ယောဟနး 5
1 တတး ပရံ ယိဟူဒီယာနာမ် ဥတ္သဝ ဥပသ္ထိတေ ယီၑု ရျိရူၑာလမံ ဂတဝါန်၊
After these things, there was a Judean [Person from Praise] festival, and Yeshua [Salvation] went up to Jerusalem [City of peace].
2 တသ္မိန္နဂရေ မေၐနာမ္နော ဒွါရသျ သမီပေ ဣဗြီယဘာၐယာ ဗဲထေသ္ဒာ နာမ္နာ ပိၐ္ကရိဏီ ပဉ္စဃဋ္ဋယုက္တာသီတ်၊
Now in Jerusalem [City of peace] by the sheep gate, there is a pool with five pourches, which is called in Hebrew [Immigrant], “Bethesda [House of mercy]”.
3 တသျာသ္တေၐု ဃဋ္ဋေၐု ကိလာလကမ္ပနမ် အပေက္ၐျ အန္ဓခဉ္စၑုၐ္ကာင်္ဂါဒယော ဗဟဝေါ ရောဂိဏး ပတန္တသ္တိၐ္ဌန္တိ သ္မ၊
In these lay a great multitude of those who were sick, blind, lame, or paralyzed, waiting for the moving of the water;
4 ယတော ဝိၑေၐကာလေ တသျ သရသော ဝါရိ သွရ္ဂီယဒူတ ဧတျာကမ္ပယတ် တတ္ကီလာလကမ္ပနာတ် ပရံ ယး ကၑ္စိဒ် ရောဂီ ပြထမံ ပါနီယမဝါရောဟတ် သ ဧဝ တတ္က္ၐဏာဒ် ရောဂမုက္တော'ဘဝတ်၊
for an angel went down at certain times into the pool, and stirred up the water. Whoever stepped in first after the stirring of the water was healed of whatever disease he had.
5 တဒါၐ္ဋာတြိံၑဒွရ္ၐာဏိ ယာဝဒ် ရောဂဂြသ္တ ဧကဇနသ္တသ္မိန် သ္ထာနေ သ္ထိတဝါန်၊
A certain man was there, who had been sick for thirty-eight years.
6 ယီၑုသ္တံ ၑယိတံ ဒၖၐ္ဋွာ ဗဟုကာလိကရောဂီတိ ဇ္ဉာတွာ ဝျာဟၖတဝါန် တွံ ကိံ သွသ္ထော ဗုဘူၐသိ?
When Yeshua [Salvation] saw him lying there, and knew that he had been sick for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to be made well?”
7 တတော ရောဂီ ကထိတဝါန် ဟေ မဟေစ္ဆ ယဒါ ကီလာလံ ကမ္ပတေ တဒါ မာံ ပုၐ္ကရိဏီမ် အဝရောဟယိတုံ မမ ကောပိ နာသ္တိ, တသ္မာန် မမ ဂမနကာလေ ကၑ္စိဒနျော'ဂြော ဂတွာ အဝရောဟတိ၊
The sick man answered him, “Sir, I have no one to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up, but while I’m coming, another steps down before me.”
8 တဒါ ယီၑုရကထယဒ် ဥတ္တိၐ္ဌ, တဝ ၑယျာမုတ္တောလျ ဂၖဟီတွာ ယာဟိ၊
Yeshua [Salvation] said to him, “Arise, take up your mat, and walk.”
9 သ တတ္က္ၐဏာတ် သွသ္ထော ဘူတွာ ၑယျာမုတ္တောလျာဒါယ ဂတဝါန် ကိန္တု တဒ္ဒိနံ ဝိၑြာမဝါရး၊
Immediately, the man was made well, and took up his mat and walked. Now it was the Sabbath ·To cease· on that day.
10 တသ္မာဒ် ယိဟူဒီယား သွသ္ထံ နရံ ဝျာဟရန် အဒျ ဝိၑြာမဝါရေ ၑယနီယမာဒါယ န ယာတဝျမ်၊
So the Jews [Praisers] said to him who was cured, “It is the Sabbath ·To cease·! It is against Torah ·Teaching· for you to carry your mat!”
11 တတး သ ပြတျဝေါစဒ် ယော မာံ သွသ္ထမ် အကာရ္ၐီတ် ၑယနီယမ် ဥတ္တောလျာဒါယ ယာတုံ မာံ သ ဧဝါဒိၑတ်၊
He answered them, “He who made me well, the same said to me, ‘Take up your mat, and walk.’”
12 တဒါ တေ'ပၖစ္ဆန် ၑယနီယမ် ဥတ္တောလျာဒါယ ယာတုံ ယ အာဇ္ဉာပယတ် သ ကး?
