Levitski Zakonik 4

1 Još reèe Gospod Mojsiju govoreæi:

And Yahweh spake, unto Moses, saying:

2 Kaži sinovima Izrailjevim, i reci: ako ko zgriješi nehotice i uèini štogod što je Gospod zabranio da se ne èini,

Speak thou unto the sons of Israel, saying—When any person, shall sin by mistake, departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh, as to things which should not be done, and shall do any one of them, —

3 Ako sveštenik pomazani zgriješi, te bude na grijeh narodu, neka za grijeh svoj koji je uèinio prinese tele zdravo Gospodu na žrtvu za grijeh.

If, the anointed priest, shall sin, so as to bring guilt upon the people, then shall he bring near for his sin which he hath committed a choice young bullock without defect, unto Yahweh as a sin-bearer.

4 I dovedavši tele na vrata šatoru od svjedoèanstva pred Gospoda, neka metne ruku svoju teletu na glavu, i zakolje tele pred Gospodom.

And he shall bring in the bullock unto the entrance of the tent of meeting, before Yahweh, —and shall lean his hand upon the head of the bullock, and shall slay the bullock before Yahweh.

5 I neka uzme sveštenik pomazani krvi od teleta, i unese je u šator od sastanka.

And the anointed priest shall take of the blood of the bullock, —and bring it into the tent of meeting;

6 I neka zamoèi sveštenik prst svoj u krv, i krvlju sedam puta pokropi pred Gospodom pred zavjesom od svetinje.

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, —and sprinkle of the blood seven times, before Yahweh, in front of the veil of the sanctuary.

7 I neka pomaže sveštenik tom krvlju rogove oltaru, na kom se kadi mirisima pred Gospodom u šatoru od sastanka, a ostalu krv od teleta svu neka izlije na podnožje oltaru, na kom se pale žrtve na vratima šatora od sastanka.

Then shall the priest put of the blood upon the horns of the altar of fragrant incense before Yahweh, which is in the tent of meeting, —and, all the [remainder of the] blood of the bullock, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting,

8 I neka izvadi sve salo iz teleta za grijeh, salo što pokriva crijeva i sve salo što je na crijevima;

And all the fat of the sin-bearing bullock, shall he heave up therefrom, —the fat that covereth over the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards;

9 I oba bubrega, i salo što je na njima i na slabinama, i mrežicu na jetri s bubrezima neka izvadi,

and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them which is upon the loins, —and as for the caul upon the liver, upon the kidneys, shall he remove it:

10 Onako kako se vadi iz goveèeta za žrtvu zahvalnu; i neka zapali sveštenik na oltaru, na kom se žrtva pali.

just as it is heaved up from the ox of the peace-offering, —and the priest shall make of them a perfume on the altar of ascending-sacrifice,

11 A kožu od teleta i sve meso s glavom i s nogama i crijeva i balegu,

But, as for the skin of the bullock and all its flesh with its head and with its legs, —and its inwards, and its dung,

12 I cijelo tele neka iznese napolje iz okola na èisto mjesto, gdje se prosipa pepeo, i neka ga spali ognjem na drvima; na mjestu gdje se prosipa pepeo neka se spali.

he shall take forth the entire bullock—unto the outside of the camp, unto a clean place unto the outpoured heap of fat-ashes, and shall burn it up on wood in the fire, —upon the outpoured heap of fat-ashes, shall it be burned up.

13 Ako li bi sav zbor sinova Izrailjevih zgriješio nehotice i ne bi zbor znao za to, i uèinili bi štogod što je Gospod zabranio da se ne èini, te bi skrivili,

And, if the whole assembly of Israel, shall make a mistake, and a matter be hidden from the eyes of the convocation, —and so they do something, whereby they depart from any of the commandments of Yahweh as to things which should not be done, and become guilty;

14 Kad se dozna za grijeh koji su uèinili, onda neka zbor prinese tele na žrtvu za grijeh, i neka ga dovedu pred šator od sastanka.

and the sin shall become known, which they have committed therein, then shall the convocation bring near a choice young bullock as a sin-bearer, yea they shall bring it in. before the tent of meeting;

15 I starješine od zbora neka metnu teletu na glavu ruke svoje pred Gospodom, i sveštenik neka zakolje tele pred Gospodom.

and the elders of the assembly shall lean their hands upon the head of the bullock before Yahweh, —and shall slay the bullock, before Yahweh;

16 I sveštenik pomazani neka unese krvi od teleta u šator od sastanka,

and the anointed priest shall bring in of the blood of the bullock, —into the tent of meeting;

17 I neka sveštenik zamoèi prst svoj u krv, i sedam puta pokropi pred Gospodom pred zavjesom.

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, —and shall sprinkle of the blood seven times before Yahweh, upon the face of the veil;

18 I tom krvlju neka pomaže rogove oltaru koji je pred Gospodom u šatoru od sastanka, a ostalu krv svu neka izlije na podnožje oltaru na kom se pali žrtva, na vratima šatora od sastanka.

and, some of the blood, shall he put upon the horns of the altar which is before Yahweh, which is in the tent of meeting; and, all the [remainder of the] blood, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting;

19 A sve salo izvadivši iz njega neka zapali na oltaru.

and, as for all the fat thereof, he shall heave up therefrom, —and make a perfume at the altar.

