රෝමිණඃ 15
1 බලවද්භිරස්මාභි ර්දුර්බ්බලානාං දෞර්බ්බල්‍යං සෝඪව්‍යං න ච ස්වේෂාම් ඉෂ්ටාචාර ආචරිතව්‍යඃ|
We ought now we ourselves who [are] strong the weaknesses of the weak to bear and not ourselves to please;
2 අස්මාකම් ඒකෛකෝ ජනඃ ස්වසමීපවාසිනෝ හිතාර්ථං නිෂ්ඨාර්ථඤ්ච තස්‍යෛවේෂ්ටාචාරම් ආචරතු|
Each (for *k*) of us the neighbour should please unto the good for edification.
3 යතඃ ඛ්‍රීෂ්ටෝ(අ)පි නිජේෂ්ටාචාරං නාචරිතවාන්, යථා ලිඛිතම් ආස්තේ, ත්වන්නින්දකගණස්‍යෛව නින්දාභි ර්නින්දිතෝ(අ)ස්ම්‍යහං|
Even for Christ not Himself pleased but even as it has been written: The reproaches of those reproaching You (fell *N(k)O*) on Me myself.
4 අපරඤ්ච වයං යත් සහිෂ්ණුතාසාන්ත්වනයෝ ර්ජනකේන ශාස්ත්‍රේණ ප්‍රත්‍යාශාං ලභේමහි තන්නිමිත්තං පූර්ව්වකාලේ ලිඛිතානි සර්ව්වවචනාන්‍යස්මාකම් උපදේශාර්ථමේව ලිලිඛිරේ|
As much as for was written in the past (all things *O*) for our own instruction (was written, *N(k)O*) so that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures hope we may have.
5 සහිෂ්ණුතාසාන්ත්වනයෝරාකරෝ ය ඊශ්වරඃ ස ඒවං කරෝතු යත් ප්‍රභු ර‍්‍යීශුඛ්‍රීෂ්ට ඉව යුෂ්මාකම් ඒකජනෝ(අ)න්‍යජනේන සාර්ද්ධං මනස ඓක්‍යම් ආචරේත්;
The now God of endurance and encouragement would He give you the same to be of mind with one another according to Christ Jesus
6 යූයඤ්ච සර්ව්ව ඒකචිත්තා භූත්වා මුඛෛකේනේවාස්මත්ප්‍රභුයීශුඛ්‍රීෂ්ටස්‍ය පිතුරීශ්වරස්‍ය ගුණාන් කීර්ත්තයේත|
so that with one accord with one mouth you may glorify the God and Father of the Lord of us Jesus Christ.
7 අපරම් ඊශ්වරස්‍ය මහිම්නඃ ප්‍රකාශාර්ථං ඛ්‍රීෂ්ටෝ යථා යුෂ්මාන් ප්‍රත්‍යගෘහ්ලාත් තථා යුෂ්මාකමප්‍යේකෝ ජනෝ(අ)න්‍යජනං ප්‍රතිගෘහ්ලාතු|
Therefore do receive one another even as also Christ received (you *N(K)O*) to [the] glory (*no*) of God.
8 යථා ලිඛිතම් ආස්තේ, අතෝ(අ)හං සම්මුඛේ තිෂ්ඨන් භින්නදේශනිවාසිනාං| ස්තුවංස්ත්වාං පරිගාස්‍යාමි තව නාම්නි පරේශ්වර||
I say (for *N(k)O*) Christ (Jesus *K*) a servant (to have become *NK(o)*) of [the] circumcision for [the] truth of God in order to confirm the promises given to the fathers,
9 තස්‍ය දයාලුත්වාච්ච භින්නජාතීයා යද් ඊශ්වරස්‍ය ගුණාන් කීර්ත්තයේයුස්තදර්ථං යීශුඃ ඛ්‍රීෂ්ටස්ත්වක්ඡේදනියමස්‍ය නිඝ්නෝ(අ)භවද් ඉත්‍යහං වදාමි| යථා ලිඛිතම් ආස්තේ, අතෝ(අ)හං සම්මුඛේ තිෂ්ඨන් භින්නදේශනිවාසිනාං| ස්තුවංස්ත්වාං පරිගාස්‍යාමි තව නාම්නි පරේශ්වර||
and [for] the Gentiles for mercy to glorify God even as it has been written: Because of this I will praise You among [the] Gentiles and to the name of You will I sing.
10 අපරමපි ලිඛිතම් ආස්තේ, හේ අන්‍යජාතයෝ යූයං සමං නන්දත තජ්ජනෛඃ|
And again it says: do rejoice you Gentiles with the people of Him.
11 පුනශ්ච ලිඛිතම් ආස්තේ, හේ සර්ව්වදේශිනෝ යූයං ධන්‍යං බ්‍රූත පරේශ්වරං| හේ තදීයනරා යූයං කුරුධ්වං තත්ප්‍රශංසනං||
And again: do praise all you who [are] Gentiles the Lord, and (they should praise *N(K)O*) Him all the peoples.