Then they asked him, “Who is the man who said to you, ‘Take up your mat, and walk’?”
13 ကိန္တု သ က ဣတိ သွသ္ထီဘူတော နာဇာနာဒ် ယတသ္တသ္မိန် သ္ထာနေ ဇနတာသတ္တွာဒ် ယီၑုး သ္ထာနာန္တရမ် အာဂမတ်၊
But he who was healed didn’t know who it was, for Yeshua [Salvation] had withdrawn, a crowd being in the place.
14 တတး ပရံ ယေၑု ရ္မန္ဒိရေ တံ နရံ သာက္ၐာတ္ပြာပျာကထယတ် ပၑျေဒါနီမ် အနာမယော ဇာတောသိ ယထာဓိကာ ဒုရ္ဒၑာ န ဃဋတေ တဒ္ဓေတေား ပါပံ ကရ္မ္မ ပုနရ္မာကာရ္ၐီး၊
Afterward Yeshua [Salvation] found him in the temple, and said to him, “Behold, you are made well. Sin no more, so that nothing worse happens to you.”
15 တတး သ ဂတွာ ယိဟူဒီယာန် အဝဒဒ် ယီၑု ရ္မာမ် အရောဂိဏမ် အကာရ္ၐီတ်၊
The man went away, and told the Jews [Praisers] that it was Yeshua [Salvation] who had made him well.
16 တတော ယီၑု ရွိၑြာမဝါရေ ကရ္မ္မေဒၖၑံ ကၖတဝါန် ဣတိ ဟေတော ရျိဟူဒီယာသ္တံ တာဍယိတွာ ဟန္တုမ် အစေၐ္ဋန္တ၊
For this cause the Jews [Praisers] persecuted Yeshua [Salvation], and sought to kill him, because he did these things on the Sabbath ·To cease·.
17 ယီၑုသ္တာနာချတ် မမ ပိတာ ယတ် ကာရျျံ ကရောတိ တဒနုရူပမ် အဟမပိ ကရောတိ၊
But Yeshua [Salvation] answered them, “'Avi [My Father] is still working, so I am working, too.”
18 တတော ယိဟူဒီယာသ္တံ ဟန္တုံ ပုနရယတန္တ ယတော ဝိၑြာမဝါရံ နာမနျတ တဒေဝ ကေဝလံ န အဓိကန္တု ဤၑွရံ သွပိတရံ ပြောစျ သွမပီၑွရတုလျံ ကၖတဝါန်၊
For this cause therefore the Jews [Praisers] sought all the more to kill him, because he not only broke the Sabbath ·To cease·, but also called God 'Aviv ·his Father·, making himself equal with God.
19 ပၑ္စာဒ် ယီၑုရဝဒဒ် ယုၐ္မာနဟံ ယထာရ္ထတရံ ဝဒါမိ ပုတြး ပိတရံ ယဒျတ် ကရ္မ္မ ကုရွွန္တံ ပၑျတိ တဒတိရိက္တံ သွေစ္ဆာတး ကိမပိ ကရ္မ္မ ကရ္တ္တုံ န ၑက္နောတိ၊ ပိတာ ယတ် ကရောတိ ပုတြောပိ တဒေဝ ကရောတိ၊
Yeshua [Salvation] therefore answered them, “Most certainly, I tell you, the Son can do nothing of himself, but what he sees Abba ·Father· doing. For whatever things he does, these the Son also does likewise.
20 ပိတာ ပုတြေ သ္နေဟံ ကရောတိ တသ္မာတ် သွယံ ယဒျတ် ကရ္မ္မ ကရောတိ တတ္သရွွံ ပုတြံ ဒရ္ၑယတိ; ယထာ စ ယုၐ္မာကံ အာၑ္စရျျဇ္ဉာနံ ဇနိၐျတေ တဒရ္ထမ် ဣတောပိ မဟာကရ္မ္မ တံ ဒရ္ၑယိၐျတိ၊
For Abba ·Father· has phileo ·affectionate love, high regard· for the Son, and shows him all things that he himself does. He will show him greater works than these, that you may marvel.
21 ဝသ္တုတသ္တု ပိတာ ယထာ ပြမိတာန် ဥတ္ထာပျ သဇိဝါန် ကရောတိ တဒွတ် ပုတြောပိ ယံ ယံ ဣစ္ဆတိ တံ တံ သဇီဝံ ကရောတိ၊
For as Abba ·Father· raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son also gives life to whom he desires.
