ಕಲಸಿನಃ 4

1 ಅಪರಞ್ಚ ಹೇ ಅಧಿಪತಯಃ, ಯೂಯಂ ದಾಸಾನ್ ಪ್ರತಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ್ಯಂ ಯಥಾರ್ಥಞ್ಚಾಚರಣಂ ಕುರುಧ್ವಂ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಕಮಪ್ಯೇಕೋಽಧಿಪತಿಃ ಸ್ವರ್ಗೇ ವಿದ್ಯತ ಇತಿ ಜಾನೀತ|

Masters, deal out to your bond-servants justice and equity, knowing that ye also have a master in heaven.

2 ಯೂಯಂ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾಯಾಂ ನಿತ್ಯಂ ಪ್ರವರ್ತ್ತಧ್ವಂ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಂ ಕುರ್ವ್ವನ್ತಸ್ತತ್ರ ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧಾಸ್ತಿಷ್ಠತ ಚ|

Persevere in prayer, being watchful therein with thanksgiving;

3 ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾಕಾಲೇ ಮಮಾಪಿ ಕೃತೇ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾಂ ಕುರುಧ್ವಂ,

praying at the same time for us also, that God may open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for the sake of which I am also in bonds;

4 ಫಲತಃ ಖ್ರೀಷ್ಟಸ್ಯ ಯನ್ನಿಗೂಢವಾಕ್ಯಕಾರಣಾದ್ ಅಹಂ ಬದ್ಧೋಽಭವಂ ತತ್ಪ್ರಕಾಶಾಯೇಶ್ವರೋ ಯತ್ ಮದರ್ಥಂ ವಾಗ್ದ್ವಾರಂ ಕುರ್ಯ್ಯಾತ್, ಅಹಞ್ಚ ಯಥೋಚಿತಂ ತತ್ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಯಿತುಂ ಶಕ್ನುಯಾಮ್ ಏತತ್ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಯಧ್ವಂ|

that I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.

5 ಯೂಯಂ ಸಮಯಂ ಬಹುಮೂಲ್ಯಂ ಜ್ಞಾತ್ವಾ ಬಹಿಃಸ್ಥಾನ್ ಲೋಕಾನ್ ಪ್ರತಿ ಜ್ಞಾನಾಚಾರಂ ಕುರುಧ್ವಂ|

Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, buying up opportunities.

6 ಯುಷ್ಮಾಕಮ್ ಆಲಾಪಃ ಸರ್ವ್ವದಾನುಗ್ರಹಸೂಚಕೋ ಲವಣೇನ ಸುಸ್ವಾದುಶ್ಚ ಭವತು ಯಸ್ಮೈ ಯದುತ್ತರಂ ದಾತವ್ಯಂ ತದ್ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಭಿರವಗಮ್ಯತಾಂ|

Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every one.

7 ಮಮ ಯಾ ದಶಾಕ್ತಿ ತಾಂ ತುಖಿಕನಾಮಾ ಪ್ರಭೌ ಪ್ರಿಯೋ ಮಮ ಭ್ರಾತಾ ವಿಶ್ವಸನೀಯಃ ಪರಿಚಾರಕಃ ಸಹದಾಸಶ್ಚ ಯುಷ್ಮಾನ್ ಜ್ಞಾಪಯಿಷ್ಯತಿ|

Of all my affairs Tychicus will inform you, the beloved brother and faithful minister and fellow-servant in the Lord;

8 ಸ ಯದ್ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಕಂ ದಶಾಂ ಜಾನೀಯಾತ್ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಕಂ ಮನಾಂಸಿ ಸಾನ್ತ್ವಯೇಚ್ಚ ತದರ್ಥಮೇವಾಹಂ

whom I have sent to you for this very purpose, that he may know your condition, and comfort your hearts;

9 ತಮ್ ಓನೀಷಿಮನಾಮಾನಞ್ಚ ಯುಷ್ಮದ್ದೇಶೀಯಂ ವಿಶ್ವಸ್ತಂ ಪ್ರಿಯಞ್ಚ ಭ್ರಾತರಂ ಪ್ರೇಷಿತವಾನ್ ತೌ ಯುಷ್ಮಾನ್ ಅತ್ರತ್ಯಾಂ ಸರ್ವ್ವವಾರ್ತ್ತಾಂ ಜ್ಞಾಪಯಿಷ್ಯತಃ|

together with Onesimus, the faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They will inform you of every thing here.

