ཡོཧནཿ 20
1 ཨནནྟརཾ སཔྟཱཧསྱ པྲཐམདིནེ ྅ཏིཔྲཏྱཱུཥེ ྅ནྡྷཀཱརེ ཏིཥྛཏི མགྡལཱིནཱི མརིཡམ྄ ཏསྱ ཤྨཤཱནསྱ ནིཀཊཾ གཏྭཱ ཤྨཤཱནསྱ མུཁཱཏ྄ པྲསྟརམཔསཱརིཏམ྄ ཨཔཤྱཏ྄།
On the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb early, while it was still dark, and saw that the stone had been taken away from the tomb.
2 པཤྩཱད྄ དྷཱཝིཏྭཱ ཤིམོནྤིཏརཱཡ ཡཱིཤོཿ པྲིཡཏམཤིཥྱཱཡ ཙེདམ྄ ཨཀཐཡཏ྄, ལོཀཱཿ ཤྨཤཱནཱཏ྄ པྲབྷུཾ ནཱིཏྭཱ ཀུཏྲཱསྠཱཔཡན྄ ཏད྄ ཝཀྟུཾ ན ཤཀྣོམི།
Then she ran and came to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, who Jesus loved, and told them, “They’ve taken the Lord away, out of the tomb, and we don’t know where they’ve laid Him!”
3 ཨཏཿ པིཏརཿ སོནྱཤིཥྱཤྩ བརྷི རྦྷུཏྭཱ ཤྨཤཱནསྠཱནཾ གནྟུམ྄ ཨཱརབྷེཏཱཾ།
Then Peter and the other disciple went out, and were going to the tomb.
4 ཨུབྷཡོརྡྷཱཝཏོཿ སོནྱཤིཥྱཿ པིཏརཾ པཤྩཱཏ྄ ཏྱཀྟྭཱ པཱུཪྻྭཾ ཤྨཤཱནསྠཱན ཨུཔསྠིཏཝཱན྄།
They both ran together, and the other disciple outran Peter and came to the tomb first.
5 ཏདཱ པྲཧྭཱིབྷཱུཡ སྠཱཔིཏཝསྟྲཱཎི དྲྀཥྚཝཱན྄ ཀིནྟུ ན པྲཱཝིཤཏ྄།
Stooping down and looking in, He saw the strips of linen lying there, but he didn’t go in.
6 ཨཔརཾ ཤིམོནྤིཏར ཨཱགཏྱ ཤྨཤཱནསྠཱནཾ པྲཝིཤྱ
Then Simon Peter came, following him, and went into the tomb. He saw the strips of linen lying there,
7 སྠཱཔིཏཝསྟྲཱཎི མསྟཀསྱ ཝསྟྲཉྩ པྲྀཐཀ྄ སྠཱནཱནྟརེ སྠཱཔིཏཾ དྲྀཥྚཝཱན྄།
and the handkerchief that had been around His head, not lying with the strips of linen, but folded together in a place by itself.
8 ཏཏཿ ཤྨཤཱནསྠཱནཾ པཱུཪྻྭམ྄ ཨཱགཏོ ཡོནྱཤིཥྱཿ སོཔི པྲཝིཤྱ ཏཱདྲྀཤཾ དྲྀཥྚཱ ཝྱཤྭསཱིཏ྄།
Then the other disciple, who came to the tomb first, also went in, and he saw and believed.
9 ཡཏཿ ཤྨཤཱནཱཏ྄ ས ཨུཏྠཱཔཡིཏཝྱ ཨེཏསྱ དྷརྨྨཔུསྟཀཝཙནསྱ བྷཱཝཾ ཏེ ཏདཱ ཝོདྡྷུཾ ནཱཤནྐུཝན྄།
For they still didn’t know the Scripture, that Jesus must rise again from the dead.
10 ཨནནྟརཾ ཏཽ དྭཽ ཤིཥྱཽ སྭཾ སྭཾ གྲྀཧཾ པརཱཝྲྀཏྱཱགཙྪཏཱམ྄།
Then the disciples went back to their own homes,
11 ཏཏཿ པརཾ མརིཡམ྄ ཤྨཤཱནདྭཱརསྱ བཧིཿ སྠིཏྭཱ རོདིཏུམ྄ ཨཱརབྷཏ ཏཏོ རུདཏཱི པྲཧྭཱིབྷཱུཡ ཤྨཤཱནཾ ཝིལོཀྱ
but Mary stood outside by the tomb, weeping. As she wept, she stooped down and looked into the tomb.
12 ཡཱིཤོཿ ཤཡནསྠཱནསྱ ཤིརཿསྠཱནེ པདཏལེ ཙ དྭཡོ རྡིཤོ དྭཽ སྭརྒཱིཡདཱུཏཱཝུཔཝིཥྚཽ སམཔཤྱཏ྄།
She saw two angels in white sitting where the body of Jesus had been lying, one at the head and the other at the feet.
