< Walumi 12 >

1 Eshi hwego embasunda, mwaholo, hwusanjilo zyakwe Ongolobhe, gafumii amabele genyu ebhe dhabihu yeli enyomi, ezelu humwoyo yeposhelelwa hwa Ngolobhe. Ene ibada yenyu eye lyoli.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, well-pleasing to God, which is your spiritual worship;
2 Wala mgajehwazizye amambo gepa pansi epa, huje tigaluzanyiwe abhehwe bhapya esebho zyetu. Bhombaji eshi mposhele amanye olugano lwa Ngolobhe gagali miza, agahukhodele na humalishilo. (aiōn g165)
and be not conformed to the fashion of this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that ye may learn by experience what is the will of God, what is good, and well-pleasing, and perfect. (aiōn g165)
3 Eshi eyanga, hwusababu yewene yepebhilwe, huje kila muntu wahweli pandwemo namwe sahwaziwa asebhe natele humwanya yakwe yuyo ashile sashihwaziwa asebhe. Huje, hahahwaziwa asebhaje hwunshinshi huje nashi Ongolobhe abhapiye kila omo hashe ahantu hee lweteho.
For through the grace given to me I warn every one among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, according to the measure of faith which God hath imparted to each.
4 Hwa huje tine vintu vinji ashilile mbele gumo, lakini sevintu vyoti vine mbombo emo.
For as in one body we have many members, and the members have not all the same office,
5 Shesho ate, tetilibhinji tilibele gumo ashilile uKilisiti, na evikhatazizyo kila omo hwawa mwabho.
so we, though many, form one body in Christ, and each of us is a member of it in common with the rest.
6 Tiline kalama zyezili mjinjinyinji hwuwene yetipewilwe. Kebhabhe kalama eyamuntu okuwa, na ebhombeshe hwuwezo gwe lweteho lwakwe.
Having then gifts which dither according to the grace which hath been bestowed upon us, if we have prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of our faith;
7 Kebhabhe ekalama ya muntu huduma, na abhombaje. Nkebhahe owenje ane kalama eyafundizye, hwa huje afudizyaje.
or if service, let us attend to the service; he that teacheth, let him attend to teaching;
8 Nkebhabhe kalama eyamuntu falaja, hwa huje, abhafaliji. Nkebhabhe kalama eyamuntu hufumwe, abhombaje esho humwoyo gwoti. Nkebhabhe kalama ya muntu hulongozye, nalibhobheshe huwinza. Nkebhabhe ekalama ya mntu hubhoneshe esajilo, na ebhombeshe huhuseshelelo.
or he that exhorteth, to exhortation; he that giveth, let him do it with liberality; he that presideth over others, with diligence; he that doeth deeds of mercy, with cheerfulness.
9 Aganane husibhe hwilenga. Vitwaji embibhi; mnkhatilile aminza.
Let your love be unfeigned. Abhor that which is evil, cleave to that which is good.
10 Ahusu aganane hwaholo, mgananaje mwemwe hwa mwemwe. Ahusu nshinshi, enshinshi ebhehulimwe hwa hulimwe mubhene.
In brotherly love, be affectionate to one another; in honor, give each other the preference.
11 Ahusu ubhomvi, mganjebhe bhayuzu. Ahusu ompepo, mbhanje muhusogwa. Ahusu Ogosi, hwitumaji.
Be not backward in zeal; be fervent in spirit; serving the Lord.
12 Shanji hwidandi lyamlinalyo ahusu ensiku zyezihwenza. Mubhe nagolele ashilile amayemba genyu. Mkhalaje apuute.
Rejoice in hope; be patient in affliction; persevere in prayer.
13 Mubhavaje ashile amashida agalokole. Azaji idala elya bhoneshe oluganano.
Relieve the wants of the holy; be given to hospitality.
14 Bhalabhilaji aminza woti bhabha bhayevya amwe; mubhaputilaye aminza na mgaje bhaputile alogwe.
Bless those who persecute you; bless, and curse not.
15 Shanji pandwemo nabhabha shaa, lilaji pandwemo nabhabha lila.
Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep.
16 Mubhe nesebho zimo mwemwe hwa mwemwe mgajesebhe hwa hwilole, lakini bhetehaji abhantu abhehali eyapansi. Mubhanje nenshinshi humwanya yesebho zyenyu mbhene.
Be of one mind among yourselves. Set not your minds on high things, but content yourselves with what is humble. Be not wise in your own conceits.
17 Msihusovye omuntu wowoti ibhibhi hwi bhibhi. Bhombaji aminza humaso gabhantu bhoti.
Render to no one evil for evil; have regard to what is honorable in the sight of all men.
18 Nkashile ewezehana, nashi sashibhe shelwe hulimwi, mubhe neluseshele nabhantu bhoti.
If it be possible, as far as dependeth on you, be at peace with all men.
19 Bheluganano, ugajelipizye eshisasi umwene, lakini ileshi ehasila ya Ngolobhe. Huje eyandihwe, “'eshisasi sha Ngolobhe; Nene embasombe,' ayanga Ugosi.”
Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather make room for wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.”
20 “Lakini nkashile obhibhi waho ane zala, pele. Nkashile ayomele, mwelezye. Huje nkobhombo esho, ubhahumwoholele amakala age mwoto amwanya yitwe lyakwe.”
Therefore, “if thy enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink. For in so doing thou wilt heap coals of fire on his head.”
21 Ogaje mwemwe nuubhibhi, heli oumene au bhibhi hwuminza.
Be not overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
