๒ ตีมถิย: 1

1 ขฺรีษฺเฏน ยีศุนา ยา ชีวนสฺย ปฺรติชฺญา ตามธีศฺวรเสฺยจฺฉยา ยีโศ: ขฺรีษฺฏไสฺยก: เปฺรริต: เปาโล'หํ สฺวกียํ ปฺริยํ ธรฺมฺมปุตฺรํ ตีมถิยํ ปฺรติ ปตฺรํ ลิขามิฯ

Paul, an emissary of Yeshua the Messiah through the will of God, according to the promise of the life which is in Messiah Yeshua,

2 ตาต อีศฺวโร'สฺมากํ ปฺรภุ รฺยีศุขฺรีษฺฏศฺจ ตฺวยิ ปฺรสาทํ ทยำ ศานฺติญฺจ กฺริยาสฺตำฯ

to Timothy, my beloved child: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and Messiah Yeshua our Lord.

3 อหมฺ อา ปูรฺวฺวปุรุษาตฺ ยมฺ อีศฺวรํ ปวิตฺรมนสา เสเว ตํ ธนฺยํ วทนํ กถยามิ, อหมฺ อโหราตฺรํ ปฺรารฺถนาสมเย ตฺวำ นิรนฺตรํ สฺมรามิฯ

I thank God, whom I serve as my forefathers did, with a pure conscience. How unceasing is my memory of you in my petitions, night and day

4 ยศฺจ วิศฺวาส: ปฺรถเม โลยีนามิกายำ ตว มาตามหฺยามฺ อุนีกีนามิกายำ มาตริ จาติษฺฐตฺ ตวานฺตเร'ปิ ติษฺฐตีติ มเนฺย

longing to see you, remembering your tears, that I may be filled with joy;

5 ตว ตํ นิษฺกปฏํ วิศฺวาสํ มนสิ กุรฺวฺวนฺ ตวาศฺรุปาตํ สฺมรนฺ ยถานนฺเทน ปฺรผโลฺล ภเวยํ ตทรฺถํ ตว ทรฺศนมฺ อากางฺกฺเษฯ

having been reminded of the sincere faith that is in you, which lived first in your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice and, I am persuaded, in you also.

6 อโต เหโต รฺมม หสฺตารฺปเณน ลพฺโธ ย อีศฺวรสฺย วรสฺตฺวยิ วิทฺยเต ตมฺ อุชฺชฺวาลยิตุํ ตฺวำ สฺมารยามิฯ

For this cause, I remind you that you should stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.

7 ยต อีศฺวโร'สฺมภฺยํ ภยชนกมฺ อาตฺมานมฺ อทตฺตฺวา ศกฺติเปฺรมสตรฺกตานามฺ อากรมฺ อาตฺมานํ ทตฺตวานฺฯ

For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.

8 อเตอวาสฺมากํ ปฺรภุมธิ ตสฺย วนฺทิทาสํ มามธิ จ ปฺรมาณํ ทาตุํ น ตฺรปสฺว กินฺตฺวีศฺวรียศกฺตฺยา สุสํวาทสฺย กฺฤเต ทุ: ขสฺย สหภาคี ภวฯ

Therefore don’t be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner; but endure hardship for the Good News according to the power of God,

9 โส'สฺมานฺ ปริตฺราณปาตฺราณิ กฺฤตวานฺ ปวิเตฺรณาหฺวาเนนาหูตวำศฺจ; อสฺมตฺกรฺมฺมเหตุเนติ นหิ สฺวียนิรูปาณสฺย ปฺรสาทสฺย จ กฺฤเต ตตฺ กฺฤตวานฺฯ ส ปฺรสาท: สฺฤษฺเฏ: ปูรฺวฺวกาเล ขฺรีษฺเฏน ยีศุนาสฺมภฺยมฺ อทายิ, (aiōnios g166)

who saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Messiah Yeshua before times eternal, (aiōnios g166)

10 กินฺตฺวธุนาสฺมากํ ปริตฺราตุ รฺยีโศ: ขฺรีษฺฏสฺยาคมเนน ปฺรากาศตฯ ขฺรีษฺโฏ มฺฤตฺยุํ ปราชิตวานฺ สุสํวาเทน จ ชีวนมฺ อมรตาญฺจ ปฺรกาศิตวานฺฯ

but has now been revealed by the appearing of our Savior, Messiah Yeshua, who abolished death, and brought life and immortality to light through the Good News.

11 ตสฺย โฆษยิตา ทูตศฺจานฺยชาตียานำ ศิกฺษกศฺจาหํ นิยุกฺโต'สฺมิฯ

For this I was appointed as a proclaimer, an emissary, and a teacher of the Gentiles.

12 ตสฺมาตฺ การณาตฺ มมายํ เกฺลโศ ภวติ เตน มม ลชฺชา น ชายเต ยโต'หํ ยสฺมินฺ วิศฺวสิตวานฺ ตมวคโต'สฺมิ มหาทินํ ยาวตฺ มโมปนิเธ โรฺคปนสฺย ศกฺติสฺตสฺย วิทฺยต อิติ นิศฺจิตํ ชานามิฯ

For this cause I also suffer these things. Yet I am not ashamed, for I know him whom I have believed, and I am persuaded that he is able to guard that which I have committed to him against that day.

13 หิตทายกานำ วากฺยานามฺ อาทรฺศรูเปณ มตฺต: ศฺรุตา: ขฺรีษฺเฏ ยีเศา วิศฺวาสเปฺรมฺโน: กถา ธารยฯ

Hold the pattern of sound words which you have heard from me, in faith and love which is in Messiah Yeshua.

14 อปรมฺ อสฺมทนฺตรฺวาสินา ปวิเตฺรณาตฺมนา ตามุตฺตมามฺ อุปนิธึ โคปยฯ

That good thing which was committed to you, guard through the Holy Spirit who dwells in us.

15 อาศิยาเทศียา: สรฺเวฺว มำ ตฺยกฺตวนฺต อิติ ตฺวํ ชานาสิ เตษำ มเธฺย ผูคิโลฺล หรฺมฺมคินิศฺจ วิเทฺยเตฯ

This you know, that all who are in Asia turned away from me, of whom are Phygelus and Hermogenes.

16 ปฺรภุรนีษิผรสฺย ปริวารานฺ ปฺรติ กฺฤปำ วิทธาตุ ยต: ส ปุน: ปุน รฺมามฺ อาปฺยายิตวานฺ

May the Lord grant mercy to the house of Onesiphorus, for he often refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain,

17 มม ศฺฤงฺขเลน น ตฺรปิตฺวา โรมานคเร อุปสฺถิติสมเย ยตฺเนน มำ มฺฤคยิตฺวา มโมทฺเทศํ ปฺราปฺตวานฺฯ

but when he was in Rome, he sought me diligently and found me

18 อโต วิจารทิเน ส ยถา ปฺรโภ: กฺฤปาภาชนํ ภเวตฺ ตาทฺฤศํ วรํ ปฺรภุสฺตไสฺม เทยาตฺฯ อิผิษนคเร'ปิ ส กติ ปฺรกาไร รฺมามฺ อุปกฺฤตวานฺ ตตฺ ตฺวํ สมฺยคฺ เวตฺสิฯ

(the Lord grant to him to find the Lord’s mercy in that day); and in how many things he served at Ephesus, you know very well.
