ប្រេរិតាះ 13

1 អបរញ្ច ពណ៌ព្ពាះ, ឝិមោន៑ យំ និគ្រំ វទន្តិ, កុរីនីយលូកិយោ ហេរោទា រាជ្ញា សហ ក្ឫតវិទ្យាភ្យាសោ មិនហេម៑, ឝៅលឝ្ចៃតេ យេ កិយន្តោ ជនា ភវិឞ្យទ្វាទិន ឧបទេឞ្ដារឝ្ចាន្តិយខិយានគរស្ថមណ្ឌល្យាម៑ អាសន៑,

Now there were in Antioch, distributed through the existing assembly, —prophets and teachers: both Barnabas and Symeon who was called Niger, and Lucius the Cyrenian, Manaen also, Herod the tetrarch’s foster-brother, and Saul.

2 តេ យទោបវាសំ ក្ឫត្វេឝ្វរម៑ អសេវន្ត តស្មិន៑ សមយេ បវិត្រ អាត្មា កថិតវាន៑ អហំ យស្មិន៑ កម៌្មណិ ពណ៌ព្ពាឝៃលៅ និយុក្តវាន៑ តត្កម៌្ម កត៌្តុំ តៅ ប្ឫថក៑ កុរុត។

And, as they were publicly ministering unto the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said—Separate forthwith unto me, Barnabas and Saul, unto the work whereunto I have called them.

3 តតស្តៃរុបវាសប្រាត៌្ហនយោះ ក្ឫតយោះ សតោស្តេ តយោ រ្គាត្រយោ រ្ហស្តាប៌ណំ ក្ឫត្វា តៅ វ្យស្ឫជន៑។

Then, fasting and praying, and laying their hands upon them, they sent them away.

4 តតះ បរំ តៅ បវិត្រេណាត្មនា ប្រេរិតៅ សន្តៅ សិលូកិយានគរម៑ ឧបស្ថាយ សមុទ្របថេន កុប្រោបទ្វីបម៑ អគច្ឆតាំ។

They, therefore, being sent forth by the Holy Spirit, went down unto Seleucia, and, from thence, sailed away unto Cyprus;

5 តតះ សាលាមីនគរម៑ ឧបស្ថាយ តត្រ យិហូទីយានាំ ភជនភវនានិ គត្វេឝ្វរស្យ កថាំ ប្រាចារយតាំ; យោហនបិ តត្សហចរោៜភវត៑។

And, coming to be in Salamis, they declared the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews; —and they had, John also, as an attendant.

6 ឥត្ថំ តេ តស្យោបទ្វីបស្យ សវ៌្វត្រ ភ្រមន្តះ បាផនគរម៑ ឧបស្ថិតាះ; តត្រ សុវិវេចកេន សជ៌ិយបៅលនាម្នា តទ្ទេឝាធិបតិនា សហ ភវិឞ្យទ្វាទិនោ វេឝធារី ពយ៌ីឝុនាមា យោ មាយាវី យិហូទី អាសីត៑ តំ សាក្ឞាត៑ ប្រាប្តវតះ។

And, passing through the whole island, as far as Paphos, they found a certain man, a magician, a false-prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bar-jesus;

7 តទ្ទេឝាធិប ឦឝ្វរស្យ កថាំ ឝ្រោតុំ វាញ្ឆន៑ បៅលពណ៌ព្ពៅ ន្យមន្ត្រយត៑។

Who was with the proconsul, Sergius Paulus, an intelligent man. The same, calling for Barnabas and Saul, sought to hear the word of God.

8 កិន្ត្វិលុមា យំ មាយាវិនំ វទន្តិ ស ទេឝាធិបតិំ ធម៌្មមាគ៌ាទ៑ ពហិព៌្ហូតំ កត៌្តុម៑ អយតត។

But Elymas the magician, —for so, when translated, is his name, —withstood them; seeking to turn aside the proconsul from the faith.

