< Rom 1 >

1 Paul renga, Jisua Khrista tîrlâm le tîrton ranga thang, Pathien'n a Thurchi Sa ngei misîr ranga koi.
Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated to the gospel of God,
2 Ma Thurchi Sa hah tien renga Pathien'n a dêipungei mangin a lei khâma, Lekhabu Inthieng taka miziekin.
( Which he had promised before by his prophets in the holy scriptures, )
3 Mahi a Nâipasal, ei Pumapa Jisua Khrista roi ani: Miriem nina tieng chu David richisuonpâra inzir ania;
Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who was born of the seed of David according to the flesh;
4 ânthiengna Ratha Inthieng chu, thina renga ânthoinôkna han Pathien Nâipasal ani tie sinthotheina roiinpuitak chu a minlang ani zoi.
And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:
5 Ama sika han Pathien'n tîrton ni rangin Khrista jôtna sika sintum ni pêk ani, Ramtina mingei iema le jômna tienga ruoi ngei rangin mikhâm ani.
By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:
6 Rom taka om ngei khom nangni huomsa ani, Jisua Khrista ata nirangin nangni a koi ani.
Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:
7 Masikin Rom taka om Pathien lungkham ngei le ama mi ni ranga a koi ngei nâm ranga ki miziek ani: Pathien ei Pa le Pumapa Jisua Khrista'n, moroina le inngêina nangni pêk rese.
To all that are in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
8 Amotontaka, rammuol pumpuia nin taksônna thurchi ânthang sikin nin rênga rangin Jisua Khrista jâra ka Pathien kôm râisânna chong ki mintung bak ani.
First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.
9 Chubai ko thona ngeia nangni ki riettit ngâi ti a Nâipasal Thurchi Sa misîra ku mulung murdia sin ko tho ngâi Pathien hah ni rietpuipu ani.
For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;
10 A lungdo anînchu atûn luo nangni ko hong sir phâk theina rangin Pathien kôm ke ngên tit ngâi ani.
Making request, if by any means now at length I may have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come to you.
11 Nin dik nôk uolna rangin ratha satvurna ngei nangni min chang rangin mu rang nangni ku nuom tatak ani.
For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, to the end that ye may be established;
12 Maha keima le nangni hih nin taksôn han inmohôk inlôm ku nuom ani, ei insan inlôm theina rangin.
That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.
13 Ka lâibungngei le sarnungei, nangni hongpan rang ko bôk tit ngâia, hannirese insûkloina a om kelen ngâi ti nin riet ku nuom ani, Jentail dang ngei lâia taksôn thar ka man anghan nin lâia khom man rangin ka sabei.
Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that I have often purposed to come to you, ( but was hindered until now, ) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.
14 Mitin chunga lâkâi ke nei, Greek mingei le mi môlma ngei mivârngei le mi inmôl ngei kôma khom.
I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.
15 Ma anghan nangni Rom khopuia omngei kôma khom Thurchi Sa misîr rangin inthok chakin ko om ani.
So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.
16 Thurchisa hih inzakpui mu-ung, tukhom a iem murdi sanminringna ranga Pathien sinthotheina ania, aphuta Judangei ta rangin masuole Jentailngei ta rang khomin ahongni.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God to salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
17 Thurchisa hin taksôn sik vaia Pathien'n mi thei a minchang lam aphut renga amongna tena a juong minlang ani, Pathien lekhabu'n, “Taksôn sika thei intumpu chu ring a tih,” tia ânziek anghan.
For in this is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
18 Invân renga Pathien taksina hah miriemngei Pathien lunghâng tholoina sietna le dikloina murdi chunga ajuong minlang ani, an sietna sikin chongtak hah an kal tita.
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Pathien'n intakna a mintuong ngeia, asikchu thurchi rietruongei chu an kôma ânlang tita Pathien'n ama rengin a min riet zoi sikin.
Because that which may be known of God is evident in them; for God hath shown it to them.
20 Anina mita mutheiloi a kumtuong sinthotheina le a Pathien nina hah rammuol sinphut renga a neinun sin ngeia inthârin mutheiin ânlanga. Masikin anni ngei chu jôkna rang lampui ite dôn mak ngei. (aïdios g126)
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: (aïdios g126)
21 Pathien an riet chakin Pathien angin chôiminsâng mak ngeia ama kôm râisânchong khom ril mak ngeia; sin kâmboi mang an mindona an mulungrîl sêt tak hah ahong jîng zoia.
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Avâr okin an inbea hannirese an inmôl ani.
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 Thitheiloi Pathien chubaimûk nêkin a thithei miriemngei le vângei sângei le iring rimilngei pathien an min chang zoia.
And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man, and birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 Masikin, an mulungrîl nuomlam neinun porinchengei tho rangin Pathien'n nûk a song ngeia inzakpui omtakin an om zoi ani.
Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 Pathien chongtak nêkin milak an thang uola, asinpu biek nêkin a sin ngei biekna sin an thope uola, Asinpu chu kumtuongin minpâkin om rese! Amen. (aiōn g165)
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
26 Masika han kêng Pathien'n inzak taka an hur ha phalin nûk a song ngeia. An nupangngei hah khom nunchan insiengpui angtakin om loiin an oma.
For this cause God gave them up to vile affections: for even their women changed the natural use into that which is against nature:
27 An pasalngei khom nupang mang ngâi lam mâksanin, hurin an in en inlôma, pasal le pasal dikloi takin an lênga. An taksa ngeia an sietna man an man ani.
And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was due.
28 Pathien rietna diktak hah an mulungrîla an nei nuom loi sikin an mindonna siet tak anga om rangin Pathien'n nûk a song ngeia, an tho loi ruo khom an tho zoia.
And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not proper;
29 Dikloina murdi'n an sipa sietnangei, insâp râtnangei, puoloina ngei, narsana ngei, inthatna ngei, insuol inkhalna ngei, inhuongna ngei le inmumâkna ngeiin an sipa,
Being filled with all unrighteousness, immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 an inêroa, an indema, Pathien an henga, an indoia, an inpâka, an insonga, sietna dadang athar an min suoka, an nulepangei mirit mak ngeia.
Backbiters, haters of God, insolent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 A sielesarietna nei mak ngeia an inkhâmna mang mak ngeia, midang lungkhamna le inriengmuna reng dôn ngâi mak ngei.
Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 Ma anga tho ngei chu Pathien'n a khâm anga thiruo anni ti riet chakin, anni an tho vai niloiin midang a tho ngei khom an nuompui sa ngâi.
Who knowing the judgment of God, that they who commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
