1 ১ তদানীং ফিৰূশিনঃ সিদূকিনশ্চাগত্য তং পৰীক্ষিতুং নভমীযং কিঞ্চন লক্ষ্ম দৰ্শযিতুং তস্মৈ নিৱেদযামাসুঃ|
Then the Pharisees and Sadducees came to him, and in order to test him, asked him to show them a sign from heaven.
In answer he said. "In the evening you say, ‘It will be fine weather, for the sky is red as fire’;
3 ৩ প্ৰাতঃকালে চ নভসো ৰক্তৎৱাৎ মলিনৎৱাঞ্চ ৱদথ, ঝঞ্ভ্শদ্য ভৱিষ্যতি| হে কপটিনো যদি যূযম্ অন্তৰীক্ষস্য লক্ষ্ম বোদ্ধুং শক্নুথ, তৰ্হি কালস্যৈতস্য লক্ষ্ম কথং বোদ্ধুং ন শক্নুথ?
and at dawn you say, ‘It will storm today, for the sky is red and lowering.’ You know how to discern the look of the sky, but the signs of the times you cannot read.
4 ৪ এতৎকালস্য দুষ্টো ৱ্যভিচাৰী চ ৱংশো লক্ষ্ম গৱেষযতি, কিন্তু যূনসো ভৱিষ্যদ্ৱাদিনো লক্ষ্ম ৱিনান্যৎ কিমপি লক্ষ্ম তান্ ন দৰ্শযিয্যতে| তদানীং স তান্ ৱিহায প্ৰতস্থে|
A wicked and faithless generation is seeking a sign, but no sign shall be given it but the sign of Jonah." So he left them and went away.
When his disciples reached the other side of the lake, they had forgotten to bring bread.
Presently Jesus said to them, "Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees."
And they began discussing it among themselves, saying, "It is because we did not bring any bread."
8 ৮ কিন্তু যীশুস্তদ্ৱিজ্ঞায তানৱোচৎ, হে স্তোকৱিশ্ৱাসিনো যূযং পূপানানযনমধি কুতঃ পৰস্পৰমেতদ্ ৱিৱিংক্য?
When Jesus knew it he said. "Weaklings in faith! Why are you arguing among yourselves, because you have no bread?
9 ৯ যুষ্মাভিঃ কিমদ্যাপি ন জ্ঞাযতে? পঞ্চভিঃ পূপৈঃ পঞ্চসহস্ৰপুৰুষেষু ভোজিতেষু ভক্ষ্যোচ্ছিষ্টপূৰ্ণান্ কতি ডলকান্ সমগৃহ্লীতং;
"Do you not remember the five loaves for the five thousand, and how many large basketfuls you took up?
10 ১০ তথা সপ্তভিঃ পূপৈশ্চতুঃসহস্ৰপুৰুষেষু ভেজিতেষু কতি ডলকান্ সমগৃহ্লীত, তৎ কিং যুষ্মাভিৰ্ন স্মৰ্য্যতে?
"Nor the seven loaves for the four thousand, and how many large basketfuls you took up?
11 ১১ তস্মাৎ ফিৰূশিনাং সিদূকিনাঞ্চ কিণ্ৱং প্ৰতি সাৱধানাস্তিষ্ঠত, কথামিমাম্ অহং পূপানধি নাকথযং, এতদ্ যূযং কুতো ন বুধ্যধ্ৱে?
"How is it that you do not perceive that I did not speak to you concerning bread? But beware off the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees!"
12 ১২ তদানীং পূপকিণ্ৱং প্ৰতি সাৱধানাস্তিষ্ঠতেতি নোক্ত্ৱা ফিৰূশিনাং সিদূকিনাঞ্চ উপদেশং প্ৰতি সাৱধানাস্তিষ্ঠতেতি কথিতৱান্, ইতি তৈৰবোধি|
Then they realized that he had not told them to beware of the leaven, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
13 ১৩ অপৰঞ্চ যীশুঃ কৈসৰিযা-ফিলিপিপ্ৰদেশমাগত্য শিষ্যান্ অপৃচ্ছৎ, যোঽহং মনুজসুতঃ সোঽহং কঃ? লোকৈৰহং কিমুচ্যে?
When Jesus came into the neighborhood of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, "Who do people say that the Son of man is?"
14 ১৪ তদানীং তে কথিতৱন্তঃ, কেচিদ্ ৱদন্তি ৎৱং মজ্জযিতা যোহন্, কেচিদ্ৱদন্তি, ৎৱম্ এলিযঃ, কেচিচ্চ ৱদন্তি, ৎৱং যিৰিমিযো ৱা কশ্চিদ্ ভৱিষ্যদ্ৱাদীতি|
They replied, "Some say ‘Johnthe Baptist’; others, however, say that’He is Elijah’; others, ‘Jeremiah,’ or ‘One of the Prophets.’"
"And who do you say that I am?" he asked them.
So Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."
17 ১৭ ততো যীশুঃ কথিতৱান্, হে যূনসঃ পুত্ৰ শিমোন্ ৎৱং ধন্যঃ; যতঃ কোপি অনুজস্ত্ৱয্যেতজ্জ্ঞানং নোদপাদযৎ, কিন্তু মম স্ৱৰ্গস্যঃ পিতোদপাদযৎ|
"Blessed are you, Simon, Son of Jonah," said Jesus; "for flesh and blood have not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven!
