ਲੂਕਃ 9
1 ਤਤਃ ਪਰੰ ਸ ਦ੍ਵਾਦਸ਼ਸ਼ਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਾਨਾਹੂਯ ਭੂਤਾਨ੍ ਤ੍ਯਾਜਯਿਤੁੰ ਰੋਗਾਨ੍ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਕਰ੍ੱਤੁਞ੍ਚ ਤੇਭ੍ਯਃ ਸ਼ਕ੍ਤਿਮਾਧਿਪਤ੍ਯਞ੍ਚ ਦਦੌ|
Then called he the. xii. to gether and gave them power and auctorite over all devyls and that they myght heale diseases.
2 ਅਪਰਞ੍ਚ ਈਸ਼੍ਵਰੀਯਰਾਜ੍ਯਸ੍ਯ ਸੁਸੰਵਾਦੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਯਿਤੁਮ੍ ਰੋਗਿਣਾਮਾਰੋਗ੍ਯੰ ਕਰ੍ੱਤੁਞ੍ਚ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਣਕਾਲੇ ਤਾਨ੍ ਜਗਾਦ|
And he sent them to preache the kyngdome of God and to cure the sick.
3 ਯਾਤ੍ਰਾਰ੍ਥੰ ਯਸ਼਼੍ਟਿ ਰ੍ਵਸ੍ਤ੍ਰਪੁਟਕੰ ਭਕ੍ਸ਼਼੍ਯੰ ਮੁਦ੍ਰਾ ਦ੍ਵਿਤੀਯਵਸ੍ਤ੍ਰਮ੍, ਏਸ਼਼ਾਂ ਕਿਮਪਿ ਮਾ ਗ੍ਰੁʼਹ੍ਲੀਤ|
And he sayd to them: Take nothinge to sucker you by ye waye: nether staffe nor scripe nether breed nether money nether have twoo cootes.
4 ਯੂਯਞ੍ਚ ਯੰਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਨੰ ਪ੍ਰਵਿਸ਼ਥ ਨਗਰਤ੍ਯਾਗਪਰ੍ੱਯਨਤੰ ਤੰਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਨੇ ਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਤ|
And whatsoever housse ye enter into there abyde and thence departe.
5 ਤਤ੍ਰ ਯਦਿ ਕਸ੍ਯਚਿਤ੍ ਪੁਰਸ੍ਯ ਲੋਕਾ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਕਮਾਤਿਥ੍ਯੰ ਨ ਕੁਰ੍ੱਵਨ੍ਤਿ ਤਰ੍ਹਿ ਤਸ੍ਮਾੰਨਗਰਾਦ੍ ਗਮਨਕਾਲੇ ਤੇਸ਼਼ਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧੰ ਸਾਕ੍ਸ਼਼੍ਯਾਰ੍ਥੰ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਕੰ ਪਦਧੂਲੀਃ ਸਮ੍ਪਾਤਯਤ|
And whosoever will not receave you when ye go out of that cite shake of the very dust from youre fete for a testimony agaynst them.
6 ਅਥ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ੍ਥਾਯ ਸਰ੍ੱਵਤ੍ਰ ਸੁਸੰਵਾਦੰ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਯਿਤੁੰ ਪੀਡਿਤਾਨ੍ ਸ੍ਵਸ੍ਥਾਨ੍ ਕਰ੍ੱਤੁਞ੍ਚ ਗ੍ਰਾਮੇਸ਼਼ੁ ਭ੍ਰਮਿਤੁੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰੇਭਿਰੇ|
And they went out and went thorow the tounes preachinge the gospell and healynge every wheare.
7 ਏਤਰ੍ਹਿ ਹੇਰੋਦ੍ ਰਾਜਾ ਯੀਸ਼ੋਃ ਸਰ੍ੱਵਕਰ੍ੰਮਣਾਂ ਵਾਰ੍ੱਤਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੁਤ੍ਵਾ ਭ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼ਮੁਦ੍ਵਿਵਿਜੇ
And Herod the tetrarch herde of all that was done of him and douted because that it was sayde of some that Iohn was rysen agayne from deeth:
8 ਯਤਃ ਕੇਚਿਦੂਚੁਰ੍ਯੋਹਨ੍ ਸ਼੍ਮਸ਼ਾਨਾਦੁਦਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਤ੍| ਕੇਚਿਦੂਚੁਃ, ਏਲਿਯੋ ਦਰ੍ਸ਼ਨੰ ਦੱਤਵਾਨ੍; ਏਵਮਨ੍ਯਲੋਕਾ ਊਚੁਃ ਪੂਰ੍ੱਵੀਯਃ ਕਸ਼੍ਚਿਦ੍ ਭਵਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਦ੍ਵਾਦੀ ਸਮੁੱਥਿਤਃ|
and of some that Helyas had apered: and of other that one of the olde prophetes was rysen agayne.
9 ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਹੇਰੋਦੁਵਾਚ ਯੋਹਨਃ ਸ਼ਿਰੋ(ਅ)ਹਮਛਿਨਦਮ੍ ਇਦਾਨੀਂ ਯਸ੍ਯੇਦ੍ਰੁʼੱਕਰ੍ੰਮਣਾਂ ਵਾਰ੍ੱਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪ੍ਨੋਮਿ ਸ ਕਃ? ਅਥ ਸ ਤੰ ਦ੍ਰਸ਼਼੍ਟੁਮ੍ ਐੱਛਤ੍|
And Herod sayde: Iohn have I behedded: who then is this of whom I heare suche thinges? And he desyred to se him.
