มารฺก: 15
1 อถ ปฺรภาเต สติ ปฺรธานยาชกา: ปฺราญฺจ อุปาธฺยายา: สรฺเวฺว มนฺตฺริณศฺจ สภำ กฺฤตฺวา ยีศุํ พนฺธยิตฺว ปีลาตาขฺยสฺย เทศาธิปเต: สวิธํ นีตฺวา สมรฺปยามาสุ: ฯ
And immediately in the morning the chief priests, having taken counsel with the elders and scribes and the whole sanhedrim, bound Jesus and carried [him] away, and delivered [him] up to Pilate.
2 ตทา ปีลาตสฺตํ ปฺฤษฺฏวานฺ ตฺวํ กึ ยิหูทียโลกานำ ราชา? ตต: ส ปฺรตฺยุกฺตวานฺ สตฺยํ วทสิฯ
And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answered and said to him, Thou sayest.
3 อปรํ ปฺรธานยาชกาสฺตสฺย พหุษุ วาเกฺยษุ โทษมาโรปยาญฺจกฺรุ: กินฺตุ ส กิมปิ น ปฺรตฺยุวาจฯ
And the chief priests accused him urgently.
4 ตทานีํ ปีลาตสฺตํ ปุน: ปปฺรจฺฉ ตฺวํ กึ โนตฺตรยสิ? ปไศฺยเต ตฺวทฺวิรุทฺธํ กติษุ สาเธฺยษุ สากฺษํ ททติฯ
And Pilate asked him again, saying, Answerest thou nothing? See of how many things they bear witness against thee.
5 กนฺตุ ยีศุสฺตทาปิ โนตฺตรํ ทเทา ตต: ปีลาต อาศฺจรฺยฺยํ ชคามฯ
But Jesus still answered nothing, so that Pilate marvelled.
6 อปรญฺจ การาพทฺเธ กสฺตึศฺจิตฺ ชเน ตนฺมโหตฺสวกาเล โลไก รฺยาจิเต เทศาธิปติสฺตํ โมจยติฯ
But at [the] feast he released to them one prisoner, whomsoever they begged [of him].
7 เย จ ปูรฺวฺวมุปปฺลวมการฺษุรุปปฺลเว วธมปิ กฺฤตวนฺตเสฺตษำ มเธฺย ตทาโนํ พรพฺพานามก เอโก พทฺธ อาสีตฺฯ
Now there was the [person] named Barabbas bound with those who had made insurrection with [him], [and] that had committed murder in the insurrection.
8 อโต เหโต: ปูรฺวฺวาปรียำ รีติกถำ กถยิตฺวา โลกา อุจฺไจรุวนฺต: ปีลาตสฺย สมกฺษํ นิเวทยามาสุ: ฯ
And the crowd crying out began to beg [that he would do] to them as he had always done.
9 ตทา ปีลาตสฺตานาจเขฺยา ตรฺหิ กึ ยิหูทียานำ ราชานํ โมจยิษฺยามิ? ยุษฺมาภิ: กิมิษฺยเต?
But Pilate answered them saying, Will ye that I release to you the King of the Jews?
10 ยต: ปฺรธานยาชกา อีรฺษฺยาต เอว ยีศุํ สมารฺปยนฺนิติ ส วิเวทฯ
for he knew that the chief priests had delivered him up through envy.
11 กินฺตุ ยถา พรพฺพำ โมจยติ ตถา ปฺรารฺถยิตุํ ปฺรธานยาชกา โลกานฺ ปฺรวรฺตฺตยามาสุ: ฯ
But the chief priests stirred up the crowd that he might rather release Barabbas to them.
12 อถ ปีลาต: ปุน: ปฺฤษฺฏวานฺ ตรฺหิ ยํ ยิหูทียานำ ราเชติ วทถ ตสฺย กึ กริษฺยามิ ยุษฺมาภิ: กิมิษฺยเต?
And Pilate answering said to them again, What will ye then that I do [to him] whom ye call King of the Jews?
