< Levitski Zakonik 15 >
1 Još reèe Gospod Mojsiju i Aronu govoreæi:
And YHWH speaks to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
2 Kažite sinovima Izrailjevim i recite im: kome èovjeku teèe sjeme od tijela njegova, neèist je.
“Speak to the sons of Israel, and you have said to them: When there is discharging out of the flesh of any man, he [is] unclean [from] his discharge;
3 A ovaka je neèistota njegova od toga teèenja: ako ispusti tijelo njegovo teèenje svoje, ili se ustavi teèenje u tijelu njegovu, neèistota je na njemu.
and this is his uncleanness in his discharge—his flesh has run with his discharge, or his flesh has stopped from his discharge; it [is] his uncleanness.
4 Svaka postelja na koju leže onaj kome teèe sjeme, da je neèista; i sve na što sjede, da je neèisto.
Every bed on which he who has the discharging lies is unclean, and every vessel on which he sits is unclean;
5 I ko se god dotakne postelje njegove, neka opere haljine svoje i neka se okupa u vodi, i biæe neèist do veèera.
and anyone who comes against his bed washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
6 I ko sjede na ono na èem je sjedio onaj kome teèe sjeme, neka opere haljine svoje i neka se okupa u vodi, i biæe neèist do veèera.
And he who is sitting on the vessel on which he sits who has the discharging, washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
7 I ko se dotakne tijela onoga kome teèe sjeme, neka opere haljine svoje i neka se okupa u vodi, i biæe neèist do veèera.
And he who is coming against the flesh of him who has the discharging, washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
8 I ako onaj kome teèe sjeme pljune na èistoga, on neka opere haljine svoje i neka se okupa u vodi, i biæe neèist do veèera.
And when he who has the discharging spits on him who is clean, then he has washed his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
9 I svako sedlo na kom bi sjedio onaj kome teèe sjeme, da je neèisto.
And all the saddle on which he who has the discharging rides is unclean;
10 I ko bi se dotakao èega god što je bilo pod njim, da je neèist do veèera; i ko bi što takovo nosio, neka opere haljine svoje i okupa se u vodi, i biæe neèist do veèera.
and anyone who is coming against anything which is under him is unclean until the evening, and he who is carrying them washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
11 I koga bi se dotakao onaj kome teèe sjeme ne opravši ruku svojih vodom, neka opere haljine svoje i okupa se u vodi, i biæe neèist do veèera.
And anyone against whom he who has the discharging comes (and has not rinsed his hands with water) has even washed his garments, and bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
12 I sud zemljani kojega bi se dotakao onaj kome teèe sjeme, neka se razbije, a drveni sud neka se opere vodom.
And the earthen vessel which he who has the discharging comes against is broken; and every wooden vessel is rinsed with water.
13 A kad se onaj kome teèe sjeme oèisti od teèenja svojega, neka broji sedam dana pošto se oèisti, i neka opere haljine svoje i neka tijelo svoje opere vodom živom, i biæe èist.
And when he who has the discharging is clean from his discharge, then he has numbered seven days for himself for his cleansing, and has washed his garments, and has bathed his flesh with running water, and been clean.
14 A u osmi dan neka uzme dvije grlice ili dva golubiæa, i neka doðe pred Gospoda na vrata šatora od sastanka, i neka ih da svešteniku.
And on the eighth day he takes two turtle-doves or two young pigeons for himself, and has come in before YHWH to the opening of the Tent of Meeting, and has given them to the priest;
15 I sveštenik neka prinese jedno od njih na žrtvu za grijeh a drugo na žrtvu paljenicu; tako æe ga oèistiti sveštenik pred Gospodom od teèenja njegova.
and the priest has made them, one a sin-offering and one a burnt-offering; and the priest has made atonement for him before YHWH, because of his discharge.
16 I èovjek kome izaðe sjeme kad spava sa ženom neka opere vodom cijelo tijelo svoje, i biæe neèist do veèera.
And when a man’s seed [from] intercourse goes out from him, then he has bathed all his flesh with water, and been unclean until the evening.
