9 A sinovi Husovi: Sava i Avila i Savata i Regma i Savataka. A sinovi Regmini: Sava i Dedan.
And sons of Cush: Seba and Havilah, and Sabta, and Raamah, and Sabtecka. And sons of Raamah: Sheba and Dedan.
10 I Hus rodi Nevroda. On prvi bi silan na zemlji.
And Cush begot Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the land.
11 A Misraim rodi Ludeje i Anameje i Leaveje i Naftuheje,
And Mizraim begot the Ludim, and the Anamim, and the Lehabim, and the Naphtuhim,
12 I Patruseje i Hasluheje, od kojih izidoše Filisteji i Kaftoreji.
and the Pathrusim, and the Casluhim (from whom the Philistim came out), and the Caphtorim.
13 A Hanan rodi Sidona prvenca svojega, i Heta,
And Canaan begot Sidon his firstborn, and Heth,
14 I Jevuseje i Amoreje i Gergeseje,
and the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,
15 I Jeveje i Arukeje i Aseneje,
and the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,
16 I Arvadeje i Samareje i Amateje.
and the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.
17 Sinovi Simovi: Elam i Asur i Arfaksad i Lud i Aram i Uz i Ul i Geter i Meseh.

18 A Arfaksad rodi Salu, a Sala rodi Evera.
And Arphaxad begot Shelah, and Shelah begot Eber.
19 A Everu se rodiše dva sina; jednome beše ime Faleg, jer se u njegovo vrijeme razdijeli zemlja; a ime bratu njegovu Jektan.
And two sons have been born to Eber, the name of the first [is] Peleg, for in his days the earth has been divided, and the name of his brother is Joktan.

And Joktan begot Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,
21 I Adorama i Uzala i Diklu,
and Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah,
22 I Evala i Avimaila i Savu,
and Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba,
23 I Ofira i Evilu i Jovava: ti svi bjehu sinovi Jektanovi.
and Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab; all these [are] sons of Joktan.
24 Sim, Arfaksad, Sala,
Shem, Arphaxad, Shelah,
25 Ever, Faleg, Ragav,
Eber, Peleg, Reu,
26 Seruh, Nahor, Tara,
Serug, Nahor, Terah,
27 Avram, to je Avraam.
Abram—he [is] Abraham.
28 Sinovi Avramovi: Isak i Ismailo.
Sons of Abraham: Isaac and Ishmael.

Jetur, Naphish, and Kedema. These are sons of Ishmael.
32 A sinovi Heture inoèe Avramove: ona rodi Zemrana i Joksana i Madana i Madijana i Jesvoka i Suja. A sinovi Joksanovi: Sava i Dedan.
And sons of Keturah, Abraham’s concubine: she bore Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. And sons of Jokshan: Sheba and Dedan.
33 A sinovi Madijanovi: Gefa i Efer i Enoh i Avida i Eldaga. Ti svi bjehu sinovi Heturini.
And sons of Midian: Ephah and Epher, and Enoch, and Abida, and Eldaah; all these [are] sons of Keturah.
34 Tako Avram rodi Isaka; a sinovi Isakovi bjehu Isav i Izrailj.
And Abraham begets Isaac. Sons of Isaac: Esau and Israel.
35 Sinovi Isavovi: Elifas, Raguilo i Jeus i Jeglom i Korej.
Sons of Esau: Eliphaz, Reuel, and Jeush, and Jaalam, and Korah.
36 Sinovi Elifasovi: Teman i Omar, Sofar i Gotom, Kenez i Tamna i Amalik.
Sons of Eliphaz: Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.
37 Sinovi Raguilovi: Nahat, Zara i Soma i Moza.
Sons of Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.
38 A sinovi Sirovi: Lotan i Soval i Sevegon i Ana i Dison i Eser i Disan.
And sons of Seir: Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezar, and Dishan.
39 A sinovi Lotanovi: Horije i Emam; a sestra Lotanova Tamna.
And sons of Lotan: Hori and Homam, and sister of Lotan [is] Timna.
40 Sinovi Sovalovi: Elan i Manahat i Eval, Sefija i Onam. A sinovi Sevegonovi: Aja i Ana.
Sons of Shobal: Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And sons of Zideon: Aiah and Anah.
41 Sinovi Anini: Dison, i sinovi Disonovi Amram i Asvan i Itran i Haran.
The sons of Anah: Dishon. And sons of Dishon: Amram, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
42 Sinovi Eserovi: Valan i Zavan i Jakan. Sinovi Disanovi: Uz i Aran.
Sons of Ezer: Bilhan, and Zavan, Jakan. Sons of Dishan: Uz and Aran.
43 A ovo su carevi koji carovaše u zemlji Edomskoj prije nego se zacari car nad sinovima Izrailjevijem: Valak sin Veorov, a gradu mu bješe ime Denava.
And these [are] the kings who reigned in the land of Edom before the reigning of a king of the sons of Israel: Bela son of Beor, and the name of his city [is] Dinhabah.

And Bela dies, and Jobab son of Zerah from Bozrali reigns in his stead;
45 A kad umrije Jovav, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Asom od zemlje Temanovske.
and Jobab dies, and Husham from the land of the Temanite reigns in his stead;
46 A kad umrije Asom, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Adad sin Varadov, koji isijeèe Madijance u polju Moavskom; a gradu mu bješe ime Getem.
and Husham dies, and Hadad son of Bedad reigns in his stead (who strikes Midian in the field of Moab) and the name of his city [is] Avith;
47 A kad umrije Adad, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Samada iz Masekasa.
and Hadad dies, and Samlah from Masrekah reigns in his stead;
48 A kad umrije Samada, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Saul iz Rovota na rijeci.
and Samlah dies, and Shaul from Rehoboth of the River reigns in his stead;
49 A kad umrije Saul, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Valenon sin Ahovorov.
and Shaul dies, and Ba‘al-Hanan son of Achbor reigns in his stead;
50 A kad umrije Valenon, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Adad; a grad mu se zvaše Fogor, a ženi mu bješe ime Meteveila kæi Matraide kæeri Mezovove.
and Ba‘al-Hanan dies, and Hadad reigns in his stead, and the name of his city [is] Pai, and the name of his wife [is] Mehetabel daughter of Matred, daughter of Me-Zahab; Hadad also dies.
51 A kad umrije Adad, nastaše knezovi u Edomskoj: knez Tamna, knez Alva, knez Jetet,
And chiefs of Edom are: Chief Timnah, Chief Aliah, Chief Jetheth,
52 Knez Olivema, knez Ila, knez Finon,
Chief Aholibamah, Chief Elah, Chief Pinon,
53 Knez Kenez, knez Teman, knez Mivsar,
Chief Kenaz, Chief Teman, Chief Mibzar,
54 Knez Magedilo, knez Iram. To bjehu knezovi Edomski.
Chief Magdiel, Chief Iram. These [are] chiefs of Edom.