13 ตทา เต ปุนรปิ โปฺรจฺไจ: โปฺรจุสฺตํ กฺรุเศ เวธยฯ
And they cried out again, Crucify him.
14 ตสฺมาตฺ ปีลาต: กถิตวานฺ กุต: ? ส กึ กุกรฺมฺม กฺฤตวานฺ? กินฺตุ เต ปุนศฺจ รุวนฺโต วฺยาชหฺรุสฺตํ กฺรุเศ เวธยฯ
And Pilate said to them, What evil then has he done? But they cried out the more urgently, Crucify him.
15 ตทา ปีลาต: สรฺวฺวาโลฺลกานฺ โตษยิตุมิจฺฉนฺ พรพฺพำ โมจยิตฺวา ยีศุํ กศาภิ: ปฺรหฺฤตฺย กฺรุเศ เวทฺธุํ ตํ สมรฺปยามฺพภูวฯ
And Pilate, desirous of contenting the crowd, released to them Barabbas, and delivered up Jesus, when he had scourged him, that he might be crucified.
16 อนนฺตรํ ไสนฺยคโณ'ฏฺฏาลิกามฺ อรฺถาทฺ อธิปเต รฺคฺฤหํ ยีศุํ นีตฺวา เสนานิวหํ สมาหุยตฺฯ
And the soldiers led him away into the court which is [called the] praetorium, and they call together the whole band.
17 ปศฺจาตฺ เต ตํ ธูมลวรฺณวสฺตฺรํ ปริธาปฺย กณฺฏกมุกุฏํ รจยิตฺวา ศิรสิ สมาโรปฺย
And they clothe him with purple, and bind round on him a crown of thorns which they had plaited.
18 เห ยิหูทียานำ ราชนฺ นมสฺการ อิตฺยุกฺตฺวา ตํ นมสฺกรฺตฺตามาเรภิเรฯ
And they began to salute him, Hail, King of the Jews!
19 ตโสฺยตฺตมางฺเค เวตฺราฆาตํ จกฺรุสฺตทฺคาเตฺร นิษฺฐีวญฺจ นิจิกฺษิปุ: , ตถา ตสฺย สมฺมุเข ชานุปาตํ ปฺรโณมุ:
And they struck his head with a reed, and spat on him, and, bending the knee, did him homage.
20 อิตฺถมุปหสฺย ธูมฺรวรฺณวสฺตฺรมฺ อุตฺตารฺยฺย ตสฺย วสฺตฺรํ ตํ ปรฺยฺยธาปยนฺ กฺรุเศ เวทฺธุํ พหิรฺนินฺยุศฺจฯ
And when they had mocked him, they took the purple off him, and put his own clothes on him; and they lead him out that they may crucify him.
21 ตต: ปรํ เสกนฺทรสฺย รุผสฺย จ ปิตา ศิโมนฺนามา กุรีณียโลก เอก: กุตศฺจิทฺ คฺรามาเทตฺย ปถิ ยาติ ตํ เต ยีโศ: กฺรุศํ โวฒุํ พลาทฺ ทธฺนุ: ฯ
And they compel to go [with them] a certain passer-by, Simon, a Cyrenian, coming from the field, the father of Alexander and Rufus, that he might carry his cross.
22 อถ คุลฺคลฺตา อรฺถาตฺ ศิร: กปาลนามกํ สฺถานํ ยีศุมานีย
And they bring him to the place [called] Golgotha, which, being interpreted, is Place of a skull.
23 เต คนฺธรสมิศฺริตํ ทฺรากฺษารสํ ปาตุํ ตไสฺม ททุ: กินฺตุ ส น ชคฺราหฯ
And they offered him wine [to drink] medicated with myrrh; but he did not take [it].
24 ตสฺมินฺ กฺรุเศ วิทฺเธ สติ เตษาเมไกกศ: กึ ปฺราปฺสฺยตีติ นิรฺณยาย
And having crucified him, they part his clothes amongst [themselves], casting lots on them, what each one should take.