10 ਅਨਨ੍ਤਰੰ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤਾਃ ਪ੍ਰਤ੍ਯਾਗਤ੍ਯ ਯਾਨਿ ਯਾਨਿ ਕਰ੍ੰਮਾਣਿ ਚਕ੍ਰੁਸ੍ਤਾਨਿ ਯੀਸ਼ਵੇ ਕਥਯਾਮਾਸੁਃ ਤਤਃ ਸ ਤਾਨ੍ ਬੈਤ੍ਸੈਦਾਨਾਮਕਨਗਰਸ੍ਯ ਵਿਜਨੰ ਸ੍ਥਾਨੰ ਨੀਤ੍ਵਾ ਗੁਪ੍ਤੰ ਜਗਾਮ|
And the Apostles retourned and tolde him what great thinges they had done. And he toke them and went a syde into a solitary place nye to a citie called Bethsaida.
11 ਪਸ਼੍ਚਾਲ੍ ਲੋਕਾਸ੍ਤਦ੍ ਵਿਦਿਤ੍ਵਾ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਪਸ਼੍ਚਾਦ੍ ਯਯੁਃ; ਤਤਃ ਸ ਤਾਨ੍ ਨਯਨ੍ ਈਸ਼੍ਵਰੀਯਰਾਜ੍ਯਸ੍ਯ ਪ੍ਰਸਙ੍ਗਮੁਕ੍ਤਵਾਨ੍, ਯੇਸ਼਼ਾਂ ਚਿਕਿਤ੍ਸਯਾ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਜਨਮ੍ ਆਸੀਤ੍ ਤਾਨ੍ ਸ੍ਵਸ੍ਥਾਨ੍ ਚਕਾਰ ਚ|
And ye people knewe of it and folowed him. And he receaved them and spake vnto them of the kyngdome of God and healed them that had nede to be healed.
12 ਅਪਰਞ੍ਚ ਦਿਵਾਵਸੰਨੇ ਸਤਿ ਦ੍ਵਾਦਸ਼ਸ਼ਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਾ ਯੀਸ਼ੋਰਨ੍ਤਿਕਮ੍ ਏਤ੍ਯ ਕਥਯਾਮਾਸੁਃ, ਵਯਮਤ੍ਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ੍ਤਰਸ੍ਥਾਨੇ ਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਾਮਃ, ਤਤੋ ਨਗਰਾਣਿ ਗ੍ਰਾਮਾਣਿ ਗਤ੍ਵਾ ਵਾਸਸ੍ਥਾਨਾਨਿ ਪ੍ਰਾਪ੍ਯ ਭਕ੍ਸ਼਼੍ਯਦ੍ਰਵ੍ਯਾਣਿ ਕ੍ਰੇਤੁੰ ਜਨਨਿਵਹੰ ਭਵਾਨ੍ ਵਿਸ੍ਰੁʼਜਤੁ|
And when ye daye beganne to weare awaye then came the twelve and sayde vnto him: sende ye people awaye that they maye goo into the tounes and villages roundabout and lodge and get meate for we are here in a place of wyldernes.
13 ਤਦਾ ਸ ਉਵਾਚ, ਯੂਯਮੇਵ ਤਾਨ੍ ਭੇਜਯਧ੍ਵੰ; ਤਤਸ੍ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਚੁਰਸ੍ਮਾਕੰ ਨਿਕਟੇ ਕੇਵਲੰ ਪਞ੍ਚ ਪੂਪਾ ਦ੍ਵੌ ਮਤ੍ਸ੍ਯੌ ਚ ਵਿਦ੍ਯਨ੍ਤੇ, ਅਤਏਵ ਸ੍ਥਾਨਾਨ੍ਤਰਮ੍ ਇਤ੍ਵਾ ਨਿਮਿੱਤਮੇਤੇਸ਼਼ਾਂ ਭਕ੍ਸ਼਼੍ਯਦ੍ਰਵ੍ਯੇਸ਼਼ੁ ਨ ਕ੍ਰੀਤੇਸ਼਼ੁ ਨ ਭਵਤਿ|
But he sayde vnto them: Geve ye the to eate. And they sayde. We have no moo but fyve loves and two fisshes except we shuld goo and bye meate for all this people.
14 ਤਤ੍ਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਯੇਣ ਪਞ੍ਚਸਹਸ੍ਰਾਣਿ ਪੁਰੁਸ਼਼ਾ ਆਸਨ੍|
And they were about a fyve thousand men. And he sayde to his disciples: Cause them to syt doune by fyfties in a company.
15 ਤਦਾ ਸ ਸ਼ਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਾਨ੍ ਜਗਾਦ ਪਞ੍ਚਾਸ਼ਤ੍ ਪਞ੍ਚਾਸ਼ੱਜਨੈਃ ਪੰਕ੍ਤੀਕ੍ਰੁʼਤ੍ਯ ਤਾਨੁਪਵੇਸ਼ਯਤ, ਤਸ੍ਮਾਤ੍ ਤੇ ਤਦਨੁਸਾਰੇਣ ਸਰ੍ੱਵਲੋਕਾਨੁਪਵੇਸ਼ਯਾਪਾਸੁਃ|
And they dyd soo and made them all syt doune.
