< 2 VaKorinde 11 >
1 Ndinovimba kuti muchava nomwoyo murefu zvishoma nokuda kwoupenzi hwangu; asi mava kutozviita kare.
O that you were bearing with me a little of the folly, but you also bear with me:
2 Ndine godo pamusoro penyu negodo raMwari. Ndakakuitai vakavimbika kumurume mumwe chete, kuna Kristu, kuitira kuti ndigozogona kukusvitsai kwaari semhandara yakachena.
for I am zealous for you with zeal of God, for I betrothed you to one Husband, a pure virgin, to present to Christ,
3 Asi ndinotya kuti sokunyengerwa kwakaitwa Evha nenyoka nemano ayo, ndangariro dzenyu dzingangotsauswa kubva pakururama nokuchena kwomwoyo, pakuzvipira kuna Kristu.
and I fear, lest, as the serpent deceived Eve in his subtlety, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that [is] in the Christ;
4 Nokuti kana mumwe akauya kwamuri achiparidza mumwe Jesu kunze kwaJesu watakaparidza, kana kuti mukagamuchira mumwe mweya wakasiyana nouyo wamakagamuchira, kana rimwe vhangeri rakasiyana neramakagamuchira, munogona kuzvigamuchira zviri nyore kwazvo.
for if, indeed, he who is coming preaches another Jesus whom we did not preach, or you receive another spirit which you did not receive, or other good news which you did not accept—well were you bearing [it],
5 Asi handifungi kuti ndiri muduku napaduku pose ku“vapostori vanopfuura vamwe vose.”
for I reckon that I have been nothing behind the very chiefest apostles,
6 Ndingava zvangu ndisinganatsi pakutaura, asi ndine ruzivo. Takanyatsojekesa izvi kwamuri nenzira dzose.
and even if a commoner in speech—yet not in knowledge, but in everything we were made evident in all things to you.
7 Ndakatadza here zvandakazvininipisa kuitira kuti imi mugokudzwa nokuparidzwa kwevhangeri raMwari kwamuri pachena pasina mutengo?
Did I do sin—humbling myself that you might be exalted, because I freely proclaimed the good news of God to you?
8 Ndakatorera dzimwe kereke pandakagamuchira rubatsiro kubva kwavari kuitira kuti ndigone kukushumirai.
I robbed other assemblies, having taken wages, for your ministry;
9 Uye pandakanga ndiri pakati penyu ndichishayiwa chimwe chinhu, handina kuva mutoro kuna ani zvake, nokuti hama dzakabva kuMasedhonia dzakandipa zvandaishayiwa. Handina kuda kuva mutoro nenzira ipi zvayo pakati penyu, uye ndicharamba ndichidaro.
and being present with you, and having been in want, I was chargeable to no one, for the brothers supplied my lack—having come from Macedonia—and I kept myself burdenless to you in everything, and will keep.
10 Zvirokwazvo sezvo chokwadi chaKristu chiri mandiri, hakuna munhu mudunhu reAkaya achandidzivisa pakuzvirumbidza uku.
The truth of Christ is in me, because this boasting will not be stopped in regard to me in the regions of Achaia;
11 Seiko? Nokuti handikudei here? Mwari anoziva kuti ndinokudai!
for what reason? Because I do not love you? God has known!
12 Uye ndicharamba ndichiita zvandiri kuita kuti ndishayise nzira kuna avo vanotsvaka mukana wokuti vaenzaniswe nesu pazvinhu zvavanozvirumbidza nazvo.
And what I do, I also will do, that I may cut off the occasion of those wishing an occasion, that in that which they boast they may be found according as we also;
13 Nokuti vanhu vakadai ndivo vapostori venhema, varume vanonyengera, vanozvishandura vachizviita vapostori vaKristu.
for those such [are] false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ,
14 Uye naizvozvo hazvishamisi, nokuti Satani pachake anozvishandura achizviita mutumwa wechiedza.
and no wonder—for even Satan transforms himself into a messenger of light;
15 Naizvozvowo hazvishamisi, kana varanda vake vachizvishandura vachizviita varanda vokururama. Magumo avo achava sezvakafanira maitiro avo.
[it is] no great thing, then, if his servants also transform themselves as servants of righteousness—whose end will be according to their works.
16 Ndinopamhidza kuti: Ngakurege kuva nomunhu anonditi ndiri benzi. Asi kana muchidaro, naizvozvo ndigamuchirei sebenzi, kuitira kuti ndigozvirumbidzawo zvishoma.
Again I say, may no one think me to be a fool; and if otherwise, receive me even as a fool, that I also may boast a little.
