เปฺรริตา: 11
1 อิตฺถํ ภินฺนเทศียโลกา อปีศฺวรสฺย วากฺยมฺ อคฺฤหฺลนฺ อิมำ วารฺตฺตำ ยิหูทียเทศสฺถเปฺรริตา ภฺราตฺฤคณศฺจ ศฺรุตวนฺต: ฯ
And the Apostles and the brethren that were thorowout Iewry harde saye that the hethen had also receaved the worde of God.
2 ตต: ปิตเร ยิรูศาลมฺนครํ คตวติ ตฺวกฺเฉทิโน โลกาเสฺตน สห วิวทมานา อวทนฺ,
And when Peter was come vp to Ierusalem they of the circumcision reasoned wyth him
3 ตฺวมฺ อตฺวกฺเฉทิโลกานำ คฺฤหํ คตฺวา ไต: สารฺทฺธํ ภุกฺตวานฺฯ
sayinge: Thou wentest in to men vncircumcised and atest with them.
4 ตต: ปิตร อาทิต: กฺรมศสฺตตฺการฺยฺยสฺย สรฺวฺววฺฤตฺตานฺตมาขฺยาตุมฺ อารพฺธวานฺฯ
Then Peter began and expounded ye thinge in order to the sayinge:
5 ยาโผนคร เอกทาหํ ปฺรารฺถยมาโน มูรฺจฺฉิต: สนฺ ทรฺศเนน จตุรฺษุ โกเณษุ ลมฺพนมานํ วฺฤหทฺวสฺตฺรมิว ปาตฺรเมกมฺ อากาศทวรุหฺย มนฺนิกฏมฺ อาคจฺฉทฺ อปศฺยมฺฯ
I was in the cyte of Ioppa prayinge and in a traunce I sawe a vision a certen vessell descende as it had bene a large lynnyn clothe let doune from hevin by the fower corners and it cam to me.
6 ปศฺจาตฺ ตทฺ อนนฺยทฺฤษฺฏฺยา ทฺฤษฺฏฺวา วิวิจฺย ตสฺย มเธฺย นานาปฺรการานฺ คฺรามฺยวนฺยปศูนฺ อุโรคามิเขจรำศฺจ ทฺฤษฺฏวานฺ;
Into the which when I had fastened myn eyes I consydered and sawe fowerfoted beastes of ye erth and vermen and wormes and foules of the ayer.
7 เห ปิตร ตฺวมุตฺถาย คตฺวา ภุํกฺษฺว มำ สมฺโพธฺย กถยนฺตํ ศพฺทเมกํ ศฺรุตวำศฺจฯ
And I herde a voyce sayinge vnto me: aryse Peter sley and eate.
8 ตโตหํ ปฺรตฺยวทํ, เห ปฺรโภ เนตฺถํ ภวตุ, ยต: กิญฺจน นิษิทฺธมฺ อศุจิ ทฺรวฺยํ วา มม มุขมธฺยํ กทาปิ น ปฺราวิศตฺฯ
And I sayd: God forbyd lorde for nothinge comen or vnclene hath at eny tyme entred into my mouth.
9 อปรมฺ อีศฺวโร ยตฺ ศุจิ กฺฤตวานฺ ตนฺนิษิทฺธํ น ชานีหิ ทฺวิ รฺมามฺปฺรตีทฺฤศี วิหายสียา วาณี ชาตาฯ
But the voyce answered me agayne from heven cout not thou those thinges come which god hath clensed.
10 ตฺริริตฺถํ สติ ตตฺ สรฺวฺวํ ปุนรากาศมฺ อากฺฤษฺฏํฯ
And this was done thre tymes. And all were takin vp agayne into heven.
11 ปศฺจาตฺ ไกสริยานคราตฺ ตฺรโย ชนา มนฺนิกฏํ เปฺรษิตา ยตฺร นิเวศเน สฺถิโตหํ ตสฺมินฺ สมเย ตโตฺรปาติษฺฐนฺฯ
And beholde immediatly ther were thre men come vnto the housse where I was sent from Cesarea vnto me.
