ရောမိဏး 9
1 အဟံ ကာဉ္စိဒ် ကလ္ပိတာံ ကထာံ န ကထယာမိ, ခြီၐ္ဋသျ သာက္ၐာတ် သတျမေဝ ဗြဝီမိ ပဝိတြသျာတ္မနး သာက္ၐာန် မဒီယံ မန ဧတတ် သာက္ၐျံ ဒဒါတိ၊
I am speaking the truth in Christ. My conscience confirms through the Holy Spirit that I am not lying when I say
2 မမာန္တရတိၑယဒုးခံ နိရန္တရံ ခေဒၑ္စ
that I have great sorrow and unceasing pain in my heart.
3 တသ္မာဒ် အဟံ သွဇာတီယဘြာတၖဏာံ နိမိတ္တာတ် သွယံ ခြီၐ္ဋာစ္ဆာပါကြာန္တော ဘဝိတုမ် အဲစ္ဆမ်၊
For I could wish that I myself were accursed, cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, my kinsmen according to the flesh.
4 ယတသ္တ ဣသြာယေလသျ ဝံၑာ အပိ စ ဒတ္တကပုတြတွံ တေဇော နိယမော ဝျဝသ္ထာဒါနံ မန္ဒိရေ ဘဇနံ ပြတိဇ္ဉား ပိတၖပုရုၐဂဏၑ္စဲတေၐု သရွွေၐု တေၐာမ် အဓိကာရော'သ္တိ၊
They are Israelites, and to them belong the adoption as sons, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the temple service, and the promises.
5 တတ် ကေဝလံ နဟိ ကိန္တု သရွွာဓျက္ၐး သရွွဒါ သစ္စိဒါနန္ဒ ဤၑွရော ယး ခြီၐ္ဋး သော'ပိ ၑာရီရိကသမ္ဗန္ဓေန တေၐာံ ဝံၑသမ္ဘဝး၊ (aiōn g165)
To them belong the patriarchs, and from them, according to the flesh, came the Christ, who is God over all, blessed forever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
6 ဤၑွရသျ ဝါကျံ ဝိဖလံ ဇာတမ် ဣတိ နဟိ ယတ္ကာရဏာဒ် ဣသြာယေလော ဝံၑေ ယေ ဇာတာသ္တေ သရွွေ ဝသ္တုတ ဣသြာယေလီယာ န ဘဝန္တိ၊
It is not as though the word of God has failed. For not all Israelites truly belong to Israel,
7 အပရမ် ဣဗြာဟီမော ဝံၑေ ဇာတာ အပိ သရွွေ တသျဲဝ သန္တာနာ န ဘဝန္တိ ကိန္တု ဣသှာကော နာမ္နာ တဝ ဝံၑော ဝိချာတော ဘဝိၐျတိ၊
and not all of Abraham's children are his true descendants, but, “Through Isaac yoʋr descendants will be counted.”
8 အရ္ထာတ် ၑာရီရိကသံသရ္ဂာတ် ဇာတား သန္တာနာ ယာဝန္တသ္တာဝန္တ ဧဝေၑွရသျ သန္တာနာ န ဘဝန္တိ ကိန္တု ပြတိၑြဝဏာဒ် ယေ ဇာယန္တေ တဧဝေၑွရဝံၑော ဂဏျတေ၊
That is, it is not the children of the flesh who are the children of God; rather, the children of the promise are counted as descendants.
9 ယတသ္တတ္ပြတိၑြုတေ ရွာကျမေတတ်, ဧတာဒၖၑေ သမယေ 'ဟံ ပုနရာဂမိၐျာမိ တတ္ပူရွွံ သာရာယား ပုတြ ဧကော ဇနိၐျတေ၊
For this is what God promised: “About this time next year I will come, and Sarah will have a son.”
10 အပရမပိ ဝဒါမိ သွမနော'ဘိလာၐတ ဤၑွရေဏ ယန္နိရူပိတံ တတ် ကရ္မ္မတော နဟိ ကိန္တွာဟွယိတု ရ္ဇာတမေတဒ် ယထာ သိဒ္ဓျတိ
Not only that, but when Rebecca had conceived by one man, our father Isaac,
11 တဒရ္ထံ ရိဗ္ကာနာမိကယာ ယောၐိတာ ဇနဲကသ္မာဒ် အရ္ထာဒ် အသ္မာကမ် ဣသှာကး ပူရွွပုရုၐာဒ် ဂရ္ဘေ ဓၖတေ တသျား သန္တာနယေား ပြသဝါတ် ပူရွွံ ကိဉ္စ တယေား ၑုဘာၑုဘကရ္မ္မဏး ကရဏာတ် ပူရွွံ
though her sons were not yet born and had done nothing good or evil, in order for the purpose of God's choice to stand (not because of works but because of him who calls),
12 တာံ ပြတီဒံ ဝါကျမ် ဥက္တံ, ဇျေၐ္ဌး ကနိၐ္ဌံ သေဝိၐျတေ,
she was told, “The older will serve the younger.”
