ရောမိဏး 2

1 ဟေ ပရဒူၐက မနုၐျ ယး ကၑ္စန တွံ ဘဝသိ တဝေါတ္တရဒါနာယ ပန္ထာ နာသ္တိ ယတော ယသ္မာတ် ကရ္မ္မဏး ပရသ္တွယာ ဒူၐျတေ တသ္မာတ် တွမပိ ဒူၐျသေ, ယတသ္တံ ဒူၐယန္နပိ တွံ တဒွဒ် အာစရသိ၊

You are therefore inexcusable, O man, whoever you are, that sits in judgment; for in judging another you are condemning yourself. You, the judge, are habitually practising the very same things.

2 ကိန္တွေတာဒၖဂါစာရိဘျော ယံ ဒဏ္ဍမ် ဤၑွရော နိၑ္စိနောတိ သ ယထာရ္ထ ဣတိ ဝယံ ဇာနီမး၊

"We know that God’s judgment against those who practise such vices is in accord with the truth," you say?

3 အတဧဝ ဟေ မာနုၐ တွံ ယာဒၖဂါစာရိဏော ဒူၐယသိ သွယံ ယဒိ တာဒၖဂါစရသိ တရှိ တွမ် ဤၑွရဒဏ္ဍာတ် ပလာယိတုံ ၑက္ၐျသီတိ ကိံ ဗုဓျသေ?

Very well; and do you suppose, you who judge those that practise such vices, and are doing the very same, that you will elude the judgment of God?

4 အပရံ တဝ မနသး ပရိဝရ္တ္တနံ ကရ္တ္တုမ် ဣၑွရသျာနုဂြဟော ဘဝတိ တန္န ဗုဒ္ဓွာ တွံ ကိံ တဒီယာနုဂြဟက္ၐမာစိရသဟိၐ္ဏုတွနိဓိံ တုစ္ဆီကရောၐိ?

Or do you despise the riches of his kindness and forbearance and long patience? Do you not know that the kindness of God is leading you to repentance?

5 တထာ သွာန္တးကရဏသျ ကဌောရတွာတ် ခေဒရာဟိတျာစ္စေၑွရသျ နျာယျဝိစာရပြကာၑနသျ ကြောဓသျ စ ဒိနံ ယာဝတ် ကိံ သွာရ္ထံ ကောပံ သဉ္စိနောၐိ?

In your hardness and impenitence of heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath on the Day of Wrath, when the righteous judgment of God is revealed.

6 ကိန္တု သ ဧကဲကမနုဇာယ တတ္ကရ္မ္မာနုသာရေဏ ပြတိဖလံ ဒါသျတိ;

For He will render to every man according to his works;

7 ဝသ္တုတသ္တု ယေ ဇနာ ဓဲရျျံ ဓၖတွာ သတ္ကရ္မ္မ ကုရွွန္တော မဟိမာ သတ္ကာရော'မရတွဉ္စဲတာနိ မၖဂယန္တေ တေဘျော'နန္တာယု ရ္ဒာသျတိ၊ (aiōnios g166)

eternal life to those who by patience in well-doing strive for glory and honor and immortality; (aiōnios g166)

8 အပရံ ယေ ဇနား သတျဓရ္မ္မမ် အဂၖဟီတွာ ဝိပရီတဓရ္မ္မမ် ဂၖဟ္လန္တိ တာဒၖၑာ ဝိရောဓိဇနား ကောပံ ကြောဓဉ္စ ဘောက္ၐျန္တေ၊

but anger and wrath upon those who are self-willed and disobey the truth, but obey unrighteousness.

9 အာ ယိဟူဒိနော'နျဒေၑိနး ပရျျန္တံ ယာဝန္တး ကုကရ္မ္မကာရိဏး ပြာဏိနး သန္တိ တေ သရွွေ ဒုးခံ ယာတနာဉ္စ ဂမိၐျန္တိ;

Anguish and calamity will be upon every soul of man who practises evil, upon the Jew first, and also upon the Gentile;

10 ကိန္တု အာ ယိဟူဒိနော ဘိန္နဒေၑိပရျျန္တာ ယာဝန္တး သတ္ကရ္မ္မကာရိဏော လောကား သန္တိ တာန် ပြတိ မဟိမာ သတ္ကာရး ၑာန္တိၑ္စ ဘဝိၐျန္တိ၊

but glory and honor and peace to every man who does good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile.

