< Matthew 24 >

1 Hanchu, Jisua hah a jôka, Biekin renga a se lâiin Biekin min en rangin a ruoisingei a kôm an honga.
And, Jesus coming forth, from the temple, was taking his departure, when his disciples came forward to point out to him the buildings of the temple.
2 Ama han an kôm, “En roi, Adiktakin nangni ki ril, hitaka lung inkhat luo khom hih amuna om no nih; anrêngin paiin om riei an tih,” a tia.
But, he, answering, said unto them—Are ye not beholding all these things? Verily, I say unto you—in no wise, shall there be left here, stone upon stone, which shall not be thrown down.
3 Hanchu, Jisua Oliv tângah ânsung lâiin, a ruoisingeiin a theiin an hong intongpuia. “Mi ril ta, hi ngei hih itika mo ai tung rang,” male “Nu juong nôkna rang le rammuol mongna rang minsinna hah imo ai ni rang,” tiin an rekela. (aiōn g165)
And, as he was sitting upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him, privately, saying—Tell us, when these things shall be, —and what the sign of thy presence, and the conclusion of the age. (aiōn g165)
4 Jisua'n an kôm han, “Tutên nangni an huong loina rangin, indîn roi.
And, answering, Jesus said unto them—Be taking heed, lest anyone, deceive, you;
5 Mi tamtakin, ‘Messiah hah ki ni!’ tiin keima riming songin hong an ta, mi tamtak lei huong an tih.
For, many, will come upon my name, saying—I, am the Christ, —and will, deceive many.
6 Nin kôla indoina roi riet nin ta, ala takna indoina roi inthang la riet nin tih, nikhomrese, nin jâmminzal no roi. Ha neinunngei hah chu ahongtung ngêt rang ani, nikhomrese amongna chu lani no nih.
Moreover ye will be sure to be hearing of wars, and rumours of wars: Mind! be not alarmed, for it must needs happen, —but, not yet, is, the end;
7 Nam le nam indoi an ta, ram le ram indoi an tih. Muntina mâitâm chul ata, ningnu innîk atih.
For there will arise—nation against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, —and there will be famines and earthquakes, in places.
8 Ha ngei hah nâiha aphut chak ang hah ani.
But, all these things, are a beginning of birth-pangs.
9 Hanchu, dûk nangni min tuong rang le nangni that rangin nangni la sûr an tih. Keima sikin nam tinin nangni la mumâk an tih.
Then, will they deliver you up into tribulation, and will slay you, —and ye will be men hated by all the nations, because of my name
10 Ma tika chu mi tamtakin an taksônna la mâng an ta, lân sûr inlôm an ta, lân mumâk inlôm an tih.
And, then, will many be caused to stumble, and, one another, will deliver up, and will hate one another;
11 Male, dêipu dikloi tamtak hong suok an ta, mi tamtak la huong an tih.
And, many false prophets, will arise, and deceive, many;
12 Hanchu, sietna ala pung rang sikin mi tamtak lungkhamna la dâi atih.
And, because of lawlessness being brought to the full, the love of the many, will grew cold.
13 Nikhomrese, tutu among dêna diera tuong chu sanminringin om an tih.
But, he that hath endured throughout, the same, shall be saved.
14 Male, hi ‘Rêngram Thurchi Sa’ hih namtin rietna rangin rammuol pumpuia misîrin la om a ta; male, amongna hong tung atih.”
And this glad message of the kingdom will be proclaimed in all the inhabited earth, for a witness unto all the nations, —and, then, will have come, the end.
15 “Hanchu, ‘Intakna Ichiom Tak,’ dêipu Daniel ramanga lei misîr hah mûng nin ta, mun inthienga han inding a tih.” (Apore murdi'n aomtie riet rese ngei!)
Whensoever, therefore, ye shall see the abomination desolation, that was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in a holy place, —he that readeth, let him think,
16 “Male Judea rama om ngei hah tânga rot ngêt rese ngei.
Then, they who are in Judaea, let them flee into the mountains;
17 Mi a inchunga om khom insûnga a neinun kaisuo rangin chum no rese.
And, he that is on the house-top, let him not come down, to take away the things out of his house;
18 Mi loia om khom a puon lâk rangin kîr no rese.
And, he that is in the field, let him not turn back, to take away his mantle.