16 ਤਤਃ ਸ ਤਾਨ੍ ਪਞ੍ਚ ਪੂਪਾਨ੍ ਮੀਨਦ੍ਵਯਞ੍ਚ ਗ੍ਰੁʼਹੀਤ੍ਵਾ ਸ੍ਵਰ੍ਗੰ ਵਿਲੋਕ੍ਯੇਸ਼੍ਵਰਗੁਣਾਨ੍ ਕੀਰ੍ੱਤਯਾਞ੍ਚਕ੍ਰੇ ਭਙ੍ਕ੍ਤਾ ਚ ਲੋਕੇਭ੍ਯਃ ਪਰਿਵੇਸ਼਼ਣਾਰ੍ਥੰ ਸ਼ਿਸ਼਼੍ਯੇਸ਼਼ੁ ਸਮਰ੍ਪਯਾਮ੍ਬਭੂਵ|
And he toke the fyve loves and the two fisshes and loked vp to heven and blessed them and brake and gave to the disciples to set before ye people.
17 ਤਤਃ ਸਰ੍ੱਵੇ ਭੁਕ੍ਤ੍ਵਾ ਤ੍ਰੁʼਪ੍ਤਿੰ ਗਤਾ ਅਵਸ਼ਿਸ਼਼੍ਟਾਨਾਞ੍ਚ ਦ੍ਵਾਦਸ਼ ਡੱਲਕਾਨ੍ ਸੰਜਗ੍ਰੁʼਹੁਃ|
And they ate and were all satisfied. And ther was taken vp of that remayned to the twelve baskettes full of broken meate.
18 ਅਥੈਕਦਾ ਨਿਰ੍ਜਨੇ ਸ਼ਿਸ਼਼੍ਯੈਃ ਸਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਰ੍ਥਨਾਕਾਲੇ ਤਾਨ੍ ਪਪ੍ਰੱਛ, ਲੋਕਾ ਮਾਂ ਕੰ ਵਦਨ੍ਤਿ?
And it fortuned as he was alone prayinge his disciples were wt him and he axed the sayinge: Who saye ye people yt I am?
19 ਤਤਸ੍ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਚੁਃ, ਤ੍ਵਾਂ ਯੋਹਨ੍ਮੱਜਕੰ ਵਦਨ੍ਤਿ; ਕੇਚਿਤ੍ ਤ੍ਵਾਮ੍ ਏਲਿਯੰ ਵਦਨ੍ਤਿ, ਪੂਰ੍ੱਵਕਾਲਿਕਃ ਕਸ਼੍ਚਿਦ੍ ਭਵਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਦ੍ਵਾਦੀ ਸ਼੍ਮਸ਼ਾਨਾਦ੍ ਉਦਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਦ੍ ਇਤ੍ਯਪਿ ਕੇਚਿਦ੍ ਵਦਨ੍ਤਿ|
They answered and sayd: Iohn Baptist. Some saye Helyas. And some saye one of the olde prophetes is rysen agayne.
20 ਤਦਾ ਸ ਉਵਾਚ, ਯੂਯੰ ਮਾਂ ਕੰ ਵਦਥ? ਤਤਃ ਪਿਤਰ ਉਕ੍ਤਵਾਨ੍ ਤ੍ਵਮ੍ ਈਸ਼੍ਵਰਾਭਿਸ਼਼ਿਕ੍ਤਃ ਪੁਰੁਸ਼਼ਃ|
He sayde vnto the: Who saye ye that I am? Peter answered and sayde: thou arte the Christ of god.
21 ਤਦਾ ਸ ਤਾਨ੍ ਦ੍ਰੁʼਢਮਾਦਿਦੇਸ਼, ਕਥਾਮੇਤਾਂ ਕਸ੍ਮੈਚਿਦਪਿ ਮਾ ਕਥਯਤ|
And he warned and commaunded them that they shuld tell no man yt thinge
22 ਸ ਪੁਨਰੁਵਾਚ, ਮਨੁਸ਼਼੍ਯਪੁਤ੍ਰੇਣ ਵਹੁਯਾਤਨਾ ਭੋਕ੍ਤਵ੍ਯਾਃ ਪ੍ਰਾਚੀਨਲੋਕੈਃ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਯਾਜਕੈਰਧ੍ਯਾਪਕੈਸ਼੍ਚ ਸੋਵਜ੍ਞਾਯ ਹਨ੍ਤਵ੍ਯਃ ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਤ੍ਰੁʼਤੀਯਦਿਵਸੇ ਸ਼੍ਮਸ਼ਾਨਾਤ੍ ਤੇਨੋੱਥਾਤਵ੍ਯਮ੍|
sayinge: that the sonne of man must suffre many thinges and be reproved of the elders and of the hye prestes and scribes and be slayne and the thirde daye ryse agayne.
23 ਅਪਰੰ ਸ ਸਰ੍ੱਵਾਨੁਵਾਚ, ਕਸ਼੍ਚਿਦ੍ ਯਦਿ ਮਮ ਪਸ਼੍ਚਾਦ੍ ਗਨ੍ਤੁੰ ਵਾਞ੍ਛਤਿ ਤਰ੍ਹਿ ਸ ਸ੍ਵੰ ਦਾਮ੍ਯਤੁ, ਦਿਨੇ ਦਿਨੇ ਕ੍ਰੁਸ਼ੰ ਗ੍ਰੁʼਹੀਤ੍ਵਾ ਚ ਮਮ ਪਸ਼੍ਚਾਦਾਗੱਛਤੁ|
And he sayde to them all yf eny man will come after me let him denye him sylfe and take vp his crosse dayly and folowe me.