22 သရွွေ ပိတရံ ယထာ သတ္ကုရွွန္တိ တထာ ပုတြမပိ သတ္ကာရယိတုံ ပိတာ သွယံ ကသျာပိ ဝိစာရမကၖတွာ သရွွဝိစာရာဏာံ ဘာရံ ပုတြေ သမရ္ပိတဝါန်၊
For the Abba ·Father· judges no one, but he has given all judgment to the Son,
23 ယး ပုတြံ သတ် ကရောတိ သ တသျ ပြေရကမပိ သတ် ကရောတိ၊
that all may honor the Son, even as they honor haAbba ·the Father·. He who does not honor the Son does not honor haAbba ·the Father· who sent him.
24 ယုၐ္မာနာဟံ ယထာရ္ထတရံ ဝဒါမိ ယော ဇနော မမ ဝါကျံ ၑြုတွာ မတ္ပြေရကေ ဝိၑွသိတိ သောနန္တာယုး ပြာပ္နောတိ ကဒါပိ ဒဏ္ဍဗာဇနံ န ဘဝတိ နိဓနာဒုတ္ထာယ ပရမာယုး ပြာပ္နောတိ၊ (aiōnios g166)
“Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word, and believes him who sent me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life. (aiōnios g166)
25 အဟံ ယုၐ္မာနတိယထာရ္ထံ ဝဒါမိ ယဒါ မၖတာ ဤၑွရပုတြသျ နိနာဒံ ၑြောၐျန္တိ ယေ စ ၑြောၐျန္တိ တေ သဇီဝါ ဘဝိၐျန္တိ သမယ ဧတာဒၖၑ အာယာတိ ဝရမ် ဣဒါနီမပျုပတိၐ္ဌတိ၊
Most certainly, I tell you, the hour comes, and now is, when the dead will hear the Ben-Elohim ·Son of Elohim God·’s voice; and those who hear will live.
26 ပိတာ ယထာ သွယဉ္ဇီဝီ တထာ ပုတြာယ သွယဉ္ဇီဝိတွာဓိကာရံ ဒတ္တဝါန်၊
For as Abba Father has life in himself, even so he gave to the Son also to have life in himself.
27 သ မနုၐျပုတြး ဧတသ္မာတ် ကာရဏာတ် ပိတာ ဒဏ္ဍကရဏာဓိကာရမပိ တသ္မိန် သမရ္ပိတဝါန်၊
He also gave him authority to execute judgment, because he is a son of man.
28 ဧတဒရ္ထေ ယူယမ် အာၑ္စရျျံ န မနျဓွံ ယတော ယသ္မိန် သမယေ တသျ နိနာဒံ ၑြုတွာ ၑ္မၑာနသ္ထား သရွွေ ဗဟိရာဂမိၐျန္တိ သမယ ဧတာဒၖၑ ဥပသ္ထာသျတိ၊
Don’t marvel at this, for the hour comes, in which all that are in the tombs will hear his voice,
29 တသ္မာဒ် ယေ သတ္ကရ္မ္မာဏိ ကၖတဝန္တသ္တ ဥတ္ထာယ အာယုး ပြာပ္သျန္တိ ယေ စ ကုကရ္မာဏိ ကၖတဝန္တသ္တ ဥတ္ထာယ ဒဏ္ဍံ ပြာပ္သျန္တိ၊
and will come out; those who have done good, to the resurrection of life; and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment.
30 အဟံ သွယံ ကိမပိ ကရ္တ္တုံ န ၑက္နောမိ ယထာ ၑုဏောမိ တထာ ဝိစာရယာမိ မမ ဝိစာရဉ္စ နျာယျး ယတောဟံ သွီယာဘီၐ္ဋံ နေဟိတွာ မတ္ပြေရယိတုး ပိတုရိၐ္ဋမ် ဤဟေ၊
I can of myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge, and my judgment is upright; because I don’t seek my own will, but the will of 'Avi ·my Father· who sent me.
31 ယဒိ သွသ္မိန် သွယံ သာက္ၐျံ ဒဒါမိ တရှိ တတ္သာက္ၐျမ် အာဂြာဟျံ ဘဝတိ;
“If I testify about myself, my witness is not valid.
32 ကိန္တု မဒရ္ထေ'ပရော ဇနး သာက္ၐျံ ဒဒါတိ မဒရ္ထေ တသျ ယတ် သာက္ၐျံ တတ် သတျမ် ဧတဒပျဟံ ဇာနာမိ၊
It is another who testifies about me. I know that the testimony which he testifies about me is true.
33 ယုၐ္မာဘိ ရျောဟနံ ပြတိ လောကေၐု ပြေရိတေၐု သ သတျကထာယာံ သာက္ၐျမဒဒါတ်၊
You have sent to John [Yah is gracious], and he has testified to the truth.
34 မာနုၐာဒဟံ သာက္ၐျံ နောပေက္ၐေ တထာပိ ယူယံ ယထာ ပရိတြယဓွေ တဒရ္ထမ် ဣဒံ ဝါကျံ ဝဒါမိ၊
But the testimony which I receive is not from man. However, I say these things that you may be saved.
