Псалми 89
1 Милости ћу Господње певати увек, од колена на колено јављаћу истину Твоју устима својим.
“A Maskil of Ethan the Ezrachite.” The kindnesses of the Lord will I for ever sing: from generation to generation will I make known thy faithfulness with my mouth.
2 Јер знам да је зававек основана милост, и на небесима да си утврдио истину своју, рекавши:
For I have said, To eternity will kindness be built up: the heavens—yea, in these wilt thou establish thy faithfulness.
3 "Учиних завет с избраним својим, заклех се Давиду, слузи свом:
“I have made a covenant with my elect, I have sworn unto David my servant,
4 Довека ћу утврђивати семе твоје и престо твој уређивати од колена до колена."
Unto eternity will I establish thy seed, and I will build up thy throne, from generation to generation.” (Selah)
5 Небо казује чудеса Твоја, Господе, и истину Твоју сабор светих.
And the heavens praise thy wonder, O Lord: also thy faithfulness in the assembly of holy ones.
6 Јер ко је над облацима раван Господу? Ко ће се изједначити с Господом међу синовима Божијим?
For who in the sky can be compared unto the Lord? who can be likened unto the Lord among the sons of the mighty?
7 Богу се ваља клањати на сабору светих, страшнији је од свих који су око Њега.
God is greatly terrific in the secret council of the holy ones and fear-inspiring over all that are about him.
8 Господе, Боже над војскама! Ко је силан као Ти, Боже? И истина је Твоја око Тебе.
O Lord God of hosts, who is powerful, like thee, Eternal! and thy faithfulness is round about thee.
9 Ти владаш над силом морском; кад подигне вале своје, Ти их укроћаваш.
Thou rulest over the pride of the sea: when its waves are lifted up, thou assuagest them.
10 Ти си оборио охоли Мисир као рањеника, крепком мишицом својом расејао си непријатеље своје.
Thou didst crush Rahab as one that is slain: with thy strong arm didst thou scatter thy enemies.
11 Твоје је небо и Твоја је земља; Ти си саздао васиљену и шта је год у њој.
Thine are the heavens, also thine is the earth: as for the world and what filleth it, thou hast founded them.
12 Север и југ Ти си створио, Тавор и Ермон о Твом се имену радује.
The north and the south—these hast thou created: Tabor and Chermon shall rejoice in thy name.
13 Твоја је мишица крепка, силна је рука Твоја, и висока десница Твоја.
Thine is the powerful arm, with might: strong is thy hand, and exalted is thy right hand.
14 Благост је и правда подножје престолу Твом, милост и истина иде пред лицем Твојим.
Righteousness and justice are the prop of thy throne: kindness and truth precede thy presence.
15 Благо народу који зна трубну поклич! Господе! У светлости лица Твог они ходе;
Happy is the people that know the cornet's sound: O Lord, in the light of thy countenance will they ever walk firmly.
16 Именом се Твојим радују сав дан, и правдом Твојом узвишују се.
In thy name will they be glad all the day, and in thy righteousness will they be exalted.
17 Јер си Ти красота силе њихове, и по милости Твојој узвишује се рог наш.
For thou art the glory of their strength; and through thy favor will our horn be exalted.
18 Јер је од Господа одбрана наша, и од Светог Израиљевог цар наш.
For of the Lord is our shield; and of the Holy One of Israel is our king.
19 Тада си говорио у утвари вернима својим, и рекао: "Послах помоћ јунаку, узвисих избраног свог из народа.
Then spokest thou in a vision to thy pious [servant], and saidst, “I have bestowed help to one that is mighty; I have exalted a youth out of the people;
20 Нађох Давида, слугу свог, светим уљем својим помазах га.
I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him;
21 Рука ће моја бити једнако с њим, и мишица моја крепиће га.
With whom my hand shall be firmly established; also my arm shall strengthen him;
22 Неће га непријатељ надвладати, и син безакоња неће му досадити.
The enemy shall not exact from him like a lender: and the son of injustice shall not afflict him:
23 Потрћу пред лицем његовим непријатеље његове, и ненавиднике његове поразићу.
And I will beat down before his face his assailants, and those that hate him will I plague.
24 Истина је моја и милост моја с њим; и у моје име узвисиће се рог његов.
