< Mark 2 >

1 Sûn tômte suole chu Jisua Capernaum taka a se nôka, male ina a om ti roi ânthanga.
And again he entered into Capernaum, after some days; and it was noised that he was in the house.
2 Masikin mi tamtak an hong intûpa, inkhâr pêntieng luo mun tong khâi maka. Jisua'n an kôm thurchi a misîr lâitakin
And straightway many were gathered together, insomuch that there was no room to receive them, no, not so much as about the door: and he preached the word unto them.
3 phalkhatthi inkhat mi minlîn a kôm an hong rojôna.
And they come unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four.
4 Nikhomrese loko an tam rai sikin a kôma hong tungpui thei mak ngeia, masikin Jisua omna ridîn taka inchung an phêna. An phên zoiin chu phalkhatthipu hah a jâmpher leh an juong musuma.
And when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay.
5 Jisua'n an taksôn tie hah a mua, phalkhatthipa kôm han, “Ka nâipasal, ni sietnangei ngâidam ani zoi,” a tia.
When Yahushua saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.
6 Balam minchupungei senkhat ma muna insung ngei han an mindonna,
But there were certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts,
7 “Hi mi hin ithomo hi anga a chong ngam hi? Pathien a rilminsiet ani! Pathien vai ke sietnangei ngâidam thei!” an tia.
Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but Elohim only?
8 Harenghan Jisua'n an mindon hah a rieta, an kôm, “Ithomo ma anghan nin mindonna?
And immediately when Yahushua perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts?
9 Phalkhatthi kôm han, ‘Ni sietnangei ngâidam ani zoi,’ ti le ‘Inthoi inla, na jâmpher luok inla lôn ta roh,’ ti hih kho hi mo a ti abai uol?
Whether is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and take up thy bed, and walk?
10 Hanchu, philchung hin Miriem Nâipasal'n sietnangei ngâidam theina racham a dôn ti nangni lei min mu rong” a tia. Masikin phalkhatthi kôm han,
But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy, )
11 “Inthoi inla, na jâmpher luok inla, ni ina se ta roh!” tiin nang ki ril a tia.
I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house.
12 An rêngin an enchungchakin ama hah ânthoia, a jâmpher a luoka, a se kelen zoia. An rêngin an kamâm sabaka, Pathien an minpâka, “Hima anga neinun hih chu la mu tet ngâi mak me!” an tia.
And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified YHWH, saying, We never saw it on this fashion.
13 Jisua Galilee dîl panga a se nôka. Loko ngei a kôm an sea, male a minchu ngei phut zoia.
And he went forth again by the sea side; and all the multitude resorted unto him, and he taught them.
14 A sena sumrusuongpa Levi Alphaeus nâipasal, a office taka ânsung a mua. Jisua'n a kôm, “Ni hong jûi roh,” a tipea. Levi ânthoia, male ama a jûi zoi.
And as he passed by, he saw Levi the son of Alphaeus sitting at the receipt of custom, and said unto him, Follow me. And he arose and followed him.
15 Chomolte suole chu Levi ina bukhalâi an ota. Sumrusuong ngâi mi tamtak le mitelloingei Jisua an jûia, male mi tamtakin Jisua le a ruoisingei bukhalâi otna dosânga an inchela.
And it came to pass, that, as Yahushua sat at meat in his house, many publicans and sinners sat also together with Yahushua and his disciples: for there were many, and they followed him.
16 Phariseengei le Balam minchupungei senkhatin, Jisua chu mitelloingei le sumrusuongpungei leh bu a nêk an mûn chu a ruoisingei kôm, “Khoitho mo ma anga mingei lâia bu a nêk?” tiin an rekela.
And when the scribes and Pharisees saw him eat with publicans and sinners, they said unto his disciples, How is it that he eateth and drinketh with publicans and sinners?
17 Jisua'n an chong hah a lei rieta, an kôm, “Adamngeiin doctor nâng ngâi mak ngeia, aniatachu adamloi ngei chu doctor an nâng ngâi. Midikngei ralam ranga juong ni ma-unga, mitelloingei ralam ranga juong ke ki ni,” tiin a thuona.
When Yahushua heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
18 Zora khat chu Baptispu John nûkjûingei le Phariseengei han bu an ngêia. Mingei senkhatin Jisua kôm an honga, a kôm, “Ithomo John nûkjûingei le Pharisee ruoisingei hi bu an ngêi ngena, aniatachu nu ruoisingei hi an ngêi ngâi loi?” tiin an rekela.
And the disciples of John and of the Pharisees used to fast: and they come and say unto him, Why do the disciples of John and of the Pharisees fast, but thy disciples fast not?
19 Jisua'n an kôm, “Inneina khuolmingei ha bungêi rangin nin lei sabei mini?” Ni thei no ni! Mâkpa hah an kôma aom kâr chu bungêi no ni ngei.
And Yahushua said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them? as long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast.
20 Hannirese an kôm renga mâkpa ha an tuong pai nikhuo la tung a ta, ma tika chu la ngêi an tih.
But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days.
21 “Tutên puon muruo chitphonân puon thar relek mang ngâi mak ngei, mang ngân khom senla athar han amuruo hah minchîrup a ta chet uol atih.
No man also seweth a piece of new cloth on an old garment: else the new piece that filled it up taketh away from the old, and the rent is made worse.
22 Tutên uain thar khom savun ûm muruo taka thun ngâi mak ngei, thun ngân khom senla, uain thar han savun ûm hah mût khoi a ta, uain le savun ûm le mangmunboi chang atih. Manêkin, uain thar chu savun ûm thara ngêt thun nîng atih” tiin a thuona.
And no man putteth new wine into old bottles: else the new wine doth burst the bottles, and the wine is spilled, and the bottles will be marred: but new wine must be put into new bottles.
23 Sabbathnin Jisua bubilngei senkhata a lôna. A ruoisingeiin ama leh an lôn pumin buvûingei ha an china
And it came to pass, that he went through the corn fields on the Sabbath day; and his disciples began, as they went, to pluck the ears of corn.
24 Masikin Phariseengeiin Jisua kôm, “En ta, nu ruoisingeiin Sabbathnia an tho hi! Mahi ei Balamin akhap ani,” an tia.
And the Pharisees said unto him, Behold, why do they on the Sabbath day that which is not lawful?
25 Jisua'n an kôm, “David'n sâk rang ânsam lâihan a tho hah nin la pore tet ngâi loi mini? Ama le a miriemngei an vonchâm sabaka,
And he said unto them, Have ye never read what David did, when he had need, and was an hungred, he, and they that were with him?
26 masikin David han Pathien ina a lûta, Pathien kôma pêksai vâipôl hah a sâka. Mahi Abiathar Ochai Inlaltak a chang lâihan ani. Ei Balam dungjûiin chu ha vâipôl hah Ochaingei vai ke an sâk thei ngâi ani, aniatachu David'n a sâka male a miriemngei khom a sem ngei sa.”
How he went into the house of YHWH in the days of Abiathar the high priest, and did eat the shewbread, which is not lawful to eat but for the priests, and gave also to them which were with him?
27 Male Jisua'n, “Sabbathni chu miriemngei sana ranga sin ania, miriem chu Sabbathni ranga sin nimak.
And he said unto them, The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath:
28 Masikin Miriem Nâipasal hih Sabbathni a Pumapa khom ani” tiin chong a khâr zoi.
Therefore the Son of man is master also of the Sabbath.
