ဣဗြိဏး 12
1 အတော ဟေတောရေတာဝတ္သာက္ၐိမေဃဲ ရွေၐ္ဋိတား သန္တော ဝယမပိ သရွွဘာရမ် အာၑုဗာဓကံ ပါပဉ္စ နိက္ၐိပျာသ္မာကံ ဂမနာယ နိရူပိတေ မာရ္ဂေ ဓဲရျျေဏ ဓာဝါမ၊
Wherefore we also, having all these witnesses, who as clouds encompass us, will set ourselves loose from every weight, and the sin which at all time is prepared for us, and with perseverance will we run this race which is appointed to us.
2 ယၑ္စာသ္မာကံ ဝိၑွာသသျာဂြေသရး သိဒ္ဓိကရ္တ္တာ စာသ္တိ တံ ယီၑုံ ဝီက္ၐာမဟဲ ယတး သ သွသမ္မုခသ္ထိတာနန္ဒသျ ပြာပ္တျရ္ထမ် အပမာနံ တုစ္ဆီကၖတျ ကြုၑသျ ယာတနာံ သောဎဝါန် ဤၑွရီယသိံဟာသနသျ ဒက္ၐိဏပါရ္ၑွေ သမုပဝိၐ္ဋဝါံၑ္စ၊
And let us look unto Jeshu, who hath become the chief and the perfecter of our faith; who, for the joy that was before him, endured the cross, and unto shame delivered himself, and at the right hand of the throne of Aloha hath sat down.
3 ယး ပါပိဘိး သွဝိရုဒ္ဓမ် ဧတာဒၖၑံ ဝဲပရီတျံ သောဎဝါန် တမ် အာလောစယတ တေန ယူယံ သွမနးသု ၑြာန္တား က္လာန္တာၑ္စ န ဘဝိၐျထ၊
Consider, therefore, how much he endured from sinners who were adversaries to themselves, that ye weary not, nor fail in your souls.
4 ယူယံ ပါပေန သဟ ယုဓျန္တော'ဒျာပိ ၑောဏိတဝျယပရျျန္တံ ပြတိရောဓံ နာကုရုတ၊
Not yet have ye come unto blood in the conflict which is against sin.
5 တထာ စ ပုတြာန် ပြတီဝ ယုၐ္မာန် ပြတိ ယ ဥပဒေၑ ဥက္တသ္တံ ကိံ ဝိသ္မၖတဝန္တး? "ပရေၑေန ကၖတာံ ၑာသ္တိံ ဟေ မတ္ပုတြ န တုစ္ဆယ၊ တေန သံဘရ္တ္သိတၑ္စာပိ နဲဝ က္လာမျ ကဒါစန၊
And ye have forgotten the instruction of him who, as unto children, hath said to you, My son, contemn not the discipline of the Lord, and let not thy soul fail when by him thou art corrected:
6 ပရေၑး ပြီယတေ ယသ္မိန် တသ္မဲ ၑာသ္တိံ ဒဒါတိ ယတ်၊ ယန္တု ပုတြံ သ ဂၖဟ္လာတိ တမေဝ ပြဟရတျပိ၊ "
for whom the Lord loveth he chastiseth, and scourgeth those children in whom he taketh pleasure.
7 ယဒိ ယူယံ ၑာသ္တိံ သဟဓွံ တရှီၑွရး ပုတြဲရိဝ ယုၐ္မာဘိး သာရ္ဒ္ဓံ ဝျဝဟရတိ ယတး ပိတာ ယသ္မဲ ၑာသ္တိံ န ဒဒါတိ တာဒၖၑး ပုတြး ကး?
Endure, therefore, correction, because Aloha acteth towards you as with children: for who is a son whom his father doth not correct?
8 သရွွေ ယသျား ၑာသ္တေရံၑိနော ဘဝန္တိ သာ ယဒိ ယုၐ္မာကံ န ဘဝတိ တရှိ ယူယမ် အာတ္မဇာ န ကိန္တု ဇာရဇာ အာဓွေ၊
And if ye be without the correction with which every one is corrected, ye are aliens, and not children.
9 အပရမ် အသ္မာကံ ၑာရီရိကဇန္မဒါတာရော'သ္မာကံ ၑာသ္တိကာရိဏော'ဘဝန် တေ စာသ္မာဘိး သမ္မာနိတာသ္တသ္မာဒ် ယ အာတ္မနာံ ဇနယိတာ ဝယံ ကိံ တတော'ဓိကံ တသျ ဝၑီဘူယ န ဇီဝိၐျာမး?
