၁ ပိတရး 4

1 အသ္မာကံ ဝိနိမယေန ခြီၐ္ဋး ၑရီရသမ္ဗန္ဓေ ဒဏ္ဍံ ဘုက္တဝါန် အတော ဟေတေား ၑရီရသမ္ဗန္ဓေ ယော ဒဏ္ဍံ ဘုက္တဝါန် သ ပါပါတ် မုက္တ

Therefore of Christ having suffered in flesh for us, arm ye yourselves also with the same mentality, because he who has suffered in flesh has ceased from sin,

2 ဣတိဘာဝေန ယူယမပိ သုသဇ္ဇီဘူယ ဒေဟဝါသသျာဝၑိၐ္ဋံ သမယံ ပုနရ္မာနဝါနာမ် ဣစ္ဆာသာဓနာရ္ထံ နဟိ ကိန္တွီၑွရသျေစ္ဆာသာဓနာရ္ထံ ယာပယတ၊

in order to live the remaining time in flesh, no longer by lusts of men, but by the will of God.

3 အာယုၐော ယး သမယော ဝျတီတသ္တသ္မိန် ယုၐ္မာဘိ ရျဒ် ဒေဝပူဇကာနာမ် ဣစ္ဆာသာဓနံ ကာမကုတ္သိတာဘိလာၐမဒျပါနရင်္ဂရသမတ္တတာဃၖဏာရှဒေဝပူဇာစရဏဉ္စာကာရိ တေန ဗာဟုလျံ၊

For enough time of life has past for you to accomplish the will of the Gentiles, having gone in debaucheries, lusts, excesses of wine, revelings, drinking parties, and lawless idolatries.

4 ယူယံ တဲး သဟ တသ္မိန် သရွွနာၑပင်္ကေ မဇ္ဇိတုံ န ဓာဝထ, ဣတျနေနာၑ္စရျျံ ဝိဇ္ဉာယ တေ ယုၐ္မာန် နိန္ဒန္တိ၊

During which they think it strange of you not running together into the same pouring out of debauchery, while they slander.

5 ကိန္တု ယော ဇီဝတာံ မၖတာနာဉ္စ ဝိစာရံ ကရ္တ္တုမ် ဥဒျတော'သ္တိ တသ္မဲ တဲရုတ္တရံ ဒါယိၐျတေ၊

Men who will give back an accounting to him who fares readily to judge the living and the dead.

6 ယတော ဟေတော ရျေ မၖတာသ္တေၐာံ ယတ် မာနဝေါဒ္ဒေၑျး ၑာရီရိကဝိစာရး ကိန္တွီၑွရောဒ္ဒေၑျမ် အာတ္မိကဇီဝနံ ဘဝတ် တဒရ္ထံ တေၐာမပိ သန္နိဓော် သုသမာစာရး ပြကာၑိတော'ဘဝတ်၊

For good news was preached even to the dead for this, so that they might indeed be judged according to men in flesh, but live according to God in spirit.

7 သရွွေၐာမ် အန္တိမကာလ ဥပသ္ထိတသ္တသ္မာဒ် ယူယံ သုဗုဒ္ဓယး ပြာရ္ထနာရ္ထံ ဇာဂြတၑ္စ ဘဝတ၊

But the end of all things has approached. Therefore be serious, and be sober for the prayers.

8 ဝိၑေၐတး ပရသ္ပရံ ဂါဎံ ပြေမ ကုရုတ, ယတး, ပါပါနာမပိ ဗာဟုလျံ ပြေမ္နဲဝါစ္ဆာဒယိၐျတေ၊

And above all having fervent love for yourselves, because love will cover a multitude of sins,

9 ကာတရောက္တိံ ဝိနာ ပရသ္ပရမ် အာတိထျံ ကၖရုတ၊

stranger-loving toward each other without complaints.

