อิพฺริณ: 1
1 ปุรา ย อีศฺวโร ภวิษฺยทฺวาทิภิ: ปิตฺฤโลเกโภฺย นานาสมเย นานาปฺรการํ กถิตวานฺ
God, who at sundry times, and various ways, spake of old unto the fathers by the prophets, hath in these last days spoken to us by his Son,
2 ส เอตสฺมินฺ เศษกาเล นิชปุเตฺรณาสฺมภฺยํ กถิตวานฺฯ ส ตํ ปุตฺรํ สรฺวฺวาธิการิณํ กฺฤตวานฺ เตไนว จ สรฺวฺวชคนฺติ สฺฤษฺฏวานฺฯ (aiōn g165)
whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also He made the worlds. (aiōn g165)
3 ส ปุตฺรสฺตสฺย ปฺรภาวสฺย ปฺรติพิมฺพสฺตสฺย ตตฺตฺวสฺย มูรฺตฺติศฺจาสฺติ สฺวียศกฺติวาเกฺยน สรฺวฺวํ ธตฺเต จ สฺวปฺราไณรสฺมากํ ปาปมารฺชฺชนํ กฺฤตฺวา อูรฺทฺธฺวสฺถาเน มหามหิมฺโน ทกฺษิณปารฺเศฺว สมุปวิษฺฏวานฺฯ
Who being the refulgence of his glory and the imprest image of his person, and sustaining all things by his powerful word, having by Himself performed the purging away of our sins, sat down at the right hand of the majesty on high.
4 ทิวฺยทูตคณาทฺ ยถา ส วิศิษฺฏนามฺโน 'ธิการี ชาตสฺตถา เตโภฺย'ปิ เศฺรษฺโฐ ชาต: ฯ
Being as much superior to the angels, as He inheriteth a name more excellent than they.
5 ยโต ทูตานำ มเธฺย กทาจิทีศฺวเรเณทํ ก อุกฺต: ? ยถา, "มทียตนโย 'สิ ตฺวมฺ อไทฺยว ชนิโต มยาฯ " ปุนศฺจ "อหํ ตสฺย ปิตา ภวิษฺยามิ ส จ มม ปุโตฺร ภวิษฺยติฯ "
For to which of the angels did He ever say, "Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee?" and again, "I will be to Him a Father, and He shall be to me a Son?"
6 อปรํ ชคติ สฺวกียาทฺวิตียปุตฺรสฺย ปุนรานยนกาเล เตโนกฺตํ, ยถา, "อีศฺวรสฺย สกไล รฺทูไตเรษ เอว ปฺรณมฺยตำฯ "
and when He again introduceth the First-born into the world, he saith, "And let all the angels of God worship Him."
7 ทูตานฺ อธิ เตเนทมฺ อุกฺตํ, ยถา, "ส กโรติ นิชานฺ ทูตานฺ คนฺธวาหสฺวรูปกานฺฯ วหฺนิศิขาสฺวรูปำศฺจ กโรติ นิชเสวกานฺ๚ "
And as to the angels He saith, "Who maketh his angels spirits and his ministers a flame of fire:"
8 กินฺตุ ปุตฺรมุทฺทิศฺย เตโนกฺตํ, ยถา, "เห อีศฺวร สทา สฺถายิ ตว สึหาสนํ ภเวตฺฯ ยาถารฺถฺยสฺย ภเวทฺทณฺโฑ ราชทณฺฑสฺตฺวทียก: ฯ (aiōn g165)
but to the Son, "Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever; the sceptre of thy kingdom is a sceptre of righteousness: (aiōn g165)
9 ปุเณฺย เปฺรม กโรษิ ตฺวํ กิญฺจาธรฺมฺมมฺ ฤตียเสฯ ตสฺมาทฺ ย อีศ อีศเสฺต ส เต มิตฺรคณาทปิฯ อธิกาหฺลาทไตเลน เสจนํ กฺฤตวานฺ ตว๚ "
thou lovest righteousness and hatest iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thine associates."
10 ปุนศฺจ, ยถา, "เห ปฺรโภ ปฺฤถิวีมูลมฺ อาเทา สํสฺถาปิตํ ตฺวยาฯ ตถา ตฺวทียหเสฺตน กฺฤตํ คคนมณฺฑลํฯ
And in another place, "Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast founded the earth, and the heavens are the works of thy hands:
11 อิเม วินํกฺษฺยตสฺตฺวนฺตุ นิตฺยเมวาวติษฺฐเสฯ อิทนฺตุ สกลํ วิศฺวํ สํชริษฺยติ วสฺตฺรวตฺฯ
they shall perish, but thou remainest; and they shall all grow old as a garment,
12 สงฺโกจิตํ ตฺวยา ตตฺตุ วสฺตฺรวตฺ ปริวรฺตฺสฺยเตฯ ตฺวนฺตุ นิตฺยํ ส เอวาสี รฺนิรนฺตาสฺตว วตฺสรา: ๚ "
and as a mantle wilt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed; but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail."
13 อปรํ ทูตานำ มเธฺย ก: กทาจิทีศฺวเรเณทมุกฺต: ? ยถา, "ตวารีนฺ ปาทปีฐํ เต ยาวนฺนหิ กโรมฺยหํฯ มม ทกฺษิณทิคฺภาเค ตาวตฺ ตฺวํ สมุปาวิศ๚ "
But to which of the angels hath He ever said, "Sit thou at my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?"
14 เย ปริตฺราณสฺยาธิการิโณ ภวิษฺยนฺติ เตษำ ปริจรฺยฺยารฺถํ เปฺรษฺยมาณา: เสวนการิณ อาตฺมาน: กึ เต สรฺเวฺว ทูตา นหิ?
Are they not all ministring spirits, sent forth to attend on those who shall be heirs of salvation?