But my faithfulness and my kindness shall be with him: and through my name shall his horn be exalted.
25 Пружићу на море руку његову, и на реке десницу његову.
And I will place on the sea his hand, and on the rivers his right hand.
26 Он ће ме звати: Ти си Отац мој, Бог мој и град спасења мог.
He will call unto me, Thou art my father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.
27 И ја ћу га учинити првенцем, вишим од царева земаљских.
Also I will appoint my first-born, the highest among the kings of the earth.
28 Довека ћу му хранити милост своју, и завет је мој с њим веран.
For evermore will I keep for him my kindness, and my covenant shall stand faithfully with him.
29 Продужићу семе његово довека, и престо његов као дане небеске.
And I appoint for ever his seed, and his throne as the days of heaven.
30 Ако синови његови оставе закон мој, и не узиду у заповестима мојим;
If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my ordinances;
31 Ако погазе уредбе моје, и заповести моје не сачувају,
If they profane my statutes, and keep not my commandments:
32 Онда ћу их покарати прутом за непокорност, и ранама за безакоње њихово;
Then will I visit with the rod their transgressions, and with plagues their iniquity.
33 Али милости своје нећу узети од њега, нити ћу преврнути истином својом;
Nevertheless my kindness will I not make utterly void from him, and I will not act falsely against my faithfulness.
34 Нећу погазити завет свој, и шта је изашло из уста мојих нећу порећи.
I will not profane my covenant, and what is gone out of my lips will I not alter.
35 Једном се заклех светошћу својом; зар да слажем Давиду?
One thing have I sworn by my holiness, that I will not lie unto David.
36 Семе ће његово трајати довека, и престо његов као сунце преда мном;
His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne shall be like the sun before me.
37 Он ће стајати увек као месец и верни сведок у облацима."
Like the moon shall it be firmly established for ever, and as this faithful witness in the sky.” (Selah)
38 А сад си одбацио и занемарио, разгневио си се на помазаника свог;
And yet thou hast east off and despised, thou hast become wroth with thy anointed.
39 Занемарио си завет са слугом својим, бацио си на земљу венац његов.
Thou hast made void the covenant of thy servant: thou hast profaned, down to the ground, his crown.
40 Развалио си све ограде његове, градове његове обратио си у зидине.
Thou hast broken down all his fences: thou hast brought his strong-holds to terror.
41 Плене га сви који пролазе онуда, поста подсмех у суседа својих.
All that pass by the way plunder him: he is become a reproach to his neighbors.
42 Узвисио си десницу непријатеља његових, обрадовао си све противнике његове.
Thou hast raised up the right hand of his assailants: thou hast caused all his enemies to rejoice.
43 Завратио си оштрице мача његовог, и ниси га укрепио у боју;
Thou hast also turned the edge of his sword, and hast not let him stand erect in the battle.
44 Узео си му светлост, и престо његов оборио си на земљу;
Thou hast made his brilliancy cease; and his throne hast thou thrown down to the ground.
45 Скратио си дане младости његове и обукао га у срамоту.
Thou hast shortened the days of his youth: thou hast enshrouded him with shame. (Selah)
46 Докле ћеш се, Господе, једнако одвраћати, докле ће као огањ пламтети гнев Твој?
How long, Lord, wilt thou hide thyself, continually? how long shall thy fury burn like fire?
47 Опомени се какав је век мој, како си ни на шта створио све синове Адамове?
Remember [what] I am, what my duration is [here], for what nothingness thou hast created all sons of men!
What man is there that can live, and shall not see death? that can deliver his soul from the power of the nether word? (Selah) (Sheol h7585)
49 Где су пређашње милости Твоје, Господе? Клео си се Давиду истином својом.
Where are thy former kindnesses, O Lord, which thou hast sworn unto David by thy truth?
50 Опомени се, Господе, прекора слугу својих, који носим у недрима својим од свих силних народа,
Remember, Lord, the disgrace of thy servants; that I bear in my bosom the [burden] of all the many nations;
51 Којим коре непријатељи Твоји, Господе, којим коре траг помазаника Твог.
That thy enemies have defied, O Lord; that they have defied the footsteps of thy anointed.
52 Благословен Господ увек! Амин, амин.
Blessed be the Lord for evermore. Amen, and Amen.
