1 Mapoka avachengeti vemikova aiva: Kubva kuvaKora: Mesheremia mwanakomana waKore, mumwe wavanakomana vaAsafi.
To the courses of the door-keepers, pertained, —of the Korahites, Meshelemiah son of Kore, of the sons of Asaph;
2 Mesheremia aiva navanakomana vaiti: Zekaria dangwe, Jedhiaeri wechipiri, Zebhadhia wechitatu, Jatinieri wechina,
and, Meshelemiah, had sons, —Zechariah the firstborn, Jediael the second, Zebadiah the third, Jathniel the fourth;
3 Eramu wechishanu, Jehohanani wechitanhatu, naEriehoenai wechinomwe.
Elam the fifth, Jehohanan the sixth, Eliehoenai the seventh.
4 Obhedhi-Edhomu aivawo navanakomana vaiti: Shemaya dangwe, Jehozabhadhi wechipiri, Joa wechitatu, Sakari wechina, Netaneri wechishanu,
And, Obed-edom, had sons, —Shemaiah the firstborn, Jehozabad the second, Josh the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethanel the fifth;
5 Amieri wechitanhatu, Isakari wechinomwe naPeuretai wechisere. (Nokuti Mwari akanga aropafadza Obedhi-Edhomu.)
Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Peullethai, the eighth, —for God had blessed him.
6 Mwanakomana wake Shemaya aivawo navanakomana vaiva: vatungamiri mumhuri yababa vavo nokuti vaiva varume vaikwanisa kwazvo.
And, to Shemaiah his son, were born sons, who bare rule to their ancestral house, —for, heroes of valour, were they.
7 Vanakomana vaShemaya vaiti: Otini, Refaeri, Obhedhi naErizabhadhi; hama dzake Erihu naSemakia vaivawo varume vaikwanisa.
the sons of Shemaiah, were Othni and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad, whose brethren were sons of valour, —Elihu, and Semachiah.
8 Vose ava vaiva zvizvarwa zvaObhedhi-Edhomu. Ivo navanakomana vavo nehama dzavo vaiva varume vaikwanisa vaine simba rokuita basa, zvizvarwa zvaObhedhi-Edhomu, vaisvika makumi matanhatu navaviri pamwe chete.
All these, were of the sons of Obed-edom, they and their sons and their brethren, able men in strength for the service, —sixty-two, pertaining to Obed-edom.
9 Mesheremia aiva navanakomana nehama vakanga vari varume voumhare vaisvika gumi navasere pamwe chete.
And, Meshelemiah, had sons, and brethren, sons of valour, eighteen.
10 Hosa muMerati aiva navanakomana vaiti: Shimiri wokutanga (kunyange zvake akanga asiri dangwe, baba vake vakamuita wokutanga.)
And, Hosah of the sons of Merari, had sons, —Shimri the chief, for though he was not the firstborn, yet his father, made him, chief.
11 Hirikia wechipiri, Tabharia wechitatu naZekaria wechina. Vanakomana nehama dzaHosa vaiva gumi navatatu vose pamwe chete.
Hilkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, Zechariah the fourth, —all the sons and brethren of Hosah, were thirteen.
12 Aya mapoka avachengeti vamasuo, kubudikidza navakuru vavo, vaiva nemabasa okushumira mutemberi yaJehovha, sezvaingoitawo hama dzavo.
To these, belonged the courses of door-keepers, to the chiefs of the strong men, belonged charges, equally with their brethren, —to be in attendance in the house of Yahweh.
13 Mijenya yakakandwa nokuda kwesuo rimwe nerimwe, maererano nemhuri dzavo, vadiki nevakuru pamwe chete.
Yea they cast lots, as the small so the great, by their ancestral house, for every several gate.
14 Mujenya weSuo Rokumabvazuva wakawira pana Sheremia. Zvino mijenya yakakandwa nokuda kwomwanakomana wake Zekaria, mupi wamazano akachenjera uye mujenya weSuo Rokumusoro wakawira paari.
And the lot eastward fell to Shelemiah. And, for Zechariah his son, a discreet counsellor, they cast lots, and his lot came out, northward.
15 Mujenya weSuo Rezasi wakawira pana Obhedhi-Edhomu, uye mujenya wedura wakawira kuvanakomana vake.
To Obed-edom, southward, —and, to his sons, the storehouse.
16 Mijenya yeSuo Rokumadokero neSuo reShareketi kunzira yokumusoro yakawira kuna Shupimi naHosa. Murindi aimira parutivi rwomumwe murindi.
To Shuppim and to Hosah, westward, near the refuse-gate, in the causeway that goeth up, —one ward as well as another.
17 Kumabvazuva kwainge kuine vaRevhi vatanhatu pazuva, kurutivi rwokumusoro kuine vana pazuva, zasi kuine vana pazuva uye vaviri panguva imwe chete padura.
Eastward—daily, were six, —northward—daily, four, southward—daily, four, and, for the stores, two and two.
18 Kana rwuri ruvanze rwokumadokero kwaiva navana kunzira navaviri paruvanze chaipo.
For the precinct—westward, four, at the causeway, two—by the precinct.
