Псалми 112

1 Благо човеку који се боји Господа, коме су веома омилеле заповести Његове.

Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man, that feareth the Lord, and deliteth greatly in his commandements.

2 Силно ће бити на земљи семе његово, род праведнички биће благословен.

His seede shall be mightie vpon earth: the generation of the righteous shall be blessed.

3 Обиље је и богатство у дому његовом, и правда његова траје довека.

Riches and treasures shalbe in his house, and his righteousnesse endureth for euer.

4 У тами сјаје видело праведницима од доброг, милостивог и праведног.

Vnto the righteous ariseth light in darkenes: he is merciful and full of copassion and righteous.

5 Благо ономе који је милостив и даје у зајам! Он ће дати тврђу речима својим на суду.

A good man is mercifull and lendeth, and will measure his affaires by iudgement.

6 Јер неће посрнути довека, праведник ће се спомињати увек.

Surely he shall neuer be moued: but the righteous shalbe had in euerlasting remembrance.

7 Не боји се злог гласа; срце је његово стално, узда се у Господа.

He will not be afraide of euill tidings: for his heart is fixed, and beleeueth in the Lord.

8 Утврђено је срце његово, неће се побојати, и видеће како падају непријатељи његови.

His heart is stablished: therefore he will not feare, vntill he see his desire vpon his enemies.

9 Просипа, даје убогима; правда његова траје довека, рог се његов узвишује у слави.

He hath distributed and giuen to ye poore: his righteousnesse remaineth for euer: his horne shalbe exalted with glory.

10 Безбожник види, и једи се, шкргуће зубима својим, и сахне. Жеља ће безбожницима пропасти.

The wicked shall see it and be angrie: he shall gnash with his teeth, and consume away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.