24 ਯਤੋ ਯਃ ਕਸ਼੍ਚਿਤ੍ ਸ੍ਵਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਨ੍ ਰਿਰਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਿਸ਼਼ਤਿ ਸ ਤਾਨ੍ ਹਾਰਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ, ਯਃ ਕਸ਼੍ਚਿਨ੍ ਮਦਰ੍ਥੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਨ੍ ਹਾਰਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ ਸ ਤਾਨ੍ ਰਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ|
Whosoever will save his lyfe shall lose it. And who soever shall lose his lyfe for my sake the same shall save it.
25 ਕਸ਼੍ਚਿਦ੍ ਯਦਿ ਸਰ੍ੱਵੰ ਜਗਤ੍ ਪ੍ਰਾਪ੍ਨੋਤਿ ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਸ੍ਵਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਨ੍ ਹਾਰਯਤਿ ਸ੍ਵਯੰ ਵਿਨਸ਼੍ਯਤਿ ਚ ਤਰ੍ਹਿ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਕੋ ਲਾਭਃ?
For what avauntageth it a man to wynne the whole worlde yf he loose him sylfe or runne in domage of him sylfe?
26 ਪੁਨ ਰ੍ਯਃ ਕਸ਼੍ਚਿਨ੍ ਮਾਂ ਮਮ ਵਾਕ੍ਯੰ ਵਾ ਲੱਜਾਸ੍ਪਦੰ ਜਾਨਾਤਿ ਮਨੁਸ਼਼੍ਯਪੁਤ੍ਰੋ ਯਦਾ ਸ੍ਵਸ੍ਯ ਪਿਤੁਸ਼੍ਚ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰਾਣਾਂ ਦੂਤਾਨਾਞ੍ਚ ਤੇਜੋਭਿਃ ਪਰਿਵੇਸ਼਼੍ਟਿਤ ਆਗਮਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ ਤਦਾ ਸੋਪਿ ਤੰ ਲੱਜਾਸ੍ਪਦੰ ਜ੍ਞਾਸ੍ਯਤਿ|
For whosoever is ashamed of me and of my sayinges: of him shall the sonne of man be ashamed when he cometh in his awne glorie and in the glorie of his father and of the holy angels.
27 ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਨਹੰ ਯਥਾਰ੍ਥੰ ਵਦਾਮਿ, ਈਸ਼੍ਵਰੀਯਰਾਜਤ੍ਵੰ ਨ ਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼਼੍ਟਵਾ ਮ੍ਰੁʼਤ੍ਯੁੰ ਨਾਸ੍ਵਾਦਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਨ੍ਤੇ, ਏਤਾਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼ਾਃ ਕਿਯਨ੍ਤੋ ਲੋਕਾ ਅਤ੍ਰ ਸ੍ਥਨੇ(ਅ)ਪਿ ਦਣ੍ਡਾਯਮਾਨਾਃ ਸਨ੍ਤਿ|
And I tell you of a surety: There be some of the yt stonde here which shall not tast of deeth tyll they se ye kyngdome of god.
28 ਏਤਦਾਖ੍ਯਾਨਕਥਨਾਤ੍ ਪਰੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਯੇਣਾਸ਼਼੍ਟਸੁ ਦਿਨੇਸ਼਼ੁ ਗਤੇਸ਼਼ੁ ਸ ਪਿਤਰੰ ਯੋਹਨੰ ਯਾਕੂਬਞ੍ਚ ਗ੍ਰੁʼਹੀਤ੍ਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਰ੍ਥਯਿਤੁੰ ਪਰ੍ੱਵਤਮੇਕੰ ਸਮਾਰੁਰੋਹ|
And it folowed about an. viii. dayes after thoose sayinges that he toke Peter Iames and Iohn and went vp into a moutayne to praye.
29 ਅਥ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਪ੍ਰਾਰ੍ਥਨਕਾਲੇ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਮੁਖਾਕ੍ਰੁʼਤਿਰਨ੍ਯਰੂਪਾ ਜਾਤਾ, ਤਦੀਯੰ ਵਸ੍ਤ੍ਰਮੁੱਜ੍ਵਲਸ਼ੁਕ੍ਲੰ ਜਾਤੰ|
And as he prayed ye facion of his countenaunce was changed and his garment was whyte and shoone.
30 ਅਪਰਞ੍ਚ ਮੂਸਾ ਏਲਿਯਸ਼੍ਚੋਭੌ ਤੇਜਸ੍ਵਿਨੌ ਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼਼੍ਟੌ
And beholde two men talked wt him and they were Moses and Helyas
31 ਤੌ ਤੇਨ ਯਿਰੂਸ਼ਾਲਮ੍ਪੁਰੇ ਯੋ ਮ੍ਰੁʼਤ੍ਯੁਃ ਸਾਧਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤੇ ਤਦੀਯਾਂ ਕਥਾਂ ਤੇਨ ਸਾਰ੍ੱਧੰ ਕਥਯਿਤੁਮ੍ ਆਰੇਭਾਤੇ|
which appered gloriously and spake of his departinge which he shuld ende at Ierusalem.
