1 Dhavhidhi, pamwe chete navatungamiri vehondo: vakatsaura vamwe vavanakomana vaAsafi, Hemani naJedhutuni kuti vaite ushumiri hwokuprofita kuchiridzwa mbira, mitengeranwa namakandira. Aya ndiwo mazita avarume vaiita basa iri.
And David and the heads of the host separate for service, of the sons of Asaph, and Heman, and Jeduthun, who are prophesying with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals; and the number of the workmen is according to their service.
2 Kubva kuvanakomana vaAsafi: Zakuri, Josefa, Netania naAsarera. Vanakomana vaAsafi vaitungamirirwa naAsafi uyo aiprofita achitungamirirwa namambo.
Of sons of Asaph: Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethaniah, and Asharelah; sons of Asaph [are] by the side of Asaph, who is prophesying by the side of the king.
3 Kana ari Jedhutuni, kuvanakomana vake: Gedharia, Zeri, Jeshaya, Shimei, Hashabhia naMatitia, vatanhatu pamwe chete, vachitungamirirwa nababa vavo Jedhutuni uyo aiprofita achishandisa mbira mukuvonga nokurumbidza Jehovha.
Of Jeduthun, sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, [and Shimei, and] Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, by the side of their father Jeduthun; he is prophesying with a harp, for giving of thanks and of praise for YHWH.
4 Kana ari Hemani, kubva kuvanakomana vake: Bhukia, Matania, Uzieri, Shubhaeri naJerimoti; Hanania, Hanani, Eriata, Gidhariti naRomamiti-Ezeri; Joshibhekasha, Maroti, Hotiri naMahazioti.
Of Heman, sons of Heman: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamti-Ezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, Mahazioth;
5 Vose ava vaiva vanakomana vaHemani muoni wamambo. Akavapiwa kubudikidza nezvivimbiso zvaMwari kuti amukudze. Mwari akapa Hemani vanakomana gumi navana, navanasikana vatatu.
all these [are] sons of Heman, seer of the king in the things of God, to lift up a horn; and God gives fourteen sons and three daughters to Heman.
6 Varume vose ava vaitungamirirwa namadzibaba avo mukuimba mutemberi yaJehovha, nomukuridza makandira nemitengeranwa nembira, kuti vaite ushumiri paimba yaMwari. Asafi, Jedhutuni naHemani vaiva pasi pamambo.
All these [are] by the side of their father in the song of the house of YHWH, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God; by the side of the king [are] Asaph, and Jeduthun, and Heman.
7 Pamwe chete nehama dzavo, vose vakadzidzira uye vakava nyanzvi mukuimbira Jehovha, vaisvika mazana maviri amakumi masere navasere.
And their number, with their brothers taught in the song of YHWH—all who are intelligent—[is] two hundred and eighty-eight.
8 Vaduku navakuru pamwe chete, mudzidzisi pamwe chete nomudzidzi, vakakanda mijenya pakupiwa mabasa avo.
And they cause lots to fall, charge next to [charge], the small as well as the great, the intelligent with the learner.
9 Mujenya wokutanga waiva waAsafi, wakawira pana Josefa, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri; wechipiri kuna Gedharia, iye nehama dzake navanakomana vake—gumi navaviri;
And the first lot goes out for Asaph to Joseph; the second, Gedaliah—him, and his brothers and his sons—twelve;
10 wechitatu kuna Zakuri, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the third, Zaccur, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
11 wechina kuna Iziri, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the fourth to Izri, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
12 wechishanu kuna Netania, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the fifth, Nethaniah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
13 wechitanhatu kuna Bhukia, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the sixth, Bukkiah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
14 wechinomwe kuna Jesarera, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the seventh, Jesharelah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
15 worusere kuna Jeshaya, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the eighth, Jeshaiah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
16 wepfumbamwe kuna Matania, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the ninth, Mattaniah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
17 wegumi kuna Shimei, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the tenth, Shimei, his sons and his brothers—twelve:
18 wegumi nomumwe kuna Azareri, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
eleventh, Azareel, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
19 wegumi nemiviri kuna Hashabhia, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the twelfth to Hashabiah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
20 wegumi nemitatu kuna Shubhaeri, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
for the thirteenth, Shubael, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
21 wegumi nemina kuna Matitia, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
for the fourteenth, Mattithiah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
22 wegumi nemishanu kuna Jerimoti, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
for the fifteenth to Jeremoth, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
23 wegumi nemitanhatu kuna Hanania, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the sixteenth to Hananiah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
24 wegumi neminomwe kuna Joshibhekasha, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the seventeenth to Joshbekashah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
25 wegumi nemisere kuna Hanani, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the eighteenth to Hanani, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
26 wegumi nemipfumbamwe kuna Maroti, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the nineteenth to Mallothi, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
27 wamakumi maviri kuna Eriata, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the twentieth to Eliathah, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
28 wamakumi maviri nomumwe kuna Hotiri, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the twenty-first to Hothir, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
29 wamakumi maviri nemiviri kuna Gidhariti, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the twenty-second to Giddalti, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
30 wamakumi maviri nemitatu kuna Mahazioti, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri;
the twenty-third to Mahazioth, his sons and his brothers—twelve;
31 wamakumi maviri nemina kuna Romamiti-Ezeri, vanakomana vake nehama dzake—gumi navaviri.
the twenty-fourth to Romamti-Ezer, his sons and his brothers—twelve.
