تِیتَح 2

1 یَتھارْتھَسْیوپَدیشَسْیَ واکْیانِ تْوَیا کَتھْیَنْتاں

But do you speak the things that become sound teaching;

2 وِشیشَتَح پْراچِینَلوکا یَتھا پْرَبُدّھا دھِیرا وِنِیتا وِشْواسے پْریمْنِ سَہِشْنُتایانْچَ سْوَسْتھا بھَوییُسْتَدْوَتْ

that the aged men be vigilant, grave, sober-minded, sound in faith, in love, in patience;

3 پْراچِینَیوشِتوپِ یَتھا دھَرْمَّیوگْیَمْ آچارَں کُرْیُّح پَرَنِنْدَکا بَہُمَدْیَپانَسْیَ نِگھْناشْچَ نَ بھَوییُح

that the aged women likewise be, in deportment, as it becomes holy women, not slanderers, not enslaved to much wine, teachers of good things,

4 کِنْتُ سُشِکْشاکارِنْیَح سَتْیَ اِیشْوَرَسْیَ واکْیَں یَتْ نَ نِنْدْییتَ تَدَرْتھَں یُوَتِیح سُشِیلَتامْ اَرْتھَتَح پَتِسْنیہَمْ اَپَتْیَسْنیہَں

That they may teach the young women to be sober-minded, to love their husbands, to love their children,

5 وِنِیتِں شُچِتْوَں گرِہِنِیتْوَں سَوجَنْیَں سْوامِنِگھْنَنْچادِشییُسْتَتھا تْوَیا کَتھْیَتاں۔

to be discreet, chaste, fond of home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not reviled.

6 تَدْوَدْ یُونوپِ وِنِیتَیے پْرَبودھَیَ۔

Exhort the young men likewise to be sober-minded,

7 تْوَنْچَ سَرْوَّوِشَیے سْوَں سَتْکَرْمَّناں درِشْٹانْتَں دَرْشَیَ شِکْشایانْچاوِکرِتَتْوَں دھِیرَتاں یَتھارْتھَں

in all things showing yourself an example of good works; in teaching, showing incorruptness, gravity,

8 نِرْدّوشَنْچَ واکْیَں پْرَکاشَیَ تینَ وِپَکْشو یُشْماکَمْ اَپَوادَسْیَ کِمَپِ چھِدْرَں نَ پْراپْیَ تْرَپِشْیَتے۔

sound speech that can not be condemned; that he that is opposed may be ashamed, seeing he has no evil thing to say of us.

9 داساشْچَ یَتْ سْوَپْرَبھُوناں نِگھْناح سَرْوَّوِشَیے تُشْٹِجَنَکاشْچَ بھَوییُح پْرَتْیُتَّرَں نَ کُرْیُّح

Exhort servants to be subject to their own masters, and to please them well in all things, not contradicting,

10 کِمَپِ ناپَہَرییُح کِنْتُ پُورْناں سُوِشْوَسْتَتاں پْرَکاشَیییُرِتِ تانْ آدِشَ۔ یَتَ ایوَمْپْرَکاریناسْمَکَں تْراتُرِیشْوَرَسْیَ شِکْشا سَرْوَّوِشَیے تَے رْبھُوشِتَوْیا۔

not stealing, but showing all good faithfulness, that they may adorn the teaching of God our Savior in all things.

11 یَتو ہیتوسْتْراناجَنَکَ اِیشْوَرَسْیانُگْرَہَح سَرْوّانْ مانَوانْ پْرَتْیُدِتَوانْ

For the grace of God, which brings salvation to all men, has appeared,

12 سَ چاسْمانْ اِدَں شِکْشْیَتِ یَدْ وَیَمْ اَدھَرْمَّں ساںسارِکابھِلاشاںشْچانَنْگِیکرِتْیَ وِنِیتَتْوینَ نْیایینیشْوَرَبھَکْتْیا چیہَلوکے آیُ رْیاپَیامَح، (aiōn g165)

teaching us, that denying ungodliness and worldly desires, we should live soberly and righteously and godly in the present age; (aiōn g165)

13 پَرَمَسُکھَسْیاشامْ اَرْتھَتو سْماکَں مَہَتَ اِیشْوَرَسْیَ تْرانَکَرْتُّ رْیِیشُکھْرِیشْٹَسْیَ پْرَبھاوَسْیودَیَں پْرَتِیکْشامَہے۔

looking for the blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,

14 یَتَح سَ یَتھاسْمانْ سَرْوَّسْمادْ اَدھَرْمّاتْ موچَیِتْوا نِجادھِکارَسْوَرُوپَں سَتْکَرْمَّسُوتْسُکَمْ ایکَں پْرَجاوَرْگَں پاوَییتْ تَدَرْتھَمْ اَسْماکَں کرِتے آتْمَدانَں کرِتَوانْ۔

who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

15 ایتانِ بھاشَسْوَ پُورْنَسامَرْتھْیینَ چادِشَ پْرَبودھَیَ چَ، کوپِ تْواں ناوَمَنْیَتاں۔

Speak these things, and exhort and rebuke with all strictness. Let no one despise you.