32 ਤਦਾ ਪਿਤਰਾਦਯਃ ਸ੍ਵਸ੍ਯ ਸਙ੍ਗਿਨੋ ਨਿਦ੍ਰਯਾਕ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼਼੍ਟਾ ਆਸਨ੍ ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਜਾਗਰਿਤ੍ਵਾ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਤੇਜਸ੍ਤੇਨ ਸਾਰ੍ੱਧਮ੍ ਉੱਤਿਸ਼਼੍ਠਨ੍ਤੌ ਜਨੌ ਚ ਦਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼ੁਃ|
Peter and they that were with him were hevy with slepe. And when they woke they sawe his glorie and two men stondinge with him.
33 ਅਥ ਤਯੋਰੁਭਯੋ ਰ੍ਗਮਨਕਾਲੇ ਪਿਤਰੋ ਯੀਸ਼ੁੰ ਬਭਾਸ਼਼ੇ, ਹੇ ਗੁਰੋ(ਅ)ਸ੍ਮਾਕੰ ਸ੍ਥਾਨੇ(ਅ)ਸ੍ਮਿਨ੍ ਸ੍ਥਿਤਿਃ ਸ਼ੁਭਾ, ਤਤ ਏਕਾ ਤ੍ਵਦਰ੍ਥਾ, ਏਕਾ ਮੂਸਾਰ੍ਥਾ, ਏਕਾ ਏਲਿਯਾਰ੍ਥਾ, ਇਤਿ ਤਿਸ੍ਰਃ ਕੁਟ੍ਯੋਸ੍ਮਾਭਿ ਰ੍ਨਿਰ੍ੰਮੀਯਨ੍ਤਾਂ, ਇਮਾਂ ਕਥਾਂ ਸ ਨ ਵਿਵਿਚ੍ਯ ਕਥਯਾਮਾਸ|
And it chaunsed as they departed fro him Peter sayde vnto Iesus: Master it is good beinge here for vs. Let vs make thre tabernacles one for the and one for Moses and one for Helyas: and wist not what he sayde.
34 ਅਪਰਞ੍ਚ ਤਦ੍ਵਾਕ੍ਯਵਦਨਕਾਲੇ ਪਯੋਦ ਏਕ ਆਗਤ੍ਯ ਤੇਸ਼਼ਾਮੁਪਰਿ ਛਾਯਾਂ ਚਕਾਰ, ਤਤਸ੍ਤਨ੍ਮਧ੍ਯੇ ਤਯੋਃ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ਾਤ੍ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਸ਼ਙ੍ਕਿਰੇ|
Whyll he thus spake ther came a cloude and shadowed them: and they feared when they were come vnder the cloude.
35 ਤਦਾ ਤਸ੍ਮਾਤ੍ ਪਯੋਦਾਦ੍ ਇਯਮਾਕਾਸ਼ੀਯਾ ਵਾਣੀ ਨਿਰ੍ਜਗਾਮ, ਮਮਾਯੰ ਪ੍ਰਿਯਃ ਪੁਤ੍ਰ ਏਤਸ੍ਯ ਕਥਾਯਾਂ ਮਨੋ ਨਿਧੱਤ|
And ther came a voyce out of the cloude sayinge: This is my deare sonne heare him.
36 ਇਤਿ ਸ਼ਬ੍ਦੇ ਜਾਤੇ ਤੇ ਯੀਸ਼ੁਮੇਕਾਕਿਨੰ ਦਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼ੁਃ ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਤੇ ਤਦਾਨੀਂ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਦਰ੍ਸ਼ਨਸ੍ਯ ਵਾਚਮੇਕਾਮਪਿ ਨੋਕ੍ਤ੍ਵਾ ਮਨਃਸੁ ਸ੍ਥਾਪਯਾਮਾਸੁਃ|
And assone as ye voyce was past Iesus was founde alone. And they kept it cloose and tolde noo man in thoose dayes eny of those thinges which they had sene.
37 ਪਰੇ(ਅ)ਹਨਿ ਤੇਸ਼਼ੁ ਤਸ੍ਮਾੱਛੈਲਾਦ੍ ਅਵਰੂਢੇਸ਼਼ੁ ਤੰ ਸਾਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਾਤ੍ ਕਰ੍ੱਤੁੰ ਬਹਵੋ ਲੋਕਾ ਆਜਗ੍ਮੁਃ|
And it chaunsed on the nexte daye as they came doune from the hyll moche people met him.
38 ਤੇਸ਼਼ਾਂ ਮਧ੍ਯਾਦ੍ ਏਕੋ ਜਨ ਉੱਚੈਰੁਵਾਚ, ਹੇ ਗੁਰੋ ਅਹੰ ਵਿਨਯੰ ਕਰੋਮਿ ਮਮ ਪੁਤ੍ਰੰ ਪ੍ਰਤਿ ਕ੍ਰੁʼਪਾਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼਼੍ਟਿੰ ਕਰੋਤੁ, ਮਮ ਸ ਏਵੈਕਃ ਪੁਤ੍ਰਃ|
And beholde a man of the copany cryed out sayinge: Master I beseche ye beholde my sonne for he is all that I have:
39 ਭੂਤੇਨ ਧ੍ਰੁʼਤਃ ਸਨ੍ ਸੰ ਪ੍ਰਸਭੰ ਚੀੱਛਬ੍ਦੰ ਕਰੋਤਿ ਤਨ੍ਮੁਖਾਤ੍ ਫੇਣਾ ਨਿਰ੍ਗੱਛਨ੍ਤਿ ਚ, ਭੂਤ ਇੱਥੰ ਵਿਦਾਰ੍ੱਯ ਕ੍ਲਿਸ਼਼੍ਟ੍ਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਯਸ਼ਸ੍ਤੰ ਨ ਤ੍ਯਜਤਿ|
and se a sprete taketh him and sodenly he cryeth and he teareth him that he fometh agayne and with moche payne departeth fro him when he hath rent him and
40 ਤਸ੍ਮਾਤ੍ ਤੰ ਭੂਤੰ ਤ੍ਯਾਜਯਿਤੁੰ ਤਵ ਸ਼ਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਸਮੀਪੇ ਨ੍ਯਵੇਦਯੰ ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਤੇ ਨ ਸ਼ੇਕੁਃ|
I besought thy disciples to cast him out and they coulde not.
