၁ ထိၐလနီကိနး 4

1 ဟေ ဘြာတရး, ယုၐ္မာဘိး ကီဒၖဂ် အာစရိတဝျံ ဤၑွရာယ ရောစိတဝျဉ္စ တဒဓျသ္မတ္တော ယာ ၑိက္ၐာ လဗ္ဓာ တဒနုသာရာတ် ပုနရတိၑယံ ယတ္နး ကြိယတာမိတိ ဝယံ ပြဘုယီၑုနာ ယုၐ္မာန် ဝိနီယာဒိၑာမး၊

As to what remains, then, brethren, we beseech and exhort you by the Lord Jesus, that as you have received from us, how you ought to walk, and please God, you would more abound in it.

2 ယတော ဝယံ ပြဘုယီၑုနာ ကီဒၖၑီရာဇ္ဉာ ယုၐ္မာသု သမရ္ပိတဝန္တသ္တဒ် ယူယံ ဇာနီထ၊

For you know what commandments we gave you by the Lord Jesus;

3 ဤၑွရသျာယမ် အဘိလာၐော ယဒ် ယုၐ္မာကံ ပဝိတြတာ ဘဝေတ်, ယူယံ ဝျဘိစာရာဒ် ဒူရေ တိၐ္ဌတ၊

for this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that you should abstain from whoredom--

4 ယုၐ္မာကမ် ဧကဲကော ဇနး သွကီယံ ပြာဏာဓာရံ ပဝိတြံ မာနျဉ္စ ရက္ၐတု,

that every one of you should know how to possess his own body in sanctification and honor--

5 ယေ စ ဘိန္နဇာတီယာ လောကာ ဤၑွရံ န ဇာနန္တိ တ ဣဝ တတ် ကာမာဘိလာၐသျာဓီနံ န ကရောတု၊

not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who know not God.

6 ဧတသ္မိန် ဝိၐယေ ကော'ပျတျာစာရီ ဘူတွာ သွဘြာတရံ န ဝဉ္စယတု ယတော'သ္မာဘိး ပူရွွံ ယထောက္တံ ပြမာဏီကၖတဉ္စ တထဲဝ ပြဘုရေတာဒၖၑာနာံ ကရ္မ္မဏာံ သမုစိတံ ဖလံ ဒါသျတိ၊

That no man should go beyond bounds, or defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is an avenger of all such;

7 ယသ္မာဒ် ဤၑွရော'သ္မာန် အၑုစိတာယဲ နာဟူတဝါန် ကိန္တု ပဝိတြတွာယဲဝါဟူတဝါန်၊

for God has not called us to impurity, but to holiness.

8 အတော ဟေတော ရျး ကၑ္စိဒ် ဝါကျမေတန္န ဂၖဟ္လာတိ သ မနုၐျမ် အဝဇာနာတီတိ နဟိ ယေန သွကီယာတ္မာ ယုၐ္မဒန္တရေ သမရ္ပိတသ္တမ် ဤၑွရမ် ဧဝါဝဇာနာတိ၊

Therefore, indeed, he who despises not man, but God, who certainly has given to us his Holy Spirit.

9 ဘြာတၖၐု ပြေမကရဏမဓိ ယုၐ္မာန် ပြတိ မမ လိခနံ နိၐ္ပြယောဇနံ ယတော ယူယံ ပရသ္ပရံ ပြေမကရဏာယေၑွရၑိက္ၐိတာ လောကာ အာဓွေ၊

But, concerning brotherly love, you have no need that I write to you, for you yourselves are taught of God to love one another.