9 តស្មាត៑ ឝោលោៜរ្ថាត៑ បៅលះ បវិត្រេណាត្មនា បរិបូណ៌ះ សន៑ តំ មាយាវិនំ ប្រត្យនន្យទ្ឫឞ្ដិំ ក្ឫត្វាកថយត៑,

But Saul, who is also Paul, filled with Holy Spirit, looking steadfastly at him,

10 ហេ នរកិន៑ ធម៌្មទ្វេឞិន៑ កៅដិល្យទុឞ្កម៌្មបរិបូណ៌, ត្វំ កិំ ប្រភោះ សត្យបថស្យ វិបយ៌្យយករណាត៑ កទាបិ ន និវត៌្តិឞ្យសេ?

Said—O full of all guile, and all recklessness! Son of an adversary! Enemy of all righteousness!—Wilt thou not cease to pervert the straight ways of the Lord?

11 អធុនា បរមេឝ្វរស្តវ សមុចិតំ ករិឞ្យតិ តេន កតិបយទិនានិ ត្វម៑ អន្ធះ សន៑ សូយ៌្យមបិ ន ទ្រក្ឞ្យសិ។ តត្ក្ឞណាទ៑ រាត្រិវទ៑ អន្ធការស្តស្យ ទ្ឫឞ្ដិម៑ អាច្ឆាទិតវាន៑; តស្មាត៑ តស្យ ហស្តំ ធត៌្តុំ ស លោកមន្វិច្ឆន៑ ឥតស្តតោ ភ្រមណំ ក្ឫតវាន៑។

Now, therefore, lo! the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun, until a fitting time. And, instantly, there fell upon him a mist and darkness; and, going about, he was seeking such as might lead him by the hand.

12 ឯនាំ ឃដនាំ ទ្ឫឞ្ដ្វា ស ទេឝាធិបតិះ ប្រភូបទេឝាទ៑ វិស្មិត្យ វិឝ្វាសំ ក្ឫតវាន៑។

Then, the proconsul, seeing what had happened, believed, being amazed at the teaching of the Lord.

13 តទនន្តរំ បៅលស្តត្សង្គិនៅ ច បាផនគរាត៑ ប្រោតំ ចាលយិត្វា បម្ផុលិយាទេឝស្យ បគ៌ីនគរម៑ អគច្ឆន៑ កិន្តុ យោហន៑ តយោះ សមីបាទ៑ ឯត្យ យិរូឝាលមំ ប្រត្យាគច្ឆត៑។

And, setting sail from Paphos, Paul’s company came into Perga of Pamphylia; but, John, withdrawing from them, returned unto Jerusalem.

14 បឝ្ចាត៑ តៅ បគ៌ីតោ យាត្រាំ ក្ឫត្វា បិសិទិយាទេឝស្យ អាន្តិយខិយានគរម៑ ឧបស្ថាយ វិឝ្រាមវារេ ភជនភវនំ ប្រវិឝ្យ សមុបាវិឝតាំ។

They, however, passing through from Perga, arrived at Antioch of Pisidia; and, going into the synagogue on the sabbath-day, sat down.

15 វ្យវស្ថាភវិឞ្យទ្វាក្យយោះ បឋិតយោះ សតោ រ្ហេ ភ្រាតរៅ លោកាន៑ ប្រតិ យុវយោះ កាចិទ៑ ឧបទេឝកថា យទ្យស្តិ តហ៌ិ តាំ វទតំ តៅ ប្រតិ តស្យ ភជនភវនស្យាធិបតយះ កថាម៑ ឯតាំ កថយិត្វា ប្រៃឞយន៑។

And, after the reading of the law and the prophets, the synagogue-rulers sent unto them, saying—Brethren! if there is in you a word of exhortation unto the people, say on.

16 អតះ បៅល ឧត្តិឞ្ឋន៑ ហស្តេន សង្កេតំ កុវ៌្វន៑ កថិតវាន៑ ហេ ឥស្រាយេលីយមនុឞ្យា ឦឝ្វរបរាយណាះ សវ៌្វេ លោកា យូយម៑ អវធទ្ធំ។

And Paul, standing up, and making a sign with his hand, said—Ye men of Israel! and such as revere God! hearken: —