41 ਤਦਾ ਯੀਸ਼ੁਰਵਾਦੀਤ੍, ਰੇ ਆਵਿਸ਼੍ਵਾਸਿਨ੍ ਵਿਪਥਗਾਮਿਨ੍ ਵੰਸ਼ ਕਤਿਕਾਲਾਨ੍ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਭਿਃ ਸਹ ਸ੍ਥਾਸ੍ਯਾਮ੍ਯਹੰ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਕਮ੍ ਆਚਰਣਾਨਿ ਚ ਸਹਿਸ਼਼੍ਯੇ? ਤਵ ਪੁਤ੍ਰਮਿਹਾਨਯ|
Iesus answered and sayde: O generacion with oute fayth and croked: how longe shall I be with you? and shall suffre you? Bringe thy sonne hidder.
42 ਤਤਸ੍ਤਸ੍ਮਿੰਨਾਗਤਮਾਤ੍ਰੇ ਭੂਤਸ੍ਤੰ ਭੂਮੌ ਪਾਤਯਿਤ੍ਵਾ ਵਿਦਦਾਰ; ਤਦਾ ਯੀਸ਼ੁਸ੍ਤਮਮੇਧ੍ਯੰ ਭੂਤੰ ਤਰ੍ਜਯਿਤ੍ਵਾ ਬਾਲਕੰ ਸ੍ਵਸ੍ਥੰ ਕ੍ਰੁʼਤ੍ਵਾ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਪਿਤਰਿ ਸਮਰ੍ਪਯਾਮਾਸ|
As he yet was a cominge the fende ret him and tare him. And Iesus rebuked ye vnclene sprete and healed the childe and delivered him to his father.
43 ਈਸ਼੍ਵਰਸ੍ਯ ਮਹਾਸ਼ਕ੍ਤਿਮ੍ ਇਮਾਂ ਵਿਲੋਕ੍ਯ ਸਰ੍ੱਵੇ ਚਮੱਚਕ੍ਰੁਃ; ਇੱਥੰ ਯੀਸ਼ੋਃ ਸਰ੍ੱਵਾਭਿਃ ਕ੍ਰਿਯਾਭਿਃ ਸਰ੍ੱਵੈਰ੍ਲੋਕੈਰਾਸ਼੍ਚਰ੍ੱਯੇ ਮਨ੍ਯਮਾਨੇ ਸਤਿ ਸ ਸ਼ਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਾਨ੍ ਬਭਾਸ਼਼ੇ,
And they were all amased at ye mighty power of God. Whyll they wondred every one at all thinges which he dyd he sayd vnto his disciples:
44 ਕਥੇਯੰ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਕੰ ਕਰ੍ਣੇਸ਼਼ੁ ਪ੍ਰਵਿਸ਼ਤੁ, ਮਨੁਸ਼਼੍ਯਪੁਤ੍ਰੋ ਮਨੁਸ਼਼੍ਯਾਣਾਂ ਕਰੇਸ਼਼ੁ ਸਮਰ੍ਪਯਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤੇ|
Let these sayinges synke doune into youre eares. The tyme will come when the sonne of man shalbe delivered into the hondes of men.
45 ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਤੇ ਤਾਂ ਕਥਾਂ ਨ ਬੁਬੁਧਿਰੇ, ਸ੍ਪਸ਼਼੍ਟਤ੍ਵਾਭਾਵਾਤ੍ ਤਸ੍ਯਾ ਅਭਿਪ੍ਰਾਯਸ੍ਤੇਸ਼਼ਾਂ ਬੋਧਗਮ੍ਯੋ ਨ ਬਭੂਵ; ਤਸ੍ਯਾ ਆਸ਼ਯਃ ਕ ਇਤ੍ਯਪਿ ਤੇ ਭਯਾਤ੍ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼਼੍ਟੁੰ ਨ ਸ਼ੇਕੁਃ|
But they wist not what yt worde meant and yt was hyd fro the that they vnderstode yt not. And they feared to axe him of that sayinge.
46 ਤਦਨਨ੍ਤਰੰ ਤੇਸ਼਼ਾਂ ਮਧ੍ਯੇ ਕਃ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼਼੍ਠਃ ਕਥਾਮੇਤਾਂ ਗ੍ਰੁʼਹੀਤ੍ਵਾ ਤੇ ਮਿਥੋ ਵਿਵਾਦੰ ਚਕ੍ਰੁਃ|
Then ther arose a disputacion amoge the: who shuld be the greatest.