13 ယထာ လိခိတမ် အာသ္တေ, တထာပျေၐာဝိ န ပြီတွာ ယာကူဗိ ပြီတဝါန် အဟံ၊
As it is written, “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.”
14 တရှိ ဝယံ ကိံ ဗြူမး? ဤၑွရး ကိမ် အနျာယကာရီ? တထာ န ဘဝတု၊
What then shall we say? Is there injustice with God? Certainly not!
15 ယတး သ သွယံ မူသာမ် အဝဒတ်; အဟံ ယသ္မိန် အနုဂြဟံ စိကီရ္ၐာမိ တမေဝါနုဂၖဟ္လာမိ, ယဉ္စ ဒယိတုမ် ဣစ္ဆာမိ တမေဝ ဒယေ၊
For he says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.”
16 အတဧဝေစ္ဆတာ ယတမာနေန ဝါ မာနဝေန တန္န သာဓျတေ ဒယာကာရိဏေၑွရေဏဲဝ သာဓျတေ၊
So then, it does not depend on human will or effort, but on God's mercy.
17 ဖိရော်ဏိ ၑာသ္တြေ လိခတိ, အဟံ တွဒ္ဒွါရာ မတ္ပရာကြမံ ဒရ္ၑယိတုံ သရွွပၖထိဝျာံ နိဇနာမ ပြကာၑယိတုဉ္စ တွာံ သ္ထာပိတဝါန်၊
For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, “I have raised yoʋ up for the very purpose of showing my power in yoʋ, so that my name might be declared in all the earth.”
18 အတး သ ယမ် အနုဂြဟီတုမ် ဣစ္ဆတိ တမေဝါနုဂၖဟ္လာတိ, ယဉ္စ နိဂြဟီတုမ် ဣစ္ဆတိ တံ နိဂၖဟ္လာတိ၊
So then, God has mercy on whom he wants to have mercy, and he hardens whom he wants to harden.
19 ယဒိ ဝဒသိ တရှိ သ ဒေါၐံ ကုတော ဂၖဟ္လာတိ? တဒီယေစ္ဆာယား ပြတိဗန္ဓကတွံ ကရ္တ္တံ ကသျ သာမရ္ထျံ ဝိဒျတေ?
Yoʋ will say to me then, “Why does he still find fault? For who can resist his will?”
20 ဟေ ဤၑွရသျ ပြတိပက္ၐ မရ္တျ တွံ ကး? ဧတာဒၖၑံ မာံ ကုတး သၖၐ္ဋဝါန်? ဣတိ ကထာံ သၖၐ္ဋဝသ္တု သြၐ္ဋြေ ကိံ ကထယိၐျတိ?
On the contrary, O man, who are yoʋ to answer back to God? Shall the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why did yoʋ make me like this?”
21 ဧကသ္မာန် မၖတ္ပိဏ္ဍာဒ် ဥတ္ကၖၐ္ဋာပကၖၐ္ဋော် ဒွိဝိဓော် ကလၑော် ကရ္တ္တုံ ကိံ ကုလာလသျ သာမရ္ထျံ နာသ္တိ?
Does the potter not have a right over the clay, to make out of the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for dishonorable use?
22 ဤၑွရး ကောပံ ပြကာၑယိတုံ နိဇၑက္တိံ ဇ္ဉာပယိတုဉ္စေစ္ဆန် ယဒိ ဝိနာၑသျ ယောဂျာနိ ကြောဓဘာဇနာနိ ပြတိ ဗဟုကာလံ ဒီရ္ဃသဟိၐ္ဏုတာမ် အာၑြယတိ;
What if God, although willing to show his wrath and to make his power known, endured with much patience vessels of wrath fitted for destruction,
23 အပရဉ္စ ဝိဘဝပြာပ္တျရ္ထံ ပူရွွံ နိယုက္တာနျနုဂြဟပါတြာဏိ ပြတိ နိဇဝိဘဝသျ ဗာဟုလျံ ပြကာၑယိတုံ ကေဝလယိဟူဒိနာံ နဟိ ဘိန္နဒေၑိနာမပိ မဓျာဒ္
in order to make known the riches of his glory upon vessels of mercy that he has prepared in advance for glory,
24 အသ္မာနိဝ တာနျာဟွယတိ တတြ တဝ ကိံ?
namely us whom he has called, not from the Jews only but also from the Gentiles?