17 ឯតេឞាមិស្រាយេល្លោកានាម៑ ឦឝ្វរោៜស្មាកំ បូវ៌្វបរុឞាន៑ មនោនីតាន៑ កត្វា គ្ឫហីតវាន៑ តតោ មិសរិ ទេឝេ ប្រវសនកាលេ តេឞាមុន្នតិំ ក្ឫត្វា តស្មាត៑ ស្វីយពាហុពលេន តាន៑ ពហិះ ក្ឫត្វា សមានយត៑។

The God of this people Israel, chose our fathers, and, the people, he exalted, by their sojourn in the land of Egypt, —and, with a high arm, brought he them out of it;

18 ចត្វារិំឝទ្វត្សរាន៑ យាវច្ច មហាប្រាន្តរេ តេឞាំ ភរណំ ក្ឫត្វា

And, for the time of about forty years, bare with their manners in the desert;

19 កិនាន្ទេឝាន្តវ៌្វត៌្តីណិ សប្តរាជ្យានិ នាឝយិត្វា គុដិកាបាតេន តេឞុ សវ៌្វទេឝេឞុ តេភ្យោៜធិការំ ទត្តវាន៑។

And, overthrowing seven nations in the land of Canaan, gave them their land as an inheritance—about four hundred and fifty years.

20 បញ្ចាឝទធិកចតុះឝតេឞុ វត្សរេឞុ គតេឞុ ច ឝិមូយេល្ភវិឞ្យទ្វាទិបយ៌្យន្តំ តេឞាមុបរិ វិចារយិត្ឫន៑ និយុក្តវាន៑។

And, after these things, he gave them judges, until Samuel the prophet.

21 តៃឝ្ច រាជ្ញិ ប្រាត៌្ហិតេ, ឦឝ្វរោ ពិន្យាមីនោ វំឝជាតស្យ កីឝះ បុត្រំ ឝៅលំ ចត្វារិំឝទ្វឞ៌បយ៌្យន្តំ តេឞាមុបរិ រាជានំ ក្ឫតវាន៑។

And, from that time, they asked for themselves a king, and God gave them Saul, son of Kish, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, during forty years;

22 បឝ្ចាត៑ តំ បទច្យុតំ ក្ឫត្វា យោ មទិឞ្ដក្រិយាះ សវ៌្វាះ ករិឞ្យតិ តាទ្ឫឝំ មម មនោភិមតម៑ ឯកំ ជនំ យិឝយះ បុត្រំ ទាយូទំ ប្រាប្តវាន៑ ឥទំ ប្រមាណំ យស្មិន៑ ទាយូទិ ស ទត្តវាន៑ តំ ទាយូទំ តេឞាមុបរិ រាជត្វំ កត៌្តុម៑ ឧត្បាទិតវាន។

And, setting him aside, raised up, David, unto them for king, —of whom he also said, bearing witness—I have found David, the son of Jesse, —[a man] according to my heart, who will do all my will.

23 តស្យ ស្វប្រតិឝ្រុតស្យ វាក្យស្យានុសារេណ ឥស្រាយេល្លោកានាំ និមិត្តំ តេឞាំ មនុឞ្យាណាំ វំឝាទ៑ ឦឝ្វរ ឯកំ យីឝុំ (ត្រាតារម៑) ឧទបាទយត៑។

From this man’s seed, hath God, according to promise, brought unto Israel, a saviour—Jesus:

24 តស្យ ប្រកាឝនាត៑ បូវ៌្វំ យោហន៑ ឥស្រាយេល្លោកានាំ សន្និធៅ មនះបរាវត៌្តនរូបំ មជ្ជនំ ប្រាចារយត៑។

John, beforehand proclaiming, before the face of his coming in, an immersion of repentance, unto all the people of Israel.

25 យស្យ ច កម៌្មណោ ភារំ ប្រប្តវាន៑ យោហន៑ តន៑ និឞ្បាទយន៑ ឯតាំ កថាំ កថិតវាន៑, យូយំ មាំ កំ ជនំ ជានីថ? អហម៑ អភិឞិក្តត្រាតា នហិ, កិន្តុ បឝ្យត យស្យ បាទយោះ បាទុកយោ រ្ពន្ធនេ មោចយិតុមបិ យោគ្យោ ន ភវាមិ តាទ្ឫឝ ឯកោ ជនោ មម បឝ្ចាទ៑ ឧបតិឞ្ឋតិ។

And, as John was fulfilling his course, he was saying—Whom are ye supposing that I am? I, am not he! But lo! there cometh, after me, one of whom I am not worthy, the sandals of his feet, to loosen.

