یوہَنَح 7
| تَتَح پَرَں یِہُودِییَلوکاسْتَں ہَنْتُں سَمَیہَنْتَ تَسْمادْ یِیشُ رْیِہُوداپْرَدیشے پَرْیَّٹِتُں نیچّھَنْ گالِیلْ پْرَدیشے پَرْیَّٹِتُں پْرارَبھَتَ۔ | 1 |
After these things, Yeshua was walking in Galila, for he would not walk in Yehuda, because the Jewish leaders sought to kill him.
| کِنْتُ تَسْمِنْ سَمَیے یِہُودِییاناں دُوشْیَواسَناموتْسَوَ اُپَسْتھِتی | 2 |
Now the Jewish festival, the Feast of Tabernacles, was near.
| تَسْیَ بھْراتَرَسْتَمْ اَوَدَنْ یانِ کَرْمّانِ تْوَیا کْرِیَنْتے تانِ یَتھا تَوَ شِشْیاح پَشْیَنْتِ تَدَرْتھَں تْوَمِتَح سْتھانادْ یِہُودِییَدیشَں وْرَجَ۔ | 3 |
So his brothers said to him, "Depart from here, and go into Yehuda, that your disciples also may see your works that you are doing.
| یَح کَشْچِتْ سْوَیَں پْرَچِکاشِشَتِ سَ کَداپِ گُپْتَں کَرْمَّ نَ کَروتِ یَدِیدرِشَں کَرْمَّ کَروشِ تَرْہِ جَگَتِ نِجَں پَرِچایَیَ۔ | 4 |
For no one does anything in secret when he himself seeks to be known openly. If you do these things, show yourself to the world."
| یَتَسْتَسْیَ بھْراتَروپِ تَں نَ وِشْوَسَنْتِ۔ | 5 |
For even his brothers did not believe in him.
| تَدا یِیشُسْتانْ اَووچَتْ مَمَ سَمَیَ اِدانِیں نوپَتِشْٹھَتِ کِنْتُ یُشْماکَں سَمَیَح سَتَتَمْ اُپَتِشْٹھَتِ۔ | 6 |
Yeshua therefore said to them, "My time has not yet come, but your time is always ready.
| جَگَتو لوکا یُشْمانْ رِتِییِتُں نَ شَکْرُوَنْتِ کِنْتُ مامیوَ رِتِییَنْتے یَتَسْتیشاں کَرْمانِ دُشْٹانِ تَتْرَ ساکْشْیَمِدَمْ اَہَں دَدامِ۔ | 7 |
The world cannot hate you, but it hates me, because I testify about it, that its works are evil.
| اَتَایوَ یُویَمْ اُتْسَوےسْمِنْ یاتَ ناہَمْ اِدانِیمْ اَسْمِنُّتْسَوے یامِ یَتو مَمَ سَمَیَ اِدانِیں نَ سَمْپُورْنَح۔ | 8 |
You go up to the feast. I am not yet going up to this feast, because my time is not yet fulfilled."
| اِتِ واکْیَمْ اُکْتّوا سَ گالِیلِ سْتھِتَوانْ | 9 |
Having said these things to them, he stayed in Galila.
| کِنْتُ تَسْیَ بھْراترِشُ تَتْرَ پْرَسْتھِتیشُ سَتْسُ سوپْرَکَٹَ اُتْسَوَمْ اَگَچّھَتْ۔ | 10 |
But when his brothers had gone up to the feast, then he also went up, not publicly, but as it were in secret.
| اَنَنْتَرَمْ اُتْسَوَمْ اُپَسْتھِتا یِہُودِییاسْتَں مرِگَیِتْواپرِچّھَنْ سَ کُتْرَ؟ | 11 |
The Jewish leaders therefore sought him at the feast, and said, "Where is he?"
| تَتو لوکاناں مَدھْیے تَسْمِنْ ناناوِدھا وِوادا بھَوِتُمْ آرَبْدھَوَنْتَح۔ کیچِدْ اَووچَنْ سَ اُتَّمَح پُرُشَح کیچِدْ اَووچَنْ نَ تَتھا وَرَں لوکاناں بھْرَمَں جَنَیَتِ۔ | 12 |
There was much murmuring among the crowds concerning him. Some said, "He is a good man." But others said, "Not so, but he leads the crowd astray."
| کِنْتُ یِہُودِییاناں بھَیاتْ کوپِ تَسْیَ پَکْشے سْپَشْٹَں ناکَتھَیَتْ۔ | 13 |
Yet no one spoke openly of him for fear of the Jewish leaders.
| تَتَح پَرَمْ اُتْسَوَسْیَ مَدھْیَسَمَیے یِیشُ رْمَنْدِرَں گَتْوا سَمُپَدِشَتِ سْمَ۔ | 14 |
But when it was now the midst of the feast, Yeshua went up into the temple and taught.
