1 Pisarema raDhavhidhi. Ndichakurumbidzai, imi Jehovha, nomwoyo wangu wose; ndichaimba nziyo dzokukurumbidzai pamberi pa“vamwari.”

2 Ndichakotamira pasi ndakatarisa kutemberi yenyu tsvene, uye ndicharumbidza zita renyu nokuda kworudo rwenyu nokutendeka kwenyu, nokuti makakudza zita renyu neshoko renyu pamusoro pezvinhu zvose.

3 Pandakadana, imi makandipindura; makandishingisa nomwoyo wakasimba.

4 Madzimambo ose enyika ngaakurumbidzei, imi Jehovha, pavanonzwa mashoko omuromo wenyu.

6 Kunyange Jehovha ari kumusoro, anoona vanozvininipisa, asi vanozvikudza anovaziva vari kure.

For the Lord is hiy, and biholdith meke thingis; and knowith afer hiy thingis.

7 Kunyange ndikafamba pakati penhamo, munochengetedza upenyu hwangu; munotambanudza ruoko rwenyu pamusoro pehasha dzavavengi vangu, munondiponesa noruoko rwenyu rworudyi.

If Y schal go in the myddil of tribulacioun, thou schalt quikene me; and thou stretchidist forth thin hond on the ire of myn enemyes, and thi riyt hond made me saaf.

8 Jehovha achazadzisa zvirongwa zvake neni; rudo rwenyu, imi Jehovha, runogara nokusingaperi, musasiya mabasa amaoko enyu.

The Lord schal yelde for me, Lord, thi merci is with outen ende; dispise thou not the werkis of thin hondis.