12 අපර යීශායියෝ(අ)පි ලිලේඛ, යීශයස්‍ය තු යත් මූලං තත් ප්‍රකාශිෂ්‍යතේ තදා| සර්ව්වජාතීයනෘණාඤ්ච ශාසකඃ සමුදේෂ්‍යති| තත්‍රාන්‍යදේශිලෝකෛශ්ච ප්‍රත්‍යාශා ප්‍රකරිෂ්‍යතේ||
And again Isaiah says: There will be the root of Jesse, and the [One] arising to rule over Gentiles, in Him [the] Gentiles will hope.
13 අතඒව යූයං පවිත්‍රස්‍යාත්මනඃ ප්‍රභාවාද් යත් සම්පූර්ණාං ප්‍රත්‍යාශාං ලප්ස්‍යධ්වේ තදර්ථං තත්ප්‍රත්‍යාශාජනක ඊශ්වරඃ ප්‍රත්‍යයේන යුෂ්මාන් ශාන්ත්‍යානන්දාභ්‍යාං සම්පූර්ණාන් කරෝතු|
And the God of hope would fill you with all joy and peace in believing for to abound you in hope in [the] power [of the] Spirit Holy.
14 හේ භ්‍රාතරෝ යූයං සද්භාවයුක්තාඃ සර්ව්වප්‍රකාරේණ ඥානේන ච සම්පූර්ණාඃ පරස්පරෝපදේශේ ච තත්පරා ඉත්‍යහං නිශ්චිතං ජානාමි,
I have been persuaded now, brothers of mine, also myself I myself concerning you that also you yourselves full are of goodness filled with all (*no*) knowledge, being able also (one another *NK(O)*) to admonish.
15 තථාප්‍යහං යත් ප්‍රගල්භතරෝ භවන් යුෂ්මාන් ප්‍රබෝධයාමි තස්‍යෛකං කාරණමිදං|
More boldly however I have written to you (brothers *k*) in part as reminding you because of the grace which having been given to me (by *NK(o)*) God
16 භින්නජාතීයාඃ පවිත්‍රේණාත්මනා පාවිතනෛවේද්‍යරූපා භූත්වා යද් ග්‍රාහ්‍යා භවේයුස්තන්නිමිත්තමහම් ඊශ්වරස්‍ය සුසංවාදං ප්‍රචාරයිතුං භින්නජාතීයානාං මධ්‍යේ යීශුඛ්‍රීෂ්ටස්‍ය සේවකත්වං දානං ඊශ්වරාත් ලබ්ධවානස්මි|
for to be me a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles administering the sacred service of the gospel of God, so that may become the offering of the Gentiles acceptable sanctified in [the] Spirit Holy.
17 ඊශ්වරං ප්‍රති යීශුඛ්‍රීෂ්ටේන මම ශ්ලාඝාකරණස්‍ය කාරණම් ආස්තේ|
I have therefore (the *no*) boasting in Christ Jesus the [things] pertaining to God;
18 භින්නදේශින ආඥාග්‍රාහිණඃ කර්ත්තුං ඛ්‍රීෂ්ටෝ වාක්‍යේන ක්‍රියයා ච, ආශ්චර‍්‍ය්‍යලක්‍ෂණෛශ්චිත්‍රක්‍රියාභිඃ පවිත්‍රස්‍යාත්මනඃ ප්‍රභාවේන ච යානි කර්ම්මාණි මයා සාධිතවාන්,
Not for will I dare anything to speak of what except has accomplished Christ through me unto [the] obedience of [the] Gentiles by word and by deed,
19 කේවලං තාන්‍යේව විනාන්‍යස්‍ය කස්‍යචිත් කර්ම්මණෝ වර්ණනාං කර්ත්තුං ප්‍රගල්භෝ න භවාමි| තස්මාත් ආ යිරූශාලම ඉල්ලූරිකං යාවත් සර්ව්වත්‍ර ඛ්‍රීෂ්ටස්‍ය සුසංවාදං ප්‍රාචාරයං|
in [the] power of signs and wonders, in [the] power of [the] Spirit (of God, *NK(O)*) so as for me from Jerusalem and around unto Illyricum to have fully proclaimed the gospel of Christ.
20 අන්‍යේන නිචිතායාං භිත්තාවහං යන්න නිචිනෝමි තන්නිමිත්තං යත්‍ර යත්‍ර ස්ථානේ ඛ්‍රීෂ්ටස්‍ය නාම කදාපි කේනාපි න ඥාපිතං තත්‍ර තත්‍ර සුසංවාදං ප්‍රචාරයිතුම් අහං යතේ|
thus now (being ambitious *NK(o)*) to evangelise not where was named Christ, so that not upon another’s foundation I may build
21 යාදෘශං ලිඛිතම් ආස්තේ, යෛ ර්වාර්ත්තා තස්‍ය න ප්‍රාප්තා දර්ශනං තෛස්තු ලප්ස්‍යතේ| යෛශ්ච නෛව ශ්‍රුතං කිඤ්චිත් බෝද්ධුං ශක්‍ෂ්‍යන්ති තේ ජනාඃ||
Rather even as it has been written: To whom not it was proclaimed concerning Him they will behold and those that not have heard will understand.
