Матеј 10
1 И дозвавши својих дванаест ученика даде им власт над духовима нечистим да их изгоне, и да исцељују од сваке болести и сваке немоћи.
And having called His twelve disciples to Himself, He gave to them power over unclean spirits, so as to be casting them out, and to be healing every disease and every sickness.
2 А дванаест апостола имена су ова: први Симон, који се зове Петар, и Андрија брат његов; Јаков Зеведејев, и Јован брат његов;
And of the twelve apostles the names are these: first, Simon, who is called Peter, and his brother Andrew; James of Zebedee, and his brother John;
3 Филип и Вартоломије; Тома, и Матеј цариник; Јаков Алфејев, и Левије прозвани Тадија;
Philip, and Bartholomew; Thomas, and Matthew the tax collector; James of Alpheus, and Lebbeus who was surnamed Thaddeus;
4 Симон Кананит, и Јуда Искариотски, који Га и предаде.
Simon the Zealot, and Judas Iscariot, who also delivered Him up.
5 Ових дванаест посла Исус и заповеди им говорећи: На пут незнабожаца не идите, и у град самарјански не улазите.
These twelve Jesus sent forth, having given command to them, saying, “Do not go away to the way of the nations, and do not go into a city of the Samaritans,
6 Него идите к изгубљеним овцама дома Израиљевог.
and be going rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
7 А ходећи проповедајте и казујте да се приближило царство небеско.
And going on, proclaim, saying that the kingdom of the heavens has come near;
8 Болесне исцељујте, губаве чистите, мртве дижите, ђаволе изгоните; за бадава сте добили, за бадава и дајите.
be healing [those] ailing, raising the dead, cleansing lepers, casting out demons—freely you received, freely give.
9 Не носите злата ни сребра ни бронзе у појасима својим,
Do not provide gold, nor silver, nor brass in your girdles,
10 Ни торбе на пут, ни две хаљине ни обуће ни штапа; јер је посленик достојан свог јела.
nor leather pouch for the way, nor two coats, nor sandals, nor staff—for the workman is worthy of his nourishment.
11 А кад у који град или село уђете, испитајте ко је у њему достојан, и онде останите док не изиђете.
And into whatever city or village you may enter, inquire who in it is worthy, and abide there, until you may go forth.
12 А улазећи у кућу назовите јој: Мир кући овој.
And coming into the house greet it,
13 И ако буде кућа достојна, доћи ће мир ваш на њу; а ако ли не буде достојна, мир ће се ваш к вама вратити.
and if indeed the house is worthy, let your peace come on it; and if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you.
14 А ако вас ко не прими нити послуша речи ваше, излазећи из куће или из града оног, отресите прах с ногу својих.
And whoever may not receive you nor hear your words, coming forth from that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet,
15 Заиста вам кажем: лакше ће бити земљи содомској и гоморској у дан страшног суда него ли граду оном.
truly I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city.
16 Ето, ја вас шаљем као овце међу вукове: будите дакле мудри као змије и безазлени као голубови.
Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves, therefore be wise as the serpents, and pure as the doves.
17 А чувајте се од људи; јер ће вас они предати судовима, и по зборницама својим биће вас.
And take heed of men, for they will give you up to Sanhedrins, and in their synagogues they will scourge you,
18 И пред властеље и цареве водиће вас мене ради за сведочанство њима и незнабошцима.
and before governors and kings you will be brought for My sake, for a testimony to them and to the nations.
19 А кад вас предаду, не брините се како ћете или шта ћете говорити; јер ће вам се у онај час дати шта ћете казати.
And whenever they may deliver you up, do not be anxious how or what you may speak, for it will be given you in that hour what you will speak;
20 Јер ви нећете говорити, него Дух Оца вашег говориће из вас.
for you are not the speakers, but the Spirit of your Father that is speaking in you.
21 А предаће брат брата на смрт и отац сина; и устаће деца на родитеље и побиће их.