10 ಆರಿಷ್ಟಾರ್ಖನಾಮಾ ಮಮ ಸಹಬನ್ದೀ ಬರ್ಣಬ್ಬಾ ಭಾಗಿನೇಯೋ ಮಾರ್ಕೋ ಯುಷ್ಟನಾಮ್ನಾ ವಿಖ್ಯಾತೋ ಯೀಶುಶ್ಚೈತೇ ಛಿನ್ನತ್ವಚೋ ಭ್ರಾತರೋ ಯುಷ್ಮಾನ್ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರಂ ಜ್ಞಾಪಯನ್ತಿ, ತೇಷಾಂ ಮಧ್ಯೇ ಮಾರ್ಕಮಧಿ ಯೂಯಂ ಪೂರ್ವ್ವಮ್ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿತಾಃ ಸ ಯದಿ ಯುಷ್ಮತ್ಸಮೀಪಮ್ ಉಪತಿಷ್ಠೇತ್ ತರ್ಹಿ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಭಿ ರ್ಗೃಹ್ಯತಾಂ|

Aristarchus, my fellow-prisoner, saluteth you, and Mark, the cousin of Barnabas, concerning whom ye received directions (if he come to you, receive him),

11 ಕೇವಲಮೇತ ಈಶ್ವರರಾಜ್ಯೇ ಮಮ ಸಾನ್ತ್ವನಾಜನಕಾಃ ಸಹಕಾರಿಣೋಽಭವನ್|

and Jesus, who is called Justus; who are of the circumcision; these only are my fellow-workers for the kingdom of God, who have been an encouragement unto me.

12 ಖ್ರೀಷ್ಟಸ್ಯ ದಾಸೋ ಯೋ ಯುಷ್ಮದ್ದೇಶೀಯ ಇಪಫ್ರಾಃ ಸ ಯುಷ್ಮಾನ್ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರಂ ಜ್ಞಾಪಯತಿ ಯೂಯಞ್ಚೇಶ್ವರಸ್ಯ ಸರ್ವ್ವಸ್ಮಿನ್ ಮನೋಽಭಿಲಾಷೇ ಯತ್ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಃ ಪೂರ್ಣಾಶ್ಚ ಭವೇತ ತದರ್ಥಂ ಸ ನಿತ್ಯಂ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಯಾ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಕಂ ಕೃತೇ ಯತತೇ|

Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ Jesus, saluteth you, always striving for you in his prayers, that ye may stand perfect and fully assured in all the will of God.

13 ಯುಷ್ಮಾಕಂ ಲಾಯದಿಕೇಯಾಸ್ಥಿತಾನಾಂ ಹಿಯರಾಪಲಿಸ್ಥಿತಾನಾಞ್ಚ ಭ್ರಾತೃಣಾಂ ಹಿತಾಯ ಸೋಽತೀವ ಚೇಷ್ಟತ ಇತ್ಯಸ್ಮಿನ್ ಅಹಂ ತಸ್ಯ ಸಾಕ್ಷೀ ಭವಾಮಿ|

For I bear him witness, that he hath much labor for you, and those that are in Laodicea, and those in Hierapolis.

14 ಲೂಕನಾಮಾ ಪ್ರಿಯಶ್ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಕೋ ದೀಮಾಶ್ಚ ಯುಷ್ಮಭ್ಯಂ ನಮಸ್ಕುರ್ವ್ವಾತೇ|

Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, salute you.

15 ಯೂಯಂ ಲಾಯದಿಕೇಯಾಸ್ಥಾನ್ ಭ್ರಾತೃನ್ ನುಮ್ಫಾಂ ತದ್ಗೃಹಸ್ಥಿತಾಂ ಸಮಿತಿಞ್ಚ ಮಮ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರಂ ಜ್ಞಾಪಯತ|

Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church in his house.

16 ಅಪರಂ ಯುಷ್ಮತ್ಸನ್ನಿಧೌ ಪತ್ರಸ್ಯಾಸ್ಯ ಪಾಠೇ ಕೃತೇ ಲಾಯದಿಕೇಯಾಸ್ಥಸಮಿತಾವಪಿ ತಸ್ಯ ಪಾಠೋ ಯಥಾ ಭವೇತ್ ಲಾಯದಿಕೇಯಾಞ್ಚ ಯತ್ ಪತ್ರಂ ಮಯಾ ಪ್ರಹಿತಂ ತದ್ ಯಥಾ ಯುಷ್ಮಾಭಿರಪಿ ಪಠ್ಯೇತ ತಥಾ ಚೇಷ್ಟಧ್ವಂ|

And when the letter hath been read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans, and that ye likewise read the letter from Laodicea.

17 ಅಪರಮ್ ಆರ್ಖಿಪ್ಪಂ ವದತ ಪ್ರಭೋ ರ್ಯತ್ ಪರಿಚರ್ಯ್ಯಾಪದಂ ತ್ವಯಾಪ್ರಾಪಿ ತತ್ಸಾಧನಾಯ ಸಾವಧಾನೋ ಭವ|

And say to Archippus, Take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the Lord, that thou fulfill it.

18 ಅಹಂ ಪೌಲಃ ಸ್ವಹಸ್ತಾಕ್ಷರೇಣ ಯುಷ್ಮಾನ್ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರಂ ಜ್ಞಾಪಯಾಮಿ ಯೂಯಂ ಮಮ ಬನ್ಧನಂ ಸ್ಮರತ| ಯುಷ್ಮಾನ್ ಪ್ರತ್ಯನುಗ್ರಹೋ ಭೂಯಾತ್| ಆಮೇನ|
