< Luka 18 >

1 Wabhabhora omfano yaje ehwanziwa hulabhe Ongolobhe ensiku zyonti wala mgajekate etama.
He also showed them, by a parable, that they ought to persist in prayer, without growing weary.
2 wayanga, 'Pali no lozi katika iboma limlimo sahuputa Ongolobhe wala sahwogapa abhantu.
In a certain city, said he, there was a judge, who neither feared God nor regarded man.
3 Na katika iboma elyo pali noshe ofwele ali ahubhaliila bhalila, ayanga, 'Pele ehaki na adui bhane.'
And there was a widow in that city, who came to him, saying, Do me justice on my adversary.
4 Wapa humda akhene antele wayanga humwoyo gwakwe, iwapo sehuputa Ongolobhe wala sehwogopa abhantu,
For some time he refused; be afterward he argued thus with himself, Although I neither fear God, nor regard man;
5 lelo afwanaje ofwele ono avisya ambahupe ehaki yakwe asayenza andisye anenzele tee.”
yet, because this widow importunes me, I will judge her cause; let she come perpetually, and plague me.
6 Ogosi wayanga tejerezi gayanga ola olozi odhalimu.
Mark, said the Lord, what the unjust judge determined.
7 No Ngolobhe je Sabhabhapele elyoli bhaala bhateulie bhakwe bhabhahuli lila osaya no siku? wape jivi hwabhahale?
And will not God avenge his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he linger in their cause?
8 Embabhora ayibhapera ehaki nanali. Lelo nayenza Omwana owa Adamu je ayiyilola imani pa dunia? '
I assure you, he will suddenly avenge them. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find this belief upon the earth?
9 Wabhabhora ofano ogu abhantu bhabhahwikinalile eyaji abhabhare bhalinelyoli bhabhasolanya abhanje wonti,
Then addressing some who were conceited of themselves, as being righteous, and despised others, he proposed this example: --
10 'Abhantu bhabhele bhazumile mwibhanza apute: Omo Farisayo owabhele asonjezya esonga.
Two men went up to the temple to pray; one a Pharisee, the other a publican.
11 Ola oFarisayo wemelela arabhe eshi humwoyo gwakwe, 'Ee Ngolobhe, ehusalifwa afwanaje ane sendi neshe abhantu abhanje, bhabhafyala, adhalimu, ahuni, wala neshe ono yasonjezya esonga.
The Pharisee standing by himself, prayed thus: --O God, I thank thee that I am not as other men, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.
12 Ane efunga habhele hurungo. Efumia ifungu elyakumi katika amapato gane gonti. '
I fast twice a-week. I give tithes of all that I possess.
13 Lelo ola yasonjezya esonga ahemeleye sahutari, wala gagawezizye hata huhwenye amaso gakwe amwanya esho ahwikhamile khonile pashifubha ayanga, 'Ee Ngolobhe, osajile ane endibhibhi.'
But the publican, standing at a distance, and not daring so much as to lift up his eyes to heaven, smote his breast, and cried, God, be merciful to me a sinner.
14 Embabhola, ono ahishile abhara akhaya yakwe abhaziwe elyoli ashile ola afwanaje kila wa hwinyunula adhiriwa wape ajidhiliye abhakuziwe. '
I assure you, that this man returned home more approved than the other: for whoever exalts himself, shall be humbled; but whoever humbles himself, shall be exalted.
15 Bhatwalila abhana abhere ili abhapalamasye, lelo asambelezewa bhakwe, nabhabhalola bhabhadamile.
Then they presented babes to him, that he might touch them: the disciples observing it, rebuked them.
16 Esho oYesu wakiwzya bhale hwamwe hale wayanga, 'Bhareshi abhana adodo bhenze hwiline wala msabhagomele afwanaje abhantu neshe ebho oumwene owa Ngolobhe wabho.
But Jesus calling them to him, said, Permit the children to come to me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God.
17 'Eteshi embabhola, omntu yeyonti ya sahwejelela oumwene owa Ngolobhe nenshe omwana ododo sagaayinjila nantele. '
Indeed, I say to you, whoever will not receive the kingdom of God as a child, shall never enter it.
18 Antale omntu ogosi omo abhozezye ayanjile sambelezi mwinza embombe wele ili empewe agale owomi owa hanihani?' (aiōnios g166)
Then a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Teacher, what good shall I do to obtain eternal life? (aiōnios g166)
19 O Yesu wabhabhora, 'Eshi mnkwizya mwimza? Nomo omwinza ila aliomo wape yo Ngolobhe.
Jesus answered, Why do you call me good? God alone is good.
20 Ozimenye endijizwo- ogajebhe huni, ogajegoje, ogaje ahwibhe, ogaje ayanje ilenka obhaheshimu oYise waho no nyina waho.
