မထိး 15
1 အပရံ ယိရူၑာလမ္နဂရီယား ကတိပယာ အဓျာပကား ဖိရူၑိနၑ္စ ယီၑေား သမီပမာဂတျ ကထယာမာသုး,
Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying,
2 တဝ ၑိၐျား ကိမရ္ထမ် အပြက္ၐာလိတကရဲ ရ္ဘက္ၐိတွာ ပရမ္ပရာဂတံ ပြာစီနာနာံ ဝျဝဟာရံ လငွန္တေ?
Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread.
3 တတော ယီၑုး ပြတျုဝါစ, ယူယံ ပရမ္ပရာဂတာစာရေဏ ကုတ ဤၑွရာဇ္ဉာံ လငွဓွေ၊
But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?
4 ဤၑွရ ဣတျာဇ္ဉာပယတ်, တွံ နိဇပိတရော် သံမနျေထား, ယေန စ နိဇပိတရော် နိန္ဒျေတေ, သ နိၑ္စိတံ မြိယေတ;
For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.
5 ကိန္တု ယူယံ ဝဒထ, ယး သွဇနကံ သွဇနနီံ ဝါ ဝါကျမိဒံ ဝဒတိ, ယုဝါံ မတ္တော ယလ္လဘေထေ, တတ် နျဝိဒျတ,
But ye say, Whosoever shall say to [his] father or [his] mother, [It is] a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me;
6 သ နိဇပိတရော် ပုန ရ္န သံမံသျတေ၊ ဣတ္ထံ ယူယံ ပရမ္ပရာဂတေန သွေၐာမာစာရေဏေၑွရီယာဇ္ဉာံ လုမ္ပထ၊
And honour not his father or his mother, [he shall be free]. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.
7 ရေ ကပဋိနး သရွွေ ယိၑယိယော ယုၐ္မာနဓိ ဘဝိၐျဒွစနာနျေတာနိ သမျဂ် ဥက္တဝါန်၊
[Ye] hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,
8 ဝဒနဲ ရ္မနုဇာ ဧတေ သမာယာန္တိ မဒန္တိကံ၊ တထာဓရဲ ရ္မဒီယဉ္စ မာနံ ကုရွွန္တိ တေ နရား၊
This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with [their] lips; but their heart is far from me.
9 ကိန္တု တေၐာံ မနော မတ္တော ဝိဒူရဧဝ တိၐ္ဌတိ၊ ၑိက္ၐယန္တော ဝိဓီန် နြာဇ္ဉာ ဘဇန္တေ မာံ မုဓဲဝ တေ၊
But in vain they do worship me, teaching [for] doctrines the commandments of men.
10 တတော ယီၑု ရ္လောကာန် အာဟူယ ပြောက္တဝါန်, ယူယံ ၑြုတွာ ဗုဓျဓ္ဗံ၊
And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:
11 ယန္မုခံ ပြဝိၑတိ, တတ် မနုဇမ် အမေဓျံ န ကရောတိ, ကိန္တု ယဒါသျာတ် နိရ္ဂစ္ဆတိ, တဒေဝ မာနုၐမမေဓျီ ကရောတီ၊
Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
12 တဒါနီံ ၑိၐျာ အာဂတျ တသ္မဲ ကထယာဉ္စကြုး, ဧတာံ ကထာံ ၑြုတွာ ဖိရူၑိနော ဝျရဇျန္တ, တတ် ကိံ ဘဝတာ ဇ္ဉာယတေ?
Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?
13 သ ပြတျဝဒတ်, မမ သွရ္ဂသ္ထး ပိတာ ယံ ကဉ္စိဒင်္ကုရံ နာရောပယတ်, သ ဥတ္ပာဝ္ဒျတေ၊
But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.
14 တေ တိၐ္ဌန္တု, တေ အန္ဓမနုဇာနာမ် အန္ဓမာရ္ဂဒရ္ၑကာ ဧဝ; ယဒျန္ဓော'န္ဓံ ပန္ထာနံ ဒရ္ၑယတိ, တရှျုဘော် ဂရ္တ္တေ ပတတး၊
Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.