13 ཏཽ པྲྀཥྚཝནྟཽ ཧེ ནཱརི ཀུཏོ རོདིཥི? སཱཝདཏ྄ ལོཀཱ མམ པྲབྷུཾ ནཱིཏྭཱ ཀུཏྲཱསྠཱཔཡན྄ ཨིཏི ན ཛཱནཱམི།
Then they asked her, “Woman, why are you weeping?” She answered them, “Because they have taken away my Lord, and I don’t know where they have laid Him.”
14 ཨིཏྱུཀྟྭཱ མུཁཾ པརཱཝྲྀཏྱ ཡཱིཤུཾ དཎྜཱཡམཱནམ྄ ཨཔཤྱཏ྄ ཀིནྟུ ས ཡཱིཤུརིཏི སཱ ཛྙཱཏུཾ ནཱཤཀྣོཏ྄།
Now when she had said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, but she didn’t know that it was Jesus.
15 ཏདཱ ཡཱིཤུསྟཱམ྄ ཨཔྲྀཙྪཏ྄ ཧེ ནཱརི ཀུཏོ རོདིཥི? ཀཾ ཝཱ མྲྀགཡསེ? ཏཏཿ སཱ ཏམ྄ ཨུདྱཱནསེཝཀཾ ཛྙཱཏྭཱ ཝྱཱཧརཏ྄, ཧེ མཧེཙྪ ཏྭཾ ཡདཱིཏཿ སྠཱནཱཏ྄ ཏཾ ནཱིཏཝཱན྄ ཏརྷི ཀུཏྲཱསྠཱཔཡསྟད྄ ཝད ཏཏྶྠཱནཱཏ྄ ཏམ྄ ཨཱནཡཱམི།
Jesus asked her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Who are you looking for?” She, supposing Him to be the gardener, said to Him, “Sir, if You have carried Him away, tell me where You’ve laid Him, and I will take Him away.”
16 ཏདཱ ཡཱིཤུསྟཱམ྄ ཨཝདཏ྄ ཧེ མརིཡམ྄། ཏཏཿ སཱ པརཱཝྲྀཏྱ པྲཏྱཝདཏ྄ ཧེ རབྦཱུནཱི ཨརྠཱཏ྄ ཧེ གུརོ།
Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and said to him, “Rhabbouni!” (which means Teacher).
17 ཏདཱ ཡཱིཤུརཝདཏ྄ མཱཾ མཱ དྷར, ཨིདཱནཱིཾ པིཏུཿ སམཱིཔེ ཨཱུརྡྡྷྭགམནཾ ན ཀརོམི ཀིནྟུ ཡོ མམ ཡུཥྨཱཀཉྩ པིཏཱ མམ ཡུཥྨཱཀཉྩེཤྭརསྟསྱ ནིཀཊ ཨཱུརྡྡྷྭགམནཾ ཀརྟྟུམ྄ ཨུདྱཏོསྨི, ཨིམཱཾ ཀཐཱཾ ཏྭཾ གཏྭཱ མམ བྷྲཱཏྲྀགཎཾ ཛྙཱཔཡ།
Jesus said to her, “Don’t touch me, because I haven’t yet ascended to my Father; but go to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, and to my God and your God.’”
18 ཏཏོ མགྡལཱིནཱིམརིཡམ྄ ཏཏྐྵཎཱད྄ གཏྭཱ པྲབྷུསྟསྱཻ དརྴནཾ དཏྟྭཱ ཀཐཱ ཨེཏཱ ཨཀཐཡད྄ ཨིཏི ཝཱརྟྟཱཾ ཤིཥྱེབྷྱོ྅ཀཐཡཏ྄།
Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that He had told her these things.
19 ཏཏཿ པརཾ སཔྟཱཧསྱ པྲཐམདིནསྱ སནྡྷྱཱསམཡེ ཤིཥྱཱ ཨེཀཏྲ མིལིཏྭཱ ཡིཧཱུདཱིཡེབྷྱོ བྷིཡཱ དྭཱརརུདྡྷམ྄ ཨཀུཪྻྭན྄, ཨེཏསྨིན྄ ཀཱལེ ཡཱིཤུསྟེཥཱཾ མདྷྱསྠཱནེ ཏིཥྛན྄ ཨཀཐཡད྄ ཡུཥྨཱཀཾ ཀལྱཱཎཾ བྷཱུཡཱཏ྄།
Then, that same first day of the week, at evening, although the doors were locked where the disciples were assembled (for fear of the Jews), Jesus came and stood in their midst. He said to them, “Peace be with you.”
20 ཨིཏྱུཀྟྭཱ ནིཛཧསྟཾ ཀུཀྵིཉྩ དརྴིཏཝཱན྄, ཏཏཿ ཤིཥྱཱཿ པྲབྷུཾ དྲྀཥྚྭཱ ཧྲྀཥྚཱ ཨབྷཝན྄།
When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.
21 ཡཱིཤུཿ པུནརཝདད྄ ཡུཥྨཱཀཾ ཀལྱཱཎཾ བྷཱུཡཱཏ྄ པིཏཱ ཡཐཱ མཱཾ པྲཻཥཡཏ྄ ཏཐཱཧམཔི ཡུཥྨཱན྄ པྲེཥཡཱམི།
So Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, so I send you.”