20 I s tijem teletom neka èini onako kako èini s teletom za svoj grijeh, tako neka uèini s njim; tako æe ih sveštenik oèistiti od grijeha, i oprostiæe im se.

And he shall do to the bullock, as he did to the [first] sin-bearing bullock, so shall he do with this, —and the priest shall put a propitiatory-covering over them, and it shall be forgiven them.

21 A tele neka iznese napolje iz okola, i spali ga kao i prvo tele; to je žrtva za grijeh svega zbora.

And he shall take forth the bullock unto the outside of the camp, and burn it up, just as he burned up the first bullock, —the sin-bearer of the convocation, it is.

22 Ako li poglavar zgriješi, i uèini nehotice štogod što je Gospod Bog njegov zabranio da se ne èini, te skrivi,

When a prince, shall sin, —and shall do something, departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh his God as to things which should not be done, by mistake and shall become aware of his guilt;

23 Kad dozna za grijeh svoj, koji je uèinio, tada neka dovede na žrtvu jare muško, zdravo.

or his sin wherein he hath sinned be made known unto him, then shall he bring in. as his oblation a he-goat a male without defect;

24 I neka metne ruku svoju jaretu na glavu, i sveštenik neka ga zakolje gdje se kolje žrtva paljenica pred Gospodom; to je žrtva za grijeh.

and shall lean his hand upon the head of the goat, and shall slay it in the place where they slay the ascending-sacrifice before Yahweh, —a sin-bearer, it is.

25 I neka uzme sveštenik krvi od žrtve za grijeh na prst svoj, i pomaže rogove oltaru na kom se žrtva pali; a ostalu krv neka izlije na podnožje oltaru na kom se žrtva pali.

And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin-bearer with his finger, and put upon the horns of the altar of ascending-sacrifice; and, the [remainder of the] blood thereof, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice;

26 A sve salo neka zapali na oltaru kao salo od žrtve zahvalne; i tako æe ga oèistiti sveštenik od grijeha njegova, i oprostiæe mu se.

and with all the fat thereof, shall he make a perfume at the altar, as with the fat of the peace-offering, —so shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him because of his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.

27 Ako li ko iz prostoga naroda zgriješi nehotice, i uèini štogod što je Gospod zabranio da se ne èini, te skrivi,

And, if, any person, shall sin, by mistake from among the people of the land, —by his doing anything departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh, as to things which should not be done, and shall become aware of his guilt;

28 Kad dozna za grijeh svoj, koji je uèinio, tada neka dovede na žrtvu jare žensko zdravo za grijeh, koji je uèinio.

or his sin which he hath committed shall be made known unto, him, then shall he bring in, as his oblation, a kid of the goats a female, without defect, for his sin which he hath committed;

29 I neka metne ruku svoju na glavu žrtvi za grijeh, i neka je sveštenik zakolje na mjestu gdje se kolje žrtva paljenica.

and shall lean his hand upon the head of the sin-bearer, —and shall slay the sin-bearer in the place of the ascending-sacrifice.

30 I neka uzme sveštenik krvi od nje na prst svoj, i pomaže rogove oltaru na kom se pali žrtva; a ostalu krv svu neka izlije na podnožje oltaru.

Then shall the priest take of the blood thereof with his finger, and put upon the horns of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, —and all the [remaining] blood thereof, shall he pour out, at the base of the altar;

31 I sve salo iz nje neka izvadi kao što se vadi salo iz žrtve zahvalne, i neka ga zapali sveštenik na oltaru za ugodni miris Gospodu; a tako æe ga oèistiti od grijeha sveštenik, i oprostiæe mu se.

and all the fat thereof, shall he remove as the fat from off the peace-offering was removed, and the priest shall make a perfume at the altar, for a satisfying odour unto Yahweh, —so shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him, and it shall be forgiven him.

32 Ako li bi doveo izmeðu ovaca na žrtvu za grijeh, neka dovede žensko zdravo.

And, if a lamb, he bring in. as his oblation for a sin-bearer, a female without defect, shall he bring in;

33 I neka metne ruku svoju na glavu žrtvi za grijeh, i neka je sveštenik zakolje na mjestu gdje se kolje žrtva paljenica.

and shall lean his hand upon the head of the sin-bearer, —and shall slay it as a sin-bearer, in the place where they slay the ascending-sacrifice.

34 I neka uzme sveštenik krvi od žrtve za grijeh na prst svoj, i neka pomaže rogove oltaru na kom se pali žrtva; a ostalu krv svu neka izlije na podnožje oltaru.

Then shall the priest take of the blood of the sin-bearer with his finger, and put upon the horns of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, —and all the [remaining] blood thereof, shall he pour out, at the base of the altar;

35 I sve salo neka izvadi kao što se vadi salo iz jagnjeta za žrtvu zahvalnu; i neka ga sveštenik zapali na oltaru za žrtvu ognjenu Gospodu; i tako æe ga oèistiti sveštenik od grijeha njegova, koji je uèinio, i oprostiæe mu se.

and all the fat thereof, shall he remove as the fat of the lamb is removed, from the peace-offering, and the priest shall make a perfume therewith at the altar, upon the altar-flames of Yahweh, —so shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him on account of his sin which he hath committed, and it shall be forgiven him.
