1 А кад се Јосафат, цар Јудин, враћаше с миром кући својој у Јерусалим,

2 Изиђе преда њ Јуј син Ананијев, виделац, и рече Јосафату: Безбожнику ли помажеш, и оне који мрзе на Господа љубиш? Зато се подигао на те гнев Господњи.
and to come out: come to(wards) face: before his Jehu son: child Hanani [the] seer and to say to(wards) [the] king Jehoshaphat to/for wicked to/for to help and to/for to hate LORD to love: lover and in/on/with this upon you wrath from to/for face: before LORD
3 Али се нашло добро на теби што си истребио лугове из земље и што си управио срце своје да тражиш Бога.
truly word: thing pleasant to find with you for to burn: destroy [the] Asherah from [the] land: country/planet and to establish: establish heart your to/for to seek [the] God
4 Потом Јосафат сеђаше у Јерусалиму, и опет прође по народу од Вирсавеје до горе Јефремове, и поврати их ка Господу Богу отаца његових.
and to dwell Jehoshaphat in/on/with Jerusalem and to return: return and to come out: come in/on/with people from Beersheba Beersheba till mountain: hill country Ephraim and to return: repent them to(wards) LORD God father their
5 И постави судије у земљи по свим тврдим градовима Јудиним, у сваком граду.
and to stand: appoint to judge in/on/with land: country/planet in/on/with all city Judah [the] to gather/restrain/fortify to/for city and city
6 И рече судијама: Гледајте шта ћете радити, јер нећете судити за човека него за Господа, који је с вама кад судите.
and to say to(wards) [the] to judge to see: examine what? you(m. p.) to make: do for not to/for man to judge for to/for LORD and with you in/on/with word: case justice: judgement
7 Зато нека буде страх Господњи у вама; пазите и радите, јер у Господа Бога нашег нема неправде, нити гледа ко је ко, нити прима поклоне.
and now to be dread LORD upon you to keep: careful and to make: do for nothing with LORD God our injustice and respect face: kindness and taking bribe
8 Такође у Јерусалиму постави Јосафат од Левита и свештеника и главара домова отачких у Израиљу за судове Господње и за распре; јер долажаху опет у Јерусалим.
and also in/on/with Jerusalem to stand: appoint Jehoshaphat from [the] Levi and [the] priest and from head: leader [the] father to/for Israel to/for justice: judgement LORD and to/for strife and to return: return Jerusalem
9 И заповеди им говорећи: Тако радите у страху Господњем, верно и целог срца.
and to command upon them to/for to say thus to make: do [emph?] in/on/with fear LORD in/on/with faithfulness and in/on/with heart complete
10 И у свакој парници која дође к вама од браће ваше што седе по градовима својим, да расудите између крви и крви, између закона и заповести, између уредби и судова, обавестите их да не би грешили Господу, да не би дошао гнев Његов на вас и на браћу вашу; тако чините, те нећете згрешити.
and all strife which to come (in): come upon you from brother: compatriot your [the] to dwell in/on/with city their between blood to/for blood between instruction to/for commandment to/for statute: decree and to/for justice: judgement and to warn [obj] them and not be guilty to/for LORD and to be wrath upon you and upon brother: compatriot your thus to make: do [emph?] and not be guilty
11 И ево, Амарија, поглавар свештенички, биће над вама у свим пословима Господњим, а Завдија, син Исмаилов, вођ дома Јудиног у свим пословима царским; такође, Левити управитељи биће уз вас. Будите слободни, и радите, и Господ ће бити с добрим.
and behold Amariah priest [the] head: leader upon you to/for all word: thing LORD and Zebadiah son: child Ishmael [the] leader to/for house: household Judah to/for all word: thing [the] king and official [the] Levi to/for face: before your to strengthen: strengthen and to make: do and to be LORD with [the] pleasant