12 ตทา นิ: สนฺเทหํ ไต: สารฺทฺธํ ยาตุมฺ อาตฺมา มามาทิษฺฏวานฺ; ตต: ปรํ มยา สไหเตษุ ษฑฺภฺราตฺฤษุ คเตษุ วยํ ตสฺย มนุชสฺย คฺฤหํ ปฺราวิศามฯ
And the sprete sayde vnto me that I shuld go with them with out doutinge. Morover the sixe brethren accompanyed me: and we entred into the mas housse.
13 โสสฺมากํ นิกเฏ กถาเมตามฺ อกถยตฺ เอกทา ทูต เอก: ปฺรตฺยกฺษีภูย มม คฺฤหมเธฺย ติษฺฏนฺ มามิตฺยาชฺญาปิตวานฺ, ยาโผนครํ ปฺรติ โลกานฺ ปฺรหิตฺย ปิตรนามฺนา วิขฺยาตํ ศิโมนมฺ อาหูยย;
And he shewed vs how he had sene an angell in his housse which stod and sayde to him: Send men to Ioppa and call for Symon named also Peter:
14 ตตสฺตว ตฺวทียปริวาราณาญฺจ เยน ปริตฺราณํ ภวิษฺยติ ตตฺ ส อุปเทกฺษฺยติฯ
he shall tell the wordes wherby both thou and all thyne housse shalbe saved.
15 อหํ ตำ กถามุตฺถาปฺย กถิตวานฺ เตน ปฺรถมมฺ อสฺมากมฺ อุปริ ยถา ปวิตฺร อาตฺมาวรูฒวานฺ ตถา เตษามปฺยุปริ สมวรูฒวานฺฯ
And as I begane to preach ye holy goost fell on them as he dyd on vs at the begynninge.
16 เตน โยหนฺ ชเล มชฺชิตวานฺ อิติ สตฺยํ กินฺตุ ยูยํ ปวิตฺร อาตฺมนิ มชฺชิตา ภวิษฺยถ, อิติ ยทฺวากฺยํ ปฺรภุรุทิตวานฺ ตตฺ ตทา มยา สฺมฺฤตมฺฯ
Then came to my remembrauce ye wordes of the Lorde how he sayde: Iohn baptised with water but ye shalbe baptysed with the holy goost.
17 อต: ปฺรภา ยีศุขฺรีษฺเฏ ปฺรตฺยยการิโณ เย วยมฺ อสฺมภฺยมฺ อีศฺวโร ยทฺ ทตฺตวานฺ ตตฺ เตโภฺย โลเกโภฺยปิ ทตฺตวานฺ ตต: โกหํ? กิมหมฺ อีศฺวรํ วารยิตุํ ศกฺโนมิ?
For as moche then as God gave the lyke gyftes as he dyd vnto vs when we beleved on the Lorde Iesus Christ: what was I that I shuld have with stonde God?
18 กถาเมตำ ศฺรุวา เต กฺษานฺตา อีศฺวรสฺย คุณานฺ อนุกีรฺตฺตฺย กถิตวนฺต: , ตรฺหิ ปรมายุ: ปฺราปฺตินิมิตฺตมฺ อีศฺวโรนฺยเทศียโลเกโภฺยปิ มน: ปริวรฺตฺตนรูปํ ทานมฺ อทาตฺฯ
when they hearde this they helde their peace and gloryfied God sayinge: then hath God also to the gentyls graunted repentaunce vnto lyfe.
19 สฺติผานํ ปฺรติ อุปทฺรเว ฆฏิเต เย วิกีรฺณา อภวนฺ ไต ไผนีกีกุปฺรานฺติยขิยาสุ ภฺรมิตฺวา เกวลยิหูทียโลกานฺ วินา กสฺยาปฺยนฺยสฺย สมีป อีศฺวรสฺย กถำ น ปฺราจารยนฺฯ
They which were scattryd abroade thorow the affliccion that arose aboute Steven walked thorow oute tyll they came vnto Phenices and Cypers and Antioche preachynge ye worde to no man but vnto the Iewes only.
20 อปรํ เตษำ กุปฺรียา: กุรีนียาศฺจ กิยนฺโต ชนา อานฺติยขิยานครํ คตฺวา ยูนานียโลกานำ สมีเปปิ ปฺรโภรฺยีโศ: กถำ ปฺราจารยนฺฯ
Some of them were men of Cypers and Syrene which when they were come into Antioche spake vnto the Grekes and preched the Lorde Iesus.
