But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, "Why do you think evil in your hearts?
5 Ndezvipi zvakareruka, kuti, ‘Zvivi zvako waregererwa,’ kana kuti, ‘Simuka ufambe’?
For which is easier, to say, 'Your sins are forgiven;' or to say, 'Get up, and walk?'
6 Asi kuti mugoziva kuti Mwanakomana woMunhu ane simba panyika rokuregerera zvivi.” Ipapo akati kumunhu uya akanga akafa mitezo, “Simuka, tora bonde rako uende kumba.”

But you go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, and not sacrifice,' for I came not to call the righteous, but sinners."
14 Vadzidzi vaJohani vakauya kuzomubvunza vachiti, “Ko, sei isu navaFarisi tichitsanya asi vadzidzi venyu vasingatsanyi.”
Then John's disciples came to him, saying, "Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples do not fast?"
