1 ১ নিস্তাৰোৎসৱস্য কিঞ্চিৎকালাৎ পূৰ্ৱ্ৱং পৃথিৱ্যাঃ পিতুঃ সমীপগমনস্য সমযঃ সন্নিকৰ্ষোভূদ্ ইতি জ্ঞাৎৱা যীশুৰাপ্ৰথমাদ্ যেষু জগৎপ্ৰৱাসিষ্ৱাত্মীযলোকেষ প্ৰেম কৰোতি স্ম তেষু শেষং যাৱৎ প্ৰেম কৃতৱান্|
Now before the feast of the Passover, Jesus, knowing that his time had come that he would depart from this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.
2 ২ পিতা তস্য হস্তে সৰ্ৱ্ৱং সমৰ্পিতৱান্ স্ৱযম্ ঈশ্ৱৰস্য সমীপাদ্ আগচ্ছদ্ ঈশ্ৱৰস্য সমীপং যাস্যতি চ, সৰ্ৱ্ৱাণ্যেতানি জ্ঞাৎৱা ৰজন্যাং ভোজনে সম্পূৰ্ণে সতি,
And during the meal, the devil had already put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray him.
3 ৩ যদা শৈতান্ তং পৰহস্তেষু সমৰ্পযিতুং শিমোনঃ পুত্ৰস্য ঈষ্কাৰিযোতিযস্য যিহূদা অন্তঃকৰণে কুপ্ৰৱৃত্তিং সমাৰ্পযৎ,
Because he knew that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he came forth from God, and was going to God,
4 ৪ তদা যীশু ৰ্ভোজনাসনাদ্ উত্থায গাত্ৰৱস্ত্ৰং মোচযিৎৱা গাত্ৰমাৰ্জনৱস্ত্ৰং গৃহীৎৱা তেন স্ৱকটিম্ অবধ্নাৎ,
arose from the meal, and removed his outer garments. He took a towel, and wrapped a towel around his waist.
5 ৫ পশ্চাদ্ একপাত্ৰে জলম্ অভিষিচ্য শিষ্যাণাং পাদান্ প্ৰক্ষাল্য তেন কটিবদ্ধগাত্ৰমাৰ্জনৱাসসা মাৰ্ষ্টুং প্ৰাৰভত|
Then he poured water into the basin, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel that was wrapped around him.
Then he came to Simon Peter. He said to him, "Lord, do you wash my feet?"
Jesus answered him, "You do not know what I am doing now, but you will understand later."
8 ৮ ততঃ পিতৰঃ কথিতৱান্ ভৱান্ কদাপি মম পাদৌ ন প্ৰক্ষালযিষ্যতি| যীশুৰকথযদ্ যদি ৎৱাং ন প্ৰক্ষালযে তৰ্হি মযি তৱ কোপ্যংশো নাস্তি| (aiōn g165)
Peter said to him, "You will never wash my feet." Jesus answered him, "If I do not wash you, you have no part with me." (aiōn g165)
Simon Peter said to him, "Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head."
10 ১০ ততো যীশুৰৱদদ্ যো জনো ধৌতস্তস্য সৰ্ৱ্ৱাঙ্গপৰিষ্কৃতৎৱাৎ পাদৌ ৱিনান্যাঙ্গস্য প্ৰক্ষালনাপেক্ষা নাস্তি| যূযং পৰিষ্কৃতা ইতি সত্যং কিন্তু ন সৰ্ৱ্ৱে,
Jesus said to him, "Someone who has bathed only needs to have his feet washed, but is completely clean. You are clean, but not all of you."
11 ১১ যতো যো জনস্তং পৰকৰেষু সমৰ্পযিষ্যতি তং স জ্ঞাতৱান; অতএৱ যূযং সৰ্ৱ্ৱে ন পৰিষ্কৃতা ইমাং কথাং কথিতৱান্|
For he knew him who would betray him, therefore he said, "You are not all clean."
