1 Masikin ka malngei, Pathien inriengmuna lientak sika hin inbôlna ring le inthieng leh a khôktheiruo ni rangin nin takpum hah Pathien kôm pêk rangin nangni ki ngên ani. Maha nin biek rang lampui diktak chu ani.

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your reasonable service.

2 Hi rammuol omlam anghin om no ungla, Pathien lungdo asa le a khôktheiruo le asakipdir ngei hah nin riet minthâr theina rangin nin mulungrîl minthara omin hong tei ta roi. (aiōn g165)

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (aiōn g165)

3 Pathien'n mi pêk moroina neinunpêk sika hin nangni ke ngên ani. Nin kâra tute rangâiinlut rai om no roi. Manêkin, Pathien'n mitin kôma taksônna a pêk angtakin intukpui chit mulungrîl pêl roi.

For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think [of himself] more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

4 Takpum inkhata amachang tamtak ei dônna ha amachangngei sintum hah aom chit.

For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:

5 Ma angdênin, eini khom tamtak ni khom inla, Khrista leh takpum inkhat ei nia, ei rêngin takpum abâk anga ânzom chit ei ni.

So we, [being] many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

6 Masikin Pathien moroina mi pêk angtaka hin manboia pêk adang dang ei chang chita. Pathien chongril rang anînchu ei taksônna dôn angtaka hin misîr ila.

Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, [let us prophesy] according to the proportion of faith;

7 Sintho rang anînchu ei sinthona hin inpêk ngit ila, mi minchu rang anînchu minchu ngit ila.

Or ministry, [let us wait] on [our] ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;

8 Mi mohôk rang anînchu mohôk ngit ila, neinun pêkpu'n phaltakin pêk senla, rachamneipu han takintâitakin tho senla, mi lungkhampu khomin râisântakin lungkham rese.

Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, [let him do it] with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

9 Lungkhamna chu a rothol koploiin nirese. Asie hah mumâk ungla, asa ha chu mutu tit roi.

[Let] love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

10 Khristien sûngsuokrêng angin inkhat le inkhat inlungkham inlôm ungla, mirit inlômna minlang rang jôt tit roi.

[Be] kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

11 Sinthona lama ningsiet ungla, nin ratha minboi no roi. Mulungrîltakin Pumapa sin tho roi.

Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;

12 Nin sabeina han nin râiminsân senla, intaknangei nin tuong khomin dier ungla, zora tina chubai tho ngâi roi.

Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;

13 Nin Khristien champui ngei insamna nin neinun insan ungla, nin ina khuolmi mintung ngâi roi.

Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.

14 An nuom nangni lo ngâi ngei hah khomaksâm loia satvur ngei rangin Pathien kôm ngên roi.

Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.

15 A râisân ngei râiminsân pui ungla, a chap ngei chappui roi.

Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

16 Mindon munkhatin om ungla, insong no roi rangâiinchîn mingei leh ruol inchang roi. Nin thetheiin avâr intum no roi.

[Be] of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits.

17 Mingeiin nin chunga an sin minchâina hah sietna nanâkin thuon no roi. Mi murdi ranga asa hah tho rang pût roi.

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.

18 Mi murdi leh inngêia lêng theina rangin bôk ngit roi.

If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

19 Ka malngei, phûba lâk tet no ungla, manêkin Pathien taksina han tho rese. Pathien lekhabu'n, “Phûba murdi chu keiman ka lâk rang ani, Keiman thuon ki tih, Pumapa'n a ti,” ati anghan.

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but [rather] give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance [is] mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

20 Manêkin, Pathien lekhabu'n ati nôka, “Na râlngei an vonachâmin chu sâk rang pêk ngei inla, an tui ânrâlin chu an nêk rang pêk ngei roh, ha anghan no thôn chu ni min zak ngei ok rang ani.”

Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.

21 Sietnân motorin om nônla, manêkin nangman sietna hah motorin satnân zoiin om roh.

Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.