47 ਤਤੋ ਯੀਸ਼ੁਸ੍ਤੇਸ਼਼ਾਂ ਮਨੋਭਿਪ੍ਰਾਯੰ ਵਿਦਿਤ੍ਵਾ ਬਾਲਕਮੇਕੰ ਗ੍ਰੁʼਹੀਤ੍ਵਾ ਸ੍ਵਸ੍ਯ ਨਿਕਟੇ ਸ੍ਥਾਪਯਿਤ੍ਵਾ ਤਾਨ੍ ਜਗਾਦ,
When Iesus perceaved ye thoughtes of their hertes he toke a chylde and set him hard by him
48 ਯੋ ਜਨੋ ਮਮ ਨਾਮ੍ਨਾਸ੍ਯ ਬਾਲਾਸ੍ਯਾਤਿਥ੍ਯੰ ਵਿਦਧਾਤਿ ਸ ਮਮਾਤਿਥ੍ਯੰ ਵਿਦਧਾਤਿ, ਯਸ਼੍ਚ ਮਮਾਤਿਥ੍ਯੰ ਵਿਦਧਾਤਿ ਸ ਮਮ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਕਸ੍ਯਾਤਿਥ੍ਯੰ ਵਿਦਧਾਤਿ, ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਕੰ ਮਧ੍ਯੇਯਃ ਸ੍ਵੰ ਸਰ੍ੱਵਸ੍ਮਾਤ੍ ਕ੍ਸ਼਼ੁਦ੍ਰੰ ਜਾਨੀਤੇ ਸ ਏਵ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼਼੍ਠੋ ਭਵਿਸ਼਼੍ਯਤਿ|
and sayd vnto the: Whosoever receaveth this chylde in my name receaveth me. And whosoever receaveth me receaveth him yt sent me. For he yt is least amonge you all the same shalbe greate.
49 ਅਪਰਞ੍ਚ ਯੋਹਨ੍ ਵ੍ਯਾਜਹਾਰ ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੇ ਤਵ ਨਾਮ੍ਨਾ ਭੂਤਾਨ੍ ਤ੍ਯਾਜਯਨ੍ਤੰ ਮਾਨੁਸ਼਼ਮ੍ ਏਕੰ ਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼਼੍ਟਵਨ੍ਤੋ ਵਯੰ, ਕਿਨ੍ਤ੍ਵਸ੍ਮਾਕਮ੍ ਅਪਸ਼੍ਚਾਦ੍ ਗਾਮਿਤ੍ਵਾਤ੍ ਤੰ ਨ੍ਯਸ਼਼ੇਧਾਮ੍| ਤਦਾਨੀਂ ਯੀਸ਼ੁਰੁਵਾਚ,
And Iohn answered and sayde: Master we sawe one castinge out devyls in thy name and we forbade him because he foloweth not with vs.
50 ਤੰ ਮਾ ਨਿਸ਼਼ੇਧਤ, ਯਤੋ ਯੋ ਜਨੋਸ੍ਮਾਕੰ ਨ ਵਿਪਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਃ ਸ ਏਵਾਸ੍ਮਾਕੰ ਸਪਕ੍ਸ਼਼ੋ ਭਵਤਿ|
And Iesus sayde vnto him: forbyd ye him not. For he that is not agaynst vs is wt vs.
51 ਅਨਨ੍ਤਰੰ ਤਸ੍ਯਾਰੋਹਣਸਮਯ ਉਪਸ੍ਥਿਤੇ ਸ ਸ੍ਥਿਰਚੇਤਾ ਯਿਰੂਸ਼ਾਲਮੰ ਪ੍ਰਤਿ ਯਾਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਕਰ੍ੱਤੁੰ ਨਿਸ਼੍ਚਿਤ੍ਯਾਗ੍ਰੇ ਦੂਤਾਨ੍ ਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼਼ਯਾਮਾਸ|
And it folowed when the tyme was come yt he shulde be receaved vp then he set his face to goo to Hierusalem
52 ਤਸ੍ਮਾਤ੍ ਤੇ ਗਤ੍ਵਾ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਪ੍ਰਯੋਜਨੀਯਦ੍ਰਵ੍ਯਾਣਿ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹੀਤੁੰ ਸ਼ੋਮਿਰੋਣੀਯਾਨਾਂ ਗ੍ਰਾਮੰ ਪ੍ਰਵਿਵਿਸ਼ੁਃ|
and sent messengers before him. And they went and entred into a citie of the Samaritans to make redy for him.
53 ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਸ ਯਿਰੂਸ਼ਾਲਮੰ ਨਗਰੰ ਯਾਤਿ ਤਤੋ ਹੇਤੋ ਰ੍ਲੋਕਾਸ੍ਤਸ੍ਯਾਤਿਥ੍ਯੰ ਨ ਚਕ੍ਰੁਃ|
But they wolde not receave him be cause his face was as though he wolde goo to Ierusalem.
54 ਅਤਏਵ ਯਾਕੂਬ੍ਯੋਹਨੌ ਤਸ੍ਯ ਸ਼ਿਸ਼਼੍ਯੌ ਤਦ੍ ਦ੍ਰੁʼਸ਼਼੍ਟ੍ਵਾ ਜਗਦਤੁਃ, ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੋ ਏਲਿਯੋ ਯਥਾ ਚਕਾਰ ਤਥਾ ਵਯਮਪਿ ਕਿੰ ਗਗਣਾਦ੍ ਆਗਨ੍ਤੁਮ੍ ਏਤਾਨ੍ ਭਸ੍ਮੀਕਰ੍ੱਤੁਞ੍ਚ ਵਹ੍ਨਿਮਾਜ੍ਞਾਪਯਾਮਃ? ਭਵਾਨ੍ ਕਿਮਿੱਛਤਿ?