19 Aya ndiwo aiva mapoka avachengeti vemasuo avo vaiva zvizvarwa zvaKora naMerari.
These, were the courses of the door-keepers, of the sons of the Korahites, and of the sons of Merari.
20 Pakati pehama dzavo vaRevhi, Ahija ndiye aiva mukuru wavachengeti vepfuma yomumba yaMwari nepfuma yezvinhu zvakakumikidzwa.
And, the Levites, their brethren, were over the treasuries of the house of God, even to the treasuries of hallowed things.
21 Zvizvarwa zvaRadhani, avo vaiva vaGerishoni kubudikidza naRadhani uye vaiva vatungamiri vemhuri dzaRadhani muGerishoni vaiti: Jehieri,
The sons of Ladan—the sons of the Gershonites belonging to Ladan—the ancestral chiefs belonging to Ladan the Gershonite, were Jehieli;
22 vanakomana vaJeheri, Zetami, nomununʼuna wake Joere. Vaiva nebasa rokuchengeta pfuma yetemberi yaJehovha.
the sons of Jehieli, Zetham and Joel his brother who were over the treasuries of the house of Yahweh.
23 Kubva kuvaAmiramu, vaIzhari, vaHebhuroni navaUzieri:
Then came certain of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites, of the Uzzielites.
24 Shubhaeri chizvarwa chaGerishoni mwanakomana waMozisi, ndiye aiva mukuru pakuchengetwa kwepfuma.
And, Shebuel, son of Gershom, son of Moses, was chief ruler over the treasuries.
25 Hama dzake kubudikidza naEriezeri dzaiva: Rehabhia mwanakomana wake, Jeshaya mwanakomana wake, Joramu mwanakomana wake, Zikiri mwanakomana wake naSheromiti mwanakomana wake.
And, his brethren pertaining to Eliezer, were Rehabiah his son, and Jeshaiah his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomoth his son.
26 (Sheromiti nehama dzake vaiva nebasa rokuchengetedza pfuma yose yezvinhu zvakakumikidzwa naMambo Dhavhidhi, navakuru vemhuri dzavo vaiva vatungamiri vezviuru navatungamiri vamazana uye navamwe vatungamiri.
The same Shelomoth and his brethren, were over all the treasuries of the hallowed things, which David the king and the ancestral chiefs, with the captains of thousands and hundreds and the captains of the army, had hallowed:
27 Zvimwe zvezvakapambwa muhondo vakazvikumikidza kuti zvishandiswe pakugadziridza temberi yaJehovha.
out of the battles and out of the spoil, had they hallowed [them], —to strengthen [the provision] for the house of Yahweh.
28 Uye zvose zvakakumikidzwa naSamueri muoni naSauro naJoabhu mwanakomana waZeruya, nezvimwe zvinhu zvose zvakakumikidzwa zvaichengetwa naSheromiti nehama dzake.)
And, all that Samuel the seer, and Saul son of Kish, and Abner son of Ner, and Joab son of Zeruiah, had hallowed, whosoever had hallowed anything, it was under the direction of Shelomoth, and his brethren.
29 Kubva kuvaIzhari: Kenania navanakomana vake vakapiwa mabasa ekure netemberi vari machinda navatongi muIsraeri.
Of the Izharites, Chenaniah and his sons, were for the outward business over Israel, —as officers, and as judges.
30 Kubva kuvaHebhuroni: Hashabhia nehama dzake, varume chiuru namazana manomwe vaikwanisa ndivo vaiva vakuru muIsraeri kumadokero kweJorodhani pabasa rose raJehovha napabasa rose ramambo.
Of the Hebronites, Hashabiah and his brethren, sons of valour, one thousand seven hundred, had the oversight of Israel, across the Jordan westward, —for all the business of Yahweh, and for the service of the king.
31 Kana vari vaHebhuroni, Jeria ndiye aiva mukuru wavo maererano nezvinyorwa zvenhoroondo dzemhuri dzavo. (Mugore ramakumi mana rokutonga kwaDhavhidhi, pakaitwa ongororo yezvinyorwa zvenhoroondo, uye pakawanikwa varume vaikwanisa pakati pavaHebhuroni paJazeri muGireadhi.
Of the Hebronites, Jerijah, was chief, [he was] of the Hebronites by his generations, by his fathers, —in the fortieth year of the reign of David, were they sought out, and there were found among them heroes of valour, in Jazer of Gilead;
32 Jeria aiva nehama zviuru zviviri namazana manomwe vaiva varume vaikwanisa uye vari vakuru vemhuri dzavo, uye Mambo Dhavhidhi akavaita kuti vave vatariri vavaRubheni, vaGhadhi, nehafu yorudzi rwaManase kuti vagadzirise nyaya dzose dzezvaMwari nenyaya dzose dzamambo.)
and, his brethren that were heroes of valour, were two thousand and seven hundred, ancestral chiefs, —so David the king gave them oversight, over the Reubenites and the Gadites and the half tribe of Manassites, in all the affairs of God, and the affairs of the king.