| تَتو یِہُودِییا لوکا آشْچَرْیَّں جْناتْواکَتھَیَنْ ایشا مانُشو نادھِیتْیا کَتھَمْ ایتادرِشو وِدْوانَبھُوتْ؟ | 15 |
Then the Jewish leaders were astonished, saying, "How does this man know such writings, having never been educated?"
| تَدا یِیشُح پْرَتْیَووچَدْ اُپَدیشویَں نَ مَمَ کِنْتُ یو ماں پْریشِتَوانْ تَسْیَ۔ | 16 |
Yeshua therefore answered them, "My teaching is not mine, but his who sent me.
| یو جَنو نِدیشَں تَسْیَ گْرَہِیشْیَتِ مَموپَدیشو مَتّو بھَوَتِ کِمْ اِیشْوَرادْ بھَوَتِ سَ گَنَسْتَجّناتُں شَکْشْیَتِ۔ | 17 |
If anyone desires to do his will, he will know about the teaching, whether it is from God, or if I am speaking from myself.
| یو جَنَح سْوَتَح کَتھَیَتِ سَ سْوِییَں گَورَوَمْ اِیہَتے کِنْتُ یَح پْریرَیِتُ رْگَورَوَمْ اِیہَتے سَ سَتْیَوادِی تَسْمِنْ کوپْیَدھَرْمّو ناسْتِ۔ | 18 |
He who speaks from himself seeks his own glory, but he who seeks the glory of him who sent him is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.
| مُوسا یُشْمَبھْیَں وْیَوَسْتھاگْرَنْتھَں کِں نادَداتْ؟ کِنْتُ یُشْماکَں کوپِ تاں وْیَوَسْتھاں نَ سَماچَرَتِ۔ ماں ہَنْتُں کُتو یَتَدھْوے؟ | 19 |
Did not Mushe give you the Law, and yet none of you keeps the Law? Why do you seek to kill me?"
| تَدا لوکا اَوَدَنْ تْوَں بھُوتَگْرَسْتَسْتْواں ہَنْتُں کو یَتَتے؟ | 20 |
The crowd answered, "You have a demon. Who seeks to kill you?"
| تَتو یِیشُرَووچَدْ ایکَں کَرْمَّ مَیاکارِ تَسْمادْ یُویَں سَرْوَّ مَہاشْچَرْیَّں مَنْیَدھْوے۔ | 21 |
Yeshua answered them, "I did one work, and you are all amazed.
| مُوسا یُشْمَبھْیَں تْوَکْچھیدَوِدھِں پْرَدَدَو سَ مُوساتو نَ جاتَح کِنْتُ پِترِپُرُشیبھْیو جاتَح تینَ وِشْرامَوارےپِ مانُشاناں تْوَکْچھیدَں کُرُتھَ۔ | 22 |
Mushe has given you circumcision (not that it is of Mushe, but of the fathers), and on the Sabbath you circumcise a boy.
| اَتَایوَ وِشْرامَوارے مَنُشْیاناں تْوَکْچھیدے کرِتے یَدِ مُوساوْیَوَسْتھامَنْگَنَں نَ بھَوَتِ تَرْہِ مَیا وِشْرامَوارے مانُشَح سَمْپُورْنَرُوپینَ سْوَسْتھوکارِ تَتْکارَنادْ یُویَں کِں مَہْیَں کُپْیَتھَ؟ | 23 |
If a boy receives circumcision on the Sabbath, that the Law of Mushe may not be broken, are you angry with me, because I made a man completely healthy on the Sabbath?
| سَپَکْشَپاتَں وِچارَمَکرِتْوا نْیایَّں وِچارَں کُرُتَ۔ | 24 |
Do not judge according to appearance, but judge righteous judgment."
| تَدا یِرُوشالَمْ نِواسِنَح کَتِپَیَجَنا اَکَتھَیَنْ اِمے یَں ہَنْتُں چیشْٹَنْتے سَ ایوایَں کِں نَ؟ | 25 |
Therefore some of them of Urishlim said, "Is not this he whom they seek to kill?
| کِنْتُ پَشْیَتَ نِرْبھَیَح سَنْ کَتھاں کَتھَیَتِ تَتھاپِ کِمَپِ اَ وَدَنْتْییتے اَیَمیوابھِشِکْتّو بھَوَتِیتِ نِشْچِتَں کِمَدھِپَتَیو جانَنْتِ؟ | 26 |
Look, he speaks openly, and they say nothing to him. Can it be that the rulers indeed know that this is the Meshikha?