21 ปฺรโภ: กรเสฺตษำ สหาย อาสีตฺ ตสฺมาทฺ อเนเก โลกา วิศฺวสฺย ปฺรภุํ ปฺรติ ปราวรฺตฺตนฺตฯ
And the honde of the Lorde was with them and a greate nombre beleved and turned vnto the Lorde.
22 อิติ วารฺตฺตายำ ยิรูศาลมสฺถมณฺฑลียโลกานำ กรฺณโคจรีภูตายามฺ อานฺติยขิยานครํ คนฺตุ เต พรฺณพฺพำ ไปฺรรยนฺฯ
Tydinges of these thinges came vnto ye eares of the congregacion which was in Ierusalem. And they sente forth Barnabas that he shuld go vnto Antioche.
23 ตโต พรฺณพฺพาสฺตตฺร อุปสฺถิต: สนฺ อีศฺวรสฺยานุคฺรหสฺย ผลํ ทฺฤษฺฏฺวา สานนฺโท ชาต: ,
Which when he was come and had sene the grace of God was glad and exhorted them all that with purpose of hert they wolde continually cleave vnto ye Lorde.
24 ส สฺวยํ สาธุ รฺวิศฺวาเสน ปวิเตฺรณาตฺมนา จ ปริปูรฺณ: สนฺ คโนนิษฺฏยา ปฺรภาวาสฺถำ กรฺตฺตุํ สรฺวฺวานฺ อุปทิษฺฏวานฺ เตน ปฺรโภ: ศิษฺยา อเนเก พภูวุ: ฯ
For he was a good man and full of the holy goost and of faythe: and moche people was added vnto the Lorde.
25 เศเษ เศาลํ มฺฤคยิตุํ พรฺณพฺพาสฺตารฺษนครํ ปฺรสฺถิตวานฺฯ ตตฺร ตโสฺยทฺเทศํ ปฺราปฺย ตมฺ อานฺติยขิยานครมฺ อานยตฺ;
Then departed Barnabas to Tarsus for to seke Saul.
26 ตตเสฺตา มณฺฑลีสฺถโลไก: สภำ กฺฤตฺวา สํวตฺสรเมกํ ยาวทฺ พหุโลกานฺ อุปาทิศตำ; ตสฺมินฺ อานฺติยขิยานคเร ศิษฺยา: ปฺรถมํ ขฺรีษฺฏียนามฺนา วิขฺยาตา อภวนฺฯ
And when he had founde him he brought him vnto Antioche. And it chaunsed yt a whole yere they had their conversacion with the congregacio there and taught moche people: in so moche that the disciples of Antioche were the fyrst that were called Christen.
27 ตต: ปรํ ภวิษฺยทฺวาทิคเณ ยิรูศาลม อานฺติยขิยานครมฺ อาคเต สติ
In those dayes came Prophetes fro Ierusalem vnto Antioche.
28 อาคาพนามา เตษาเมก อุตฺถาย อาตฺมน: ศิกฺษยา สรฺวฺวเทเศ ทุรฺภิกฺษํ ภวิษฺยตีติ ชฺญาปิตวานฺ; ตต: เกฺลาทิยไกสรสฺยาธิกาเร สติ ตตฺ ปฺรตฺยกฺษมฺ อภวตฺฯ
And ther stode vp one of them named Agabus and signified by the sprete that ther shuld be great derth throughoute all the worlde which came to passe in ye Emproure Claudius dayes.
29 ตสฺมาตฺ ศิษฺยา เอไกกศ: สฺวสฺวศกฺตฺยนุสารโต ยิหูทียเทศนิวาสินำ ภฺรตฺฤณำ ทินยาปนารฺถํ ธนํ เปฺรษยิตุํ นิศฺจิตฺย
Then the disciples every man accordinge to his abilite purposed to sende socoure vnto the brethren which dwelt in Iewry.
30 พรฺณพฺพาเศาลโย รฺทฺวารา ปฺราจีนโลกานำ สมีปํ ตตฺ เปฺรษิตวนฺต: ฯ
Which thinge they also dyd and sent it to the elders by the hondes of Barnabas and Saul.