And if (when) the fathers of the flesh have chastised us we have revered them, how much more are we bound to be subject to our spiritual fathers, that we may live?
10 တေ တွလ္ပဒိနာနိ ယာဝတ် သွမနော'မတာနုသာရေဏ ၑာသ္တိံ ကၖတဝန္တး ကိန္တွေၐော'သ္မာကံ ဟိတာယ တသျ ပဝိတြတာယာ အံၑိတွာယ စာသ္မာန် ၑာသ္တိ၊
For they, during a little time, as they willed, chastised us; but Aloha for our advantage, that we might partake of his holiness.
11 ၑာသ္တိၑ္စ ဝရ္တ္တမာနသမယေ ကေနာပိ နာနန္ဒဇနိကာ ကိန္တု ၑောကဇနိကဲဝ မနျတေ တထာပိ ယေ တယာ ဝိနီယန္တေ တေဘျး သာ ပၑ္စာတ် ၑာန္တိယုက္တံ ဓရ္မ္မဖလံ ဒဒါတိ၊
For all chastisement, in its time, is not considered as joy, but as grief; but, in the end, the fruit of peace and righteousness it giveth unto them who with it have been exercised.
12 အတဧဝ ယူယံ ၑိထိလာန် ဟသ္တာန် ဒုရ္ဗ္ဗလာနိ ဇာနူနိ စ သဗလာနိ ကုရုဓွံ၊
Wherefore your relaxed hands and your trembling knees make strong;
13 ယထာ စ ဒုရ္ဗ္ဗလသျ သန္ဓိသ္ထာနံ န ဘဇျေတ သွသ္ထံ တိၐ္ဌေတ် တထာ သွစရဏာရ္ထံ သရလံ မာရ္ဂံ နိရ္မ္မာတ၊
and right ways make for your feet, that the member which is lame may not wander, but be healed.
14 အပရဉ္စ သရွွဲး သာရ္ထမ် ဧကျဘာဝံ ယစ္စ ဝိနာ ပရမေၑွရသျ ဒရ္ၑနံ ကေနာပိ န လပ္သျတေ တတ် ပဝိတြတွံ စေၐ္ဋဓွံ၊
Follow after peace with every man, and after holiness, without which man our Lord seeth not.
15 ယထာ ကၑ္စိဒ် ဤၑွရသျာနုဂြဟာတ် န ပတေတ်, ယထာ စ တိက္တတာယာ မူလံ ပြရုဟျ ဗာဓာဇနကံ န ဘဝေတ် တေန စ ဗဟဝေါ'ပဝိတြာ န ဘဝေယုး,
And be aware lest any one be found among you failing of the grace of Aloha; or lest any root of bitternesses should put forth the flower and injure you, and many be contaminated:
16 ယထာ စ ကၑ္စိတ် လမ္ပဋော ဝါ ဧကကၖတွ အာဟာရာရ္ထံ သွီယဇျေၐ္ဌာဓိကာရဝိကြေတာ ယ ဧၐော်သ္တဒွဒ် အဓရ္မ္မာစာရီ န ဘဝေတ် တထာ သာဝဓာနာ ဘဝတ၊
or lest there be found among you any fornicator, or dissolute, as Isu, who for one meal sold his birthright.
17 ယတး သ ဧၐော်း ပၑ္စာဒ် အာၑီရွွာဒါဓိကာရီ ဘဝိတုမ် ဣစ္ဆန္နပိ နာနုဂၖဟီတ ဣတိ ယူယံ ဇာနီထ, သ စာၑြုပါတေန မတျန္တရံ ပြာရ္ထယမာနော'ပိ တဒုပါယံ န လေဘေ၊
For ye know, also, that afterward he desired to inherit the blessing, but was rejected; for place for repentance he found not, though with tears he sought it.
18 အပရဉ္စ သ္ပၖၑျး ပရွွတး ပြဇွလိတော ဝဟ္နိး ကၖၐ္ဏာဝရ္ဏော မေဃော 'န္ဓကာရော ဈဉ္ဘ္ၑ တူရီဝါဒျံ ဝါကျာနာံ ၑဗ္ဒၑ္စ နဲတေၐာံ သန္နိဓော် ယူယမ် အာဂတား၊
For ye have not drawn nigh to the burning fire, and to that which may be touched, neither to darknesses, to mist, and to tempest,
19 တံ ၑဗ္ဒံ ၑြုတွာ ၑြောတာရသ္တာဒၖၑံ သမ္ဘာၐဏံ ယတ် ပုန ရ္န ဇာယတေ တတ် ပြာရ္ထိတဝန္တး၊
nor to the voice of the trumpet, and the voice of words, which they who heard withdrew (from), that it might not be additionally spoken to them.
