Псалми 104
1 Благосиљај, душо моја, Господа! Господе, Боже мој, велик си веома, обукао си се у величанство и красоту.
Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
2 Обукао си светлост као хаљину, разапео небо као шатор;
Who coverest [thyself] with light as [with] a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:
3 Водом си покрио дворове своје, облаке начинио си да су Ти кола, идеш на крилима ветреним.
Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
4 Чиниш ветрове да су Ти анђели, пламен огњени да су Ти слуге.
Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
5 Утврдио си земљу на темељима њеним, да се не помести на век века.
[Who] laid the foundations of the earth, [that] it should not be removed for ever.
6 Безданом као хаљином оденуо си је; на горама стоје воде.
Thou coveredst it with the deep as [with] a garment: the waters stood above the mountains.
7 Од претње Твоје беже, од громовног гласа Твог теку.
At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away.
8 Излазе на горе и силазе у долине, на место које си им утврдио.
They go up by the mountains; they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them.
9 Поставио си међу, преко које не прелазе, и не враћају се да покрију земљу.
Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over; that they turn not again to cover the earth.
10 Извео си изворе по долинама, између гора теку воде.
He sendeth the springs into the valleys, [which] run among the hills.
11 Напајају све звери пољске; дивљи магарци гасе жеђ своју.
They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.
12 На њима птице небеске живе; кроз гране разлеже се глас њихов.
By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, [which] sing among the branches.
13 Напајаш горе с висина својих, плодовима дела Твојих сити се земља.
He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
14 Дајеш те расте трава стоци, и зелен на корист човеку, да би извадио хлеб из земље.
He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;
15 И вино весели срце човеку, и лице се светли од уља, и хлеб срце човеку крепи.
And wine [that] maketh glad the heart of man, [and] oil to make [his] face to shine, and bread [which] strengtheneth man’s heart.
16 Сите се дрвета Божија, кедри ливански, које си посадио.
The trees of the LORD are full [of sap; ] the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;
17 На њима птице вију гнезда; станак је родин на јелама.
Where the birds make their nests: [as for] the stork, the fir trees [are] her house.
18 Горе високе дивокозама, камен је уточиште зечевима.
The high hills [are] a refuge for the wild goats; [and] the rocks for the conies.
19 Створио си месец да показује времена, сунце познаје запад свој.
He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.
20 Стереш таму, и бива ноћ, по којој излази све зверје шумско;
Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep [forth].
21 Лавови ричу за пленом, и траже од Бога хране себи.
The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.
22 Сунце гране, и они се сакривају и лежу у ложе своје.
The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.
23 Излази човек на посао свој, и на рад свој до вечера.
Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
24 Како је много дела Твојих, Господе! Све си премудро створио; пуна је земља блага Твог.
O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.
25 Гле, море велико и широко, ту гмижу без броја, животиња мала и велика;
[So is] this great and wide sea, wherein [are] things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts.
26 Ту лађе плове, крокодил, ког си створио да се игра по њему.
There go the ships: [there is] that leviathan, [whom] thou hast made to play therein.
27 Све Тебе чека, да им дајеш пићу на време.
These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give [them] their meat in due season.
28 Дајеш им, примају; отвориш руку своју, сите се добра.
[That] thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good.
29 Одвратиш лице своје, жалосте се; узмеш им дух, гину, и у прах свој враћају се.
Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust.
30 Пошаљеш дух свој, постају, и понављаш лице земљи.
Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.
31 Слава Господу увек; нек се весели Господ за дела своја!
The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works.
32 Он погледа на земљу, и она се тресе; дотакне се гора, и диме се.
He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke.
33 Певаћу Господу за живота свог; хвалићу Бога свог док сам год.
I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
34 Нека Му буде мила беседа моја! Веселићу се о Господу.
My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.
35 Нека нестане грешника са земље, и безбожника нека не буде више! Благосиљај, душо моја, Господа! Алилуја!
Let the sinners be consumed out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless thou the LORD, O my soul. Praise ye the LORD.