| مَنُجویَں کَسْماداگَمَدْ اِتِ وَیَں جانومَح کِنْتْوَبھِشِکْتَّ آگَتے سَ کَسْماداگَتَوانْ اِتِ کوپِ جْناتُں نَ شَکْشْیَتِ۔ | 27 |
However we know where this man comes from, but when the Meshikha comes, no one will know where he comes from."
| تَدا یِیشُ رْمَدھْییمَنْدِرَمْ اُپَدِشَنْ اُچَّیحکارَمْ اُکْتَّوانْ یُویَں کِں ماں جانِیتھَ؟ کَسْماچّاگَتوسْمِ تَدَپِ کِں جانِیتھَ؟ ناہَں سْوَتَ آگَتوسْمِ کِنْتُ یَح سَتْیَوادِی سَایوَ ماں پْریشِتَوانْ یُویَں تَں نَ جانِیتھَ۔ | 28 |
Yeshua therefore called out in the temple, teaching and saying, "You both know me, and know where I am from. I have not come of myself, but he who sent me is true, whom you do not know.
| تَمَہَں جانے تیناہَں پْریرِتَ اَگَتوسْمِ۔ | 29 |
I know him, because I am from him, and he sent me."
| تَسْمادْ یِہُودِییاسْتَں دھَرْتُّمْ اُدْیَتاسْتَتھاپِ کوپِ تَسْیَ گاتْرے ہَسْتَں نارْپَیَدْ یَتو ہیتوسْتَدا تَسْیَ سَمَیو نوپَتِشْٹھَتِ۔ | 30 |
They sought therefore to take him; but no one laid a hand on him, because his hour had not yet come.
| کِنْتُ بَہَوو لوکاسْتَسْمِنْ وِشْوَسْیَ کَتھِتَوانْتوبھِشِکْتَّپُرُشَ آگَتْیَ مانُشَسْیاسْیَ کْرِیابھْیَح کِمْ اَدھِکا آشْچَرْیّاح کْرِیاح کَرِشْیَتِ؟ | 31 |
But many in the crowd believed in him. They said, "When the Meshikha comes, he won't do more signs than those which this man has done, will he?"
| تَتَح پَرَں لوکاسْتَسْمِنْ اِتّھَں وِوَدَنْتے پھِرُوشِنَح پْرَدھانَیاجَکانْچیتِ شْرُتَوَنْتَسْتَں دھرِتْوا نیتُں پَداتِگَنَں پْریشَیاماسُح۔ | 32 |
The Pharisees heard the crowd murmuring these things concerning him, and the chief priests and the Pharisees sent officers to arrest him.
| تَتو یِیشُرَوَدَدْ اَہَمْ اَلْپَدِنانِ یُشْمابھِح سارْدّھَں سْتھِتْوا مَتْپْریرَیِتُح سَمِیپَں یاسْیامِ۔ | 33 |
Then Yeshua said, "I will be with you a little while longer, then I go to him who sent me.
| ماں مرِگَیِشْیَدھْوے کِنْتُودّیشَں نَ لَپْسْیَدھْوے رَتْرَ سْتھاسْیامِ تَتْرَ یُویَں گَنْتُں نَ شَکْشْیَتھَ۔ | 34 |
You will seek me, but won't find; and where I am, you cannot come."
| تَدا یِہُودِییاح پَرَسْپَرَں وَکْتُّماریبھِرے اَسْیودّیشَں نَ پْراپْسْیامَ ایتادرِشَں کِں سْتھانَں یاسْیَتِ؟ بھِنَّدیشے وِکِیرْناناں یِہُودِییاناں سَنِّدھِمْ ایشَ گَتْوا تانْ اُپَدیکْشْیَتِ کِں؟ | 35 |
The Jewish leaders therefore said among themselves, "Where will this man go that we won't find him? Will he go to the Diaspora among the Greeks, and teach the Greeks?
| نو چیتْ ماں گَویشَیِشْیَتھَ کِنْتُودّیشَں نَ پْراپْسْیَتھَ ایشَ کودرِشَں واکْیَمِدَں وَدَتِ؟ | 36 |
What is this word that he said, 'You will seek me, but won't find; and where I am, you cannot come'?"
| اَنَنْتَرَمْ اُتْسَوَسْیَ چَرَمےہَنِ اَرْتھاتْ پْرَدھانَدِنے یِیشُرُتِّشْٹھَنْ اُچَّیحکارَمْ آہْوَیَنْ اُدِتَوانْ یَدِ کَشْچِتْ ترِشارْتّو بھَوَتِ تَرْہِ مَمانْتِکَمْ آگَتْیَ پِوَتُ۔ | 37 |
Now on the last and greatest day of the feast, Yeshua stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink.
| یَح کَشْچِنْمَیِ وِشْوَسِتِ دھَرْمَّگْرَنْتھَسْیَ وَچَنانُسارینَ تَسْیابھْیَنْتَرَتومرِتَتویَسْیَ سْروتاںسِ نِرْگَمِشْیَنْتِ۔ | 38 |
He who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, from within him will flow rivers of living water."