You know the commandments: Do not commit adultery; do not commit murder; do not steal; do not give false testimony; honor your father and your mother.
21 Wayanga ege gonti engakhete afume huwana wane.'
He replied, All these I have observed from my childhood.
22 O Yesu nawovwa ego abhorale, “Apongoshewe izu limo osele. Kazya vyolinavyo vyonti obhagabhile apena nawe abhabhe nembuto amwanya nantele enze ondodore. '
Hearing this, Jesus said to him, Yet in one thing you are deficient: sell all that you have, and distribute to the poor, and you shall have treasure in heaven: then come and follow me.
23 Lelo nahovwezye ego akongobheye tee, afwanaje alineshoma shiminji.
When he heard this, he was exceedingly sorrowful; for he was very rich.
24 O Yesu nawalola shila wayanga, 'Hushida wele abheshoma bhayinjila oumwene owa Ngolobhe!
Jesus, perceiving that he was very sorrowful, said, How difficult will it be for men of opulence to enter the kingdom of God.
25 Afwanaje shororo engamia ashile pitundo elye shindano ashile otakili ahwinjile oumwene owa Ngolobhe. '
It is easier for a camel to pass through a needle's eye than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.
26 Bhape bhabahovwe bhayanjile wenu eshi yagaulwe?'
The hearers said, Who, then, can be saved?"
27 Wayanga, 'Gasegawezeha wabhanadamu gawezehana hwa Ngolobhe.”
Jesus answered, Things impossible to men, are possible to God.
28 O Petro wayanga, 'Enya, ate tivileshire evintu vyetu vyonti na hurondorere.
Then Peter said, Lo! we have forsaken all, and followed thee.
29 'Wabhabhora, Lyoli embabhora nomo omntu yayireshire enyumba yakwe, au oshe, au ohoro, au apafi, au abhana, kwajili eye Umwene owa Ngolobhe,
Jesus answered, Indeed, I say to you, that there is none who shall have forsaken his house, or parents, or brothers, or wife, or children, on account of the kingdom of God;
30 yasagayiposhera hahinji katika amaha ega, na katika ensi yihayinza no womi hanihani. ' (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
who shall not receive manifold more in return, in this world, and in the future, eternal life. (aiōn g165, aiōnios g166)
31 Wabhega bhala thenashara, wabhabhora, 'Enyi, tizubha abhale hu Yerusalemu, amambo gonti gawatimiziwe Omwana owa Adamu gasibwililwe na kuwa.
Then Jesus, taking the twelve aside, said to them, We are now going to Jerusalem, where that all the prophets have written, shall be accomplished on the Son of Man.
32 Afwanaje abhakhatwe mmakhono age bha Mataifa aibhombelwa edhahaka, abhabhombelwe azyongolwe nu huswele amate.
For he shall be delivered to the Gentiles, and ridicules, and insulted, and spitted on.
33 Wape bhayihukhoma namajeredi esho bhayihugoga, isiku elyatatu ayizyoha. '
And after scourging, they will kill him; and he shall rise again the third day.
34 Lelo sebhahelewa enongwa ezyo atahashe, ejambo elyo lyafisilwe hwabhahale, wala sebhamenye gagayagwilwe.
But they understood none of these things: this discourse was dark to them; they did not comprehend its meaning.
35 Yabha na apalamie hu Yeriko, omntu omo kipofu ali akheye pashenje ye dara alabhaga esadaka,
When he came near to Jericho, a blind man who sat by the way-side begging,
36 na wovwa mabongano na bhashila wabhozya huliyenu.
hearing the crowd pass by, inquired what was the matter.
37 Bhabhola oYesu owa hu Nazareti ashira.
And being told that Jesus the Nazarene was passing by,
38 Wakhora ehoro wayanga, Yesu Mwana wa Daudi, osajire.'
he immediately cried, saying, Jesus, Son of David, have pity on me.
39 basi bhala bhatagaliye bhadamila ili apome, lelo umwahara ahonjezezye sana apayushe izu, 'Ee Mwana wa Daudi, osajire.
They who went before, charged him to be silent; but he cried the louder, saying, Jesus, Son of David, have pity on me.
40 O Yesu wemerela wamurisya atwarwe hwamwahare nu paramiye abhozezye,
Jesus stopped, and commanded them to bring the man to him. And when he was nigh, he asked him, saying,
41 'Ohwanza ebhombele yenu?' Wayanga, 'Gosi, empate alole.'
What do you wish me to do for you? He answered, Master, to give me my sight.
42 O Yesu wabhora, 'Opewe alole. Olweteho olweho luponizye. '
And Jesus said to him, Receive your sight; your faith has cured you.
43 Mara eyo wapata alore, wabhenjezye ohu ahusifu Ongolobhe. Na bhantu bhonti na bhalori ego bhasifure Ongolobhe.
Instantly he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying God; and all the people saw it, and praised God.
