1 Pakupedzisira, hama dzangu, farai muna She! Harisi dambudziko kwandiri kuti ndinyore zvinhu zvimwe chetezvo zvakare kwamuri, uye zvinokuchengetedzai imi.
Moreouer, my brethren, reioyce in the Lord. It grieueth mee not to write the same things to you, and for you it is a sure thing.
2 Chenjererai imbwa dziya, vanhu vanoita zvakaipa, vaya vanoremadza nyama nokucheka.
Beware of dogges: beware of euil workers: beware of the concision.
3 Nokuti tisu vokudzingiswa, tisu tinonamata noMweya waMwari, vanozvirumbidza muna Kristu Jesu, uye vasingavimbi nenyama,
For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirite, and reioyce in Christ Iesus, and haue no confidence in the flesh:
4 kunyange zvangu ini ndine chikonzero chokuvimba kwakadaro. Kana pano munhu zvake anofunga kuti ane chikonzero chokuvimba nenyama, ini ndinazvo zvakawanda:
Though I might also haue confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, much more I,
5 ndakadzingiswa pazuva rorusere, ndiri mumwe wavanhu veIsraeri, worudzi rwaBhenjamini, muHebheru wavaHebheru; pamurayiro, ndiri muFarisi;
Circumcised the eight day, of the kinred of Israel, of the tribe of Beniamin, an Ebrewe of the Ebrewes, by the Lawe a Pharise.
6 kana kuri kushingaira, ndichitambudza kereke; kana kuri kuchengetedza murayiro, handina mhosva.
Concerning zeale, I persecuted ye Church: touching the righteousnesse which is in the Law, I was vnrebukeable.
7 Asi zvose zvakanga zviri pfuma kwandiri, ndakaona kuri kurasikirwa nokuda kwaKristu.
But the thinges that were vantage vnto me, the same I counted losse for Christes sake.
8 Chimwezve ndakati zvinhu zvose kurasikirwa hako kana zvichienzaniswa noukuru hunopfurikidza hwokuziva Kristu Jesu, Ishe wangu, nokuti nokuda kwake ndakarasikirwa nezvinhu zvose. Ndakazviita marara, kuti ndiwane Kristu.
Yea, doubtlesse I thinke all thinges but losse for the excellent knowledge sake of Christ Iesus my Lord, for whome I haue counted all things losse, and doe iudge them to bee dongue, that I might winne Christ,
9 Uye kuti ndiwanikwe maari, ndisina kururama kwangu kunobva pamurayiro, asi uko kunouya kubudikidza nokutenda kuri muna Kristu, iko kururama kunobva kuna Mwari uye kuri kwokutenda.
And might bee founde in him, that is, not hauing mine owne righteousnesse, which is of the Lawe, but that which is through the faith of Christ, euen the righteousnesse which is of God through faith,
10 Ndinoda kuziva Kristu nesimba rokumuka kwake uye nokuwadzana kwokugovana naye mumatambudziko ake, ndifanane naye pakufa kwake,
That I may know him, and the vertue of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his afflictions, and be made conformable vnto his death,
11 uye kuti, zvimwe, ndiwane kumuka kubva kuvakafa.
If by any meanes I might attaine vnto the resurrection of the dead:
12 Kwete kuti ndatowana zvose izvi kare, kana kuti ndatokwana pakururama, asi ndinoshingaira kuti ndichibate icho chandakabatirwa naKristu Jesu.
Not as though I had alreadie attained to it, either were alreadie perfect: but I follow, if that I may comprehend that for whose sake also I am comprehended of Christ Iesus.
13 Hama dzangu, handisi kuti ndatochibata. Asi ndinoita chinhu chimwe: Ndinokanganwa zviri shure ndichivavarira zviri mberi,
Brethren, I count not my selfe, that I haue attained to it, but one thing I doe: I forget that which is behinde, and endeuour my selfe vnto that which is before,
14 ndinoshingairira kuchinangwa chokupedzisira kuti ndiwane mubayiro wandakadanirwa naMwari kudenga muna Kristu Jesu.
And follow hard toward the marke, for the prise of the hie calling of God in Christ Iesus.
15 Isu tose takura tinofanira kuva nepfungwa iyoyo. Uye kana pane dzimwe nguva imi muchifunga zvakasiyana, izvozvowo Mwari achazvijekesa kwamuri.
Let vs therefore as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if yee be otherwise minded, God shall reueile euen the same vnto you.
16 Ngatiraramei bedzi zvinopindirana nezvatakawana.
Neuerthelesse, in that whereunto wee are come, let vs proceede by one rule, that wee may minde one thing.
17 Batanai navamwe mukutevera muenzaniso wangu, hama, uye mucherechedze avo vanorarama zviri maererano netsika dzatakakudzidzisai.
Brethren, bee followers of mee, and looke on them, which walke so, as yee haue vs for an ensample.
18 Nokuti, sezvandaimbokuudzai kare uye ndinodarozve kunyange zvino nemisodzi kuti, vazhinji vanorarama savavengi vomuchinjikwa waKristu.
For many walke, of whom I haue told you often, and nowe tell you weeping, that they are the enemies of the Crosse of Christ:
19 Magumo avo ndiko kuparadzwa kwavo, Mwari wavo idumbu ravo, uye kuzvirumbidza kwavo ndiko kunyadziswa kwavo. Pfungwa dzavo dzinofunga zvinhu zvenyika.
Whose ende is damnation, whose God is their bellie, and whose glorie is to their shame, which minde earthly things.
20 Asi nyika yedu iri kudenga. Uye tinomirira Muponesi anobva ikoko, iye Ishe Jesu Kristu,
But our conuersation is in heauen, from whence also we looke for the Sauiour, euen the Lord Iesus Christ,
21 uyo ane simba rinomugonesa kuti auyise zvinhu zvose pasi pesimba rake, achavandudza miviri yedu yakazvidzika kuti ifanane nomuviri wake wokubwinya.
Who shall change our vile bodie, that it may be fashioned like vnto his glorious body, according to the working, whereby hee is able euen to subdue all things vnto him selfe.