25 ตสฺย ปริเธยานำ วิภาคารฺถํ คุฏิกาปาตํ จกฺรุ: ฯ
And it was the third hour, and they crucified him.
26 อปรมฺ เอษ ยิหูทียานำ ราเชติ ลิขิตํ โทษปตฺรํ ตสฺย ศิรอูรฺทฺวฺวมฺ อาโรปยาญฺจกฺรุ: ฯ
And the superscription of what he was accused of was written up: The King of the Jews.
27 ตสฺย วามทกฺษิณโย รฺเทฺวา เจาเรา กฺรุศโย รฺวิวิธาเตฯ
And with him they crucify two robbers, one on his right hand, and one on his left.
28 เตไนว "อปราธิชไน: สารฺทฺธํ ส คณิโต ภวิษฺยติ," อิติ ศาสฺโตฺรกฺตํ วจนํ สิทฺธมภูตฯ
[And the scripture was fulfilled which says, And he was reckoned with the lawless.]
29 อนนฺตรํ มารฺเค เย เย โลกา คมนาคมเน จกฺรุเสฺต สรฺวฺว เอว ศิรำสฺยานฺโทลฺย นินฺทนฺโต ชคทุ: , เร มนฺทิรนาศก เร ทินตฺรยมเธฺย ตนฺนิรฺมฺมายก,
And they that passed by reviled him, shaking their heads, and saying, Aha, thou that destroyest the temple and buildest it in three days,
30 อธุนาตฺมานมฺ อวิตฺวา กฺรุศาทวโรหฯ
save thyself, and descend from the cross.
31 กิญฺจ ปฺรธานยาชกา อธฺยาปกาศฺจ ตทฺวตฺ ติรสฺกฺฤตฺย ปรสฺปรํ จจกฺษิเร เอษ ปรานาวตฺ กินฺตุ สฺวมวิตุํ น ศกฺโนติฯ
In like manner the chief priests also, with the scribes, mocking with one another, said, He saved others; himself he cannot save.
32 ยทีสฺราเยโล ราชาภิษิกฺตสฺตฺราตา ภวติ ตรฺหฺยธุไนน กฺรุศาทวโรหตุ วยํ ตทฺ ทฺฤษฺฏฺวา วิศฺวสิษฺยาม: ; กิญฺจ เยา โลเกา เตน สารฺทฺธํ กฺรุเศ 'วิเธฺยตำ ตาวปิ ตํ นิรฺภรฺตฺสยามาสตุ: ฯ
Let the Christ the King of Israel descend now from the cross, that we may see and may believe. And they that were crucified with him reproached him.
33 อถ ทฺวิตียยามาตฺ ตฺฤตียยามํ ยาวตฺ สรฺโวฺว เทศ: สานฺธกาโรภูตฺฯ
And when [the] sixth hour was come, there came darkness over the whole land until [the] ninth hour;
34 ตตสฺตฺฤตียปฺรหเร ยีศุรุจฺไจรวทตฺ เอลี เอลี ลามา ศิวกฺตนี อรฺถาทฺ "เห มทีศ มทีศ ตฺวํ ปรฺยฺยตฺยากฺษี: กุโต หิ มำ?"
and at the ninth hour, Jesus cried with a loud voice, [saying], Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? which is, being interpreted, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
35 ตทา สมีปสฺถโลกานำ เกจิตฺ ตทฺวากฺยํ นิศมฺยาจขฺยุ: ปไศฺยษ เอลิยมฺ อาหูยติฯ
And some of those who stood by, when they heard [it], said, Behold, he calls for Elias.
36 ตต เอโก ชโน ธาวิตฺวาคตฺย สฺปญฺเช 'มฺลรสํ ปูรยิตฺวา ตํ นฑาเคฺร นิธาย ปาตุํ ตไสฺม ทตฺตฺวาวทตฺ ติษฺฐ เอลิย เอนมวโรหยิตุมฺ เอติ น เวติ ปศฺยามิฯ
And one, running and filling a sponge with vinegar, fixed it on a reed, and gave him to drink, saying, Let alone, let us see if Elias comes to take him down.
