< John 17 >
1 Jisua'n ma chong hih a ti suole chu invân tieng a tanga, “Pa, azora atung zoi. Na nâipasal kôm roiinpuina pêk ta roh. Nâipasal khomin roiinpuina nang a pêk theina rangin.
These things, spake Jesus, and, lifting up his eyes unto heaven, said: —Father! The hour is come! Glorify thy Son, that, the Son, may glorify, thee, —
2 Mingei murdi chunga rachamneina ama ne pêka, masikin ama khomin ne pêk ngei kôm kumtuong ringna a pêk ngei theina rangin. (aiōnios )
Even as thou gavest him authority over all flesh, that, as touching whatsoever thou hast given him, he might give unto them, life age-abiding. (aiōnios )
3 Male kumtuong ringna ti chu, nangma Pathien diktak vai nang riet, le ni tîrpu, Jisua Khrista riet hih ani. (aiōnios )
And, this, is the age-abiding life, That they get to know thee, the only real God, and him whom thou didst send, Jesus Christ. (aiōnios )
4 No roiinpuina pilchunga ki minlanga; sintum mi ni pêk khom ki sin suozoi ani.
I, glorified thee on the earth, The work, finishing, which thou hast given me that I should do.
5 Pa! atûn no kôm ngêt han roiinpuina ni pêk roh, rammuol insieng mâna no kôma roiinpuina ko dôn ngâi dên ha.
And, now, glorify me—thou, Father! with thyself, with the glory which I had, before the world’s existence, with thee.
6 “Rammuol renga mi ni pêk ngei kôm ni riming ku phuong minzar zoi. Anni ngei hah nata an nia, male nangman kêng anni ngei ha mi ni pêka, no chong an don zoia,
I manifested thy name, unto the men whom thou gavest me out of the world: Thine, they were, and, to me, thou gavest them, and, thy word, have they kept:
7 male atûn chu neinun mi ni pêk ngei murdi hih nangma renga ani ti an riet zoi.
Now, have they come to know, That, all things, as many as thou gavest me, are, from thee;
8 Nangman chong mi ni pêk ngei khom ke pêk ngeia an pom zoia; no kôm renga juong ki ni khom an riet minthâr zoi, male mi ni tîr ani ti khom an iem zoi ani.
And, the declarations which thou gavest me, have I given them, and, they, received them, and came to know in truth, that, from thee, came I forth, —and they believed, that, thou, didst send me forth.
9 “Anni rang piela chubaitho ki ni. Rammuol rangin chubaitho mu unga, nangma nata, keima mi ni pêk ngei ta ranga ani.
I, concerning them, make request: not, concerning the world, do I make request, but concerning them whom thou hast given me, because, thine, they are, —
10 Ko dôn ngei murdi nata an nia; no dôn ngei murdi khom kata an nia, male ko roiinpuina khom anni renga ânlang ngâi ani.
And, all my possessions, are, thine, and, thy possessions, mine, and I have been glorified in them.
11 Atûn chu no kôm ko hong rang ani zoia; rammuola om khâi noning, aniatachu anni ngei chu rammuola la om an tih. Pa Inthieng! anni ngei hi ni riming sinthotheinân sanmojôk ngei roh, riming mi ni pêk lehan, masikin keima le nangma pumkhat eini anghan anni ngei khom pumkhat anni theina rangin.
And, no longer, am I in the world, and, they, are, in the world, —and, I, unto thee, am coming. Holy Father! Keep them in thy name which thou hast given me, that they may be one, as, we.
12 An kôm ko om sûngin chu ni riming sinthotheinân ka sanmojôk ngei ngâi, riming mi ni pêk lehan. Ku rung ngeia, inkhat luo inmang mak ngei, ânmang rang piela ompu tiloiin chu Pathien lekhabua ânziek ahong tung adik theina rang sikin.
When I was with them, I, kept them in thy name which thou hast given me, —And I kept watch, and, none from among them, went the destruction, —save the son of destruction, that, the Scripture, might be fulfilled.
