1 U Paulo nu Timotheo abeshibha sha Yesu Kristi, hwa Bhaala bhabhabagulwe hushauli ya Yesu bhabhakhala hu Filipi, pandwemo na bheenyi na bheenyi adodo.
PAUL and Timothy, servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus which are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons:
2 Eneema ebhe hulimwe nu tengane waufuma hwa Ngulubhe uise witu nu hwa Yesu Kristi.
grace be unto you and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 Ehusalifya Ungulubhi wane shila pembizuha amwe mwenti.
I give thanks to my God on every remembrance of you,
4 Ensiku zyonti shila neputa embaputila, nu mwoyo gwane gusongwa nembaputila.
always in every prayer of mine for you all, making request with joy,
5 Endinensalifyo nyinji hushauli yelweteho mwibhangili ahwande isiku elyahwande paka sanyunu eshi.
for your fellowship in the gospel from the first day even until now;
6 Endi nouhakika aje umwene yahandile embobho enyinza hulimwe abhahwendelele aimalezye mpaka isiku lya Yesu Kristi Ugosi wetu.
being confident of this very thing, that he who hath wrought in you the good work will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ:
7 Sawa huliwe ahwiyomvweshinza maana embabheshele humwoyo gwane. Amwe mulibhashirika bhamwitu mu neema mufungwe wawe nana litanjilaga ibhangili.
as it is right for me to think this of you all, because I bear you on my heart, both in my bonds and in my defence and the confirmation of the gospel, as being all of you sharers in my grace.
8 Ungulubhi keti wane, shembasukwilwe amwe mwenti mulugano lwa muhati mwa Yesu Kristi.
For God is my witness, how earnestly I long after you all in the bowels of Jesus Christ.
9 Awe elabha huje: ulugano lwenyu lwonjelele hahinji na munjeele zyonti.
And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all understanding;
10 Elaabha kwa ajili yeli aje mubhe ne njeele eyzapime na salule amambo aminza tee. Nantele embalabhila huje mubhe bhinz bila ahwilonje embibhi humwoyo hwisikulya Yesu.
that ye may prove the things that are excellent, in order that ye may be sincere and without offence unto the day of Christ;
11 Nantele Ungulubhi abhamemye enyinza mu moyo genyu gagafuma hwa Yesu Kristu, no tuntumune nsumbo zya Ngulubhi.
filled with fruits of righteousness, which by Jesus Christ are to the glory and praise of God.
12 Eshi bhaholo bhawe, ehwanza aje, mumanye huje, amambo gala gagfumiye hulimwe galikhonzizye ibangili aji libhalaje hwitagalila.
Now I wish you, brethren, to know, that the things which have befallen me have rather conduced to the progress of the gospel;
13 Hashisho empinyo yaneya bhampinyile hushauli wa Yesu vimanyishe hwalinzi bha Gosi na hwa bhantu bhonti.
so that my bonds are manifest in Christ through the whole palace, and all other places;
14 Na aholo bhinji hwa Ugosi U Yesu, hunongwa zye mpinyo zyane, abhantu bhalumbililaizi nkasaje nahamo nantele bila ahwogope.
and very many of our brethren in the Lord, assuming confidence from my chains, are more abundantly bold, fearlessly to preach the word.
15 Lelo bhamo bhahulumbilila u Yesu na moyo amabhibhi nibho nantele bhamo bha alumbilila na moyo aminza.
Some indeed do it in a spirit of envy and strife; but some also preach Christ with cordial good-will:
16 Bhaala bhabhahulumbilila uYesu hulugano bhamenye huje ane embehwelwe epa aje endyumile izu.
the one indeed preach Christ out of contention, not with purity of intention, thinking to add affliction to my bonds:
17 Nantele bhamo bhahulumbilila Ukristi hufaida yabho nu mwoyo ubhibhi. Bhaiga jee ane embapate amalabha nempengozya bhampinyile.
but the others of love, knowing that I am exposed for the defence of the gospel.
18 Eshi? Sesaga, nkahushibhibhi au shinza, Kristi alumbililwa humadala gonti nanewayo esungwa. Pipo endimenye
What then? if Christ is preached in whatever manner it be, whether in pretext or reality, even in this do I rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.
19 eli huje lyaindetela ane huje eni gushu mufungwe wane. Elilyaifumila hunongwa yemputo zyenyu nu musaada gwa Umpepo wa Yesu Kristi.
For I know that this shall issue in my salvation through your prayers, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,
20 Afuatane nensubhilo ezyelyoli huje ane sehailola ensoni. Naibha nelyoo lyonti. Neshi ensikuzyonti neshi, esubhilahuje, U Yesu aihwizuvya hubili uwawe, nkashele huwomi au hunfwa.
according to my firm expectation and hope, that I shall be confounded by no event, but that with all boldness, as always hitherto, Christ shall now also be magnified in my body, whether by my life or death.
21 Huline ane afwe shinza nakhale huline yu Kristu.
For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
22 Lelo akhale nkahwinza hubeele ehuletela Ungulubhi embombo enyinza, mawyi sendimenye elyasalule.
But if it be his will, that I should live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my travail: and what to chuse I know not.
23 Maana ebhuhwa tee nensebho zibhili. Esungwa aguleshe ubili ogu embale akhale hwa Yesu eho hesamani tee tee.
For I am in a strait between the two, having an earnest longing to be dissolved, and to be with Christ, for this is far, far better:
24 Hwope asagale mubili ogu shinza hushauli yenyu.
but to abide in the flesh may be more necessary for you.
25 Afwatane aje endinouhakika nelii, emenye huje nahaisagala huje embanjese hwendelela akhale pandwimo namwe mwenti, hunongwaye itishilo lwinyu.
And being so persuaded, I know that I shall stay and continue with you all for your progress and joy of faith;
26 Neli libhelete uluseshelo ugusi hulimwe mwa Yesu Kristi, oluseshelo lwinyu lubhahwonjelele, ane abhe pandwemo namwe.
that your glorying may abound in Christ Jesus for me by my coming again unto you.
27 Muhwanziwa ulwizyo lwenyu munjendo enyiza shalihwanza izulya Ngulubhi aje mubhalaje, bhombaji esho ili nkanayenza au nkasanayenza, ehonvwaje aje mwe meleye, muli numwoyo gumo na lwenyu izu nulweteshelo lwenyu pandwemo.
Only conduct yourselves worthily as becometh the gospel of Christ; that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one soul wrestling together in the faith of the gospel;
28 Musahagundushe ahawtu hohonti hahabhombwa na bhantu abhibhi bhenyu. Ezi mbonesya huje abhantu ebha bhananzi.
and not dismayed on any occasion by your adversaries; which is indeed the proof of perdition to them, but of salvation to you, and that from God.
29 Lelo hulimwe mbowesyozye wokovu waufuma hwa Ngulubhi. Maana amwe mupewilwe kwa ajili ya Yesu se humwitishe wewe
For this favour on the part of Christ is granted you, not only that ye should believe on him, but also that ye should suffer for his sake;
30 lelo na malabhi hwa mwene. Maana mulinibho lilalila neshi lya mwalilolile huline nantele mwonvwezye hujebado endinalyo weshi.
experiencing the same conflict which ye have seen in me, and now hear to be in me.