26 ហេ ឥព្រាហីមោ វំឝជាតា ភ្រាតរោ ហេ ឦឝ្វរភីតាះ សវ៌្វលោកា យុឞ្មាន៑ ប្រតិ បរិត្រាណស្យ កថៃឞា ប្រេរិតា។

Brethren! sons of the race of Abraham, and those who among you revere God, —unto you, hath this word of salvation been sent forth.

27 យិរូឝាលម្និវាសិនស្តេឞាម៑ អធិបតយឝ្ច តស្យ យីឝោះ បរិចយំ ន ប្រាប្យ ប្រតិវិឝ្រាមវារំ បឋ្យមានានាំ ភវិឞ្យទ្វាទិកថានាម៑ អភិប្រាយម៑ អពុទ្ធ្វា ច តស្យ វធេន តាះ កថាះ សផលា អកុវ៌្វន៑។

For, they who were dwelling in Jerusalem, and their rulers, not recognising him, have, by judging him, fulfilled, the very voices of the prophets which every sabbath are being read;

28 ប្រាណហននស្យ កមបិ ហេតុម៑ អប្រាប្យាបិ បីលាតស្យ និកដេ តស្យ វធំ ប្រាត៌្ហយន្ត។

And, though no single cause of death they found, yet claimed they of Pilate that he should be slain.

29 តស្មិន៑ យាះ កថា លិខិតាះ សន្តិ តទនុសារេណ កម៌្ម សម្បាទ្យ តំ ក្រុឝាទ៑ អវតាយ៌្យ ឝ្មឝានេ ឝាយិតវន្តះ។

And, when they had finished all those things which, concerning him, had been written, taking him down from the tree, they put him in a tomb.

30 កិន្ត្វីឝ្វរះ ឝ្មឝានាត៑ តមុទស្ថាបយត៑,

But, God, raised him from among the dead:

31 បុនឝ្ច គាលីលប្រទេឝាទ៑ យិរូឝាលមនគរំ តេន សាទ៌្ធំ យេ លោកា អាគច្ឆន៑ ស ពហុទិនានិ តេភ្យោ ទឝ៌នំ ទត្តវាន៑, អតស្ត ឥទានីំ លោកាន៑ ប្រតិ តស្យ សាក្ឞិណះ សន្តិ។

Who appeared, during many days, unto them who had come up with him from Galilee unto Jerusalem; who, indeed, [now] are his witnesses unto the people.

32 អស្មាកំ បូវ៌្វបុរុឞាណាំ សមក្ឞម៑ ឦឝ្វរោ យស្មិន៑ ប្រតិជ្ញាតវាន៑ យថា, ត្វំ មេ បុត្រោសិ ចាទ្យ ត្វាំ សមុត្ថាបិតវានហម៑។

We, therefore, unto you, bring the good news, as to the promise which, unto our fathers, was made, —

33 ឥទំ យទ្វចនំ ទ្វិតីយគីតេ លិខិតមាស្តេ តទ៑ យីឝោរុត្ថានេន តេឞាំ សន្តានា យេ វយម៑ អស្មាកំ សន្និធៅ តេន ប្រត្យក្ឞី ក្ឫតំ, យុឞ្មាន៑ ឥមំ សុសំវាទំ ជ្ញាបយាមិ។

That God hath fulfilled, the same, for our children, by raising up Jesus: as also, in the second psalm, it is written—My son, art, thou: I, this day, have begotten thee.

34 បរមេឝ្វរេណ ឝ្មឝានាទ៑ ឧត្ថាបិតំ តទីយំ ឝរីរំ កទាបិ ន ក្ឞេឞ្យតេ, ឯតស្មិន៑ ស ស្វយំ កថិតវាន៑ យថា ទាយូទំ ប្រតិ ប្រតិជ្ញាតោ យោ វរស្តមហំ តុភ្យំ ទាស្យាមិ។

And, in that he raised him from among the dead, no more destined to return unto corruption, on this wise hath he spoken—I will give unto you the faithful lovingkindnesses of David.

