1 Pane imwe nguva akapinda musinagoge, uye imomo makanga mune murume akanga ane ruoko rwakanga rwakakokonyara.
And He entered again into the synagogue, and there was there a man having the hand withered,
2 Vamwe vavo vakanga vachitsvaka mhosva yavangapomera Jesu, saka vakamutarisisa kuti vaone kana aizomuporesa nomusi weSabata.
and they were watching Him, whether on the Sabbaths He will heal him, that they might accuse Him.
3 Jesu akati kumurume akanga ane ruoko rwakakokonyara, “Simuka umire pamberi pavanhu vose.”
And He says to the man having the hand withered, “Rise up in the midst.”
4 Ipapo Jesu akavabvunza akati, “Ndezvipiko zvinotenderwa nomusi weSabata: kuita zvakanaka kana kuita zvakaipa, kuponesa munhu kana kuuraya?” Asi vakaramba vanyerere.
And He says to them, “Is it lawful on the Sabbaths to do good, or to do evil? To save life, or to kill?” But they were silent.
5 Atsamwa, akatarisa vanhu vose vakanga vakamukomberedza, uye ashungurudzwa nokuda kwokusindimara kwemwoyo yavo akati kumurume uya, “Tambanudza ruoko rwako.” Akarutambanudza, uye ruoko rwake rukaporeswa.
And having looked around on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their heart, He says to the man, “Stretch forth your hand”; and he stretched forth, and his hand was restored whole as the other;
6 Ipapo vaFarisi vakabuda vakatanga kurangana navaHerodhi kuti vangauraya sei Jesu.
and the Pharisees having gone forth, immediately, with the Herodians, were taking counsel against Him how they might destroy Him.
7 Jesu akabva kugungwa navadzidzi vake, uye vanhu vazhinji vaibva kuGarirea vakamutevera.
And Jesus withdrew with His disciples to the sea, and a great multitude from Galilee followed Him, and from Judea,
8 Vakati vanzwa zvose zvaakanga achiita, vanhu vazhinji vakauya kwaari vachibva kuJudhea, Jerusarema, Idhumea, uye namatunhu ari mhiri kweJorodhani, neakapoteredza Tire neSidhoni.
and from Jerusalem, and from Idumea and beyond the Jordan; and they around Tyre and Sidon—a great multitude—having heard how He was doing great things, came to Him.
9 Akaudza vadzidzi vake kuti vamutsvagire igwa duku, kuitira kuti vanhu varege kumutsikirira nokuda kwokuwanda kwavo.
And He said to His disciples that a little boat may wait on Him, because of the multitude, that they may not press on Him,
10 Ainge aporesa vazhinji zvokuti vaya vakanga vane zvirwere vakanga vachisundana vachiuya mberi kuti vamubate.
for He healed many, so that they threw themselves on Him, in order to touch Him—as many as had plagues;
11 Pose paaionekwa nemweya yakaipa, yaiwira pasi pamberi pake uye yaidanidzira ichiti, “Ndimi Mwanakomana waMwari.”
and the unclean spirits, when they were seeing Him, were falling down before Him, and were crying, saying, “You are the Son of God”;
12 Asi iye akairayira kwazvo kuti irege kutaura kuti akanga ari ani.
and many times He was charging them that they might not make Him apparent.
13 Jesu akakwira pagomo akadana kwaari vaya vaaida, uye vakauya.
And He goes up to the mountain, and calls near whom He willed, and they went away to Him;
14 Akasarudza vane gumi navaviri akavati vapostori, kuti vagare naye uye kuti agozovatuma kuti vandoparidza
and He appointed twelve, that they may be with Him, and that He may send them forth to preach,
15 uye kuti vave nesimba rokudzinga madhimoni.
and to have power to heal the sicknesses, and to cast out the demons.