17 Mukuzvirumbidza pachangu, handisi kutaura sezvinobva kuna She, asi sebenzi.
That which I speak, I do not speak according to the LORD, but as in foolishness, in this the confidence of boasting;
18 Sezvo vazhinji vachizvirumbidza nenzira inoitwa nenyika, neniwo ndichazvirumbidza.
since many boast according to the flesh, I also will boast:
19 Nokuti makava nomwoyo murefu nomufaro kumapenzi sezvo makachenjera!
for you gladly bear with the fools—being wise,
20 Nokuti munoitira mwoyo murefu kunyange munhu wose anokuitai varanda kana anokubirai kana anokutapai kana anokuzvidzai kana anokurovai kumeso.
for you bear, if anyone is bringing you under bondage, if anyone devours, if anyone takes away, if anyone exalts himself, if anyone strikes you on the face;
21 Ndichizvishora ndinobvuma kuti takanga tisina simba rokuti tiite izvozvo. Zvinotsunga vamwe vose kuti vazvirumbidze pamusoro pazvo, ndinotaura sebenzi, ini ndinotsungawo kuzvirumbidza pamusoro pazvo.
I speak in reference to dishonor, how that we were weak, and in whatever anyone is bold—in foolishness I say [it]—I also am bold.
22 Ivo vaHebheru here? Neniwo ndiri. Ivo vaIsraeri here? Neniwo ndiri. Ivo zvizvarwa zvaAbhurahama here? Neniwo ndiri.
Are they Hebrews? I also! Are they Israelites? I also! Are they seed of Abraham? I also!
23 Ivo varanda vaKristu here? Ndava kupenga, kana ndichitaura zvakadai. Ini ndiri muranda wake zvikuru. Ndakashanda zvokuvapfuura, ndakaiswa mutorongo kakawanda kuvapfuura, ndakarohwa zvikuru kwazvo, uye ndakatarisana norufu kazhinji.
Are they servants of Christ? As [if] beside myself I speak—I [am] more; in labors more abundantly, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequently, in deaths many times.
24 Kanosvika kashanu ndakarohwa navaJudha shamhu makumi matatu nepfumbamwe.
Five times I received from Jews forty [stripes] except one;
25 Katatu ndakarohwa netsvimbo, kamwe chete ndakatakwa namabwe, katatu ndakaita tsaona nechikepe, ndakapedza usiku humwe namasikati ndiri pagungwa,
three times I was beaten with rods, once I was stoned, three times I was shipwrecked, I have passed a night and a day in the deep;
26 ndakanga ndiri parwendo nguva zhinji. Ndakava panjodzi dzenzizi, panjodzi dzamakororo, panjodzi dzevorudzi rwokwangu, panjodzi dzavaHedheni, panjodzi muguta, napanjodzi murenje, panjodzi mugungwa, napanjodzi pakati pehama dzenhema.
journeys many times, perils of rivers, perils of robbers, perils from [my own] race, perils from nations, perils in city, perils in wilderness, perils in sea, perils among false brothers;
27 Ndakabata basa nokutambura uye nguva zhinji ndichishayiwa hope; ndinoziva nzara nenyota uye kushayiwa zvokudya nguva zhinji; chando nokushayiwa chokupfeka.
in laboriousness and painfulness, many times in watchings, in hunger and thirst, many times in fastings, in cold and nakedness;
28 Kunze kwaizvozvi zvose, ndinoremedzwa zuva rimwe nerimwe nokurangarira kereke dzose.
apart from the things without—the crowding on me that is daily—the care of all the assemblies.
29 Ndianiko anoshayiwa simba uye ndikasanzwa kushayiwa simba? Ndianiko anotungamirirwa muchivi uye ndikasarwadziwa mukati mangu?
Who is weak, and I am not weak? Who is stumbled, and I am not burned?
30 Kana ndichifanira kuzvirumbidza, ndichazvirumbidza pamusoro pezvinhu zvinoratidza utera hwangu.
If it is necessary to boast, I will boast of the things of my weakness;
31 Mwari naBaba vaIshe Jesu, uyo anofanira kurumbidzwa nokusingaperi, anoziva kuti handirevi nhema. (aiōn )
the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ—who is blessed for all ages—has known that I do not lie! (aiōn )
32 MuDhamasiko mubati pasi pamambo Aretasi akaita kuti guta ravaDhamasiko ririndwe achida kuti andisunge.
In Damascus the governor [under] Aretas the king was watching the city of the Damascenes, wishing to seize me,
33 Asi ndakaburutswa ndiri mudengu napawindo parusvingo uye ndikapunyuka pamaoko ake.
and I was let down through a window in a rope basket, through the wall, and fled out of his hands.
