wedu Jesu Kristu nomwoyo mumwe uye nomuromo mumwe.
that with one mind and with one mouth you may glorify Aloha, the Father of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha.
7 Naizvozvo, gamuchiranai, sezvamakagamuchirwa naKristu, kuti Mwari arumbidzwe.
Therefore, receive and bear with one another, as also the Meshiha hath received you, to the glory of Aloha.
8 Nokuti ndinoti kwamuri Kristu akava muranda wavaJudha akamirira zvokwadi yaMwari, kuti asimbise zvakapikirwa madzibaba
But I say that Jeshu Meshiha ministered the circumcision, on behalf of the truth of Aloha, that he might confirm the promise of the fathers,
9 kuti veDzimwe Ndudzi vakudze Mwari nokuda kwengoni dzake, sezvazvakanyorwa zvichinzi: “Naizvozvo ndichakurumbidzai pakati peveDzimwe Ndudzi; ndichaimbira zita renyu nziyo.”
and the Gentiles might glorify Aloha for his mercy that was upon them. As it is written, I will confess thee among the Gentiles, And to thy name will I sing.
10 Uyezve zvinonzi, “Farai imi veDzimwe Ndudzi, pamwe chete navanhu vake.”
And again he hath said, Be glad, ye Gentiles, with his people.
11 Uyezve, “Rumbidzai Ishe, imi mose veDzimwe Ndudzi, uye muimbirei nziyo dzokurumbidza, imi marudzi ose.”
And again he hath said, Praise the Lord, all (ye) Gentiles; Let all peoples praise him.
12 Uyezve, Isaya anoti, “Mudzi waJese uchatunga, iye achamuka kuzotonga pamusoro pendudzi dzose; veDzimwe Ndudzi vachava netariro maari.”
And again, Eshaia hath said, There shall be a root of Jeshai, And he who shall arise shall be the chief of the peoples; And upon him will the Gentiles hope.
13 Mwari wetariro ngaakuzadzei nomufaro wose norugare pamunovimba naye, kuti muve netariro izere, nesimba raMweya Mutsvene.
But the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace, through faith, that you may abound in hope through the power of the Spirit of Holiness.
14 Ini pachangu ndinoziva kwazvo, hama dzangu, kuti imi pachenyu muzere nokunaka, makakwana muruzivo uye munogona kudzidzisana.
BUT I am persuaded also concerning you, my brethren, that you are also full of good, and filled with all knowledge, and able also to instruct others.
15 Ndakunyorerai nokushinga kwazvo pamusoro pezvimwe zvinhu, sendinokuyeuchidzai zvakare, nokuda kwenyasha dzandakapiwa naMwari
But I have somewhat boldly written to you, my brethren, as that I may put you in remembrance, through the grace which is given to me from Aloha,
16 kuti ndive mushumiri waKristu Jesu kune veDzimwe Ndudzi, ane basa rouprista rokuparidza vhangeri raMwari, kuitira kuti veDzimwe Ndudzi vagova chipiriso chinogamuchirwa kuna Mwari, chakanatswa naMweya Mutsvene.
to be a minister of Jeshu Meshiha among the Gentiles, and to labour in the gospel of Aloha, that there may be an oblation of the Gentiles, acceptable and holy through the Spirit of Holiness.
17 Naizvozvo ndinozvirumbidza muna Kristu Jesu muushumiri hwangu kuna Mwari.
I have, then, exultation in Jeshu Meshiha with Aloha.