15 တဒါ ပိတရသ္တံ ပြတျဝဒတ်, ဒၖၐ္ဋာန္တမိမမသ္မာန် ဗောဓယတု၊
Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable.
16 ယီၑုနာ ပြောက္တံ, ယူယမဒျ ယာဝတ် ကိမဗောဓား သ္ထ?
And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?
17 ကထာမိမာံ ကိံ န ဗုဓျဓ္ဗေ? ယဒါသျံ ပြေဝိၑတိ, တဒ် ဥဒရေ ပတန် ဗဟိရ္နိရျာတိ,
Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?
18 ကိန္တွာသျာဒ် ယန္နိရျာတိ, တဒ် အန္တးကရဏာတ် နိရျာတတွာတ် မနုဇမမေဓျံ ကရောတိ၊
But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.
19 ယတော'န္တးကရဏာတ် ကုစိန္တာ ဗဓး ပါရဒါရိကတာ ဝေၑျာဂမနံ စဲရျျံ မိထျာသာက္ၐျမ် ဤၑွရနိန္ဒာ စဲတာနိ သရွွာဏိ နိရျျာန္တိ၊
For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:
20 ဧတာနိ မနုၐျမပဝိတြီ ကုရွွန္တိ ကိန္တွပြက္ၐာလိတကရေဏ ဘောဇနံ မနုဇမမေဓျံ န ကရောတိ၊
These are [the things] which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.
21 အနန္တရံ ယီၑုသ္တသ္မာတ် သ္ထာနာတ် ပြသ္ထာယ သောရသီဒေါန္နဂရယေား သီမာမုပတသျော်၊
Then Jesus went thence, and departed into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon.
22 တဒါ တတ္သီမာတး ကာစိတ် ကိနာနီယာ ယောၐိဒ် အာဂတျ တမုစ္စဲရုဝါစ, ဟေ ပြဘော ဒါယူဒး သန္တာန, မမဲကာ ဒုဟိတာသ္တေ သာ ဘူတဂြသ္တာ သတီ မဟာက္လေၑံ ပြာပ္နောတိ မမ ဒယသွ၊
And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, [thou] Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.
23 ကိန္တု ယီၑုသ္တာံ ကိမပိ နောက္တဝါန်, တတး ၑိၐျာ အာဂတျ တံ နိဝေဒယာမာသုး, ဧၐာ ယောၐိဒ် အသ္မာကံ ပၑ္စာဒ် ဥစ္စဲရာဟူယာဂစ္ဆတိ, ဧနာံ ဝိသၖဇတု၊
But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
24 တဒါ သ ပြတျဝဒတ်, ဣသြာယေလ္ဂောတြသျ ဟာရိတမေၐာန် ဝိနာ ကသျာပျနျသျ သမီပံ နာဟံ ပြေၐိတောသ္မိ၊
But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
25 တတး သာ နာရီသမာဂတျ တံ ပြဏမျ ဇဂါဒ, ဟေ ပြဘော မာမုပကုရု၊
Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.
26 သ ဥက္တဝါန်, ဗာလကာနာံ ဘက္ၐျမာဒါယ သာရမေယေဘျော ဒါနံ နောစိတံ၊
But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast [it] to dogs.
27 တဒါ သာ ဗဘာၐေ, ဟေ ပြဘော, တတ် သတျံ, တထာပိ ပြဘော ရ္ဘဉ္စာဒ် ယဒုစ္ဆိၐ္ဋံ ပတတိ, တတ် သာရမေယား ခါဒန္တိ၊
And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.
28 တတော ယီၑုး ပြတျဝဒတ်, ဟေ ယောၐိတ်, တဝ ဝိၑွာသော မဟာန် တသ္မာတ် တဝ မနောဘိလၐိတံ သိဒျျတု, တေန တသျား ကနျာ တသ္မိန္နေဝ ဒဏ္ဍေ နိရာမယာဘဝတ်၊
Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great [is] thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
29 အနန္တရံ ယီၑသ္တသ္မာတ် သ္ထာနာတ် ပြသ္ထာယ ဂါလီလ္သာဂရသျ သန္နိဓိမာဂတျ ဓရာဓရမာရုဟျ တတြောပဝိဝေၑ၊
And Jesus departed from thence, and came nigh unto the sea of Galilee; and went up into a mountain, and sat down there.