18 ১৮ অতোঽহং ৎৱাং ৱদামি, ৎৱং পিতৰঃ (প্ৰস্তৰঃ) অহঞ্চ তস্য প্ৰস্তৰস্যোপৰি স্ৱমণ্ডলীং নিৰ্ম্মাস্যামি, তেন নিৰযো বলাৎ তাং পৰাজেতুং ন শক্ষ্যতি| (Hadēs g86)
"Moreover I say to you that you are Petros (a rock), and on this petra (rock) I will build my church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against her. (Hadēs g86)
19 ১৯ অহং তুভ্যং স্ৱৰ্গীযৰাজ্যস্য কুঞ্জিকাং দাস্যামি, তেন যৎ কিঞ্চন ৎৱং পৃথিৱ্যাং ভংৎস্যসি তৎস্ৱৰ্গে ভংৎস্যতে, যচ্চ কিঞ্চন মহ্যাং মোক্ষ্যসি তৎ স্ৱৰ্গে মোক্ষ্যতে|
"I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind upon the earth shall be bound in the heavens, and whatever you loose upon earth shall be loosed in the heavens."
Then he enjoined his disciples to tell no one that he was the Christ.
21 ২১ অন্যঞ্চ যিৰূশালম্নগৰং গৎৱা প্ৰাচীনলোকেভ্যঃ প্ৰধানযাজকেভ্য উপাধ্যাযেভ্যশ্চ বহুদুঃখভোগস্তৈ ৰ্হতৎৱং তৃতীযদিনে পুনৰুত্থানঞ্চ মমাৱশ্যকম্ এতাঃ কথা যীশুস্তৎকালমাৰভ্য শিষ্যান্ জ্ঞাপযিতুম্ আৰব্ধৱান্|
After this Jesus the Christ began to show his disciples how he must go to Jerusalem, and suffer many things at the hands of the elders and chief priests and Scribes, and be put to death, and on the third day be raised again.
22 ২২ তদানীং পিতৰস্তস্য কৰং ঘৃৎৱা তৰ্জযিৎৱা কথযিতুমাৰব্ধৱান্, হে প্ৰভো, তৎ ৎৱত্তো দূৰং যাতু, ৎৱাং প্ৰতি কদাপি ন ঘটিষ্যতে|
Then Peter took him aside and began to reprove him, saying. "God forbid, Master! That shall never befall you."
23 ২৩ কিন্তু স ৱদনং পৰাৱৰ্ত্য পিতৰং জগাদ, হে ৱিঘ্নকাৰিন্, মৎসম্মুখাদ্ দূৰীভৱ, ৎৱং মাং বাধসে, ঈশ্ৱৰীযকাৰ্য্যাৎ মানুষীযকাৰ্য্যং তুভ্যং ৰোচতে|
But he turned and said to Peter. "Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling-block to me, because you are not intent on what pleases God, but what pleases men."
24 ২৪ অনন্তৰং যীশুঃ স্ৱীযশিষ্যান্ উক্তৱান্ যঃ কশ্চিৎ মম পশ্চাদ্গামী ভৱিতুম্ ইচ্ছতি, স স্ৱং দাম্যতু, তথা স্ৱক্ৰুশং গৃহ্লন্ মৎপশ্চাদাযাতু|
Then Jesus said to his disciples. "If any man wishes to come after me, let him renounce self, take up his cross, and follow me.
25 ২৫ যতো যঃ প্ৰাণান্ ৰক্ষিতুমিচ্ছতি, স তান্ হাৰযিষ্যতি, কিন্তু যো মদৰ্থং নিজপ্ৰাণান্ হাৰযতি, স তান্ প্ৰাপ্স্যতি|
For he who wants to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
26 ২৬ মানুষো যদি সৰ্ৱ্ৱং জগৎ লভতে নিজপ্ৰণান্ হাৰযতি, তৰ্হি তস্য কো লাভঃ? মনুজো নিজপ্ৰাণানাং ৱিনিমযেন ৱা কিং দাতুং শক্নোতি?
What will it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
27 ২৭ মনুজসুতঃ স্ৱদূতৈঃ সাকং পিতুঃ প্ৰভাৱেণাগমিষ্যতি; তদা প্ৰতিমনুজং স্ৱস্ৱকৰ্ম্মানুসাৰাৎ ফলং দাস্যতি|
For the Son of man is about to come in the glory of his Father, and his angels with him, and then will he reward each one in accordance with his actions.
28 ২৮ অহং যুষ্মান্ তথ্যং ৱচ্মি, সৰাজ্যং মনুজসুতম্ আগতং ন পশ্যন্তো মৃত্যুং ন স্ৱাদিষ্যন্তি, এতাদৃশাঃ কতিপযজনা অত্ৰাপি দণ্ডাযমানাঃ সন্তি|
Solemnly I tell you, some of those who are standing here shall not taste death, till they have seen the Son of man coming in his kingdom.