12 ১২ ইত্থং যীশুস্তেষাং পাদান্ প্ৰক্ষাল্য ৱস্ত্ৰং পৰিধাযাসনে সমুপৱিশ্য কথিতৱান্ অহং যুষ্মান্ প্ৰতি কিং কৰ্ম্মাকাৰ্ষং জানীথ?
So when he had washed their feet, put his outer garment back on, and sat down again, he said to them, "Do you know what I have done to you?
You call me, 'Teacher' and 'Lord.' You say so correctly, for so I am.
14 ১৪ যদ্যহং প্ৰভু ৰ্গুৰুশ্চ সন্ যুষ্মাকং পাদান্ প্ৰক্ষালিতৱান্ তৰ্হি যুষ্মাকমপি পৰস্পৰং পাদপ্ৰক্ষালনম্ উচিতম্|
If I then, the Lord and the Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet.
For I have given you an example, that you also should do as I have done to you.
Truly, truly, I tell you, a servant is not greater than his master, neither one who is sent greater than he who sent him.
If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.
18 ১৮ সৰ্ৱ্ৱেষু যুষ্মাসু কথামিমাং কথযামি ইতি ন, যে মম মনোনীতাস্তানহং জানামি, কিন্তু মম ভক্ষ্যাণি যো ভুঙ্ক্তে মৎপ্ৰাণপ্ৰাতিকূল্যতঃ| উত্থাপযতি পাদস্য মূলং স এষ মানৱঃ| যদেতদ্ ধৰ্ম্মপুস্তকস্য ৱচনং তদনুসাৰেণাৱশ্যং ঘটিষ্যতে|
I do not speak concerning all of you. I know whom I have chosen. But that the Scripture may be fulfilled, 'He who ate my bread has lifted up his heel against me.'
19 ১৯ অহং স জন ইত্যত্ৰ যথা যুষ্মাকং ৱিশ্ৱাসো জাযতে তদৰ্থং এতাদৃশঘটনাৎ পূৰ্ৱ্ৱম্ অহমিদানীং যুষ্মভ্যমকথযম্|
I am telling you this now before it happens, so that when it does happen you may believe that I am he.
20 ২০ অহং যুষ্মানতীৱ যথাৰ্থং ৱদামি, মযা প্ৰেৰিতং জনং যো গৃহ্লাতি স মামেৱ গৃহ্লাতি যশ্চ মাং গৃহ্লাতি স মৎপ্ৰেৰকং গৃহ্লাতি|
Truly, truly, I tell you, he who receives whomever I send, receives me; and he who receives me, receives him who sent me."
21 ২১ এতাং কথাং কথযিৎৱা যীশু ৰ্দুঃখী সন্ প্ৰমাণং দত্ত্ৱা কথিতৱান্ অহং যুষ্মানতিযথাৰ্থং ৱদামি যুষ্মাকম্ একো জনো মাং পৰকৰেষু সমৰ্পযিষ্যতি|
When Jesus had said this, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, "Truly, truly, I tell you that one of you will betray me."
22 ২২ ততঃ স কমুদ্দিশ্য কথামেতাং কথিতৱান্ ইত্যত্ৰ সন্দিগ্ধাঃ শিষ্যাঃ পৰস্পৰং মুখমালোকযিতুং প্ৰাৰভন্ত|
The disciples looked at one another, perplexed about whom he spoke.
One of his disciples, whom Jesus loved, was reclining against Jesus' chest.
Simon Peter therefore motioned to him to inquire who it was he was talking about.
He, leaning back, as he was, on Jesus' chest, asked him, "Lord, who is it?"
26 ২৬ ততো যীশুঃ প্ৰত্যৱদদ্ একখণ্ডং পূপং মজ্জযিৎৱা যস্মৈ দাস্যামি সএৱ সঃ; পশ্চাৎ পূপখণ্ডমেকং মজ্জযিৎৱা শিমোনঃ পুত্ৰায ঈষ্কৰিযোতীযায যিহূদৈ দত্তৱান্|
Jesus therefore answered, "It is he to whom I will give this piece of bread when I have dipped it." So when he had dipped the piece of bread, he gave it to Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot.