And brother will deliver up brother to death, and father child, and children will rise up against parents, and will put them to death,
22 И сви ће мрзети на вас имена мог ради; али који претрпи до краја благо њему.
and you will be hated by all because of My Name, but he who has endured to the end, he will be saved.
23 А кад вас потерају у једном граду, бежите у други. Јер вам кажем заиста: нећете обићи градова Израиљевих док дође Син човечији.
And whenever they may persecute you in this city, flee to the other, for truly I say to you, you may not have finished [going through] the cities of Israel until the Son of Man may come.
24 Нема ученика над учитељем својим ни слуге над господаром својим.
A disciple is not above the teacher, nor a servant above his lord;
25 Доста је ученику да буде као учитељ његов и слузи као господар његов. Кад су домаћина назвали Веелзевулом, а камо ли домаће његове?
sufficient to the disciple that he may be as his teacher, and the servant as his lord; if the master of the house they called Beelzebul, how much more those of his household?
26 Не бојте их се дакле; јер нема ништа сакривено што се неће открити, ни тајно што се неће дознати.
You may not, therefore, fear them, for there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, and hid that will not be known;
27 Шта вам говорим у тами, казујте на видику; и шта вам се шапће на уши, проповедајте с кровова.
that which I tell you in the darkness, speak in the light, and that which you hear at the ear, proclaim on the housetops.
28 И не бојте се оних који убијају тело, а душу не могу убити; него се бојте Оног који може и душу и тело погубити у паклу. (Geenna g1067)
And do not be afraid of those killing the body, and are not able to kill the soul, but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna. (Geenna g1067)
29 Не продају ли се два врапца за један динар? Па ни један од њих не може пасти на земљу без оца вашег.
Are not two sparrows sold for an assarion? And one of them will not fall on the ground without your Father;
30 А вама је и коса на глави сва избројана.
and of you—even the hairs of the head are all numbered;
31 Не бојте се, дакле; ви сте бољи од много врабаца.
therefore, do not be afraid, you are better than many sparrows.
32 А који год призна мене пред људима, признаћу и ја њега пред Оцем својим који је на небесима.
Everyone, therefore, who will confess in Me before men, I also will confess in him before My Father who is in the heavens;
33 А ко се одрекне мене пред људима, одрећи ћу се и ја њега пред Оцем својим који је на небесима.
and whoever will deny Me before men, I also will deny him before My Father who is in the heavens.
34 Не мислите да сам ја дошао да донесем мир на земљу; нисам дошао да донесем мир него мач.
You may not suppose that I came to put peace on the earth; I did not come to put peace, but a sword;
35 Јер сам дошао да раставим човека од оца његовог и кћер од матере њене и снаху од свекрве њене:
for I came to set a man at variance against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law,
36 И непријатељи човеку постаће домашњи његови.
and the enemies of a man are those of his household.
37 Који љуби оца или матер већма него мене, није мене достојан; и који љуби сина или кћер већма него мене, није мене достојан.
He who is cherishing father or mother above Me, is not worthy of Me, and he who is cherishing son or daughter above Me, is not worthy of Me,
38 И који не узме крст свој и не пође за мном, није мене достојан.
and whoever does not receive his cross and follow after Me, is not worthy of Me.
39 Који чува душу своју, изгубиће је; а који изгуби душу своју мене ради, наћи ће је.
He who found his life will lose it, and he who lost his life for My sake will find it.
40 Који вас прима, мене прима; а који мене прима, прима Оног који ме је послао.
He who is receiving you receives Me, and he who is receiving Me receives Him who sent Me;
41 Који прима пророка у име пророчко, плату пророчку примиће; а који прима праведника у име праведничко, плату праведничку примиће.
he who is receiving a prophet in the name of a prophet, will receive a prophet’s reward, and he who is receiving a righteous man in the name of a righteous man, will receive a righteous man’s reward,
42 И ако ко напоји једног од ових малих само чашом студене воде у име ученичко, заиста вам кажем, неће му плата пропасти.
and whoever may give to drink to one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, truly I say to you, he may not lose his reward.”