20 ယတး ပၑုရပိ ယဒိ ဓရာဓရံ သ္ပၖၑတိ တရှိ သ ပါၐာဏာဃာတဲ ရှန္တဝျ ဣတျာဒေၑံ သောဎုံ တေ နာၑက္နုဝန်၊
For they could not endure that which was commanded. For if an animal should approach to the mountain, it was to be stoned:
21 တစ္စ ဒရ္ၑနမ် ဧဝံ ဘယာနကံ ယတ် မူသသောက္တံ ဘီတသ္တြာသယုက္တၑ္စာသ္မီတိ၊
and so terrible was the sight, that Musha said, I fear and tremble
22 ကိန္တု သီယောန္ပရွွတော 'မရေၑွရသျ နဂရံ သွရ္ဂသ္ထယိရူၑာလမမ် အယုတာနိ ဒိဝျဒူတား
But ye have come nigh unto the Mount of Ziun, and to the city of Aloha the Living, to the Urishlem which is in heaven, and to the congregation of myriads of angels,
23 သွရ္ဂေ လိခိတာနာံ ပြထမဇာတာနာမ် ဥတ္သဝး သမိတိၑ္စ သရွွေၐာံ ဝိစာရာဓိပတိရီၑွရး သိဒ္ဓီကၖတဓာရ္မ္မိကာနာမ် အာတ္မာနော
and to the church of the firstborn (ones) who are written in heaven, and to Aloha the Judge of all, and to the spirits of the just who are perfected,
24 နူတနနိယမသျ မဓျသ္ထော ယီၑုး, အပရံ ဟာဗိလော ရက္တာတ် ၑြေယး ပြစာရကံ ပြောက္ၐဏသျ ရက္တဉ္စဲတေၐာံ သန္နိဓော် ယူယမ် အာဂတား၊
and to Jeshu the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the sprinkling of his blood, which speaketh better than that of Habel.
25 သာဝဓာနာ ဘဝတ တံ ဝက္တာရံ နာဝဇာနီတ ယတော ဟေတေား ပၖထိဝီသ္ထိတး သ ဝက္တာ ယဲရဝဇ္ဉာတသ္တဲ ရျဒိ ရက္ၐာ နာပြာပိ တရှိ သွရ္ဂီယဝက္တုး ပရာင်္မုခီဘူယာသ္မာဘိး ကထံ ရက္ၐာ ပြာပ္သျတေ?
Beware, therefore, lest ye be averse from Him who hath spoken with you; for if they escaped not who were averse from one who spake with them on earth, how much less we, if we withdraw from one who hath spoken to us from heaven?
26 တဒါ တသျ ရဝါတ် ပၖထိဝီ ကမ္ပိတာ ကိန္တွိဒါနီံ တေနေဒံ ပြတိဇ္ဉာတံ ယထာ, "အဟံ ပုနရေကကၖတွး ပၖထိဝီံ ကမ္ပယိၐျာမိ ကေဝလံ တန္နဟိ ဂဂနမပိ ကမ္ပယိၐျာမိ၊ "
Him whose voice moved the earth? But now hath he promised and said, Yet once I will move not only earth, but also heaven.
27 သ ဧကကၖတွး ၑဗ္ဒော နိၑ္စလဝိၐယာဏာံ သ္ထိတယေ နိရ္မ္မိတာနာမိဝ စဉ္စလဝသ္တူနာံ သ္ထာနာန္တရီကရဏံ ပြကာၑယတိ၊
But that which he hath said, ONCE, showeth the (final) changing of these which are moved, because they are made, that those may remain which are immutable.
28 အတဧဝ နိၑ္စလရာဇျပြာပ္တဲရသ္မာဘိး သော'နုဂြဟ အာလမ္ဗိတဝျော ယေန ဝယံ သာဒရံ သဘယဉ္စ တုၐ္ဋိဇနကရူပေဏေၑွရံ သေဝိတုံ ၑက္နုယာမ၊
Therefore because we have received the kingdom which is immoveable, let us hold the grace by which we may serve and please Aloha with reverence and with fear:
29 ယတော'သ္မာကမ် ဤၑွရး သံဟာရကော ဝဟ္နိး၊
for our God is a devouring fire.
