Psalmi 99

1 Gospod caruje: neka strepe narodi; sjedi na heruvimima: nek se drma zemlja!

Yahweh, hath become king, Let the peoples, tremble, He is enthroned on the cherubim, Let the earth, shake.

2 Gospod je na Sionu velik, i visok nad svima narodima.

Yahweh, in Zion, is great, And, high, is he over all the peoples.

3 Neka slave veliko i strašno ime tvoje; da je svet!

Let them thank his Name—great and reverend, Holy, is he!

4 Neka slave silu cara koji ljubi pravdu. Ti si utvrdio pravdu; sud i pravdu ti si uredio u Jakovu.

Yea, with the strength of a king—justice, he loveth, —Thou, hast established equity, Justice and righteousness in Jacob, thou, hast wrought.

5 Uzvišujte Gospoda Boga našega, i klanjajte se podnožju njegovu; da je svet!

Exalt Yahweh our God, And bow down at his footstool, Holy, is he!

6 Mojsije i Aron, sveštenici njegovi, i Samuilo jedan od onijeh koji prizivlju ime njegovo, prizivahu Boga, i on ih usliši.

Moses and Aaron, [were] among his priests, And, Samuel, [was] among them who were calling upon his Name, Who were calling upon Yahweh, and, he, used to answer them:

7 U stupu od oblaka govoraše njima; oni èuvaše zapovijesti njegove i uredbu koju im dade.

In the pillar of cloud, used he to speak unto them, They kept his testimonies, and the statute he gave them.

8 Gospode, Bože naš, ti si ih uslišio; ti si im bio Bog blag i plaæao za djela njihova.

O Yahweh our God! thou, answeredst them, —A pardoning GOD, thou becamest to them, Yet one bringing vengeance on their deeds.

9 Uzvišujte Gospoda Boga našega, i klanjajte se na svetoj gori njegovoj, jer je svet Gospod Bog naš.

Exalt Yahweh our God, And bow down towards his holy mountain, For, holy, is Yahweh our God.