| یے تَسْمِنْ وِشْوَسَنْتِ تَ آتْمانَں پْراپْسْیَنْتِیتْیَرْتھے سَ اِدَں واکْیَں وْیاہرِتَوانْ ایتَتْکالَں یاوَدْ یِیشُ رْوِبھَوَں نَ پْراپْتَسْتَسْماتْ پَوِتْرَ آتْما نادِییَتَ۔ | 39 |
But he said this about the Rukha, which those believing in him were to receive. For the Rukha was not yet given, because Yeshua was not yet glorified.
| ایتاں وانِیں شْرُتْوا بَہَوو لوکا اَوَدَنْ اَیَمیوَ نِشْچِتَں سَ بھَوِشْیَدْوادِی۔ | 40 |
Some of the crowd therefore, when they heard these words, said, "This is truly the Prophet."
| کیچِدْ اَکَتھَیَنْ ایشَایوَ سوبھِشِکْتَّح کِنْتُ کیچِدْ اَوَدَنْ سوبھِشِکْتَّح کِں گالِیلْ پْرَدیشے جَنِشْیَتے؟ | 41 |
Others said, "This is the Meshikha." But some said, "What, does the Meshikha come out of Galila?
| سوبھِشِکْتّو دایُودو وَںشے دایُودو جَنْمَسْتھانے بَیتْلیہَمِ پَتَّنے جَنِشْیَتے دھَرْمَّگْرَنْتھے کِمِتّھَں لِکھِتَں ناسْتِ؟ | 42 |
Hasn't the Scripture said that the Meshikha comes of the offspring of Dawid, and from Beth-Lekhem, the village where Dawid was?"
| اِتّھَں تَسْمِنْ لوکاناں بھِنَّواکْیَتا جاتا۔ | 43 |
So there arose a division in the crowd because of him.
| کَتِپَیَلوکاسْتَں دھَرْتُّمْ اَیچّھَنْ تَتھاپِ تَدْوَپُشِ کوپِ ہَسْتَں نارْپَیَتْ۔ | 44 |
Some of them would have arrested him, but no one laid hands on him.
| اَنَنْتَرَں پاداتِگَنے پْرَدھانَیاجَکاناں پھِرُوشِنانْچَ سَمِیپَماگَتَوَتِ تے تانْ اَپرِچّھَنْ کُتو ہیتوسْتَں نانَیَتَ؟ | 45 |
The officers therefore came to the chief priests and Pharisees, and they said to them, "Why did you not bring him?"
| تَدا پَداتَیَح پْرَتْیَوَدَنْ سَ مانَوَ اِوَ کوپِ کَداپِ نوپادِشَتْ۔ | 46 |
The officers answered, "No man ever spoke like this man."
| تَتَح پھِرُوشِنَح پْراووچَنْ یُویَمَپِ کِمَبھْرامِشْٹَ؟ | 47 |
The Pharisees therefore answered them, "You are not also led astray, are you?
| اَدھِپَتِیناں پھِرُوشِنانْچَ کوپِ کِں تَسْمِنْ وْیَشْوَسِیتْ؟ | 48 |
Have any of the rulers believed in him, or of the Pharisees?
| یے شاسْتْرَں نَ جانَنْتِ تَ اِمےدھَمَلوکاایوَ شاپَگْرَسْتاح۔ | 49 |
But this crowd that does not know the Law is accursed."
| تَدا نِکَدِیمَناما تیشامیکو یَح کْشَنَدایاں یِیشوح سَنِّدھِمْ اَگاتْ سَ اُکْتَّوانْ | 50 |
Niqadimus (he who came to him before, being one of them) said to them,
| تَسْیَ واکْیے نَ شْرُتے کَرْمَّنِ چَ نَ وِدِتے سْماکَں وْیَوَسْتھا کِں کَنْچَنَ مَنُجَں دوشِیکَروتِ؟ | 51 |
"Does our Law judge a man, unless it first hears from him personally and knows what he does?"
| تَتَسْتے وْیاہَرَنْ تْوَمَپِ کِں گالِیلِییَلوکَح؟ وِوِچْیَ پَشْیَ گَلِیلِ کوپِ بھَوِشْیَدْوادِی نوتْپَدْیَتے۔ | 52 |
They answered him, "Are you also from Galila? Search, and see that no prophet comes from Galila."
| تَتَح پَرَں سَرْوّے سْوَں سْوَں گرِہَں گَتاح کِنْتُ یِیشُ رْجَیتُنَنامانَں شِلوچَّیَں گَتَوانْ۔ | 53 |
Then everyone went to his own house,