16 Ava ndivo gumi navaviri vaakasarudza: Simoni (uyo waakatumidza zita rokuti Petro),
And He put on Simon the name Peter;
17 Jakobho mwanakomana waZebhedhi nomununʼuna wake Johani (avo vaakatumidza zita rokuti Bhoanerigesi, kureva kuti Vanakomana voKutinhira),
and James of Zebedee, and John the brother of James, and He put on them names—Boanerges, that is, “Sons of thunder”;
18 Andirea, Firipi, Bhatoromeo, Mateo, Tomasi, Jakobho mwanakomana waArifeasi, Tadheo, Simoni muZeroti
and Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James of Alpheus, and Thaddeus, and Simon the Zealot,

20 Ipapo Jesu akapinda mune imwe imba, uye vazhinji vakaunganazve, zvokuti iye navadzidzi vake vakanga vasingagoni kunyange kudya.
And a multitude comes together again, so that they are not even able to eat bread;
21 Mhuri yake yakati yazvinzwa, vakaenda kundomubata, nokuti vakati, “Ava kupenga.”
and those alongside Him having heard, went forth to lay hold on Him, for they said that He was beside Himself,
22 Uye vadzidzisi vomurayiro vaibva kuJerusarema vakati, “Akabatwa nomweya waBheerizebhubhi! Ari kudzinga madhimoni nomuchinda wamadhimoni.”
and the scribes who [are] from Jerusalem having come down, said, “He has Beelzebul,” and, “By the ruler of the demons He casts out the demons.”
23 Saka Jesu akavadana akataura kwavari nomufananidzo achiti, “Ko, Satani angadzinga sei Satani?
And having called them near, He said to them in allegories, “How is Satan able to cast out Satan?
24 Kana umambo huchizvipesanisa, umambo ihwohwo hahugoni kumira.
And if a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot be made to stand;
25 Kana imba ichizvipesanisa, imba iyoyo haigoni kumira.
and if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot be made to stand;
26 Uye kana Satani achizvipikisa pachake uye achizvipesanisa, haangagoni kumira; kuguma kwake kwasvika.
and if Satan rose against himself, and has been divided, he cannot be made to stand, but has an end.
27 Zviripo ndezvokuti, hakuna munhu angapinda mumba momunhu ane simba agotakura zvinhu zvake, kana asina kutanga asunga murume wacho ane simba. Ipapo angagona kupamba imba yake.
No one is able to spoil the vessels of the strong man, having entered into his house, if first he may not bind the strong man, and then he will spoil his house.
28 Ndinokuudzai chokwadi kuti zvivi zvose nokumhura kwavanhu kwose zvicharegererwa.
Truly I say to you that all sins will be forgiven to the sons of men, and slanders with which they might have slandered,
29 Asi ani naani anomhura Mweya Mutsvene haazomboregererwi; ane mhosva yechivi chisingaperi.” (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
but whoever may slander in regard to the Holy Spirit has no forgiveness—throughout the age, but is in danger of continuous judgment; (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
30 Akataura izvozvo nokuti vakanga vachiti, “Ano mweya wakaipa.”
because they said, He has an unclean spirit.”
31 Ipapo mai vaJesu navanunʼuna vake vakauya. Vakatuma munhu kundomudana ivo vamire panze.
Then His brothers and mother come, and standing outside, they sent to Him, calling Him,
32 Vazhinji vakanga vagere vakamukomberedza, uye vakati kwaari, “Mai venyu navanunʼuna venyu vari kukutsvakai panze.”
and a multitude was sitting around Him, and they said to Him, “Behold, Your mother and Your brothers seek You outside.”
33 Iye akati, “Vanamai vangu navanunʼuna vangu ndivanaaniko?”
And He answered them, saying, “Who is My mother, or My brothers?”
34 Ipapo akatarisa kuna avo vakanga vagere vakaita denderedzwa vakamupoteredza akati, “Ava ndivo mai vangu navanunʼuna vangu!
And having looked around in a circle to those sitting around Him, He says, “Behold, My mother and My brothers!
35 Ani naani anoita kuda kwaMwari ndiye mununʼuna wangu nehanzvadzi, uye namai vangu.”
For whoever may do the will of God, he is My brother, and My sister, and mother.”