22 ཨིཏྱུཀྟྭཱ ས ཏེཥཱམུཔརི དཱིརྒྷཔྲཤྭཱསཾ དཏྟྭཱ ཀཐིཏཝཱན྄ པཝིཏྲམ྄ ཨཱཏྨཱནཾ གྲྀཧླཱིཏ།
When he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit.
23 ཡཱུཡཾ ཡེཥཱཾ པཱཔཱནི མོཙཡིཥྱཐ ཏེ མོཙཡིཥྱནྟེ ཡེཥཱཉྩ པཱཔཱཏི ན མོཙཡིཥྱཐ ཏེ ན མོཙཡིཥྱནྟེ།
If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them. If you retain the sins of any, they are retained.”
24 དྭཱདཤམདྷྱེ གཎིཏོ ཡམཛོ ཐོམཱནཱམཱ ཤིཥྱོ ཡཱིཤོརཱགམནཀཱལཻ ཏཻཿ སཱརྡྡྷཾ ནཱསཱིཏ྄།
Now Thomas, called the Twin, one of the twelve, wasn’t with them when Jesus came.
25 ཨཏོ ཝཡཾ པྲབྷཱུམ྄ ཨཔཤྱཱམེཏི ཝཱཀྱེ྅ནྱཤིཥྱཻརུཀྟེ སོཝདཏ྄, ཏསྱ ཧསྟཡོ རླཽཧཀཱིལཀཱནཱཾ ཙིཧྣཾ ན ཝིལོཀྱ ཏཙྩིཧྣམ྄ ཨངྒུལྱཱ ན སྤྲྀཥྚྭཱ ཏསྱ ཀུཀྵཽ ཧསྟཾ ནཱརོཔྱ ཙཱཧཾ ན ཝིཤྭསིཥྱཱམི།
Therefore the other disciples were telling him, “We have seen the Lord!” But he told them, “Unless I see the imprint of the nails in His hands, put my finger into the nail prints, and put my hand into His side, I won’t believe.”
26 ཨཔརམ྄ ཨཥྚམེ྅ཧྣི གཏེ སཏི ཐོམཱསཧིཏཿ ཤིཥྱགཎ ཨེཀཏྲ མིལིཏྭཱ དྭཱརཾ རུདྡྷྭཱབྷྱནྟར ཨཱསཱིཏ྄, ཨེཏརྷི ཡཱིཤུསྟེཥཱཾ མདྷྱསྠཱནེ ཏིཥྛན྄ ཨཀཐཡཏ྄, ཡུཥྨཱཀཾ ཀུཤལཾ བྷཱུཡཱཏ྄།
After eight days, His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors having been locked, and stood in their midst, and said, “Peace be with you.”
27 པཤྩཱཏ྄ ཐཱམཻ ཀཐིཏཝཱན྄ ཏྭམ྄ ཨངྒུལཱིམ྄ ཨཏྲཱརྤཡིཏྭཱ མམ ཀརཽ པཤྱ ཀརཾ པྲསཱཪྻྱ མམ ཀུཀྵཱཝརྤཡ ནཱཝིཤྭསྱ།
Then He told Thomas, “Put your finger here, and see my hands. Reach your hand here, and put it into my side. Don’t be doubting, but believing.”
28 ཏདཱ ཐོམཱ ཨཝདཏ྄, ཧེ མམ པྲབྷོ ཧེ མདཱིཤྭར།
Thomas answered Him, “My Lord and my God!”
29 ཡཱིཤུརཀཐཡཏ྄, ཧེ ཐོམཱ མཱཾ ནིརཱིཀྵྱ ཝིཤྭསིཥི ཡེ ན དྲྀཥྚྭཱ ཝིཤྭསནྟི ཏཨེཝ དྷནྱཱཿ།
Jesus told him, “Thomas, you have believed because you have seen me. Blessed are those who haven’t seen, and yet have believed.”
30 ཨེཏདནྱཱནི པུསྟཀེ྅སྨིན྄ ཨལིཁིཏཱནི བཧཱུནྱཱཤྩཪྻྱཀརྨྨཱཎི ཡཱིཤུཿ ཤིཥྱཱཎཱཾ པུརསྟཱད྄ ཨཀརོཏ྄།
Truly, Jesus also performed many other signs in the presence of the disciples, which aren’t written in this book,
31 ཀིནྟུ ཡཱིཤུརཱིཤྭརསྱཱབྷིཥིཀྟཿ སུཏ ཨེཝེཏི ཡཐཱ ཡཱུཡཾ ཝིཤྭསིཐ ཝིཤྭསྱ ཙ ཏསྱ ནཱམྣཱ པརམཱཡུཿ པྲཱཔྣུཐ ཏདརྠམ྄ ཨེཏཱནི སཪྻྭཱཎྱལིཁྱནྟ།
but these have been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, God’s Son; and so that believing you may have life in His name.