13 Atûn chu no kôm ko hong rang ani zoia, male rammuola hi neinunngei hih ki misîr pe ngeia ka râisânna an mulung sûngngeia akipdira aom theina rangin.
But, now, unto thee, am I coming; and, these things, am I speaking in the world, that they may have my own joy fulfilled in themselves.
14 No chongbê ke pêk ngeia, male rammuolin a mumâk ngei zoia, rammuol mi an ni khâiloi sikin, keima rammuol mi ki ni loi anghan.
I, have given them thy word, and, the world, hated them, because they are not of the world—even as, I, am not of the world.
15 Rammuol renga lâk pai ngei rangin nang zong mu unga, Asaloi Inkhat renga sanmojôk ngei rangin nang ke ngên ani.
I request not, that thou wouldst take them out of the world, but that thou wouldst keep them out of the evil:
16 Keima rammuol mi ki ni loi anghin anni khom rammuol mi nimak ngei.
Of the world, they are not, even as, I, am not of the world.
17 Anni ngei hih chongtakin minthâr ngei roh; no chong chu chongtak ani.
Hallow them in the truth: Thine own word, is, truth:
18 Rammuola mi ni tîr anghan, kei khomin anni ngei hih rammuola ki tîr ngei ani.
Even as thou didst send me forth into the world, I also, send them forth into the world;
19 Anni sikin no kôm kên thâra, anni ngei khom no kôm, adiktaka an inthâr theina rangin.
And, on their behalf, I, hallow myself, that, they also, may have become hallowed in truth.
20 “Hi ngei rang vaiin nang ngên mu unga, an thurchi misîr sika mi a iem ngei ta rang khomin nang ke ngên sa ani.
Not however concerning these alone, do I make request, but, concerning them also who believe, through their word, on me:
21 An rêngin pumkhat anni theina rangin nang ke ngên ani. Pa! Anni ngei hih ei kôm om rese ngei, nangma ko kôm no oma, keima khom no kôm ko om anghan. Pumkhatin om rese ngei, rammuolin mi ni tîr, ti an iem theina rangin.
That they, all, may be, one, —even as, thou, Father, in me, and, I, in thee, —that, they also, in us, may be; —that, the world, may believe that, thou, didst send me forth.
22 Roiinpuina mi ni pêk dên hah anni khom ke pêk ngei ani, nangma le keima pumkhat ei ni anghan pumkhat an ni theina rangin.
And, I, the glory which thou hast given to me, have given to them, that they may be one, even as, we, are, one.—
23 Keima, an kôma, nangma ko kôma omin an nin pumkhat tatakna rangin, hanchu mi ni tîr ani ti hih rammuolin riet an ta, male mi ni lungkham anghan anni ngei khom nu lungkham ngei tiin riet an tih.
I, in them and, thou, in me; That they may have been perfected into, one, —That the world may get to know, that, thou, didst send me forth, and didst love them even as thou didst love, me.
24 “Pa! anni ngei hih mi ni pêka, male ko omna an om sa theina rangin ku nuom ani, mi ni lungkham sika rammuol insieng mâna mi ni pêk roiinpuina hah an mu theina rangin.
Father! As touching that which thou hast given me, I desire—That, where, I, am, they also, may be, with me, that they may behold my own glory which thou hast given me, —because thou lovedst me, before the foundation of the world.
25 Pa Diktak! rammuolin nang riet maka, hannirese keiman chu nang ki riet, male hi ngei khomin mi ni tîr ani tiin an riet.
Righteous Father! And so, the world, came not to know thee; but, I, came to know thee, and, these, came to know that, thou, didst send me forth:
26 An kôm nang ki min riet ngeia, min riet ngei bang ki tih, mi ni lungkhamna hah an kôm aom theina rangin, male kei khom an kôm ko om sa theina rangin,” a tia.
And I made known unto them thy name, and will make known, —that, the love wherewith thou lovedst me, in them, may be, and, I, in them.