11 ဤၑွရသျ ဝိစာရေ ပက္ၐပါတော နာသ္တိ၊

For there is no partiality with God.

12 အလဗ္ဓဝျဝသ္ထာၑာသ္တြဲ ရျဲး ပါပါနိ ကၖတာနိ ဝျဝသ္ထာၑာသ္တြာလဗ္ဓတွာနုရူပသ္တေၐာံ ဝိနာၑော ဘဝိၐျတိ; ကိန္တု လဗ္ဓဝျဝသ္ထာၑာသ္တြာ ယေ ပါပါနျကုရွွန် ဝျဝသ္ထာနုသာရာဒေဝ တေၐာံ ဝိစာရော ဘဝိၐျတိ၊

For all who have sinned without law will also perish without law; and all who have sinned under law will be judged by law.

13 ဝျဝသ္ထာၑြောတာရ ဤၑွရသျ သမီပေ နိၐ္ပာပါ ဘဝိၐျန္တီတိ နဟိ ကိန္တု ဝျဝသ္ထာစာရိဏ ဧဝ သပုဏျာ ဘဝိၐျန္တိ၊

For it is not the hearers of law who are righteous in the eyes of God; nay, it is the doers of law who will be accounted righteous.

14 ယတော 'လဗ္ဓဝျဝသ္ထာၑာသ္တြာ ဘိန္နဒေၑီယလောကာ ယဒိ သွဘာဝတော ဝျဝသ္ထာနုရူပါန် အာစာရာန် ကုရွွန္တိ တရှျလဗ္ဓၑာသ္တြား သန္တော'ပိ တေ သွေၐာံ ဝျဝသ္ထာၑာသ္တြမိဝ သွယမေဝ ဘဝန္တိ၊

For when Gentiles, who have no law, obey by natural instinct the commands of the Law, they even though they have no law, are a law to themselves.

15 တေၐာံ မနသိ သာက္ၐိသွရူပေ သတိ တေၐာံ ဝိတရ္ကေၐု စ ကဒါ တာန် ဒေါၐိဏး ကဒါ ဝါ နိရ္ဒောၐာန် ကၖတဝတ္သု တေ သွာန္တရ္လိခိတသျ ဝျဝသ္ထာၑာသ္တြသျ ပြမာဏံ သွယမေဝ ဒဒတိ၊

For they show that the work of the Law is written in their hearts, while their conscience bears them witness, as their reasonings accuse, or it may be defend, them,

16 ယသ္မိန် ဒိနေ မယာ ပြကာၑိတသျ သုသံဝါဒသျာနုသာရာဒ် ဤၑွရော ယီၑုခြီၐ္ဋေန မာနုၐာဏာမ် အန္တးကရဏာနာံ ဂူဎာဘိပြာယာန် ဓၖတွာ ဝိစာရယိၐျတိ တသ္မိန် ဝိစာရဒိနေ တတ် ပြကာၑိၐျတေ၊

in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.

17 ပၑျ တွံ သွယံ ယိဟူဒီတိ ဝိချာတော ဝျဝသ္ထောပရိ ဝိၑွာသံ ကရောၐိ,

Now if you bear the name of a Jew, and rely upon law, and boast yourself in God,

18 ဤၑွရမုဒ္ဒိၑျ သွံ ၑ္လာဃသေ, တထာ ဝျဝသ္ထယာ ၑိက္ၐိတော ဘူတွာ တသျာဘိမတံ ဇာနာသိ, သရွွာသာံ ကထာနာံ သာရံ ဝိဝိံက္ၐေ,

and know his will, and can test the things that differ; if you are instructed out of the Law,

19 အပရံ ဇ္ဉာနသျ သတျတာယာၑ္စာကရသွရူပံ ၑာသ္တြံ မမ သမီပေ ဝိဒျတ အတော 'န္ဓလောကာနာံ မာရ္ဂဒရ္ၑယိတာ

and are confident that you yourself are a darkness,

20 တိမိရသ္ထိတလောကာနာံ မဓျေ ဒီပ္တိသွရူပေါ'ဇ္ဉာနလောကေဘျော ဇ္ဉာနဒါတာ ၑိၑူနာံ ၑိက္ၐယိတာဟမေဝေတိ မနျသေ၊

an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of the young, because you have in the Law the form of knowledge and of the truth - well then, you who are teaching others, do you ever teach yourself?