30 ပၑ္စာတ် ဇနနိဝဟော ဗဟူန် ခဉ္စာန္ဓမူကၑုၐ္ကကရမာနုၐာန် အာဒါယ ယီၑေား သမီပမာဂတျ တစ္စရဏာန္တိကေ သ္ထာပယာမာသုး, တတး သာ တာန် နိရာမယာန် အကရောတ်၊
And great multitudes came unto him, having with them [those that were] lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus’ feet; and he healed them:
31 ဣတ္ထံ မူကာ ဝါကျံ ဝဒန္တိ, ၑုၐ္ကကရား သွာသ္ထျမာယာန္တိ, ပင်္ဂဝေါ ဂစ္ဆန္တိ, အန္ဓာ ဝီက္ၐန္တေ, ဣတိ ဝိလောကျ လောကာ ဝိသ္မယံ မနျမာနာ ဣသြာယေလ ဤၑွရံ ဓနျံ ဗဘာၐိရေ၊
Insomuch that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel.
32 တဒါနီံ ယီၑုး သွၑိၐျာန် အာဟူယ ဂဒိတဝါန်, ဧတဇ္ဇနနိဝဟေၐု မမ ဒယာ ဇာယတေ, ဧတေ ဒိနတြယံ မယာ သာကံ သန္တိ, ဧၐာံ ဘက္ၐျဝသ္တု စ ကဉ္စိဒပိ နာသ္တိ, တသ္မာဒဟမေတာနကၖတာဟာရာန် န ဝိသြက္ၐျာမိ, တထာတွေ ဝရ္တ္မမဓျေ က္လာမျေၐုး၊
Then Jesus called his disciples [unto him], and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way.
33 တဒါ ၑိၐျာ ဦစုး, ဧတသ္မိန် ပြာန္တရမဓျ ဧတာဝတော မရ္တျာန် တရ္ပယိတုံ ဝယံ ကုတြ ပူပါန် ပြာပ္သျာမး?
And his disciples say unto him, Whence should we have so much bread in the wilderness, as to fill so great a multitude?
34 ယီၑုရပၖစ္ဆတ်, ယုၐ္မာကံ နိကဋေ ကတိ ပူပါ အာသတေ? တ ဦစုး, သပ္တပူပါ အလ္ပား က္ၐုဒြမီနာၑ္စ သန္တိ၊
And Jesus saith unto them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven, and a few little fishes.
35 တဒါနီံ သ လောကနိဝဟံ ဘူမာဝုပဝေၐ္ဋုမ် အာဒိၑျ
And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground.
36 တာန် သပ္တပူပါန် မီနာံၑ္စ ဂၖဟ္လန် ဤၑွရီယဂုဏာန် အနူဒျ ဘံက္တွာ ၑိၐျေဘျော ဒဒေါ်, ၑိၐျာ လောကေဘျော ဒဒုး၊
And he took the seven loaves and the fishes, and gave thanks, and brake [them], and gave to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
37 တတး သရွွေ ဘုက္တွာ တၖပ္တဝန္တး; တဒဝၑိၐ္ဋဘက္ၐျေဏ သပ္တဍလကာန် ပရိပူရျျ သံဇဂၖဟုး၊
And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the broken [meat] that was left seven baskets full.
38 တေ ဘောက္တာရော ယောၐိတော ဗာလကာံၑ္စ ဝိဟာယ ပြာယေဏ စတုးသဟသြာဏိ ပုရုၐာ အာသန်၊
And they that did eat were four thousand men, beside women and children.
39 တတး ပရံ သ ဇနနိဝဟံ ဝိသၖဇျ တရိမာရုဟျ မဂ္ဒလာပြဒေၑံ ဂတဝါန်၊
And he sent away the multitude, and took ship, and came into the coasts of Magdala.