19 Ha ni han chu nâivongngei le nu nâite pomlâingei chung chu ântak bâk rang na!
But alas! for the women with child, and for them that are giving suck, in those days;
20 Nin rot rang zora hah phalbia mo, sabbathni'n mo ani loina rangin Pathien kôm chubaitho roi.
But be praying that your flight, may not happen in winter, nor on sabbath;
21 Ha zora dûktongna ichiruoi inthang om rang ha chu rammuol insieng renga atûn tena la om ngâi maka, om nôk tet khâi no nih.
For there will be then, Great tribulation, such as hath not happened, from the beginning of the world, until the present time, neither in any wise shall happen.
22 Nikhomsenla, Pathien'n ha sûn ngei hah a minbong zoi; ni no senla vang chu tute ringsuok thei noni ngei. A mi zenngei sikin Pathien'n ha sûn ngei hah minbong a tih.
And, except those days had been shortened, no flesh had been saved; but, for the sake of the chosen, those days shall be shortened.
23 “Male, tukhomin nin kôm, ‘En ta, Messiah chu hin a om!’ aninônchu ‘Soson a om!’ an ti khomin iem no roi.
Then, if any, unto you, say—Lo! here, is the Christ, or, there, Do not believe it;
24 Messiah rothol ngei le dêipu dikloi ngei an la suok rang ani; ha ngei han thei vang senla ngei chu Pathien zen mingei luo an huong theina rangin minsinna sininkhêl le sin kamâmruoi thông an tih.
For there will arise, false Christs, and false prophets, —and they will show great signs and wonders, so that, if possible, even the chosen, should be deceived: —
25 Rangâi roi! Azora ahongtung mân nangni ki lei ril ani.
Lo! I have foretold you.
26 Aninônchu, nin kôm, ‘En ta, ramchâra aom!’ an ti khomin mahan se no roi; aninônchu hin ânthup an ti khomin iem no roi.
If therefore they should say unto you, Lo! in the desert, he is, Do not go forth; Lo! in the chambers, Do not believe it.
27 Miriem Nâipasal juong nôk rang chu kôlinleka dapdaptingei sak tieng renga thang tieng tenah ahonginlek anga han ani rang sikin.
For, just as the lightning goeth forth from the east, and shineth unto the west, so, shall be the presence of the Son of Man.
28 “Kho munah khom saruok omna murdia sêlkuru khom intûp an tih.”
Wheresoever, the corpse, shall be, there, shall be gathered, the vultures!
29 “Ha intakna nikhuongei zoiin chu nisa jîng a ta, thâ vâr khâi nonih, invân renga ârsi ngei tâk a ta, invân sinthotheina ngei hah inphêthet'n om an tih.
But, straightway after the tribulation of those days, the sun, will be darkened, and, the moon, will not give her brightness, and, the stars, will fall from heaven, —and, the powers of the heavens, will be shaken;
30 Masuole chu Miriem Nâipasal minsinna hah invâna inlang ata; pilchunga mi murdi'n Miriem Nâipasal invâna sûm chunga sinthotheina le inlal taka juong an mu tikin chu chap an tih.
And, then, will be displayed—The sign of the Son of Man in heaven, and, then, will smite their breasts—all the tribes of the earth; and they will see the Son of Man—coming upon the clouds of heaven, with great power and glory.
31 Bekul miring inring tak tum nîng ata, hanchu, a vântîrtonngei hah rammuol rikil minlia tîr a ta, kôlkung renga kangkhat tienga kôlkung dênin a mi zenngei mintûp atih.”
And he will send forth his messengers, with a great trumpet, and they will gather together his chosen—Out of the four winds, from heavens’ bounds, unto their bounds.
32 “Ha chongmintêk hah theichang kunga inchu roi. Amachang ahong ringa, ahong innoia, abuo ahong incherin chu kholum ahong nâi zoi tiin nin riet ngâi.