21 ပရာန် ၑိက္ၐယန် သွယံ သွံ ကိံ န ၑိက္ၐယသိ? ဝသ္တုတၑ္စော်ရျျနိၐေဓဝျဝသ္ထာံ ပြစာရယန် တွံ ကိံ သွယမေဝ စောရယသိ?

You who are preaching that a man should not steal, do you practise theft?

22 တထာ ပရဒါရဂမနံ ပြတိၐေဓန် သွယံ ကိံ ပရဒါရာန် ဂစ္ဆသိ? တထာ တွံ သွယံ ပြတိမာဒွေၐီ သန် ကိံ မန္ဒိရသျ ဒြဝျာဏိ ဟရသိ?

You who keep saying that a man should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who hold idols in abhorrence, are you plundering their temples?

23 ယသ္တွံ ဝျဝသ္ထာံ ၑ္လာဃသေ သ တွံ ကိံ ဝျဝသ္ထာမ် အဝမတျ နေၑွရံ သမ္မနျသေ?

You who are making your boast in the Law, do you habitually dishonor God through your transgressions of the Law?

24 ၑာသ္တြေ ယထာ လိခတိ "ဘိန္နဒေၑိနာံ သမီပေ ယုၐ္မာကံ ဒေါၐာဒ် ဤၑွရသျ နာမ္နော နိန္ဒာ ဘဝတိ၊ "

For the name of God is continually blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you, even as the Scripture itself says.

25 ယဒိ ဝျဝသ္ထာံ ပါလယသိ တရှိ တဝ တွက္ဆေဒကြိယာ သဖလာ ဘဝတိ; ယတိ ဝျဝသ္ထာံ လင်္ဃသေ တရှိ တဝ တွက္ဆေဒေါ'တွက္ဆေဒေါ ဘဝိၐျတိ၊

Circumcision does indeed profit, if you are obedient to the Law; but if you habitually break the Law, your circumcision is become uncircumcision.

26 ယတော ဝျဝသ္ထာၑာသ္တြာဒိၐ္ဋဓရ္မ္မကရ္မ္မာစာရီ ပုမာန် အတွက္ဆေဒီ သန္နပိ ကိံ တွက္ဆေဒိနာံ မဓျေ န ဂဏယိၐျတေ?

So if the uncircumcised keeps the ordinance of the Law, shall not his uncircumcision be reckoned equivalent to circumcision.

27 ကိန္တု လဗ္ဓၑာသ္တြၑ္ဆိန္နတွက် စ တွံ ယဒိ ဝျဝသ္ထာလင်္ဃနံ ကရောၐိ တရှိ ဝျဝသ္ထာပါလကား သွာဘာဝိကာစ္ဆိန္နတွစော လောကာသ္တွာံ ကိံ န ဒူၐယိၐျန္တိ?

And shall not those who are physically uncircumcised, but who keep the Law, condemn you who are a breaker of the Law, although you have a written law and circumcision?

28 တသ္မာဒ် ယော ဗာဟျေ ယိဟူဒီ သ ယိဟူဒီ နဟိ တထာင်္ဂသျ ယသ္တွက္ဆေဒး သ တွက္ဆေဒေါ နဟိ;

For the real Jew is not the man who is one outwardly, and the real circumcision is not outward in the flesh;

29 ကိန္တု ယော ဇန အာန္တရိကော ယိဟူဒီ သ ဧဝ ယိဟူဒီ အပရဉ္စ ကေဝလလိခိတယာ ဝျဝသ္ထယာ န ကိန္တု မာနသိကော ယသ္တွက္ဆေဒေါ ယသျ စ ပြၑံသာ မနုၐျေဘျော န ဘူတွာ ဤၑွရာဒ် ဘဝတိ သ ဧဝ တွက္ဆေဒး၊

but the real Jew is one inwardly, and real circumcision is heart- circumcision, spiritual, not literal, praised not by men, but by God.