35 ឯតទន្យស្មិន៑ គីតេៜបិ កថិតវាន៑។ ស្វកីយំ បុណ្យវន្តំ ត្វំ ក្ឞយិតុំ ន ច ទាស្យសិ។

Wherefore also, in a different [place], he saith—Thou wilt not give thy man of lovingkindness to see corruption.

36 ទាយូទា ឦឝ្វរាភិមតសេវាយៃ និជាយុឞិ វ្យយិតេ សតិ ស មហានិទ្រាំ ប្រាប្យ និជៃះ បូវ៌្វបុរុឞៃះ សហ មិលិតះ សន៑ អក្ឞីយត;

For, David, indeed, unto his own generation having done service, by the counsel of God, fell asleep, and was added unto fathers, and saw corruption;

37 កិន្តុ យមីឝ្វរះ ឝ្មឝានាទ៑ ឧទស្ថាបយត៑ ស នាក្ឞីយត។

But, he whom God hath raised, did not see corruption.

38 អតោ ហេ ភ្រាតរះ, អនេន ជនេន បាបមោចនំ ភវតីតិ យុឞ្មាន៑ ប្រតិ ប្រចារិតម៑ អាស្តេ។

Be it known unto you, therefore, brethren, —that, through this man, unto you, remission of sins is declared;

39 ផលតោ មូសាវ្យវស្ថយា យូយំ យេភ្យោ ទោឞេភ្យោ មុក្តា ភវិតុំ ន ឝក្ឞ្យថ តេភ្យះ សវ៌្វទោឞេភ្យ ឯតស្មិន៑ ជនេ វិឝ្វាសិនះ សវ៌្វេ មុក្តា ភវិឞ្យន្តីតិ យុឞ្មាភិ រ្ជ្ញាយតាំ។

And, from all things from which ye could not, by the law of Moses, be justified, by this man, everyone that believeth, is justified.

40 អបរញ្ច។ អវជ្ញាការិណោ លោកាឝ្ចក្ឞុរុន្មីល្យ បឝ្យត។ តថៃវាសម្ភវំ ជ្ញាត្វា ស្យាត យូយំ វិលជ្ជិតាះ។ យតោ យុឞ្មាសុ តិឞ្ឋត្សុ ករិឞ្យេ កម៌្ម តាទ្ឫឝំ។ យេនៃវ តស្យ វ្ឫត្តាន្តេ យុឞ្មភ្យំ កថិតេៜបិ ហិ។ យូយំ ន តន្តុ វ្ឫត្តាន្តំ ប្រត្យេឞ្យថ កទាចន៕

Be taking heed, therefore, lest that come upon you which hath been spoken in the prophets—

41 យេយំ កថា ភវិឞ្យទ្វាទិនាំ គ្រន្ថេឞុ លិខិតាស្តេ សាវធានា ភវត ស កថា យថា យុឞ្មាន៑ ប្រតិ ន ឃដតេ។

See, ye despisers, and marvel, and disappear: in that, a work, am, I, working in your days, —a work, which in nowise will ye believe, though one relate it in full unto you.

42 យិហូទីយភជនភវនាន៑ និគ៌តយោស្តយោ រ្ភិន្នទេឝីយៃ រ្វក្ឞ្យមាណា ប្រាត៌្ហនា ក្ឫតា, អាគាមិនិ វិឝ្រាមវារេៜបិ កថេយម៑ អស្មាន៑ ប្រតិ ប្រចារិតា ភវត្វិតិ។

And, as they were going out, they kept on beseeching that, on the ensuing sabbath, might be spoken unto them these things.

43 សភាយា ភង្គេ សតិ ពហវោ យិហូទីយលោកា យិហូទីយមតគ្រាហិណោ ភក្តលោកាឝ្ច ពណ៌ព្ពាបៅលយោះ បឝ្ចាទ៑ អាគច្ឆន៑, តេន តៅ តៃះ សហ នានាកថាះ កថយិត្វេឝ្វរានុគ្រហាឝ្រយេ ស្ថាតុំ តាន៑ ប្រាវត៌្តយតាំ។

And, when the congregation was broken up, there followed many of the Jews, and of the devout proselytes, with Paul and Barnabas; who, indeed, in speaking unto them, went on persuading them to abide in the favour of God.