22 තස්මාද් යුෂ්මත්සමීපගමනාද් අහං මුහුර්මුහු ර්නිවාරිතෝ(අ)භවං|
Therefore also I was being hindered many [times] to come to you,
23 කින්ත්විදානීම් අත්‍ර ප්‍රදේශේෂු මයා න ගතං ස්ථානං කිමපි නාවශිෂ්‍යතේ යුෂ්මත්සමීපං ගන්තුං බහුවත්සරානාරභ්‍ය මාමකීනාකාඞ්ක්‍ෂා ච විද්‍යත ඉති හේතෝඃ
Now however no longer a place having in regions these a great desire now having had to come to you for (many *NK(O)*) years,
24 ස්පානියාදේශගමනකාලේ(අ)හං යුෂ්මන්මධ්‍යේන ගච්ඡන් යුෂ්මාන් ආලෝකිෂ්‍යේ, තතඃ පරං යුෂ්මත්සම්භාෂණේන තෘප්තිං පරිලභ්‍ය තද්දේශගමනාර්ථං යුෂ්මාභි ර්විසර්ජයිෂ්‍යේ, ඊදෘශී මදීයා ප්‍රත්‍යාශා විද්‍යතේ|
whenever (maybe *N(k)O*) I shall go to Spain (I will come to you *K*) I hope for going through to see you and by you to be equipped there, if of you first in part I shall be filled.
25 කින්තු සාම්ප්‍රතං පවිත්‍රලෝකානාං සේවනාය යිරූශාලම්නගරං ව්‍රජාමි|
Now however I am going to Jerusalem ministering to the saints.
26 යතෝ යිරූශාලමස්ථපවිත්‍රලෝකානාං මධ්‍යේ යේ දරිද්‍රා අර්ථවිශ්‍රාණනේන තානුපකර්ත්තුං මාකිදනියාදේශීයා ආඛායාදේශීයාශ්ච ලෝකා ඓච්ඡන්|
Were pleased for Macedonia and Achaia a contribution certain to make for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem;
27 ඒෂා තේෂාං සදිච්ඡා යතස්තේ තේෂාම් ඍණිනඃ සන්ති යතෝ හේතෝ ර්භින්නජාතීයා යේෂාං පරමාර්ථස්‍යාංශිනෝ ජාතා ඓහිකවිෂයේ තේෂාමුපකාරස්තෛඃ කර්ත්තව්‍යඃ|
They were pleased for, and debtors they are of them; If for in the [things] spiritual of them shared the Gentiles, they ought also in the material things to minister to them.
28 අතෝ මයා තත් කර්ම්ම සාධයිත්වා තස්මින් ඵලේ තේභ්‍යඃ සමර්පිතේ යුෂ්මන්මධ්‍යේන ස්පානියාදේශෝ ගමිෂ්‍යතේ|
This therefore having finished and having sealed to them fruit this I will set off through you into (*k*) Spain.
29 යුෂ්මත්සමීපේ මමාගමනසමයේ ඛ්‍රීෂ්ටස්‍ය සුසංවාදස්‍ය පූර්ණවරේණ සම්බලිතඃ සන් අහම් ආගමිෂ්‍යාමි ඉති මයා ඥායතේ|
I know now that coming to you in [the] fullness of the blessing (of the gospel *K*) (*k*) of Christ I will come.
30 හේ භ්‍රාතෘගණ ප්‍රභෝ ර‍්‍යීශුඛ්‍රීෂ්ටස්‍ය නාම්නා පවිත්‍රස්‍යාත්මානඃ ප්‍රේම්නා ච විනයේ(අ)හං
I exhort now you, brothers, through the Lord of us Jesus Christ and through the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in the prayers for me to God,
31 යිහූදාදේශස්ථානාම් අවිශ්වාසිලෝකානාං කරේභ්‍යෝ යදහං රක්‍ෂාං ලභේය මදීයෛතේන සේවනකර්ම්මණා ච යද් යිරූශාලමස්ථාඃ පවිත්‍රලෝකාස්තුෂ්‍යේයුඃ,
so that I may be delivered from those refusing to be persuaded in Judea and (so that *K*) the service of mine which [is] in Jerusalem acceptable to the saints may become
32 තදර්ථං යූයං මත්කෘත ඊශ්වරාය ප්‍රාර්ථයමාණා යතධ්වං තේනාහම් ඊශ්වරේච්ඡයා සානන්දං යුෂ්මත්සමීපං ගත්වා යුෂ්මාභිඃ සහිතඃ ප්‍රාණාන් ආප්‍යායිතුං පාරයිෂ්‍යාමි|
so that in joy (having come *N(k)O*) to you through [the] will of God (and *ko*) I may be refreshed with you.
33 ශාන්තිදායක ඊශ්වරෝ යුෂ්මාකං සර්ව්වේෂාං සඞ්ගී භූයාත්| ඉති|
And the God of peace [be] with all of you, Amen.