37 อถ ยีศุรุจฺไจ: สมาหูย ปฺราณานฺ ชเหาฯ
And Jesus, having uttered a loud cry, expired.
38 ตทา มนฺทิรสฺย ชวนิโกรฺทฺวฺวาทธ: รฺยฺยนฺตา วิทีรฺณา ทฺวิขณฺฑาภูตฺฯ
And the veil of the temple was rent in two from the top to the bottom.
39 กิญฺจ อิตฺถมุจฺไจราหูย ปฺราณานฺ ตฺยชนฺตํ ตํ ทฺฤษฺทฺวา ตทฺรกฺษณาย นิยุกฺโต ย: เสนาปติราสีตฺ โสวทตฺ นโรยมฺ อีศฺวรปุตฺร อิติ สตฺยมฺฯ
And the centurion who stood by over against him, when he saw that he had expired having thus cried out, said, Truly this man was Son of God.
40 ตทานีํ มคฺทลีนี มริสมฺ กนิษฺฐยากูโพ โยเสศฺจ มาตานฺยมริยมฺ ศาโลมี จ ยา: สฺตฺริโย
And there were women also looking on from afar off, among whom were both Mary of Magdala, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome;
41 คาลีลฺปฺรเทเศ ยีศุํ เสวิตฺวา ตทนุคามิโนฺย ชาตา อิมาสฺตทนฺยาศฺจ ยา อเนกา นาโรฺย ยีศุนา สารฺทฺธํ ยิรูศาลมมายาตาสฺตาศฺจ ทูราตฺ ตานิ ททฺฤศุ: ฯ
who also, when he was in Galilee, followed him and ministered to him; and many others who came up with him to Jerusalem.
42 อถาสาทนทินสฺยารฺถาทฺ วิศฺรามวาราตฺ ปูรฺวฺวทินสฺย สายํกาล อาคต
And when it was already evening, since it was [the] preparation, that is, [the day] before a sabbath,
43 อีศฺวรราชฺยาเปกฺษฺยริมถียยูษผนามา มานฺยมนฺตฺรี สเมตฺย ปีลาตสวิธํ นิรฺภโย คตฺวา ยีโศรฺเทหํ ยยาเจฯ
Joseph of Arimathaea, an honourable councillor, who also himself was awaiting the kingdom of God, coming, emboldened himself and went in to Pilate and begged the body of Jesus.
44 กินฺตุ ส อิทานีํ มฺฤต: ปีลาต อิตฺยสมฺภวํ มตฺวา ศตเสนาปติมาหูย ส กทา มฺฤต อิติ ปปฺรจฺฉฯ
And Pilate wondered if he were already dead; and having called to [him] the centurion, he inquired of him if he had long died.
45 ศตเสมนาปติมุขาตฺ ตชฺชฺญาตฺวา ยูษเผ ยีโศรฺเทหํ ทเทาฯ
And when he knew from the centurion, he granted the body to Joseph.
46 ปศฺจาตฺ ส สูกฺษฺมํ วาส: กฺรีตฺวา ยีโศ: กายมวโรหฺย เตน วาสสา เวษฺฏายิตฺวา คิเรา ขาตศฺมศาเน สฺถาปิตวานฺ ปาษาณํ โลฐยิตฺวา ทฺวาริ นิทเธฯ
And having bought fine linen, [and] having taken him down, he swathed him in the fine linen, and laid him in a sepulchre which was cut out of rock, and rolled a stone to the door of the sepulchre.
47 กินฺตุ ยตฺร โสสฺถาปฺยต ตต มคฺทลีนี มริยมฺ โยสิมาตฺฤมริยมฺ จ ททฺฤศตฺฤ: ฯ
And Mary of Magdala and Mary the [mother] of Joses saw where he was put.
