1 ১ অস্মাকং ৱিনিমযেন খ্ৰীষ্টঃ শৰীৰসম্বন্ধে দণ্ডং ভুক্তৱান্ অতো হেতোঃ শৰীৰসম্বন্ধে যো দণ্ডং ভুক্তৱান্ স পাপাৎ মুক্ত

Christ, then, having suffered in flesh, do, ye also, with the same purpose, arm yourselves, —because, he that hath suffered in flesh, hath done with sins, —

2 ২ ইতিভাৱেন যূযমপি সুসজ্জীভূয দেহৱাসস্যাৱশিষ্টং সমযং পুনৰ্মানৱানাম্ ইচ্ছাসাধনাৰ্থং নহি কিন্ত্ৱীশ্ৱৰস্যেচ্ছাসাধনাৰ্থং যাপযত|

To the end that, no longer, in men’s covetings, but in God’s will, ye may live, the still remaining time.

3 ৩ আযুষো যঃ সমযো ৱ্যতীতস্তস্মিন্ যুষ্মাভি ৰ্যদ্ দেৱপূজকানাম্ ইচ্ছাসাধনং কামকুৎসিতাভিলাষমদ্যপানৰঙ্গৰসমত্ততাঘৃণাৰ্হদেৱপূজাচৰণঞ্চাকাৰি তেন বাহুল্যং|

For, sufficient, is the bygone time—to have wrought out, the will of the nations, having gone on in wanton ways, covetings, wine-drinkings, revellings, drinking-bouts, and impious idolatries: —

4 ৪ যূযং তৈঃ সহ তস্মিন্ সৰ্ৱ্ৱনাশপঙ্কে মজ্জিতুং ন ধাৱথ, ইত্যনেনাশ্চৰ্য্যং ৱিজ্ঞায তে যুষ্মান্ নিন্দন্তি|

Wherein they are taken by surprise that ye run not with them into the same overflow of riotous excess, —uttering defamation:

5 ৫ কিন্তু যো জীৱতাং মৃতানাঞ্চ ৱিচাৰং কৰ্ত্তুম্ উদ্যতোঽস্তি তস্মৈ তৈৰুত্তৰং দাযিষ্যতে|

Who shall render an account unto him who is holding in readiness to judge living and dead;

6 ৬ যতো হেতো ৰ্যে মৃতাস্তেষাং যৎ মানৱোদ্দেশ্যঃ শাৰীৰিকৱিচাৰঃ কিন্ত্ৱীশ্ৱৰোদ্দেশ্যম্ আত্মিকজীৱনং ভৱৎ তদৰ্থং তেষামপি সন্নিধৌ সুসমাচাৰঃ প্ৰকাশিতোঽভৱৎ|

For, unto this end, even unto the dead, was the glad-message delivered, —in order that they might be judged, indeed, according to men in flesh, but might live according to God in spirit.

7 ৭ সৰ্ৱ্ৱেষাম্ অন্তিমকাল উপস্থিতস্তস্মাদ্ যূযং সুবুদ্ধযঃ প্ৰাৰ্থনাৰ্থং জাগ্ৰতশ্চ ভৱত|

But, the end of all things, hath drawn near: —be of sound mind, therefore, and be sober for prayers;

8 ৮ ৱিশেষতঃ পৰস্পৰং গাঢং প্ৰেম কুৰুত, যতঃ, পাপানামপি বাহুল্যং প্ৰেম্নৈৱাচ্ছাদযিষ্যতে|

Before all things, keeping, fervent, your love, among yourselves, because, love, covereth a multitude of sins;

9 ৯ কাতৰোক্তিং ৱিনা পৰস্পৰম্ আতিথ্যং কৃৰুত|

Showing hospitality one to another without murmuring, —

10 ১০ যেন যো ৱৰো লব্ধস্তেনৈৱ স পৰম্ উপকৰোতৃ, ইত্থং যূযম্ ঈশ্ৱৰস্য বহুৱিধপ্ৰসাদস্যোত্তমা ভাণ্ডাগাৰাধিপা ভৱত|

Each one, according as he hath received a gift of favour, unto one another, ministering the same, as careful stewards of the manifold favour of God:

11 ১১ যো ৱাক্যং কথযতি স ঈশ্ৱৰস্য ৱাক্যমিৱ কথযতু যশ্চ পৰম্ উপকৰোতি স ঈশ্ৱৰদত্তসামৰ্থ্যাদিৱোপকৰোতু| সৰ্ৱ্ৱৱিষযে যীশুখ্ৰীষ্টেনেশ্ৱৰস্য গৌৰৱং প্ৰকাশ্যতাং তস্যৈৱ গৌৰৱং পৰাক্ৰমশ্চ সৰ্ৱ্ৱদা ভূযাৎ| আমেন| (aiōn g165)

If any one speaketh, as oracles of God, if any one ministereth, as of strength which, God, supplieth, —that, in all things, God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, —unto whom are the glory and the dominion, unto the ages of ages. Amen! (aiōn g165)

12 ১২ হে প্ৰিযতমাঃ, যুষ্মাকং পৰীক্ষাৰ্থং যস্তাপো যুষ্মাসু ৱৰ্ত্ততে তম্ অসম্ভৱঘটিতং মৎৱা নাশ্চৰ্য্যং জানীত,

Beloved! be not held in surprise by the burning among you, which, for putting you to the proof, is befalling you, as though a, surprising, thing were happening unto you;

13 ১৩ কিন্তু খ্ৰীষ্টেন ক্লেশানাং সহভাগিৎৱাদ্ আনন্দত তেন তস্য প্ৰতাপপ্ৰকাশেঽপ্যাননন্দেন প্ৰফুল্লা ভৱিষ্যথ|

But, in so far as ye are taking fellowship in the Christ’s sufferings, rejoice! in order that, in the revealing of his glory also, ye may rejoice with exultation:

14 ১৪ যদি খ্ৰীষ্টস্য নামহেতুনা যুষ্মাকং নিন্দা ভৱতি তৰ্হি যূযং ধন্যা যতো গৌৰৱদাযক ঈশ্ৱৰস্যাত্মা যুষ্মাস্ৱধিতিষ্ঠতি তেষাং মধ্যে স নিন্দ্যতে কিন্তু যুষ্মন্মধ্যে প্ৰশংস্যতে|

If ye are being reproached in the name of Christ, happy [are ye]! Because, the Spirit, of the glory, and the [Spirit] of God, unto you is bringing rest.

15 ১৫ কিন্তু যুষ্মাকং কোঽপি হন্তা ৱা চৈৰো ৱা দুষ্কৰ্ম্মকৃদ্ ৱা পৰাধিকাৰচৰ্চ্চক ইৱ দণ্ডং ন ভুঙ্ক্তাং|

For let, none of you, be suffering as a murderer, or a thief, or an evil-doer, or as one prying into other men’s affairs;

16 ১৬ যদি চ খ্ৰীষ্টীযান ইৱ দণ্ডং ভুঙ্ক্তে তৰ্হি স ন লজ্জমানস্তৎকাৰণাদ্ ঈশ্ৱৰং প্ৰশংসতু|

But, if as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but be glorifying God in this name.

17 ১৭ যতো ৱিচাৰস্যাৰম্ভসমযে ঈশ্ৱৰস্য মন্দিৰে যুজ্যতে যদি চাস্মৎস্ৱাৰভতে তৰ্হীশ্ৱৰীযসুসংৱাদাগ্ৰাহিণাং শেষদশা কা ভৱিষ্যতি?

For it is the ripe time for the judgment to begin with the house of God; but, if first with us, what shall be the end of them who yield not unto the glad-message of God?

18 ১৮ ধাৰ্ম্মিকেনাপি চেৎ ত্ৰাণম্ অতিকৃচ্ছ্ৰেণ গম্যতে| তৰ্হ্যধাৰ্ম্মিকপাপিভ্যাম্ আশ্ৰযঃ কুত্ৰ লপ্স্যতে|

And, if, the righteous man, is, with difficulty, saved, where then shall, the ungodly and sinful man, appear?

19 ১৯ অত ঈশ্ৱৰেচ্ছাতো যে দুঃখং ভুঞ্জতে তে সদাচাৰেণ স্ৱাত্মানো ৱিশ্ৱাস্যস্ৰষ্টুৰীশ্ৱস্য কৰাভ্যাং নিদধতাং|

So then, let, them who are even suffering, according to the will of God, unto a faithful Creator, be committing their souls, in well-doing.
