1 Pane imwe nguva akapinda musinagoge, uye imomo makanga mune murume akanga ane ruoko rwakanga rwakakokonyara.
And he entered again into the synagogue, and there was a man there who had his hand withered.
2 Vamwe vavo vakanga vachitsvaka mhosva yavangapomera Jesu, saka vakamutarisisa kuti vaone kana aizomuporesa nomusi weSabata.
And They watched him, whether he would heal him on the Sabbath day, that they might accuse him.
3 Jesu akati kumurume akanga ane ruoko rwakakokonyara, “Simuka umire pamberi pavanhu vose.”
And he said to the man with the withered hand, "Stand up in the middle."
4 Ipapo Jesu akavabvunza akati, “Ndezvipiko zvinotenderwa nomusi weSabata: kuita zvakanaka kana kuita zvakaipa, kuponesa munhu kana kuuraya?” Asi vakaramba vanyerere.
And he said to them, "Is it lawful on the Sabbath day to do good, or to do harm? To save a life, or to kill?" But they were silent.
5 Atsamwa, akatarisa vanhu vose vakanga vakamukomberedza, uye ashungurudzwa nokuda kwokusindimara kwemwoyo yavo akati kumurume uya, “Tambanudza ruoko rwako.” Akarutambanudza, uye ruoko rwake rukaporeswa.
And when he had looked around at them with anger, being grieved at the hardening of their hearts, he said to the man, "Stretch out your hand." He stretched it out, and his hand was restored.
6 Ipapo vaFarisi vakabuda vakatanga kurangana navaHerodhi kuti vangauraya sei Jesu.
And the Pharisees went out, and immediately conspired with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
7 Jesu akabva kugungwa navadzidzi vake, uye vanhu vazhinji vaibva kuGarirea vakamutevera.
And Jesus withdrew to the sea with his disciples, and a large crowd followed from Galilee, and from Judea,
8 Vakati vanzwa zvose zvaakanga achiita, vanhu vazhinji vakauya kwaari vachibva kuJudhea, Jerusarema, Idhumea, uye namatunhu ari mhiri kweJorodhani, neakapoteredza Tire neSidhoni.
and from Jerusalem, and from Idumea, and beyond the Jordan, and those from around Tyre and Sidon. A large crowd, when they heard what great things he did, came to him.
9 Akaudza vadzidzi vake kuti vamutsvagire igwa duku, kuitira kuti vanhu varege kumutsikirira nokuda kwokuwanda kwavo.
And he told his disciples that a small boat should stay near him because of the crowd, so that they would not press on him.
10 Ainge aporesa vazhinji zvokuti vaya vakanga vane zvirwere vakanga vachisundana vachiuya mberi kuti vamubate.
For he had healed many, so that as many as had diseases pressed on him that they might touch him.
11 Pose paaionekwa nemweya yakaipa, yaiwira pasi pamberi pake uye yaidanidzira ichiti, “Ndimi Mwanakomana waMwari.”
And the unclean spirits, whenever they saw him, fell down before him, and shouted, saying, "You are the Son of God."
12 Asi iye akairayira kwazvo kuti irege kutaura kuti akanga ari ani.
And he sternly warned them that they should not make him known.
13 Jesu akakwira pagomo akadana kwaari vaya vaaida, uye vakauya.
And he went up into the mountain, and called to himself those whom he wanted, and they went to him.
14 Akasarudza vane gumi navaviri akavati vapostori, kuti vagare naye uye kuti agozovatuma kuti vandoparidza
And he appointed twelve, that they might be with him, and that he might send them out to preach,
15 uye kuti vave nesimba rokudzinga madhimoni.
to have authority to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons.
16 Ava ndivo gumi navaviri vaakasarudza: Simoni (uyo waakatumidza zita rokuti Petro),
And he appointed the twelve. And to Simon he gave the name Peter;
17 Jakobho mwanakomana waZebhedhi nomununʼuna wake Johani (avo vaakatumidza zita rokuti Bhoanerigesi, kureva kuti Vanakomana voKutinhira),
and James the son of Zebedee; and John the brother of James (and he gave them the names Boanerges, which is to say, Sons of Thunder);
18 Andirea, Firipi, Bhatoromeo, Mateo, Tomasi, Jakobho mwanakomana waArifeasi, Tadheo, Simoni muZeroti
and Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Zealot;
19 naJudhasi Iskarioti, uyo akamupandukira.
and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him.
20 Ipapo Jesu akapinda mune imwe imba, uye vazhinji vakaunganazve, zvokuti iye navadzidzi vake vakanga vasingagoni kunyange kudya.
And he came into a house, and the crowd came together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
21 Mhuri yake yakati yazvinzwa, vakaenda kundomubata, nokuti vakati, “Ava kupenga.”
And when his family heard it, they went out to take charge of him: for they said, "He is out of his mind."
22 Uye vadzidzisi vomurayiro vaibva kuJerusarema vakati, “Akabatwa nomweya waBheerizebhubhi! Ari kudzinga madhimoni nomuchinda wamadhimoni.”
And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, "He has Beelzebul," and, "By the prince of the demons he casts out the demons."
23 Saka Jesu akavadana akataura kwavari nomufananidzo achiti, “Ko, Satani angadzinga sei Satani?
And so he summoned them, and said to them in parables, "How can Satan cast out Satan?
24 Kana umambo huchizvipesanisa, umambo ihwohwo hahugoni kumira.
And if a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
25 Kana imba ichizvipesanisa, imba iyoyo haigoni kumira.
And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.
26 Uye kana Satani achizvipikisa pachake uye achizvipesanisa, haangagoni kumira; kuguma kwake kwasvika.
And if Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he will not be able to stand, but has an end.
27 Zviripo ndezvokuti, hakuna munhu angapinda mumba momunhu ane simba agotakura zvinhu zvake, kana asina kutanga asunga murume wacho ane simba. Ipapo angagona kupamba imba yake.
But no one can enter into the house of the strong man to plunder, unless he first binds the strong man; and then he will plunder his house.
28 Ndinokuudzai chokwadi kuti zvivi zvose nokumhura kwavanhu kwose zvicharegererwa.
Truly I tell you, all human sins will be forgiven, including their blasphemies with which they may blaspheme;
29 Asi ani naani anomhura Mweya Mutsvene haazomboregererwi; ane mhosva yechivi chisingaperi.” (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
but whoever may blaspheme against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an everlasting sin"— (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
30 Akataura izvozvo nokuti vakanga vachiti, “Ano mweya wakaipa.”
because they said, "He has an unclean spirit."
31 Ipapo mai vaJesu navanunʼuna vake vakauya. Vakatuma munhu kundomudana ivo vamire panze.
And his mother and his brothers came, and standing outside, they sent to him, calling him.
32 Vazhinji vakanga vagere vakamukomberedza, uye vakati kwaari, “Mai venyu navanunʼuna venyu vari kukutsvakai panze.”
And a crowd was sitting around him, and they told him, "Look, your mother and your brothers are outside looking for you."
33 Iye akati, “Vanamai vangu navanunʼuna vangu ndivanaaniko?”
And he answered them, saying, "Who are my mother and my brothers?"
34 Ipapo akatarisa kuna avo vakanga vagere vakaita denderedzwa vakamupoteredza akati, “Ava ndivo mai vangu navanunʼuna vangu!
And looking around at those who sat around him, he said, "Look, my mother and my brothers.
35 Ani naani anoita kuda kwaMwari ndiye mununʼuna wangu nehanzvadzi, uye namai vangu.”
For whoever does the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother."