25 ဟောၑေယဂြန္ထေ ယထာ လိခိတမ် အာသ္တေ, ယော လောကော မမ နာသီတ် တံ ဝဒိၐျာမိ မဒီယကံ၊ ယာ ဇာတိ ရ္မေ'ပြိယာ စာသီတ် တာံ ဝဒိၐျာမျဟံ ပြိယာံ၊
As he says in Hosea, “Those who were ‘not my people’ I will call ‘my people,’ and those who were ‘not beloved’ I will call ‘beloved.’
26 ယူယံ မဒီယလောကာ န ယတြေတိ ဝါကျမော်စျတ၊ အမရေၑသျ သန္တာနာ ဣတိ ချာသျန္တိ တတြ တေ၊
And in the place where it was said to them, ‘You are not my people,’ there they will be called ‘sons of the living God.’”
27 ဣသြာယေလီယလောကေၐု ယိၑာယိယော'ပိ ဝါစမေတာံ ပြာစာရယတ်, ဣသြာယေလီယဝံၑာနာံ ယာ သံချာ သာ တု နိၑ္စိတံ၊ သမုဒြသိကတာသံချာသမာနာ ယဒိ ဇာယတေ၊ တထာပိ ကေဝလံ လောကဲရလ္ပဲသ္တြာဏံ ဝြဇိၐျတေ၊
And Isaiah cries out concerning Israel, “Though the number of the sons of Israel be as the sand of the sea, only the remnant will be saved.
28 ယတော နျာယေန သွံ ကရ္မ္မ ပရေၑး သာဓယိၐျတိ၊ ဒေၑေ သဧဝ သံက္ၐေပါန္နိဇံ ကရ္မ္မ ကရိၐျတိ၊
For the Lord will settle the matter swiftly and justly; his sentence will be executed upon the earth without delay.”
29 ယိၑာယိယော'ပရမပိ ကထယာမာသ, သဲနျာဓျက္ၐပရေၑေန စေတ် ကိဉ္စိန္နောဒၑိၐျတ၊ တဒါ ဝယံ သိဒေါမေဝါဘဝိၐျာမ ဝိနိၑ္စိတံ၊ ယဒွါ ဝယမ် အမောရာယာ အဂမိၐျာမ တုလျတာံ၊
And just as Isaiah foretold, “If the Lord of hosts had not left us any descendants, we would have been like Sodom and become like Gomorrah.”
30 တရှိ ဝယံ ကိံ ဝက္ၐျာမး? ဣတရဒေၑီယာ လောကာ အပိ ပုဏျာရ္ထမ် အယတမာနာ ဝိၑွာသေန ပုဏျမ် အလဘန္တ;
What then shall we say? That Gentiles who were not pursuing righteousness have obtained righteousness, that is, the righteousness that is by faith.
31 ကိန္တွိသြာယေလ္လောကာ ဝျဝသ္ထာပါလနေန ပုဏျာရ္ထံ ယတမာနာသ္တန် နာလဘန္တ၊
But Israel, although they pursued a law of righteousness, did not attain a law of righteousness.
32 တသျ ကိံ ကာရဏံ? တေ ဝိၑွာသေန နဟိ ကိန္တု ဝျဝသ္ထာယား ကြိယယာ စေၐ္ဋိတွာ တသ္မိန် သ္ခလနဇနကေ ပါၐာဏေ ပါဒသ္ခလနံ ပြာပ္တား၊
Why? Because they did not pursue it by faith, but as though it were by works of the law. They stumbled over the stone of stumbling,
33 လိခိတံ ယာဒၖၑမ် အာသ္တေ, ပၑျ ပါဒသ္ခလာရ္ထံ ဟိ သီယောနိ ပြသ္တရန္တထာ၊ ဗာဓာကာရဉ္စ ပါၐာဏံ ပရိသ္ထာပိတဝါနဟမ်၊ ဝိၑွသိၐျတိ ယသ္တတြ သ ဇနော န တြပိၐျတေ၊
as it is written, “Behold, I am placing in Zion a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense, yet no one who believes in him will be put to shame.”
