Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

Listen, I, Paul, tell you that if you receive circumcision, Christ will profit you nothing.

Yes, I testify again to every man who receives circumcision, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.

4 Balam jôm sika Pathien kôma adik inchang abôk ngei, Khrista leh nin insen zoia, Pathien moroina pêntieng han nin om ani.

You are alienated from Christ, you who desire to be justified by the law. You have fallen away from grace.

5 Keini rangin chu, kin taksônnân Pathien Ratha sinthotheina jârin Pathien kôm adik inchang kin tih iti kin sabei ani.

For we, through the Spirit, by faith wait for the hope of righteousness.

6 Khrista Jisua leh inzomna han chu sertan khom, sertanloi khom ite ateina ommak, lungkhamna sika taksôna sin vai asêna aom ani.

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision amounts to anything, nor uncircumcision, but faith working through love.

You were running well. Who interfered with you that you should not obey the truth?

For you, brothers, were called for freedom. Only do not use your freedom for gain to the flesh, but through love be servants to one another.

14 “Nangma nên lungkham anghan nu bungmingei lungkham roh” iti chong hin Balam pumpui chongpêk inkhatin a kaikhôm let ani.

For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, in this: "You are to love your neighbor as yourself."

15 Aniatachu, ramsa anghan nin inpetta, nin insâk inlôm duoiin chu, nin inmang let loina rangin indîn roi.

But if you bite and devour one another, be careful that you do not consume one another.

16 Ki ti chu mahih ani; ratha'n nin ringnun ruoi rese, hanchu, miriem nina mulungbôkngei hah nin jôm loi rang ani.

But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desires of the flesh.

17 Ei miriem nina mulungbôk hah ratha mulungbôkin a doi ngâia, ratha mulungbôk khom miriem nina mulungbôkin adoi ngâi. Ma ngei inik hah râl an ni. Masikin nin sin tho nuomngei hah nin tho theiloina ani.

For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, that you may not do the things that you desire.

18 Ratha'n nangni a ruoia anin chu Balam nuoia ommak chei.

But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness,

21 narsana ngei, ju inrûina ngei, hurinliekna ngei le ma anga adang dang an tho ngâi. Motona nangni ke lei ril sai anghan atûn khom nangni ki ril nôk, ma anga sin tho ngei hah chu Pathien Rêngram luo tet noni ngei.

envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

22 Aniatachu Ratha mara chu; lungkhamna ngei, râisâna ngei, inngêina ngei, tuongtheina ngei moroina ngei, satna ngei, taksôn omna ngei,

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

23 rangâiinchîna ngei le indîntheina ngei hih ani. Ma ngei akal rangin balam reng ommak.

gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

24 Khrista Jisua mingei chu an miriem nina hah an mindonna le an mulungbôkngei murdi leh an that suozoi.

Those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts.

25 Ratha'n ringna thar mi pêk zoia; ama'n ei ringnun khom a jêk ngêt rang ani.

If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.

26 Inpâka, insuol inkhalin le inkhat le inkhat innarsân ei om tet rang nimak.

Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, and envying one another.