18 Nokuti handingatauri zvimwe zvinhu kunze kwezvinhu zvakaitwa naKristu kubudikidza neni mukutungamirira veDzimwe Ndudzi kuti vateerere Mwari nokuda kwezvandakataura uye ndikaita,
For I dare not speak any thing which the Meshiha hath not done by my hands, unto the obedience of the Gentiles, in word and in deeds,
19 nesimba rezviratidzo nezvishamiso, kubudikidza nesimba roMweya. Saka kubva kuJerusarema kusvika kwose kunyika yakapoteredza, kusvikira kuIrikumi, ndakaparidza kwazvo vhangeri raKristu.
with the power of signs and miracles, and with the power of the Spirit of Aloha; as that I have itinerated from Urishlem unto Illyrikum, to fulfil the preaching of Meshiha;
20 Chagara chiri chishuwo changu kuti ndiparidze vhangeri kunzvimbo dzisati dzaziva Kristu, kuti ndisavaka pamusoro penheyo dzomumwe munhu.
being anxious to preach, not where the name of Meshiha had been called, that I might not build upon another foundation,
21 Asi sezvazvakanyorwa zvichinzi: “Avo, vakanga vasina kuudzwa nezvake vachaona, uye naivo vasina kunzwa vachanzwisisa.”
but as it is written, They to whom it hath not been told of him, they shall see him; and they who have not heard shall be persuaded.
22 Ndokusaka ndakadziviswa kazhinji kuuya kwamuri.
On this account I have been hindered many times when I would have come to you.
23 Asi zvino hapasisinazve imwe nzvimbo yandingashanda mumatunhu aya, uye sezvo pava namakore mazhinji ndichida kuuya kwamuri,
But now, because I have no place in these countries, and have desired for many years to come to you,
24 ndine urongwa hwokuita izvi pandichaenda kuSipeini. Ndinovimba kuti ndichakushanyirai pandichapfuura noko uye kuti muzondibatsira parwendo rwangu ikoko, mushure mokunge ndambofadzwa nokuva nemi kwechinguva.
when I go into Ispania, I hope to come and see you; and you shall lead me thitherward, when I shall in some measure have been gladdened with the sight of you.
25 Asi, zvino ndiri parwendo rwangu rwokuenda kuJerusarema kundoshumira vatsvene variko.
But now I go to Urishlem to minister to the saints.
26 Nokuti veMasedhonia neveAkaya vakafadzwa kuti vagovane navarombo pakati pavatsvene vari muJerusarema.
For they in Makedunia and in Akaia have desired that a communication should be made from themselves with the poor and the saints who are at Urishlem.
27 Nokuti vakaona zvakanaka kuti vaite izvi, uye zvirokwazvo vane ngava kuti vavaitire izvi. Nokuti kana veDzimwe Ndudzi vakagovanawo pazvinhu zvoMweya zvavaJudha, vane ngavawo kuvaJudha kuti vagoverane navo pazvinhu zvavo zvenyika ino.
They have desired (this), because they also are indebted to them. For if the Gentiles have participated with them in the Spirit, they are indebted to serve them in the flesh.
28 Saka mushure mokunge ndapedza kuita basa iri uye ndaona kuti vagamuchira chibereko ichi, ndichaenda kuSipeini uye ndichakushanyirai parwendo rwangu.
This, then, when I have accomplished, and have sealed to them this fruit, I (intend to) pass by you into Ispania.
29 Ndinoziva kuti pandichauya kwamuri, ndichauya nokuropafadza kwakazara kwaKristu.
And I know that when I come to you, with the plenitude of the blessing of the gospel of Meshiha I (shall) come.
30 Ndinokukumbirai zvikuru, hama dzangu, naShe wedu Jesu Kristu uye norudo rwoMweya, kuti murwe pamwe chete neni nokundinyengeterera kuna Mwari.
Now I entreat of you, my brethren, by our Lord Jeshu Meshiha, and by the love of the Spirit, to labour with me in prayer on my behalf, with Aloha,
31 Nyengeterai kuti ndinunurwe kune vasingatendi vari muJudhea uye kuti ushumiri hwangu muJerusarema hugamuchirwe navatsvene variko,
that I may be delivered from them who believe not in Jihud, and (that) the service which I bear to the saints may be well received,
32 kuti ndiuye kwamuri nomufaro nokuda kwaMwari uye kuti ndimutsiridzwe pamwe chete nemi.
and I may come to you with joy in the will of Aloha, and be rested with you.
33 Mwari worugare ngaave nemi mose. Ameni.
The God of peace be with all of you. Amen.