After the piece of bread, then Satan entered into him. Then Jesus said to him, "What you do, do quickly."
Now none of those reclining knew why he said this to him.
29 ২৯ কিন্তু যিহূদাঃ সমীপে মুদ্ৰাসম্পুটকস্থিতেঃ কেচিদ্ ইত্থম্ অবুধ্যন্ত পাৰ্ৱ্ৱণাসাদনাৰ্থং কিমপি দ্ৰৱ্যং ক্ৰেতুং ৱা দৰিদ্ৰেভ্যঃ কিঞ্চিদ্ ৱিতৰিতুং কথিতৱান্|
For some thought, because Judas had the money box, that Jesus said to him, "Buy what things we need for the feast," or that he should give something to the poor.
Therefore, having received the piece of bread, he went out immediately; and it was night.
When he had gone out, Jesus said, "Now the Son of Man has been glorified, and God has been glorified in him.
32 ৩২ যদি তেনেশ্ৱৰস্য মহিমা প্ৰকাশতে তৰ্হীশ্ৱৰোপি স্ৱেন তস্য মহিমানং প্ৰকাশযিষ্যতি তূৰ্ণমেৱ প্ৰকাশযিষ্যতি|
If God has been glorified in him, God will also glorify him in himself, and he will glorify him at once.
33 ৩৩ হে ৱৎসা অহং যুষ্মাভিঃ সাৰ্দ্ধং কিঞ্চিৎকালমাত্ৰম্ আসে, ততঃ পৰং মাং মৃগযিষ্যধ্ৱে কিন্ত্ৱহং যৎস্থানং যামি তৎস্থানং যূযং গন্তুং ন শক্ষ্যথ, যামিমাং কথাং যিহূদীযেভ্যঃ কথিতৱান্ তথাধুনা যুষ্মভ্যমপি কথযামি|
Little children, I will be with you a little while longer. You will seek me, and as I said to the Jewish leaders, 'Where I am going, you cannot come,' so now I tell you.
34 ৩৪ যূযং পৰস্পৰং প্ৰীযধ্ৱম্ অহং যুষ্মাসু যথা প্ৰীযে যূযমপি পৰস্পৰম্ তথৈৱ প্ৰীযধ্ৱং, যুষ্মান্ ইমাং নৱীনাম্ আজ্ঞাম্ আদিশামি|
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also must love one another.
By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another."
36 ৩৬ শিমোনপিতৰঃ পৃষ্ঠৱান্ হে প্ৰভো ভৱান্ কুত্ৰ যাস্যতি? ততো যীশুঃ প্ৰত্যৱদৎ, অহং যৎস্থানং যামি তৎস্থানং সাম্প্ৰতং মম পশ্চাদ্ গন্তুং ন শক্নোষি কিন্তু পশ্চাদ্ গমিষ্যসি|
Simon Peter said to him, "Lord, where are you going?" Jesus answered, "Where I am going, you cannot follow now, but you will follow afterwards."
37 ৩৭ তদা পিতৰঃ প্ৰত্যুদিতৱান্, হে প্ৰভো সাম্প্ৰতং কুতো হেতোস্তৱ পশ্চাদ্ গন্তুং ন শক্নোমি? ৎৱদৰ্থং প্ৰাণান্ দাতুং শক্নোমি|
Peter said to him, "Lord, why can I not follow you now? I will lay down my life for you."
38 ৩৮ ততো যীশুঃ প্ৰত্যুক্তৱান্ মন্নিমিত্তং কিং প্ৰাণান্ দাতুং শক্নোষি? ৎৱামহং যথাৰ্থং ৱদামি, কুক্কুটৰৱণাৎ পূৰ্ৱ্ৱং ৎৱং ত্ৰি ৰ্মাম্ অপহ্নোষ্যসে|
Jesus answered him, "Will you lay down your life for me? Truly, truly, I tell you, the rooster won't crow until you have denied me three times.