35 ယောဟန် ဒေဒီပျမာနော ဒီပ ဣဝ တေဇသွီ သ္ထိတဝါန် ယူယမ် အလ္ပကာလံ တသျ ဒီပ္တျာနန္ဒိတုံ သမမနျဓွံ၊
He was the burning and shining lamp, and you were willing to rejoice for a while in his light.
36 ကိန္တု တတ္ပြမာဏာဒပိ မမ ဂုရုတရံ ပြမာဏံ ဝိဒျတေ ပိတာ မာံ ပြေၐျ ယဒျတ် ကရ္မ္မ သမာပယိတုံ ၑက္တ္တိမဒဒါတ် မယာ ကၖတံ တတ္တတ် ကရ္မ္မ မဒရ္ထေ ပြမာဏံ ဒဒါတိ၊
But the testimony which I have is greater than that of John [Yah is gracious], for the works which Abba Father gave me to accomplish, the very works that I do, testify about me, that the Abba ·Father· has sent me.
37 ယး ပိတာ မာံ ပြေရိတဝါန် မောပိ မဒရ္ထေ ပြမာဏံ ဒဒါတိ၊ တသျ ဝါကျံ ယုၐ္မာဘိး ကဒါပိ န ၑြုတံ တသျ ရူပဉ္စ န ဒၖၐ္ဋံ
Abba ·Father· himself, who sent me, has testified about me. You have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his form.
38 တသျ ဝါကျဉ္စ ယုၐ္မာကမ် အန္တး ကဒါပိ သ္ထာနံ နာပ္နောတိ ယတး သ ယံ ပြေၐိတဝါန် ယူယံ တသ္မိန် န ဝိၑွသိထ၊
You don’t have his word living in you; because you don’t believe him whom he sent.
39 ဓရ္မ္မပုသ္တကာနိ ယူယမ် အာလောစယဓွံ တဲ ရွာကျဲရနန္တာယုး ပြာပ္သျာမ ဣတိ ယူယံ ဗုဓျဓွေ တဒ္ဓရ္မ္မပုသ္တကာနိ မဒရ္ထေ ပြမာဏံ ဒဒတိ၊ (aiōnios g166)
“You search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and these are they which testify about me. (aiōnios g166)
40 တထာပိ ယူယံ ပရမာယုးပြာပ္တယေ မမ သံနိဓိမ် န ဇိဂမိၐထ၊
Yet you will not come to me, that you may have life.
41 အဟံ မာနုၐေဘျး သတ္ကာရံ န ဂၖဟ္လာမိ၊
I don’t receive glory from men.
42 အဟံ ယုၐ္မာန် ဇာနာမိ; ယုၐ္မာကမန္တရ ဤၑွရပြေမ နာသ္တိ၊
But I know you, that you don’t have God’s agape ·unconditional love· in yourselves.
43 အဟံ နိဇပိတု ရ္နာမ္နာဂတောသ္မိ တထာပိ မာံ န ဂၖဟ္လီထ ကိန္တု ကၑ္စိဒ် ယဒိ သွနာမ္နာ သမာဂမိၐျတိ တရှိ တံ ဂြဟီၐျထ၊
I have come in 'Avi ·my Father·’s name, and you don’t receive me. If another comes in his own name, you will receive him.
44 ယူယမ် ဤၑွရာတ် သတ္ကာရံ န စိၐ္ဋတွာ ကေဝလံ ပရသ္ပရံ သတ္ကာရမ် စေဒ် အာဒဓွွေ တရှိ ကထံ ဝိၑွသိတုံ ၑက္နုထ?
How can you believe, who receive glory from one another, and you don’t seek the glory that comes from the only God?
45 ပုတုး သမီပေ'ဟံ ယုၐ္မာန် အပဝဒိၐျာမီတိ မာ စိန္တယတ ယသ္မိန်, ယသ္မိန် ယုၐ္မာကံ ဝိၑွသး သဧဝ မူသာ ယုၐ္မာန် အပဝဒတိ၊
“Don’t think that I will accuse you to Abba Father. There is one who accuses you, even Moses [Drawn out], on whom you have set your hope.
46 ယဒိ ယူယံ တသ္မိန် ဝျၑွသိၐျတ တရှိ မယျပိ ဝျၑွသိၐျတ, ယတ် သ မယိ လိခိတဝါန်၊
For if you believed Moses [Drawn out], you would believe me; for he wrote about me.
47 တတော ယဒိ တေန လိခိတဝါနိ န ပြတိထ တရှိ မမ ဝါကျာနိ ကထံ ပြတျေၐျထ?
But if you don’t believe his writings, how will you believe my words?”
