1 Pisarema. Imbirai Jehovha rwiyo rutsva, nokuti akaita zvinhu zvinoshamisa; ruoko rwake rworudyi nechanza chake chitsvene zvakamukundisa.

A Melody. Sing to Yahweh, a song that is new, For, wonderful things, hath he done, His own right hand and his holy arm, have brought him salvation.

2 Jehovha akazivisa ruponeso rwake uye akaratidza kururama kwake kundudzi,

Yahweh, hath made known, his salvation, Before the eyes of the nations, hath he revealed his righteousness;

3 Akarangarira rudo rwake nokutendeka kwake kuimba yaIsraeri; migumo yose yenyika yakaona ruponeso rwaMwari wedu.

He hath remembered his lovingkindness and his faithfulness towards the house of Israel, —All the ends of the earth, have seen, the salvation of our God.

4 Danidzirai nomufaro kuna Jehovha, imi nyika yose, imbai nziyo mupembere nomufaro;

Shout aloud to Yahweh, all the earth, Break forth and make a joyful noise and sweep the strings;

5 imbirai Jehovha nembira, nembira nenzwi rokuimba,

Sweep the strings to Yahweh, With the lyre, With the lyre, and the voice of melody;

6 nehwamanda nokurira kworunyanga rwegondobwe, danidzirai nomufaro pamberi paJehovha, iye Mambo.

With trumpets and the sound of a horn, Shout aloud, before the king—Yahweh.

7 Gungwa ngaritinhire, nezvose zviri mariri, nenyika, navose vanogaramo.

Let the sea, roar, and the fulness thereof, The world, and they who dwell therein;

8 Nzizi ngadziuchire maoko adzo, makomo ngaaimbe pamwe chete nomufaro;

Let, the floods, clap their hands, Together, let, the mountains, make a joyful noise,

9 ngaaimbe pamberi paJehovha, nokuti anouya kuzotonga nyika. Achatonga nyika zvakarurama navanhu nokururamisira.

Before Yahweh, for he is coming—to judge the earth, —He will judge the world, in righteousness, And the peoples, with equity.