Now, from the fig-tree, learn ye, the parable: —When, already, her young branch, becometh tender, and the leaves, may be sprouting, ye observe, that, near, is, the summer:
33 Ha angdênin, ma neinunngei murdi hah nin mu'n chu, a zora ahong nâi zoi, ânphut rang ani zoi ti riet roi.
Thus, ye also, when ye shall see all these things, observe ye, that, near, he is, at the doors.
34 Atûnlâia mingei hih an thi riei mân, hi ngei nâm hih tung let atih ti riettit roi.
Verily, I say unto you—In nowise, shall this generation, pass away, until all these things, shall happen:
35 Pilchung le invân boi a ta, ko chong chu boi no nih.”
The heaven and the earth, shall pass away, but, my words, shall, in nowise, pass away.
36 “Hannirese, ha nikhuo le a zora ha chu Pa telloiin chu tutên riet mak ngei; Invâna vântîrtonngei khomin, Nâipasal khomin.
But, concerning that day and hour, no one, knoweth, neither the messengers of the heavens, nor the Son, —save the Father only.
37 Miriem Nâipasal juong nôkna chu Noah damlâi angdên han nîng atih.
For, just as the days of Noah, so, will be the presence of the Son of Man;
38 Tuilien mân, sûn ngeiah han chu Noah rukuonga a lût ni dênin an sâka an nêka, lômnu, lômpa an innei ngâia.
For, as they were in those days that were before the flood, feeding and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage, —until the day Noah entered into the ark;
39 Tui ahongliena, an rêngin an inmang riei mâka chu imo ahongtung ite riet mak ngei. Miriem Nâipasal juong nôkna chu ha ang takah han nîng atih.
And they observed not, until the flood came and took away all together, so, will be, the presence of the Son of Man.
40 Ha tikin chu mi inik loia sin an ta inkhat tuongin om a ta, inkhat mâkin om a tih.
Then, shall there be two men in the field, —one, is taken near, and, one, is left behind:
41 Nupang inik sasum kunga sângsukin om an ta, inkhat mâkin om a ta, Inkhat tuongin om a tih.
Two women grinding at the mill, —one, is taken near, and, one, is left behind.
42 Masikin inning chien roi, itiknimo nin Pumapa a juong rang riet mak chei.
Be watching, therefore, for ye know not, on what manner of day, your Lord is coming.
43 In pumapa'n inru hong rang zora hah riet senla chu, lei meng a ta, a neinunngei min muruk no nih, ti hih riet roi.
But there is, one thing, ye know—That, if the householder, had known, in what watch, the thief was coming, he would have been on the alert, and not have suffered his house to be dug through.
44 Masikin nangni khom intûng chienin om roi, nin tûng loi zora takin Miriem Nâipasal a juong rang sikin.”
Wherefore, ye also, be getting ready, because, in what hour ye are, not thinking, The Son of Man doth come.
45 “Tîrlâm taksônom avâr tak, a pun a insûng cherêla, tîrlâm dangngei zora tina an sâk sem pe ranga ulien a minchang chu tumo nini?
Who then is the faithful and prudent servant, whom the master hath appointed over his household, to give them food in season?
46 A pu'n a honga, ha anga sin thoa tîrlâm a hong mu ha chu a râisân ani,
Happy! that servant, whom his master, when he cometh, shall find so doing!
47 Adiktakin nangni ki ril, a pu han a neinun murdi chunga ajêkpu minchang a tih.
Verily, I say unto you—Over all his substance, will he appoint him.
48 Hannirese, tîrlâm saloi anîn chu, a mulungin ‘Ku pu chu hong vak no nih’ tîng a ta,
But, if that wicked servant should say in his heart—My master, delayeth,
49 a tîrlâm champuingei lei jêm a ta, ju inrûingei kâra lei nêkin lei sâk a tih.
And begin to be striking his fellow-servants, and eating and drinking with the drunken,
50 Male, ha tîrlâm hah a tûng loi lâitak le a riet loi zora takin a pu hong suok pe atih.
The master of that servant, will have come, on a day when he is not expecting, and in an hour when he is not observing, —
51 A pu han ât nôinek a ta, asarotholngei chang anga han minchang a tih, Mahan chap a ta, a hâ riel a tih.”
And will cut him asunder; and, his part, with the hypocrites, will appoint: There, shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth!