10 ကၖတ္သ္နေ မာကိဒနိယာဒေၑေ စ ယာဝန္တော ဘြာတရး သန္တိ တာန် သရွွာန် ပြတိ ယုၐ္မာဘိသ္တတ် ပြေမ ပြကာၑျတေ တထာပိ ဟေ ဘြာတရး, ဝယံ ယုၐ္မာန် ဝိနယာမဟေ ယူယံ ပုန ရ္ဗဟုတရံ ပြေမ ပြကာၑယတ၊

And, indeed, you do it toward all the brethren who are in all Macedonia: but we exhort you, brethren, still to abound,

11 အပရံ ယေ ဗဟိးသ္ထိတာသ္တေၐာံ ဒၖၐ္ဋိဂေါစရေ ယုၐ္မာကမ် အာစရဏံ ယတ် မနောရမျံ ဘဝေတ် ကသျာပိ ဝသ္တုနၑ္စာဘာဝေါ ယုၐ္မာကံ ယန္န ဘဝေတ်,

and earnestly study to be quiet; and to mind your own affairs, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you:

12 ဧတဒရ္ထံ ယူယမ် အသ္မတ္တော ယာဒၖၑမ် အာဒေၑံ ပြာပ္တဝန္တသ္တာဒၖၑံ နိရွိရောဓာစာရံ ကရ္တ္တုံ သွသွကရ္မ္မဏိ မနာံမိ နိဓာတုံ နိဇကရဲၑ္စ ကာရျျံ သာဓယိတုံ ယတဓွံ၊

that you may walk decently toward them who are without, and may have need of nothing.

13 ဟေ ဘြာတရး နိရာၑာ အနျေ လောကာ ဣဝ ယူယံ ယန္န ၑောစေဓွံ တဒရ္ထံ မဟာနိဒြာဂတာန် လောကာနဓိ ယုၐ္မာကမ် အဇ္ဉာနတာ မယာ နာဘိလၐျတေ၊

Now, I would not have you ignorant, brethren, concerning them who sleep; that you may not be grieved, even as the others, who have no hope.

14 ယီၑု ရ္မၖတဝါန် ပုနရုထိတဝါံၑ္စေတိ ယဒိ ဝယံ ဝိၑွာသမသ္တရှိ ယီၑုမ် အာၑြိတာန် မဟာနိဒြာပြာပ္တာန် လောကာနပီၑွရော'ဝၑျံ တေန သာရ္ဒ္ဓမ် အာနေၐျတိ၊

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again; so, also, them who sleep, will God, through Jesus, bring with him.

15 ယတော'ဟံ ပြဘော ရွာကျေန ယုၐ္မာန် ဣဒံ ဇ္ဉာပယာမိ; အသ္မာကံ မဓျေ ယေ ဇနား ပြဘောရာဂမနံ ယာဝတ် ဇီဝန္တော'ဝၑေက္ၐျန္တေ တေ မဟာနိဒြိတာနာမ် အဂြဂါမိနောန န ဘဝိၐျန္တိ;

Besides, this we affirm to you, by the word of the Lord, that we, the living, who remain at the coming of the Lord, shall not anticipate them who are asleep:

16 ယတး ပြဘုး သိံဟနာဒေန ပြဓာနသွရ္ဂဒူတသျောစ္စဲး ၑဗ္ဒေနေၑွရီယတူရီဝါဒျေန စ သွယံ သွရ္ဂာဒ် အဝရောက္ၐျတိ တေန ခြီၐ္ဋာၑြိတာ မၖတလောကား ပြထမမ် ဥတ္ထာသျာန္တိ၊

for the Lord himself will descend from heaven, with a shout, with the voice of the Arch Angel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ shall rise first;

17 အပရမ် အသ္မာကံ မဓျေ ယေ ဇီဝန္တော'ဝၑေက္ၐျန္တေ တ အာကာၑေ ပြဘေား သာက္ၐာတ္ကရဏာရ္ထံ တဲး သာရ္ဒ္ဓံ မေဃဝါဟနေန ဟရိၐျန္တေ; ဣတ္ထဉ္စ ဝယံ သရွွဒါ ပြဘုနာ သာရ္ဒ္ဓံ သ္ထာသျာမး၊

afterward we, the living, who remain, shall, at the same time with them, be instantly taken up in clouds, to join the Lord in the air; and so we shall be for ever with the Lord.

18 အတော ယူယမ် ဧတာဘိး ကထာဘိး ပရသ္ပရံ သာန္တွယတ၊

Wherefore, comfort one another with these words.