17 I svaka haljina i svaka koža na kojoj bude tako sjeme, neka se opere vodom i biæe neèisto do veèera.
And any garment, or any skin on which there is seed [from] intercourse, has also been washed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
18 I žena kod koje bude spavao taki èovjek, i ona i on neka se okupaju u vodi i biæe neèisti do veèera.
And a woman with whom a man lies with seed [from] intercourse, they also have bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
19 A žena kad ima vrijeme, kad ide krv od tijela njezina, neka se odvaja sedam dana, i ko je se god dotakne, da je neèist do veèera.
And when a woman has discharging—blood is her discharge in her flesh—she is in her separation [for] seven days, and anyone who is coming against her is unclean until the evening.
20 I na što god legne dok se odvaja, da je neèisto, i na što god sjede, da je neèisto.
And anything on which she lies in her separation is unclean, and anything on which she sits is unclean;
21 I ko se dotakne postelje njezine, neka opere haljine svoje i neka se okupa u vodi, i biæe neèist do veèera.
and anyone who is coming against her bed washes his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
22 I ko se dotakne èega na èem je ona sjedjela, neka opere haljine svoje i neka se okupa u vodi, i biæe neèist do veèera.
And anyone who is coming against any vessel on which she sits washes his garments, and has washed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
23 I što bi god bilo na postelji njezinoj ili na èem je ona sjedjela, pa se ko dotakne toga, da je neèist do veèera.
And if it [is] on the bed, or on the vessel on which she is sitting, in his coming against it, he is unclean until the evening.
24 A ko bi spavao s njom te bi neèistota njezina došla na nj, da je neèist sedam dana, i postelja na kojoj leži da je neèista.
And if a man really lies with her, and her separation is on him, then he has been unclean [for] seven days, and all the bed on which he lies is unclean.
25 A žena, od koje bi išla krv dugo vremena ili osim obiènoga vremena ili u obièno vrijeme ali duže, dokle god teèe neèistota njezina biæe neèista kao u vrijeme kada se odvaja.
And when a woman’s discharge of blood flows many days within the time of her separation, or when it flows over her separation—all the days of the discharge of her uncleanness are as the days of her separation; she [is] unclean.
26 Postelja na kojoj leži dokle joj god krv ide, da joj je kao postelja kad se odvaja; i na èem bi god sjedjela da je neèisto kao što je neèisto kad se odvaja.
Every bed on which she lies all the days of her discharge is as the bed of her separation to her, and every vessel on which she sits is unclean as the uncleanness of her separation;
27 I ko se god dotakne tijeh stvari, neèist je; zato neka opere haljine svoje i okupa se u vodi, i biæe neèist do veèera.
and anyone who is coming against them is unclean, and has washed his garments, and has bathed with water, and been unclean until the evening.
28 A kad se oèisti od teèenja krvi svoje, neka broji sedam dana, pa onda da je èista.
And if she has been clean from her discharge, then she has numbered seven days for herself, and afterward she is clean;
29 I u osmi dan neka uzme dvije grlice ili dva golubiæa, i neka ih odnese svešteniku na vrata šatora od sastanka.
and on the eighth day she takes two turtle-doves or two young pigeons for herself, and has brought them to the priest, to the opening of the Tent of Meeting;
30 I neka sveštenik prinese jedno na žrtvu za grijehe a drugo na žrtvu paljenicu, i oèistiæe je sveštenik pred Gospodom od teèenja neèistote njezine.
and the priest has made one a sin-offering and one a burnt-offering, and the priest has made atonement for her before YHWH, because of the discharge of her uncleanness.
31 Tako æete odluèivati sinove Izrailjeve od neèistota njihovijeh, da ne ginu s neèistota svojih skvrneæi šator moj što je usred njih.
And you have separated the sons of Israel from their uncleanness, and they do not die in their uncleanness, in their defiling My Dwelling Place which [is] in their midst.
32 To je zakon za onoga kome teèe sjeme i kome izaðe sjeme kad spava sa ženom te bude neèist,
This [is] the law of him who has the discharging, and of him whose seed [from] intercourse goes out from him, to become unclean with it,
33 I za ženu kad boluje od teèenja krvi svoje, i za svakoga koji boluje od teèenja svoga, bilo muško ili žensko, i za èovjeka koji bi ležao s neèistom.
and of her who is sick in her separation, and of him who has the discharging (his discharge, of the male or of the female), and of a man who lies with an unclean woman.”
