So then, my brothers, beloved and longed for, my joy and garland, so stand in the LORD, beloved.
2 he ivadiye he suntukhi yuvaa. m prabhau ekabhaave bhavatam etad aha. m praarthaye|
I exhort Euodia, and I exhort Syntyche, to be of the same mind in the LORD;
3 he mama satya sahakaarin tvaamapi viniiya vadaami etayorupakaarastvayaa kriyataa. m yataste kliiminaadibhi. h sahakaaribhi. h saarddha. m susa. mvaadapracaara. naaya mama saahaayyaartha. m pari"sramam akurvvataa. m te. saa. m sarvve. saa. m naamaani ca jiivanapustake likhitaani vidyante|
and I also ask you, genuine yoke-fellow, be assisting those women who strove along with me in the good news, with Clement also, and the others, my fellow-workers, whose names [are] in [the] Scroll of Life.
4 yuuya. m prabhau sarvvadaanandata| puna rvadaami yuuyam aanandata|
Rejoice in the LORD always; again I will say, rejoice!
5 yu. smaaka. m viniitatva. m sarvvamaanavai rj naayataa. m, prabhu. h sannidhau vidyate|
Let your reasonableness be known to all men; the LORD [is] near;
6 yuuya. m kimapi na cintayata kintu dhanyavaadayuktaabhyaa. m praarthanaayaa ncaabhyaa. m sarvvavi. saye svapraarthaniiyam ii"svaraaya nivedayata|
be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer, and by supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
7 tathaa k. rta ii"svariiyaa yaa "saanti. h sarvvaa. m buddhim ati"sete saa yu. smaaka. m cittaani manaa. msi ca khrii. s.te yii"sau rak. si. syati|
and the peace of God, that is surpassing all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
8 he bhraatara. h, "se. se vadaami yadyat satyam aadara. niiya. m nyaayya. m saadhu priya. m sukhyaatam anye. na yena kenacit prakaare. na vaa gu. nayukta. m pra"sa. msaniiya. m vaa bhavati tatraiva manaa. msi nidhadhva. m|
As to the rest, brothers, as many things as are true, as many as [are] revered, as many as [are] righteous, as many as [are] pure, as many as [are] lovely, as many as [are] of good report, if any worthiness, and if any praise, think on these things;
9 yuuya. m maa. m d. r.s. tvaa "srutvaa ca yadyat "sik. sitavanto g. rhiitavanta"sca tadevaacarata tasmaat "saantidaayaka ii"svaro yu. smaabhi. h saarddha. m sthaasyati|
the things that you also learned, and receive, and hear, and saw in me, do those, and the God of peace will be with you.
10 mamopakaaraaya yu. smaaka. m yaa cintaa puurvvam aasiit kintu karmmadvaara. m na praapnot idaanii. m saa punaraphalat ityasmin prabhau mama paramaahlaado. ajaayata|
And I rejoiced in the LORD greatly, that now at length you flourished again in caring for me, for which also you were caring, and lacked opportunity;
11 aha. m yad dainyakaara. naad ida. m vadaami tannahi yato mama yaa kaacid avasthaa bhavet tasyaa. m santo. s.tum a"sik. saya. m|
I do not say that in respect of want, for I learned in the things in which I am—to be content;
12 daridrataa. m bhoktu. m "saknomi dhanaa. dhyataam api bhoktu. m "saknomi sarvvathaa sarvvavi. saye. su viniito. aha. m pracurataa. m k. sudhaa nca dhana. m dainya ncaavagato. asmi|
I have known both to be abased, and I have known to abound; in everything and in all things I have been initiated, both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in want.
13 mama "saktidaayakena khrii. s.tena sarvvameva mayaa "sakya. m bhavati|
I have strength for all things, in Christ’s strengthening me;
14 kintu yu. smaabhi rdainyanivaara. naaya maam upak. rtya satkarmmaakaari|
but you did well, having shared in my tribulation;
15 he philipiiyalokaa. h, susa. mvaadasyodayakaale yadaaha. m maakidaniyaade"saat prati. s.the tadaa kevalaan yu. smaan vinaaparayaa kayaapi samityaa saha daanaadaanayo rmama ko. api sambandho naasiid iti yuuyamapi jaaniitha|
and you have known, even you Philippians, that in the beginning of the good news when I went forth from Macedonia, no assembly communicated with me in regard to giving and receiving except you only;
16 yato yu. smaabhi rmama prayojanaaya thi. salaniikiinagaramapi maa. m prati puna. h punardaana. m pre. sita. m|
because in Thessalonica also, both once and again you sent to my need;
17 aha. m yad daana. m m. rgaye tannahi kintu yu. smaaka. m laabhavarddhaka. m phala. m m. rgaye|
not that I seek after the gift, but I seek after the fruit that is overflowing to your account;
18 kintu mama kasyaapyabhaavo naasti sarvva. m pracuram aaste yata ii"svarasya graahya. m tu. s.tijanaka. m sugandhinaivedyasvaruupa. m yu. smaaka. m daana. m ipaaphraditaad g. rhiitvaaha. m parit. rpto. asmi|
and I have all things, and abound; I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things from you—an odor of a refreshing fragrance—a sacrifice acceptable, well-pleasing to God:
19 mame"svaro. api khrii. s.tena yii"sunaa svakiiyavibhavanidhita. h prayojaniiya. m sarvvavi. saya. m puur. naruupa. m yu. smabhya. m deyaat|
and my God will supply all your need, according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus;
and to God, even our Father, [is] the glory through the ages of the ages. Amen. (aiōn g165)
21 yuuya. m yii"sukhrii. s.tasyaikaika. m pavitrajana. m namaskuruta| mama sa"ngibhraataro yuu. smaan namaskurvvate|
Every holy one in Christ Jesus greets you; the brothers with me greet you;
22 sarvve pavitralokaa vi"se. sata. h kaisarasya parijanaa yu. smaan namaskurvvate|
all the holy ones greet you, and especially those of Caesar’s house.
23 asmaaka. m prabho ryii"sukhrii. s.tasya prasaada. h sarvvaan yu. smaan prati bhuuyaat| aamen|
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [is] with you all! Amen.