10 ယေန ယော ဝရော လဗ္ဓသ္တေနဲဝ သ ပရမ် ဥပကရောတၖ, ဣတ္ထံ ယူယမ် ဤၑွရသျ ဗဟုဝိဓပြသာဒသျောတ္တမာ ဘာဏ္ဍာဂါရာဓိပါ ဘဝတ၊

As each has received a gift, serving it for yourselves, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

11 ယော ဝါကျံ ကထယတိ သ ဤၑွရသျ ဝါကျမိဝ ကထယတု ယၑ္စ ပရမ် ဥပကရောတိ သ ဤၑွရဒတ္တသာမရ္ထျာဒိဝေါပကရောတု၊ သရွွဝိၐယေ ယီၑုခြီၐ္ဋေနေၑွရသျ ဂေါ်ရဝံ ပြကာၑျတာံ တသျဲဝ ဂေါ်ရဝံ ပရာကြမၑ္စ သရွွဒါ ဘူယာတ်၊ အာမေန၊ (aiōn g165)

If any man speaks, as oracles of God. If any man serves, as of ability as God supplies. So that God may be glorified in all things through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory and the dominion into the ages of the ages. Truly. (aiōn g165)

12 ဟေ ပြိယတမား, ယုၐ္မာကံ ပရီက္ၐာရ္ထံ ယသ္တာပေါ ယုၐ္မာသု ဝရ္တ္တတေ တမ် အသမ္ဘဝဃဋိတံ မတွာ နာၑ္စရျျံ ဇာနီတ,

Beloved, ye should not be surprised at the fieriness in you, which occurs for a trial to you, like a strange thing happening to you.

13 ကိန္တု ခြီၐ္ဋေန က္လေၑာနာံ သဟဘာဂိတွာဒ် အာနန္ဒတ တေန တသျ ပြတာပပြကာၑေ'ပျာနနန္ဒေန ပြဖုလ္လာ ဘဝိၐျထ၊

But rejoice in so far as ye are partakers in the sufferings of the Christ, so that also at the revealing of his glory ye may rejoice, having exceeding joy.

14 ယဒိ ခြီၐ္ဋသျ နာမဟေတုနာ ယုၐ္မာကံ နိန္ဒာ ဘဝတိ တရှိ ယူယံ ဓနျာ ယတော ဂေါ်ရဝဒါယက ဤၑွရသျာတ္မာ ယုၐ္မာသွဓိတိၐ္ဌတိ တေၐာံ မဓျေ သ နိန္ဒျတေ ကိန္တု ယုၐ္မန္မဓျေ ပြၑံသျတေ၊

Blessed are ye if ye are reviled for the name of Christ, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you. From them he is indeed blasphemed, but from you he is glorified.

15 ကိန္တု ယုၐ္မာကံ ကော'ပိ ဟန္တာ ဝါ စဲရော ဝါ ဒုၐ္ကရ္မ္မကၖဒ် ဝါ ပရာဓိကာရစရ္စ္စက ဣဝ ဒဏ္ဍံ န ဘုင်္က္တာံ၊

For let not any man of you suffer as a murderer, or a thief, or an evildoer, or as a busybody.

16 ယဒိ စ ခြီၐ္ဋီယာန ဣဝ ဒဏ္ဍံ ဘုင်္က္တေ တရှိ သ န လဇ္ဇမာနသ္တတ္ကာရဏာဒ် ဤၑွရံ ပြၑံသတု၊

But if as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this regard.

17 ယတော ဝိစာရသျာရမ္ဘသမယေ ဤၑွရသျ မန္ဒိရေ ယုဇျတေ ယဒိ စာသ္မတ္သွာရဘတေ တရှီၑွရီယသုသံဝါဒါဂြာဟိဏာံ ၑေၐဒၑာ ကာ ဘဝိၐျတိ?

Because the time to begin judgment is from the house of God, and if first from us, what is the end of those who disobey the good news of God?

18 ဓာရ္မ္မိကေနာပိ စေတ် တြာဏမ် အတိကၖစ္ဆြေဏ ဂမျတေ၊ တရှျဓာရ္မ္မိကပါပိဘျာမ် အာၑြယး ကုတြ လပ္သျတေ၊

And if the righteous man is scarcely saved, where will the irreverent and sinful man appear?

19 အတ ဤၑွရေစ္ဆာတော ယေ ဒုးခံ ဘုဉ္ဇတေ တေ သဒါစာရေဏ သွာတ္မာနော ဝိၑွာသျသြၐ္ဋုရီၑွသျ ကရာဘျာံ နိဒဓတာံ၊

Therefore also let those who suffer according to the will of God entrust their souls as to a faithful Creator by well-doing.