44 បរវិឝ្រាមវារេ នគរស្យ ប្រាយេណ សវ៌្វេ លាកា ឦឝ្វរីយាំ កថាំ ឝ្រោតុំ មិលិតាះ,

And, on the coming sabbath, almost all the city, was gathered together, to hear the word of God.

45 កិន្តុ យិហូទីយលោកា ជននិវហំ វិលោក្យ ឦឞ៌្យយា បរិបូណ៌ាះ សន្តោ វិបរីតកថាកថនេនេឝ្វរនិន្ទយា ច បៅលេនោក្តាំ កថាំ ខណ្ឌយិតុំ ចេឞ្ដិតវន្តះ។

But, the Jews, seeing, the multitudes, were filled with jealousy, —and began speaking against the things which, by Paul, were being spoken, defaming them.

46 តតះ បៅលពណ៌ព្ពាវក្ឞោភៅ កថិតវន្តៅ ប្រថមំ យុឞ្មាកំ សន្និធាវីឝ្វរីយកថាយាះ ប្រចារណម៑ ឧចិតមាសីត៑ កិន្តុំ តទគ្រាហ្យត្វករណេន យូយំ ស្វាន៑ អនន្តាយុឞោៜយោគ្យាន៑ ទឝ៌យថ, ឯតត្ការណាទ៑ វយម៑ អន្យទេឝីយលោកានាំ សមីបំ គច្ឆាមះ។ (aiōnios g166)

And Paul and Barnabas, speaking boldly, said—Unto you, was it necessary, that the word of God should first be spoken: seeing ye are thrusting it from you, and, unworthy, are judging yourselves of the age-abiding life, lo! we turn unto the nations; (aiōnios g166)

47 ប្រភុរស្មាន៑ ឥត្ថម៑ អាទិឞ្ដវាន៑ យថា, យាវច្ច ជគតះ សីមាំ លោកានាំ ត្រាណការណាត៑។ មយាន្យទេឝមធ្យេ ត្វំ ស្ថាបិតោ ភូះ ប្រទីបវត៑៕

For so hath the Lord commanded us—I have set thee for a light of nations, that thou mayest be for salvation unto the end of the earth.

48 តទា កថាមីទ្ឫឝីំ ឝ្រុត្វា ភិន្នទេឝីយា អាហ្លាទិតាះ សន្តះ ប្រភោះ កថាំ ធន្យាំ ធន្យាម៑ អវទន៑, យាវន្តោ លោកាឝ្ច បរមាយុះ ប្រាប្តិនិមិត្តំ និរូបិតា អាសន៑ តេ វ្យឝ្វសន៑។ (aiōnios g166)

And they of the nations, hearing [this], began to rejoice, and to be glorifying God, and they believed—as many as had become disposed for life age-abiding. (aiōnios g166)

49 ឥត្ថំ ប្រភោះ កថា សវ៌្វេទេឝំ វ្យាប្នោត៑។

And the word of the Lord went on to be carried through the whole country.

50 កិន្តុ យិហូទីយា នគរស្យ ប្រធានបុរុឞាន៑ សម្មាន្យាះ កថិបយា ភក្តា យោឞិតឝ្ច កុប្រវ្ឫត្តិំ គ្រាហយិត្វា បៅលពណ៌ព្ពៅ តាឌយិត្វា តស្មាត៑ ប្រទេឝាទ៑ ទូរីក្ឫតវន្តះ។

But, the Jews, urged on the devout women of the higher class, and the chief men of the city, and roused up a persecution against Paul and Barnabas, —and thrust them out from their bounds.

51 អតះ ការណាត៑ តៅ និជបទធូលីស្តេឞាំ ប្រាតិកូល្យេន បាតយិត្វេកនិយំ នគរំ គតៅ។

But they, shaking off the dust of their feet against them, came into Iconium.

52 តតះ ឝិឞ្យគណ អានន្ទេន បវិត្រេណាត្មនា ច បរិបូណ៌ោភវត៑។

And, the disciples, were filled with joy, and with Holy Spirit.