When his disciples Iames and Iohn sawe yt they sayde: Lorde wilt thou that we comaunde that fyre come doune from heven and consume them even as Helias dyd?
55 ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਸ ਮੁਖੰ ਪਰਾਵਰ੍ਤ੍ਯ ਤਾਨ੍ ਤਰ੍ਜਯਿਤ੍ਵਾ ਗਦਿਤਵਾਨ੍ ਯੁਸ਼਼੍ਮਾਕੰ ਮਨੋਭਾਵਃ ਕਃ, ਇਤਿ ਯੂਯੰ ਨ ਜਾਨੀਥ|
Iesus turned about and rebuked them sayinge: ye wote not what maner sprete ye are of.
56 ਮਨੁਜਸੁਤੋ ਮਨੁਜਾਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਨ੍ ਨਾਸ਼ਯਿਤੁੰ ਨਾਗੱਛਤ੍, ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਰਕ੍ਸ਼਼ਿਤੁਮ੍ ਆਗੱਛਤ੍| ਪਸ਼੍ਚਾਦ੍ ਇਤਰਗ੍ਰਾਮੰ ਤੇ ਯਯੁਃ|
The sonne of ma ys not come to destroye mennes lives but to save them. And they went to another toune.
57 ਤਦਨਨ੍ਤਰੰ ਪਥਿ ਗਮਨਕਾਲੇ ਜਨ ਏਕਸ੍ਤੰ ਬਭਾਸ਼਼ੇ, ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੋ ਭਵਾਨ੍ ਯਤ੍ਰ ਯਾਤਿ ਭਵਤਾ ਸਹਾਹਮਪਿ ਤਤ੍ਰ ਯਾਸ੍ਯਾਮਿ|
And it chaunsed as he went in the waye a certayne man sayd vnto him: I will folowe the whither soever thou goo.
58 ਤਦਾਨੀਂ ਯੀਸ਼ੁਸ੍ਤਮੁਵਾਚ, ਗੋਮਾਯੂਨਾਂ ਗਰ੍ੱਤਾ ਆਸਤੇ, ਵਿਹਾਯਸੀਯਵਿਹਗਾਨਾਂ ਨੀਡਾਨਿ ਚ ਸਨ੍ਤਿ, ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਮਾਨਵਤਨਯਸ੍ਯ ਸ਼ਿਰਃ ਸ੍ਥਾਪਯਿਤੁੰ ਸ੍ਥਾਨੰ ਨਾਸ੍ਤਿ|
Iesus sayd vnto him: foxes have holes and bryddes of ye ayer have nestes: but the sonne of man hath not where on to laye his heed.
59 ਤਤਃ ਪਰੰ ਸ ਇਤਰਜਨੰ ਜਗਾਦ, ਤ੍ਵੰ ਮਮ ਪਸ਼੍ਚਾਦ੍ ਏਹਿ; ਤਤਃ ਸ ਉਵਾਚ, ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੋ ਪੂਰ੍ੱਵੰ ਪਿਤਰੰ ਸ਼੍ਮਸ਼ਾਨੇ ਸ੍ਥਾਪਯਿਤੁੰ ਮਾਮਾਦਿਸ਼ਤੁ|
And he sayde vnto another: folowe me. And the same sayde: Lorde suffre me fyrst to goo and bury my father.
60 ਤਦਾ ਯੀਸ਼ੁਰੁਵਾਚ, ਮ੍ਰੁʼਤਾ ਮ੍ਰੁʼਤਾਨ੍ ਸ਼੍ਮਸ਼ਾਨੇ ਸ੍ਥਾਪਯਨ੍ਤੁ ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਤ੍ਵੰ ਗਤ੍ਵੇਸ਼੍ਵਰੀਯਰਾਜ੍ਯਸ੍ਯ ਕਥਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰਯ|
Iesus sayd vnto him: Let the deed bury their deed: but goo thou and preache the kyngdome of God.
61 ਤਤੋਨ੍ਯਃ ਕਥਯਾਮਾਸ, ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੋ ਮਯਾਪਿ ਭਵਤਃ ਪਸ਼੍ਚਾਦ੍ ਗੰਸ੍ਯਤੇ, ਕਿਨ੍ਤੁ ਪੂਰ੍ੱਵੰ ਮਮ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਨਸ੍ਯ ਪਰਿਜਨਾਨਾਮ੍ ਅਨੁਮਤਿੰ ਗ੍ਰਹੀਤੁਮ੍ ਅਹਮਾਦਿਸ਼੍ਯੈ ਭਵਤਾ|
And another sayde: I wyll folowe the Lorde: but let me fyrst goo byd them fare well which are at home at my housse.
62 ਤਦਾਨੀਂ ਯੀਸ਼ੁਸ੍ਤੰ ਪ੍ਰੋਕ੍ਤਵਾਨ੍, ਯੋ ਜਨੋ ਲਾਙ੍ਗਲੇ ਕਰਮਰ੍ਪਯਿਤ੍ਵਾ ਪਸ਼੍ਚਾਤ੍ ਪਸ਼੍ਯਤਿ ਸ ਈਸ਼੍ਵਰੀਯਰਾਜ੍ਯੰ ਨਾਰ੍ਹਤਿ|
Iesus sayde vnto him: No man that putteth his honde to the plowe and loketh backe is apte to the kyngdome of God.
